Abstract

Abstract: For Muslims, benevolent’s behavior is highly recommended, because its a good behavior. To beable to compete to provide services for the patient, the nurse should be able to provide services based on thebenevolent’s behavior. The purpose of this study is to examine, test, and evaluate the influence of spiritualleadership, workplace spirituality, job satisfaction and benevolent’s behavior. The study conducted in RSIAisyiyah of Malang. Research population was all nurses. The Research samples were 60 nurses. Quistionareused to collect data from RSI Aisyiyah of Malang and the research data was analysis using PLS (Partial LeastSquare). The result showed that spiritual leadership significantly influenced workplace spirituality, spiritualleadership had no significantly influenced job satisfaction, spiritual leadership had no significantly influencedbenevolent’s behavior. Workplace spirituality significantly influenced job satisfaction, Workplace spiritualityhad no significantly influenced benevolent’s behavior, job satisfaction significantly influenced benevolent’sbehavior. Based on the result, it can be concluded that job satisfaction is valuable organizational component.This component may become on organization’s core competencies for improving benevolent’s behavior, whichare as sources of organizational competitive strengths in facing the rapidly changing business environments.

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to know the influence of emotional quotient to job performance; the influencespiritual quotient to job performance; to know organizational citizenship behavior mediated emotional quotientand spiritual quotient to job performance. This research was explanatory research. The population in thisstudy are 155 employees of PT Bank Syariah Mandiri Malang and the number of samples are 61 employees.Research results revealed that emotional quotient has no effect directly to job performance; spiritual quotienthas no effect directly to job performance; OCB is not able to mediate emotional quotient to job performanceand OCB was able to mediate the spiritual quotient to job performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of competence, self-efficacy, and job satisfaction on employee performance and the role of job satisfaction in mediating competence and self-efficacy on employee performance. This research uses quantitative research. This study's population were CV Dan Cell employees, which amounted to 345. The sample in this study was taken using a simple random sampling technique, calculated using the Slovin formula to produce as many as 78 respondents. Data were collected by using a questionnaire (questionnaire). Data analysis in this study used the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. The results showed that competence had a significant effect on employee performance, self-efficacy had a significant effect on employee performance, job satisfaction could not mediate the relationship between competence and employee performance, job satisfaction could mediate the relationship between self-efficacy and employee performance, and job satisfaction had a significant effect on employee performance.
