Abstract

The problems of this research was there any significant effect of resources together and partially to the purchase decision at PT BNI Syari’ah Palembang Branch . The goal is to identify and analyze the effect of significant resources together and partially to the purchase decision at PT BNI Syari’ah Palembang Branch . This type of research is associative . There are five variables used , namely personal resources , commercial resources , public resources , sources ofexperience and purchasing decisions . The main data research is the primary data collected by questionnaire technique . Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression . The results of the analysis showed that , the variable private resources , commercial resources , public resources , and sources of experience together significantly influence purchasing decisions at. Bank BNI Syariah Branch Palembang . But only partially public resources that provide significant influence on consumer purchasing decisions at. Bank BNI Syariah Palembang .

Abstract

Problem formulation in this research are there relationship between the fundamentals of segmentation with the purchase decesion gallon water in Palembang. The purpse of this study to identify and analyze the relationship between the fundamentalas of segmentation with the purchase decesion gallon water in Palembang. This research is the associative study. The variables of this study are the basic segmentation and purchasing decision. The data used in this research isthe primary data. Data collection method is questionnaire. Analysis of the data used is Chi Square. Based on research done then it canbe inferred that there is a significant relationship between the fundamentals of segmentation with the purchase decision gallon water in Palembang. In conjunction with the basics that segmentation is significant relationships between proven segmentation demographicand purchase decision, as well as between segmentation psicographic and purchase decesion

Abstract

Total detergent is one brand of detergent that is less populous in the eyes of the public. Therefore research aims to determine the effect of the marketing mix on purchasing decisions. Research was developed using associative design. In the study five variables were used, each of which served as the basis for the development of the variables. The sample was chosen by 100 purposively. The primary data needed is collected using a questionnaire. The data is analyzed using multiple linear regression techniques. The test results prove that 1) Simultaneously there is a significant effect of the marketing mix on total detergent purchasing decisions 2) partially the product, price, and distribution have a significant effect on purchasingdecisions. While the distribution has no significant effect on purchasing decisions

Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this research is how tne positioning of the hospital in kecamatan kemuning. The goal is fine and analysis the positioning of the hospital. This research is a descriptiv eresearch. The variable in this research is poisitioning the hospital. The indicators are the pysical appereance of building ,equipment fitting, speed of action, friendly nurses, and medical completeness. The primary data is respondent answer to the question. The analytical method is quantitative analysis, kwadran analysis, profile can be seen that Dr.M.Hoesin prominent on the pysical apperence of buildingand equiment fitings measures, for Siti Khadijah prominent of friendliness nurses and the same actor like Rk Charitas.Result from the overall analysis showed that hospital that precies positioning is Dr.M.Hoesin and Rk Charitas while for Siti Khadijah imporer positioning

Abstract

Loyalty has a very important meaning for the sustainability of the Muhammadiyah Association. Muhammadiyah member's loyalty will automatically strengthen and enlarge the existence of the organization through the various propaganda activities it developed. The purpose of the study was to see the effect of satisfaction on Muhammadiyah's loyalty members. The study was developed using an associative design involving two variables, namely member's loyalty, and member's satisfaction. Each variable was developed into 18 and 16 indicators, respectively. The population was determined by all Muhammadiyah members in South Sumatra who had  Muhammadiyah Standard Number (NBM- Nomor Baku Muhammadiyah) of 6,617 people. The number of samples was determined as much as 5% of the population of 232 members by cluster sampling. The determination of clusters was based on districts spread across South Sumatra. The main data used primary data with questionnaire data collection methods. The analysis technique used simple regression. The results of the study showed that member's satisfaction significantly influences Muhammadiyah's loyalty members in South Sumatra.

Abstract

Purpose - This study aims: (1) to determine the effect of leadership style and job environmenton job satisfaction at Bumi Sentosa  Dwi Agung, Ltd, (2) To determine the effect of leadership style and job environmentonemployee performance at Bumi Sentosa  Dwi Agung, Ltd,(3) to determine the effect of leadership style and job environmenton employee performance  through  job satisfaction at  Bumi Sentosa.Design/methodology - The research design used in this study is associative. The variables used were ndependent variables are Leadership Style (X1) and Job Environment (X2), the intervening  variables is Job Satisfaction (Y), and the dependent variables is Employee Performance (Z). Data collection technique used documentation and questionnaires. The population in this study as much as 150 employees, analytical techniques used are cluster sampling, so that the sample used as much as 110 employees. The analytical method using Path Analysis. Findings - Based on the findings that: (1) There is a positive and the significant effect of leadership style and job environment on the job satisfaction at Bumi Sentosa Dwi Agung, Ltd, (2) There is a positive and the significant effect of leadership style, job environment, and job satisfaction on the employee performance at Bumi Sentosa Dwi Agung, Ltd, and (3) There is a positive but not significant effect of leadership style and job environment on employee performance through the job satisfaction at Bumi Sentosa Dwi Agung, Ltd.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Purpose - The purpose of this research is to find out how the Effect of Motivation, Discipline and Teaching Ability on the Performance of High School Teachers in the District of Four Lawang.Design/methodology - The design of this study is associative research using a causal relationship. The data used in this study are primary data from the answers of respondents as many as 107 teachers of Public High Schools in Empat Lawang Regency. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression and through testing validity and reliability. Test the data used to determine the characteristics of the data, namely the normality test and linearity test. The model test used consisted of multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test.Findings - The results of multiple linear regression testing showed motivation, discipline, and ability together to have a significant effect on teacher performance. Partially motivation has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, discipline has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, ability has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Leadership, Interpersonal Communication and Work Discipline on the Performance of High School/Vocational Teachers in the District of West Pemulutan Ogan Ilir, South Sumatra. This research is associative research, aims to see the significance of the influence of independent variables (X), namely Leadership (X1), Interpersonal Communication (X2) and Work Discipline (X3) and the dependent variable Teacher Performance (Y). The population is 70 teachers as respondents for the research sample. Sampling is done using the Saturated Sampling technique, which is taken as a whole from the population. Simultaneously Leadership, Interpersonal Communication and Work Discipline variables have a positive and very significant influence on the performance of high school / vocational school teachers in the West Pemulutan District Ogan Ilir. The correlation coefficient number is obtained by Pearson correlation number of 0.798, meaning that between Leadership, Interpersonal Communication and Work Discipline together with Teacher Performance correlates quite strongly. The results of the study are that there is a significant influence of Leadership, Interpersonal Communication, and Work Discipline jointly on the Performance of High School / Vocational Teachers in the West Pemulutan District, Ogan Ilir, also leadership provides a considerable boost in the process of improving the efficiency and effectiveness of quality performance of institutions especially education.

Abstract

This study is entitled Implementation of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Against Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty at PT. Indonesia Port Corporation Container Terminal (PT. IPC TPK) in SUMBAGSEL. This research method uses descriptive and inferential statistical analysis, with the path analysis model. The results of the study answer the problem formulation which is also the purpose of this study. First, the customer / focusing on key customers has a significant effect on Customer loyalty. Second, customer / focusing on key customers has a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction. Third, Organizing around CRM has a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction. Fourth, Organizing around CRM has a significant effect on Customer loyalty. Fifth, Managing knowledge has a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction. Sixth, Managing knowledge has a significant effect on Customer loyalty. Seventh, incorporating CRM-based technology has a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction. Eighth, incorporating CRM-based technology has a significant effect on Customer loyalty. Ninth, Customer Satisfaction has a significant effect on PT. Indonesia Port Corporation Container Terminal (PT. IPC TPK) Sumbagsel. Through the path analysis it is concluded that the path for the four independent variables and the two more effective dependent variables is the direct influence pathway, this can be seen from all the values ​​of the direct pathway value is higher if compared to the path of indirect influence. Researchers provide recommendations, first carry out new investments to replace equipment facilities that are old and often suffer damage according to customer needs. Second, make service service agreement (SLA) contract agreements and commit according to customer wishes. Third, make communication via social media be it Whatsapp, Facebook and so on as the customer wishes. Fourth, provide special training for officers who deal directly with CRM activities.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah 1) untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh produk, promosi dan budaya pengetahuan terhadap konsumsi mie instan di kota Palembang 2) untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh pengetahuan terhadap keputusan pembelian mie instan di Palembang. Penelitian ini dikembangkan menggunakan desain asosiatif, dengan menghubungkan variabel produk, promosi, budaya, pengetahuan dan keputusan pembelian. Ada lima variabel, yang masing-masing dikembangkan menjadi sejumlah indikator. Populasi adalah semua rumah tangga di kota Palembang. Jumlah sampel ditentukan oleh formula Isaac Michael dengan tingkat kesalahan 5% dan 270 kepala keluarga yang diambil diambil secara proporsional cluster sampling. Data yang dibutuhkan adalah data primer dalam bentuk tanggapan. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah kuesioner. Teknik analisis adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah, 1) pengetahuan berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian mie instan 2) produk berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian mie instan 3) promosi berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian mie instan 4) budaya berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap pembelian keputusan mie instan 5) berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap pengetahuan produk mie instan 6) promosi berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap pengetahuan mie instan 7) produk berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap budaya konsumsi mie instan 8) promosi berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap budaya konsumsi mie instanKata kunci: produk, promosi, budaya, pengetahuan, dan keputusan pembelian
