Abstract

Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia menjadi salah satu lembaga atau organisasi yang terdampak peningkatan dan perkembangan persaingan kerja. OCB berkaitan dengan bagaimana budaya berkembang dalam sebuah organisasi. Kumpulan nilai-nilai, norma-norma, keyakinan, dan perilaku organisator mendefinisikan karakteristik suatu organisasi. Selain itu lingkungan kerja juga memainkan peran penting untuk menentukan OCB. Lingkungan kerja merupakan suatu tempat yang ada di sekitar pekerja saat menyelesaikan tugasnya. Lingkungan kerja yang kodusif dan mendukung menciptakan suasana yang memungkinkan pegawai untuk berkembang, berinovasi, dan merasa puas dalam pekerjaan mereka. Penelitian ini menerapkan pendekatan kuantitatif . metode penelitian yang diterapkan dalam studi ini  adalah jenis penelitian eksplanatori yang bertujuan menjawab atau menjelaskan permasalahan yang dihadapi. populasi adalah seluruh pegawai BKPSDM dengan jumlah 55 orang karyawan. Dalam pengambilan sampel, peneliti menerapkan teknik sampel jenuh, dimana seluruh anggota populasi dijadikan sampel. Metode Partial Least Square (PLS) digunakan sebagai analsis data penelitian ini.  Hasil temuan pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap OCB. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan memperkuat budaya organisasi, manajemen dapat meningkatkan tingkat OCB di antara karyawan, yang akhirnya meningkatkan kinerja keseluruhan organisasi. Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap OCB. Lingkungan kerja yang positif memengaruhi karyawan untuk menunjukkan perilaku OCB. Kepuasan Kerja Memediasi Pengaruh antara Budaya Organisasi terhadap OCB. Kepuasan kerja bertindak sebagai jembatan yang memperkuat pengaruh positif dari budaya organisasi terhadap OCB, menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi yang baik akan OCB menghasilkan karyawan yang puas, yang pada gilirannya meningkatkan OCB. Kepuasan Kerja Memediasi Pengaruh antara Lingkungan Kerja terhadap. Lingkungan kerja yang baik memengaruhi perilaku karyawan. Karyawan lebih puas dan termotivasi untuk berkontribusi lebih, seperti membantu rekan kerja, berinovasi, dan berkomitmen pada tujuan bersama. Ini secara tidak langsung meningkatkan OCB melalui peningkatan kepuasan kerja.

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia menjadi penggerak dari aktivitas organisasi dalam mencapai tujuan secara keseluruhan. Keberhasilan sebuah organisasi bergantung pada kinerja individu. Kinerja yang baik dari individu di dalam organisasi tersebut akan menjadikan organisasi berhasil dan efektif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini guna menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui motivasi kerja. Dalam hal ini, lingkungan kerja, stres kerja, dan motivasi kerja merupakan aspek penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan di dalam sebuah perusahaan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yakni kuantitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan explanatory research yang mengungkapkan hubungan sebab atau akibat antara variabel dalam penelitian ini. Data diperoleh melalui kuesioner dengan populasi yang digunakan yakni karyawan PT. PLN (Persero) Malang. Adapun sampel dalam penelitian ini yakni 109 responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yakni sampel jenuh. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Partial Least Squre dengan software SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja dan stres kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Motivasi kerja dapat menjadi mediator antara lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, namun motivasi kerja tidak dapat menjadi mediator antara stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

This study aimed to test and analyze the effect of workplace spirituality and work discipline on employee performance, with work motivation as a mediating variable. This study uses quantitative methods involving a population of all Tulungagung Regency Environmental Service employees. The survey was conducted using the Non-Probability Sampling method for 98 employees. The data were processed using SmartPLS version 4.0 with validity, reliability, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that workplace spirituality did not significantly affect employee performance, and work discipline did not considerably affect employee performance. Furthermore, work motivation affects employee performance. Work Motivation can also mediate the relationship between Employee Performance and Workplace Spirituality. In addition, Work motivation can also mediate the effect of Work Discipline on Employee Performance on employees of the Tulungagung Environmental Service. This research implies that focusing on Spirituality in the workplace can improve employees' emotional and psychological well-being, which can increase job satisfaction and loyalty to the organization.

Abstract

Kesejahteraan karyawan dan kesejahteraan psikologi merupakan faktor dalam menyeimbangkan pekerjaan dan kehidupan pribadi yang akan melahirkan performa atau kinerja yang baik jugaa. Eksplorasi ini berbentuk explanatory research dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data yang diperoleh dari penyebaran kuisioner kepada 107 pegawai tetap Kantor Pemerintahan Sekretriat Daerah Kota Malang. Eksplorasi ini menggunakan metode pengambilan sampel acak sederhana dengan rumus Slovin, sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 107 responden. Penggunaan metode analisis data Partial Least Square (PLS) pada eksplorasi ini melalui Smart-PLS versi 4.0. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menguji dan menganalisis hubungan langsung dan tidak langsung antara work-life balance dan job performance yang dimediasi oleh employee well-being dan psychological well-being serta work-place spirituality sebagai variabel moderasi Adanya dampak positif pada Work-life balance terhadap job performance menunjukkan output dari eksplorasi ini. Selanjutnya Employee well-being dan Psychological well-being mampu memediasi pengaruh work-life balance terhadap job performance. Dan work-life balance terhadap job performance dapat dimoderasi oleh work-place spirituality.

ZIS is a financial instrument that is quite potential in Indonesia and Probolinggo Regency in particular, but the collection of ZIS at Lazisnu Kota Kraksaan from year to year has not reached the target. Therefore, it is important to know the factors that influence people's interest in paying ZIS. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence between trust on the interest in paying ZIS through Lazisnu Kota Kraksaan, knowledge of zakat on the interest in paying ZIS through Lazisnu Kota Kraksaan, and whether trust and knowledge of zakat together influence the interest in paying ZIS through Lazisnu Kota Kraksaan. This study uses a quantitative method with secondary data and primary data. Secondary data in this study were obtained from books, journals and other related scientific studies. While the primary data in this study were obtained from questionnaires distributed online via WhatsApp social media, in addition, researchers also distributed questionnaires directly to people who were less active in social media. This study obtained the results of a) trust has a significant effect on the interest in paying ZIS through Lazisnu Kota Kraksaan, as seen from the calculated t value X1> T table or 4.882> 1.894 and the Sig. value 0.001 T table or 4.096> 1.894 and the Sig. value 0.001 F table or 32.413> 3.090 with a Sig. value 0.001

Abstract

Zakah is one of the pillars of Islam that must be fulfilled by a Muslim, which is helpful in purifying wealth and improving other Muslim’s standard of living to realize the people’s welfare. This study aimed to test the influence of religiosity and income on the decision to pay Zakah, mediated by awareness. The research method used is a quantitative research type with an explanatory approach to prove the truth of the research hypothesis. The study population was all muzakki from the professional Zakah category at BAZNAS Sidoarjo. The data collection technique used a questionnaire distributed to 225 respondents who had paid Zakah and was analyzed using Partial Least Squares (PLS). The results showed that religiosity did not directly affect the decision to pay Zakah. Income and awareness directly affect the decision to pay Zakah. Religiosity and income directly affect the awareness of paying Zakah. Awareness does not directly affect the decision to pay Zakah. Furthermore, awareness can mediate the influence of religiosity on the decision to pay Zakah, and awareness can mediate the influence of income on the decision to pay Zakah. The results of this study can be applied to improve the decision to pay Zakah by building the religiosity and income of muzakki through optimizing awareness so that the program from BAZNAS Sidoarjo in the future can be directed to optimizing the awareness of muzakki by providing socialization and assistance so that the decision to pay Zakah can increase and improve the welfare of the people in Sidoarjo Regency. Based on the study’s results, it is expected that BAZNAS Sidoarjo will carry out online reporting and accountability. PEMKAB Sidoarjo will socialise with OPD, BUMD, Village Government, and the Public. Then, Muzakki/ASN/Public increase literacy related to knowledge, experience/practice, and appreciation of Islam. Further researchers should include other variables and expand the discussion topics related to decisions to give infaq, sadaqah, and waqf.

Abstract

SMEs can achieve sustainable competitive advantage and superior profitability if they possess valuable resources and capabilities. Financial literacy is one such intangible resource that helps equip individuals with the knowledge and information necessary to manage budgets and make strategic investment decisions. Financial literacy is a person's knowledge of improving the quality of decision-making and financial management to achieve welfare. This study aims to determine the effect of Islamic financial literacy of SMEs actors on the growth of SMEs’ performance. Testing the Islamic spirituality as moderating the effect of Islamic financial literacy on the spirituality of SMEs’ performance. The method used in this study is quantitative research with an explanatory approach to prove the truth of the hypothesis. The population in this study consisted of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) actors in Malang City, East Java, with the criteria of being Muslim. The sample used in the study was obtained using the Slovin formula with a precision of 5%, so a sample of 200 respondents was obtained. The data collection technique used a questionnaire distributed to 200 respondents and analyzed using Partial Least Squares (PLS). The findings reveal that Islamic financial literacy directly and significantly affects SMEs’ performance. Islamic spirituality can moderate the effect of Islamic financial literacy on SMEs’ performance. Based on the results of this study, it is hoped that SMEs’ actors will know what factors need to be considered to improve their business performance. Future studies should include other variables and expand the topic of discussion regarding the sustainability of SMEs’ performance related to innovation, Islamic business ethics, and spirituality in the workplace.

Abstract

E-WoM1 is vital in generating and creating purchase intentions, so it is significant for use in knowing and analyzing investment intentions. This research aims to analyze and know the effect of Electronic Word-of-Mouth (E-WoM) on investment intention in the capital market with brand dan trust as mediation variables. It belongs to qualitative research with an explanatory research approach. The population of this study refers to the people of Jayapura City. The sampling technique was the purposive sampling technique. The samples in this research are 203 respondents. Questionnaires collected data and analyzed using partial least squares (PLS). The results reveal that E-WoM directly affects brand image and trust. Besides, brand image and trust directly affect investment intention, while E-WoM does not directly affect investment intention. Furthermore, brand image and trust can completely mediate the effect of Electronic Word-of-Mouth (E-WoM) on investment intention and function as full mediation. The findings from this research could be applied to enhance investment intention by building customer trust and sharing the banks' reputation and brand image through E-WoM, so they receive credible information from the bank.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the role of job satisfaction as a mediator of the influence of leadership style and work environment on employee performance. The research method used is quantitative research and an explanatory research approach. The method used in this study is using Partial Least Square (PLS) with smartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study indicate that leadership style does not affect employee performance, while the work environment influences employee performance. Job satisfaction does not mediate the influence of leadership style on employee performance, and Job satisfaction mediates the influence of the work environment on employee performance. These findings emphasize the importance of creating a conducive work environment to increase job satisfaction and encourage employee performance. Keywords : leadership style, work environment, job satisfaction, employee performance ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran kepuasan kerja sebagai pemediasi pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian kuantitatif dan pendekatan explanatory research. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS), dengan software smartPLS 3.0. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kepuasan kerja tidak memediasi pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan Kepuasan kerja memediasi pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya penciptaan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif sebagai strategi dalam meningkatkan kepuasan kerja dan mendorong kinerja karyawan.
