Abstract

The School Field Introduction Program (PLP) aims to provide education students with direct experience in a school environment. Conducted at SMK Adi Luhur Jakarta, this program lasted for four months and involved students from various study programs. The activities included observation, lesson plan preparation, teaching and learning processes, as well as collaboration with mentor teachers. The results demonstrated that students were able to develop pedagogical competence, understand students' needs, and enhance professionalism through practical experience. By integrating theory and practice, this program contributes to improving the quality of education and prepares students to become adaptive and competent educators.

Abstract

Pada Era society 5.0 telah berkembang pesat teknologi. Dunia pendidikan diharapkan mampu mengikuti perkembangan teknologi untuk menciptakan sekolah yang berbasis teknologi dan guru profesional. Lumio by SMART merupakan website yang mudah digunakan dan diakses secara gratis. Media ini dipilih karena memanfaatkan teknologi yang berkembang di era saat ini dan siswa dibekali banyak gadget oleh orang tuanya. Metode pelaksanaan dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini menggunakan analisis SWOT yang terdiri dari persiapan, pelaksanaan kegiatan, evaluasi, dan refleksi. Sasaran kegiatan pengabdian ini yaitu guru-guru di SD Negeri Janti 1. Pelaksana pengabdian ini merupakan pengajar media pembelajaran ICT dan memiliki keterampilan di bidang TIK. Hasil pelatihan media pembelajaran Lumio by Smart yang dilakukan selama beberapa hari menunjukkan guru-guru telah mampu menghasilkan media pembelajaran interaktif dengan memanfaatkan website Lumio by Smart secara mandiri. Faktor pendukung keterlaksanaan kegiatan ini yaitu antusiasme, minat guru-guru dalam meningkatkan keterampilan penggunaan teknologi, dan jaringan internet yang memadai. Adapun faktor penghambat yaitu tidak selalu terdapat LCD di setiap ruangan, dan guru memerlukan laptop agar dapat berlatih secara mandiri dan intens.

Abstract

Diabetes mellitus is a chronic disease characterized by high levels of sugar in the body, but which cannot be utilized properly by the body. This disease is also starting to spread to rural areas and can endanger the health of village communities, including Sei Belutu Village. The aim of this community service is to provide an understanding of the importance of prevention and complications of Diabetes Mellitus through education. The methods used in this community service include checking blood sugar levels and providing education to 30 elderly people in Sei Belutu village, Medan Sunggal District. The educational material consists of the definition, causes and risk factors, symptoms, various types, disease process, prevention and management of diabetes mellitus. Education is provided through lectures. Participants' knowledge was assessed using a written test before and after the education session. The results of the analysis showed that the level of knowledge of the community in Sei Belutu village before being given education was 17 people had poor knowledge and 13 people had good knowledge. After education, knowledge increased to good for 20 people, while 10 people still had poor knowledge about Diabetes Mellitus. Evaluation shows participants' activeness during educational activities. The conclusion from this community service is that education is able to increase knowledge about Diabetes Mellitus. It is recommended that education about Diabetes Mellitus be started early in productive age as a preventive measure before complications occur

Abstract

Community Service Program (Kuliah Kerja Nyata/KKN) is a strategic program that plays a significant role in community empowerment as well as student capacity development. This study examines the role of KKN in community life based on a literature review. The results show that KKN contributes to the development of community potential in the fields of economy, education, and health through innovations brought by students, such as training for small and medium enterprises (SMEs), literacy improvement, and health education.

Abstract

Perancangan website ujian online pada SMP Putra Perintis bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas evaluasi akademik siswa. Dengan memanfaatkan teknologi informasi, sistem ujian tradisional yang memakan waktu dapat digantikan oleh platform digital yang lebih modern. Website ini menyediakan fitur pengelolaan soal, pelaksanaan ujian secara real-time, dan analisis hasil ujian. Metode yang digunakan adalah model Waterfall, yang memastikan semua kebutuhan pengguna teridentifikasi dengan baik. Hasil dari perancangan ini diharapkan memudahkan siswa dalam mengikuti ujian dan guru dalam mengelola serta menilai hasil ujian. Selain itu, website ini diharapkan meningkatkan transparansi dan akuntabilitas dalam proses evaluasi. Dengan implementasi sistem ujian online, SMP Putra Perintis dapat beradaptasi dengan tuntutan pendidikan modern dan mempersiapkan siswa menghadapi tantangan di era digital.

Abstract

Adolescent problems related to reproductive health are often caused by a lack of knowledge among adolescents (students) in obtaining accurate information about reproductive health, both from family and school. This is due to the social stigma related to sexual education, preventing teenagers from looking for the right information. Reproductive health issues are still considered taboo and embarrassing to discuss. The activity of providing adolescent reproductive health education is carried out as an effort to provide a correct understanding of reproductive health. Reproductive health for Al-Azhar BSD High School students, Cileungsi District, Bogor Regency, West Java. The method of implementing the activities is carried out face-to-face in the form of lectures and interactive discussions using computer projection media in the form of power points, educational videos, and visual aids (phantoms). Community service activities have been successfully carried out with 197 young men and women participating. Evaluation of results is carried out by assessing the enthusiasm and activeness of participants during outreach activities, both during material explanations and interactive discussion and question and answer sessions. Participants are expected not to be embarrassed when discussing reproductive health in the future so that if there are reproductive health problems they can be examined and treated more optimally. It is necessary to plan a follow-up plan for this community service activity in the form of other education that suits the needs of teenagers.

Abstract

Gempa bumi dapat terjadi karena pergeseran lempeng bumi disebut sebagai gempa tektonik. Ini termasuk salah satu penyebab gempa bumi yang paling sering ditemui. Kegiatan pengabdian ini melakukan penyuluhan berupa pentingnya kesiapsiagaan terkait keadaan darurat gempa bumi dan pemberian materi terkait kegiatan simulasi. Kegiatan ini dihadiri sekitar 20 orang mahasiswa sebagai audiens terdiri dari mahasiswa yang berada di kampus III Universitas Muhammadiyah Sumatera Barat di Bukittinggi. Mahasiswa yang mengikuti kegiatan ini sangat antusias dalam penyuluhan dan simulasi bencana gempa bumi. Semua aundien dapat mempraktekkan simulasi bencana gempa bumi dengan baik. Pada akhir sesi simulasi, narasumber selalu memberikan kesempatan kepada para mahasiswa yang mengikuti untuk bertanya bila ada hal yang kurang di pahami dan dimengerti dari isi materi penyuluhan simulasi atau berbagi pengalaman pengalaman yang di dapatkan diluar dan ada kaitannya dengan materi penyuluhan simulasi. Pemateri menjawab semua pertanyaan para peserta secara langsung dan didiskusikan secara bersama sama karena pemateri juga ingin para peserta mempunyai kesempatan untuk mengemukakan pendapatnya.

Abstract

Communication skills are the ability of a person who is able to convey all information through his mind in the form of meaningful, logical, and systematic expressions possessed by early children. In simple terms, language skills can be interpreted as the ability of children to talk and interact with their friends and environment. Thus, children's communication skills can develop. Based on the results of the researcher's observations, there are still some children who experience delays in terms of communication, such as children who cannot use Indonesian properly and correctly, can only use English and children still look sloppy in expressing words. The objectives of this study are (1) to describe the role of parents as guides in developing early childhood communication skills in RA and (2) to describe the role of parents as educators in developing early childhood communication skills in RA group B in RA Tathmainnul qulub. This study uses a qualitative approach with a special type of study research. Data collection was carried out by observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The data validity technique is carried out by triangulation of methods, time and sources. The data analysis technique uses Miles and Huberman model analysis with steps: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion or verification. providing basic education, basic skills, affection, a sense of security, and instilling good habits in children, providing child assistance, support or motivation, and information on how to learn well and appropriately.

Abstract

This research wants to find out about the impact of gadget use on early childhood development at an early age. The purpose of this research is to describe early childhood language skills at the age of speaking and listening/listening. This research is a qualitative research using a descriptive method. The subject of this study is early childhood at the age of 4-5 years The results of this study show that there are some children who have not been able to express language well so that in the category they have not developed, this can be seen from children who have not been able to answer questions according to the questions, have not even been able to express their feelings with adjectives and have not been able to express their opinions to others. Meanwhile, some other children have begun to be able to express language well enough so that they are categorized as beginning to develop. The obstacles faced so that the development of early childhood language is hampered obtained from the results of parent interviews, namely due to the lack of firmness and supervision of the use of children's gadgets from parents.

Abstract

Early childhood is a child who ranges from 0-6 years old. Where at this age is an important phase or called the golden age which only occurs once in human life. Early age is the most appropriate time to stumify its development. Therefore, it is necessary to make efforts to stimulate children's development with approaches, strategies, methods, plans, and media used according to the needs at each stage of their development. The purpose of this study is: To find out the description of children's character abilities after the implementation of the teaching module of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project in early childhood, to find out what factors support and inhibit children's character through the implementation of the Teaching Module of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project in early childhood. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. The subjects in this study are teachers, children and parents/guardians. The results of the study showed that the character picture of children aged 4-5 years after the implementation of the P5 teaching module changed for the better. This is evidenced by the increase in character shown by children such as increasing the character of discipline, responsibility, curiosity, independence, creativity and attitude of diversity. Factors that affect the character of children aged 4-5 years through the application of the p5 teaching module, namely supporting factors that come from the treatment given, role models and the use of teacher language. Factors that hinder the improvement of the character of children aged 4-5 years are children's trust and information media that are commonly used or seen.
