Abstract

The purpose of this study is to measure the effect of employee training and work ability on employee performance. The method used in this research is descriptive and associative methods with quantitative approaches. The sampling technique in this study uses non-probability sampling using a purposive sample or sample consideration / aims, and in this case only employees of the marketing department numbering 155 employees at PT. World Innovative Telecommunication Sukabumi Branch. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of the study, using the F test the probability value sig. 0.00 <0.05 which means that together employee training (X1) and work ability (X2) have a significant influence on employee performance (Y). While the t test shows that employee training (X1) has a significant influence on employee performance (Y) and work ability (X2) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y).

Abstract

This study aims to study the effect of visual merchandising and product assortment on impulse buying. The data analysis technique used is a double linear regression analysis with sample techniques using non-probability sampling samples by incidental sampling method. Data collection by spreading questionnaire to 150 respondents. Data processing using IBM SPSS software version 24. Results showed that simultaneously visual merchandising and product assortment effect positive and significant to impulse buying. A partial test shows the visual merchandising effect positively and significantly on impulse buying. While the product assortment influential but not significant to impulse buying

Abstract

This study aims to explains the development of life expectancy (AHH) in West Java Regency / City. Variable of life expectancy in this study is influenced by income (GRDP), access to clean water, mean of years schooling and poverty. The scope of the study was separated into two regional classifications in West Java that were in a condition of life expectancy under the age of 71 and 72 years. The research method used is the panel data method and The Generalized Least Square (GLS) model. The results of this study explain the variable income (GRDP), access to clean water and mean of years schooling have a positive and significant effect on AHH under the age of 71 years. Meanwhile, the independent variables that have a positive and significant influence on life expectancy below 72 years are income (GRDP) and poverty. Income variable (GRDP) becomes an independent variable that affects AHH at age 71 and 72 years.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the behavior of women's career success orientation, based on Women's Career Development Models. Various organizations have recognized the ability to carry out their duties and responsibilities, so this support makes them able to decide on carreer success orientation (career goals). The research method is a qualitative method with an interpretative phenomenology approach. Data extraction techniques use in-depth interviews on 6 career women informants in Denpasar City. The conclusion; 1) idealistic achievement model who is willing to achieve by getting challenging that increase their career, 2) pragmatic endurance models are mid-career women who are at the point of choosing family or professional responsibilities, so that they are more careful and stay away from achievement but still work well. and 3) re-inventive contribution models for women in their final careers, they don't think about achievement anymore, but see their careers as opportunities to share and be useful to others. Therefore, it is recommended in determining to choose a career path, it should consider to career success orientation according to the different phases of career women life cycle.

Abstract

One indicator that reflects the success of development is an increase in the population's life expectancy, which also has an impact on increasing the number of elderly people. The purpose of the study is to analyze the effect of education level, employment status, income, marital status, and simultaneous and partial health access to the welfare of the elderly in Mengwi, Badung. The sample size of 100 seniors from a total of 13,082. Data collection is done through observation, structured interviews and in-depth interviews, analyzed by multiple linear regression. Based on the results, Education Level, Employment Status, Income, Marital Status, and Health Access have a significant and simultaneous influence on the well-being of the elderly. This means that the higher the Education Level, Employment Status, Income, Marital Status, and Health Access of the elderly, the welfare of the elderly in Mengwi, Badung will increase.
