Public dental health, especially in children, really needs to be considered, because childhood is very susceptible to dental and oral diseases. Dental nursing care carried out by dental nurses is aimed at improving the degree of dental health. The role of the family by motivate children to get used to maintaining dental hygiene. Community service aims to improve the status of dental and oral hygiene through home visits to toddlers in Lheu Blang village, Aceh Besar. This community service is carried out using a descriptive method, with the target of 30 children under five in Lheu Blang village. The intervention is a visit to a toddler's house by providing guidance, direction, demonstration, and training children to brush their teeth properly and correctly. The results obtained that the dental and oral hygiene status of toddlers before the intervention was in the very bad category (53.3%), and the results after the intervention were in a good category (66.7%). The conclusion is that there is an increase in the status of dental hygiene in the good category (66.7%). Suggestions that children under five are able to brush their teeth properly and correctly and on time. Keywords: Dental Hygiene Status, Home Visit, Toddler

Peer Counselor Training in Dental Health Maintenance of Students at SD Negeri 47 Banda Aceh. The School Dental Health System (UKGS) is one of the most relevant health efforts in the implementation of the prevention of dental and oral diseases. This program is intended to improve the dental and oral health of all students in schools who need dental and oral health care. UKGS at SDN 47 Banda Aceh City is still less active due to the lack of facilities and infrastructure that support implementation. This Community Service aims to improve the skills of peer counselors in maintaining dental health at SDN 47 Banda Aceh so that they can provide an example to other SDN 47 students in maintaining oral and dental hygiene to achieve healthy living behaviors and improve the quality of human resources. Based on the results of community service at SDN 47 Banda Aceh City, it shows that the highest percentage of peer counselors' knowledge before training was in the unfavorable category, amounting to 14 people (70%), and after training on dental and improved good amounted to 20 people (100%). The conclusion from the results of this service is that there is an increase in the knowledge of peer counselors about maintaining dental and oral health, so it is hoped that peer counselors at SDN 47 Banda Aceh can apply this knowledge every day and teach back to friends at school. ABSTRAK Kontrol plak sangat penting untuk pemeliharaan kesehatan gigi dan mulut. Kebiasaan menjaga kesehatan gigi dan mulut dipengaruhi oleh pengetahuan yang dimiliki dan teknik menyikat gigi yang tepat sangat penting dalam mencapai kebersihan gigi dan mulut. Oleh karena itu Penyampaian pendidikan kesehatan gigi dan mulut pada murid sangat penting untuk dilakukan. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan mengenai cara melakukan kontrol plak dan cara menyikat gigi yang baik dan benar pada anak SDN 30 Kota Banda Aceh. Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan metode deskriptif, dengan sasaran yaitu seluruh murid kelas V SDN 30 Kota Banda Aceh sebanyak 30 orang. Intervensi yang diberikan berupa penyuluhan tentang kesehatan gigi dan demontrasi cara melihat plak dan bagaimana melakukan kontrol plak (cara menyikat gigi yang baik dan benar). Hasil yang diperoleh status kebersihan gigi dan mulut anak sebelum intervensi yang paling banyak pada kategori sangat buruk (53,3%), sedangkan hasil setelah intervensi status kebersihan gigi anak pada kategori baik (100%). Kesimpulan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan (100%) dan peningkatan status kebersihan gigi dan mulut (100%). Kata Kunci: Peningkatan kesehatan Gigi, Kontrol Plak

Aceh as a province with the implementation of Islamic law is not necessarily free from the problem of teenage promiscuity. Free sex among adolescents in Aceh can be seen from the various cases of adolescents who become pregnant at school age, the spread of sexually transmitted diseases is also increasing, abortions and early marriages are increasingly common. Socounseling related to free sex among adolescents is very necessary. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of counseling on the dangers of free sex on adolescents at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 3 Indrapuri Aceh Besar. The design of this study was to use a quasi-experimental design with a one group pretest and posttest approach, where the selection of the intervention group was then carried out pre (before) and post (after). The sampling technique used saturated sampling with a sample size of 37 students. The results of the Wilcoxon sigh rank test with a confidence level of 95% (α = 0.005) obtained a p value of 0.000 <0.005. So it can be concluded that there is an influence of counseling on the dangers of free sex on adolescent knowledge about free sex at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 3 Indrapuri Aceh Besar.

Dental and oral hygiene can be achieved well by cleaning the teeth and mouth from food debris. The target activities of children aged 6-12 years in Keude Ulee Glee village, a total of 20 respondents are mothers. The first day's activities were in the form of health counseling on brushing techniques and maintenance of dental and oral health, starting with pretest and post test after counseling. Results of community service activities show an increase in knowledge before and after counseling. At the time of the demonstration of brushing, the child can do brushing his teeth properly and correctly, it is known that the plaque index before and after brushing teeth there is a difference (P<0.05). The results of this community service activity are expected to parents, especially mothers, to accompany their children to maintain dental and oral health as an effort to prevent caries.
