Abstract

To determine whether a company is making progress toward its current and future goals, it is important to analyze the factor is that influence purchasing decisions. This study aims to determine the partial and simultaneous significance of Product Quality, Price, and Promotion on consumers of Sovia cooking oil at Alfamart Gondang Nganjuk. The research data of this research are numbers that are described quantitatively and analyzed statistically at the technical level. Questionnaires were used to collect data on this investigation. The research sample of 54 participants was analyzed using multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing, and analysis of the coefficient of determination using SPSS for Windows version 23 software (R2). Based on the results of the calculated F test of 17.681 and a significance level of 0.000<0.05, the conclusion of the study is that product quality, price, and promotion have a significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions for Sovia cooking oil product. at Alfamart Gondang Nganjuk.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of price, product quality, promotion on consumer satisfaction in buying Mamypoko pants in Tulungagung district. By taking people who bought Mamypoko Pants in Tulungagaung Regency, using the incidental sampling method, the main data from the sample was collected using a questionnaire instrument that included Price, Product Quality, Promotion of Consumer Continuity to Buy Mamypoko Pants in Tulungagung Regency. The data analysis technique used the Classical Assumption Test. , Multiple linear test , Coefficient of determination , F test . The result of the research is that price has an influence on consumer satisfaction buying Mamypoko Pants in Tulungagung Regency , Product quality has an influence on consumer satisfaction buying Mamypoko Pants in Kabu Tulungagung patent, Promotion has an influence on consumer satisfaction buying Mamypoko Pants in Tulungagung Regency. Price, Product Quality, Promotion variables affect consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

The culinary business is a business that can be developed in the future, because food is one of the basic human needs. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of layout, word of mouth, and price on purchasing decisions at Warunk Duren Tulungagung. This study uses a quantitative approach using primary and secondary data. The population in this study are people who buy products, with a sample of 40 respondents,, using analysis of validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, coefficient of determination, t-test and F-test. The results of the study can be concluded that (1)layout has a significant partial effect on purchasing decisions. (2)word of mouth partially significant effect on purchasing decisions. (3)price has a significant effect partially on purchasing decisions. (4)Layout, word of mouth, price simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The research objective is to identify the factors influencing employee performance. In this study the independent variable is employee performance, while the independent work environment, and workload at the Department of Trade Kediri Regency. The population used is all employees and the sample in this study is 60 employees. The method used is the 5% multiple linear regression analysis technique as the overall level of confidence regarding the relationship between one variable and another. The results of the partial test prove that the variance of the work environment and workload significantly affects employee performance. Meanwhile, it has a simultaneous effect on employee performance at the Kediri Regency Trade Office

Abstract

It is interesting for researchers to analyze the purchase decision of BTS's official merchandise at ARMY Kediri. The purpose of this study is to analyze the meaning and motives of BTS's official merchandise purchase decisions at ARMY Kediri. The method in this study is qualitative with a phenomenological paradigm. The data collection process was carried out by conducting interviews with Kediri ARMYs who have an official BTS merchandise collection of five people. In this study, data analysis was carried out using working papers to facilitate the mapping of noema, epoche, noesis, intentional analysis, and eidetic reduction. This research resulted in the decision to purchase BTS's official merchandise at ARMY Kediri as a form of support and appreciation for BTS's work. By purchasing official BTS merchandise, fans feel satisfaction because their wishes are fulfilled. In addition, ARMY Kediri purchases official BTS merchandise as a form of identity that he is a BTS fan. The purchase of BTS official merchandise is done as a form of investment, some BTS official merchandise collections can be sold again in the future at a higher price.

Abstract

The continuous development of the era and the increasingly real competition of corporate organizations seem to be a challenge for companies that already exist or are just starting out. Indonesia is one of the countries that is included in the competition for the Asean Economic Community (AEC) and that means whether Indonesia wants it or not, it must remain ready for this situation by continuing to develop the potential of existing human resources and continue to prepare for the potential of human resources that do not yet exist. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of compensation, work facilities and work environment on employee performance at UD. AL Mubarokah Pare simultaneously or partially. This study uses an associative or causality quantitative approach using research methods using multiple linear regression analysis. The population in this study were all UD employees. AL Mubarokah Pare as many as 30 employees. The sample in this study were 30 employees. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling. The results of this study show that partially the work compensation variable has a significant effect on employee performance, the facility variable has a significant effect on employee performance, and the work environment variable has a significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously the variables of compensation, work facilities and work environment have a significant effect on employee performance at UD AL Mubarokah Pare.

Abstract

The background of this research is to support the smooth running of Purchasing operations by using Standard Operational Procedures (SOP) as controls and work system guidelines to create an adequate internal control system. Standard Operational Procedures (SOP) are the main needs of the company in carrying out all company activities. Implementation of SOP properly can result in the smooth running of the company's operational activities. SOPs that are clear and easy to understand can help employees to be able to work by showing good performance in accordance with the wishes of the company. The type of research used in this study uses descriptive qualitative methods. Data collection techniques in this study used sources, namely interviews, observations, and document utilization. The informant in this research is the Head of Purchasing. The conclusion of this research is that the application of standard operating procedures plays an important role in the smooth running of Purchasing operations. The purpose of this study is to analyze the application of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) in supporting smooth operations. The benefits and objectives of SOP purchasing are to regulate the flow of purchases so that they are more orderly and regular when there is an audit. Based on the results of the study, the application of SOPs in purchasing is very influential in improving company performance, because SOPs are guidelines, handbooks and procedures for doing the work of every employee in each jobdesk.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji dan menganalisis pengaruh kualitas produk, harga, dan promosi secara parsial dan simultan terhadap kepuasan konsumen Rumah Makan Ayam Goreng Nelongso Kediri. Kuantitatif merupakan pendekatandalam penelitian ini, asosiatif kausal merupakan tekniknya. Populasinya adalah seluruh konsumen yang pernah melakukan pembelian, purposive sampling metode pengambilan sampelnya dan sampel sebanyak 40 responden. Menggunakan angket yang skornya diuji validitas dan reliabilitas, lalu dianalisis menggunakan uji asumsi klasik, regresi linier berganda dan uji hipotesis. Hasil menunjukkan variabel kualitas produk, harga, dan promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial dan simultan terhadap kepuasan konsumen rumah makan Ayam Goreng Nelongso Kediri. Sebaiknya Rumah Makan Ayam Goreng Nelongso Kediri mempertahankan kualitas produknya karena faktor yang paling dominan dan untuk penelitian selanjutnya sebaiknya meneliti tentang lokasi rumah makan, kepercayaan merek dan keterlibatan konsumen.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian yakni mengetahui pengaruh dari kompensasi, motivasi kerja dan disiplin secara sebagian (t) atau bersama-sama (F) kepada kinerja karyawan pada PT Lotus Indah Textile Industries Nganjuk. Metodologi penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif serta teknik penelitian kausal dengan mengumpulkan data dengan menyebarkan kuesioner. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 76 responden. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Slovin. Teknik analisis data menggunakan pengujian instrumental, pengujian asumsi klasik, analisis linier berganda, dan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan SPSSv23. Temuan penelitian ini, menyimpulkan bahwa kompensasi, motivasi kerja dan disiplin berpengaruh penting pada kinerja PT Lotus. Indah Textile Industries Nganjuk secara sebagian (t) ataupun bersama-sama (F).

Abstract

Maksud dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana keputusan pembelian Marketplace Shopee dipengaruhi oleh promosi, harga, dan ulasan produk (Studi Penelitian Mahasiswa UN PGRI Kediri). Kuesioner adalah alat pengumpulan data primer dalam jenis penelitian kausalitas kuantitatif yang digunakan. Sebanyak 40 peserta dari mahasiswa aktif UN PGRI Kediri dipilih sebagai sampel penelitian menggunakan teknik sampling non-probabilitas yang dipadukan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, koefisien determinasi, uji t, dan uji F merupakan metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian, variabel promosi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian secara parsial sebesar 0,047, variabel harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian secara parsial sebesar 0,038,  dan variabel ulasan produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian secara parsial sebesar 0,042. Variabel promosi, harga, dan ulasan produk berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian secara simultan sebesar 0,017.
