Abstract

Kemajuan mutu pendidikan di MTsN Kota Batu sangat berkaitan dengan kapasitas guru untuk secara berkelanjutan menyempurnakan dan mengembangkan kurikulum pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan secara komprehensif peran guru sebagai pengembang kurikulum serta mengkaji kontribusinya dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di lembaga tersebut. Pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus digunakan dalam penelitian ini, dengan fokus pada proses perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi, dan kolaborasi profesional dalam pengembangan kurikulum. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Kerangka metodologis ini memungkinkan pemahaman yang mendalam mengenai bagaimana praktik kurikulum diterapkan dalam konteks nyata di kelas. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru memegang peran penting dalam mentransformasikan kurikulum formal menjadi perangkat pembelajaran yang relevan dan bermakna melalui perancangan Alur Pembelajaran, Alur Tujuan Pembelajaran, serta modul ajar yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan peserta didik. Pada tahap pelaksanaan, guru menerapkan strategi inovatif seperti pembelajaran berbasis proyek, demonstrasi, pemanfaatan laboratorium virtual, serta aktivitas kolaboratif untuk mendorong keterlibatan aktif dan pengembangan kompetensi abad ke-21. Evaluasi dilakukan secara reflektif guna menjamin perbaikan berkelanjutan terhadap strategi pembelajaran dan isi kurikulum. Selain itu, kolaborasi melalui MGMP internal sekolah (Musyawarah Guru Mata Pelajaran) menjadi wadah penting dalam penyelarasan materi pembelajaran dan penguatan kompetensi profesional guru. Secara keseluruhan, penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa keterlibatan aktif guru sebagai inovator kurikulum secara signifikan meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran melalui praktik modifikasi kurikulum yang adaptif, kreatif, dan berpusat pada peserta didik.

Abstract

Educational administrative services constitute one of the strategic elements in supporting the effectiveness of educational implementation in schools. The quality of administrative services is not only determined by the completeness of documents but also by the quality of services as perceived by service users, including teachers, students, and educational staff. This study aims to examine and analyze the implementation of service quality–based administrative management in improving the effectiveness of educational administrative services at SMK Bina Sejahtera-3, Bogor City. This research employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive design. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. Research informants were selected using purposive sampling and included the principal, head of administration, administrative staff, Dapodik operator, teachers, and students. Data validity was ensured through source and technique triangulation as well as member checking, while data analysis was conducted using thematic analysis. The results indicate that the implementation of service quality–based administrative management has been fairly effective when viewed through the five dimensions of service quality: tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. The tangible dimension is reflected in the availability of adequate and well-planned administrative facilities and infrastructure. The reliability dimension is demonstrated by the accuracy and consistency of administrative data management in accordance with established procedures. The responsiveness dimension is evident in the prompt and appropriate responses of administrative staff in addressing administrative needs. The assurance dimension is realized through the competence and professionalism of administrative personnel, while the empathy dimension is reflected in a friendly attitude, attentiveness, and concern for service users. Overall, the application of service quality–based administrative management contributes positively to improving the effectiveness of educational administrative services at SMK Bina Sejahtera-3, Bogor City.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the integration of renewable energy education in the paradigm of harmony and sustainability through conceptual and empirical studies that develop in the academic literature. This type of research is a systematic literature study with a search of scientific articles in reputable databases published in the range of 2015–2025. A total of 17 articles that met the inclusion criteria were analyzed to identify approaches, integration models, and their implications for the formation of ecological and sustainability awareness. The analysis technique used is content analysis to categorize themes, curriculum integration patterns, pedagogical strategies, and value orientation that support harmony between humans, the environment, and clean energy technology. The results of the analysis show that the integration of renewable energy education is effective when implemented in an interdisciplinary, project-based, and contextual manner with sustainability values, so as to be able to increase energy literacy, pro-environmental attitudes, and social responsibility of students. The focus of the scientific contribution of this research is to offer an integrative conceptual framework that places renewable energy education as a strategic instrument in building a paradigm of ecological harmony and sustainable development in the education sector. These findings are expected to be a reference for the development of education curricula and policies that are responsive to the challenges of the global energy and environmental crisis.
