Abstract

This research was conducted at BPMPD Denpasar. The goal is to determine the performance of Denpasar BPMPD village aid management has been effective and efficient so that what is programmed is reached, which will be measured from the perspective empar the financial perspective, the perspective of service users, internal process perspective and learning and growth perspective either partially as well as a whole by using the Balanced Scorecard approach. Results of the analysis showed BPMPD performance in the management of village assistance in terms of financial perspective shows the performance of the categories with a value of 74.42 percent. Performance from the perspective of service users showed good performance category with a value of 77.08 percent. Performance of the internal process perspective shows excellent performance with 99.50 percent while the value for the learning and growth perspective also shows very good performance with a value of 97.14 percent. BPMPD overall performance in terms of four perspectives with the calculation of the composite index is at a good qualifying performance with value 85.91 percent. In order to improve the performance of the management of village assistance are advised to maximize the planning, implementation and realization of the budget, increasing the dissemination and coordination with the village in order to expedite the disbursement of aid wards.

Abstract

LPD di Bali merupakan Lembaga Dana dan Kredit Pedesaan (LDKP). Hampir seluruh desa adat di Bali memiliki LPD untuk menunjang perekonomian krama desa adat, terutama melalui penyaluran kredit tanpa agunan. Untuk menjaga stabilitas LPD, pengamatan terhadap pemberian kredit oleh LPD perlu dilakukan, salah satunya melalui rasio NPL yang merupakan perbandingan antara kredit tidak lancar dengan total kredit yang disalurkan. NPL maksimal yang ditetapkan BI adalah 5%. Kabupaten Gianyar merupakan salah satu Kabupaten di Provinsi Bali dengan jumlah LPD terbanyak, namun pada tahun 2011 NPL LPD di Kabupaten Gianyar telah mencapai angka 11,02%. Oleh karena itu dalam upaya mengatasi tingginya NPL LPD, perlu diperhatikan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pemberian kredit. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh faktor internal dan faktor eksternal serta kondisi calon debitur LPD terhadap jumlah kredit serta dampaknya terhadap NPL pada LPD di Kabupaten Gianyar. Data dikumpulkan dari 118 responden Kepala LPD di Kabupaten Gianyar dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Selanjutnya data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan inferensial dengan teknik Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil pengujian hipotesis yang dilakukan dengan teknik SEM menunjukkan bahwa kondisi internal dan eksternal serta kondisi calon debitur LPD berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pemberian kredit. Pemberian kredit berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap NPL pada LPD di Kabupaten Gianyar.

Abstract

The tourism is a new type of industry which able to bring up economic growth rapidly in providing jop opportunity, increasing income, living standard, and estimulate another productive sectors. When the object of hot spring is well developed, it can lift up the national income and local revenue in order to improve the welfare and prosperity of society. This study aimed to analyze the tourism development strategy of hot spring  in  Marobo village, of  Bobonaro District. This study used 10 people a sample from government, community leaders and businessmen. Data were collected by conducting interviews and questionnaires. Subsequently collected data were analyzed by using descriptive analysis and SWOT analysis as well as internal and external matrix (IE). The result of this study showed that the analysis of the external environment, obtained a value of 3.91 and internal environment of 3:03. So the adequate development strategy can be applied is tourism development such as in the period  Merry  Christmas and New Year Day with competite  price and more varied so as to meet the target. Tourism development can be done by diversifying tourism objects and system modifications so enable tourists to have travel easily. The result of  the study as mentioned above reminds all relevant parties to have  serious attention on the development of Marobo hot spring. In order to make the tourism object as modern and attractive destination, it is  advised to all relevant parties to upgrade the cooperation with  Travel Agencies and Investors in providing the widely opportunities tho the development of the tourism object. In addition, it is necessary to advice to government to recruit employees who are espesialized in the are of tourism. It is important to advice also the government at Municipality level in particularly The Official Tourism and Culture of Bobonaro to be able to activate the website optimally on potential attractions of Marobo Hot Spring.

Abstract

Selection of the CPNS (Public Official Candidates) by using the Computer Answer Sheet results is prone to manipulation of data physically.National Civil Service Agency introduces Computer Assisted Test (CAT) System since 2009. Nationally, the CAT system is a must to use on 2014, including the selection CPNS Jembrana and Karangasem Regency. This research examines an influence of the use of the CAT system variables towards cost efficiency and accountability of the publication of results. The number of respondents in this research is 1,825 people which qualified the respondent's purposive sampling. Questionnaire distributed to participants of the selection shortly after a basic competency tests in the CAT Station at Region X of BKN Office in Denpasar. Analytical techniques used are simple linear regression analysis. The result of this research determines that the use of the CAT system has positive influences on cost efficiencies and also has a positive influence on accountability of the publication of results. By this research can be concluded that the use of the CAT system is effective and efficient. In future the intuition sugested to develop and use CAT system widely.

Abstract

The aims of this study are to analyze the effect of motivation on job satisfaction, on employee performance, and to analyze the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance. Population on this research is all the civil servants at Bali Tourism Institute Nusa Dua, Bali, which used 74 respondents which were selected as sample by simple random sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to respondents then analyzed using descriptive analyze and Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of the study showed that a) motivation gives positive and significant impact on job satisfaction, b) motivation give positive and significant impact on employee performance, c) job satisfaction give positive and significant impact on employee performance. The implication of this research is that with the appreciation and recognition of the work and supported by a fair system of supervision would be able to increase employee motivation and drive the spirit to finish the job, so it will be able to improve the performance of employees in terms of both quality and quantity. Abstract

This research examines the influence of experience, ethical oriented, commitment and ethical culture organization towards sensitivity of an auditor of the finance and development supervisor agency (BPKP),Bali representative. Number of respondents taken in this research were 60 respondents. Data was obtained through questionnaire by distributing it to the auditors of the finance and development supervisor agency (BPKP). Multiple linear regression analysis was used within this research.This research indicates that auditors experiences have no significant effects on their sensitivity. Idealism has positive impacts on the sensitivity of an auditor, whereas relativism has negative impacts on the sensitivity of an auditor in the finance and development supervisor agency (BPKP). Professional commitment has positive impacts on the sensitivity of an auditor. Organizational commitment also has positive impacts on the sensitivity of an auditor of the finance and development supervisor agency (BPKP). Ethical Culture of organizations do have a positive influence to the sensitivity of an auditor of the finance and development supervisor agency (BPKP).
