Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Self Efficacy terhadap Kinerja dan Kepuasan Kerja, serta untuk menguji dan menganalisis Pengaruh Self Efficacy terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan Kepuasan Kerja sebagai Variabel Mediasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif, jenis penelitian ini adalah explanatory research. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Kabupaten Tegal atau lebih dikenal dengan DPU Kabupaten Tegal. Populasi seluruh karyawan adalah 138 orang dan jumlah sampel sebanyak 103 karyawan. Penelitian ini juga menggunakan model analisis jalur dimana terdapat variabel mediasi yang mempengaruhi variabel bebas dan variabel terikat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Self efficacy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja, (2) Self efficacy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, (3) Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja, (4) Self efficacy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja apabila dimediasi oleh kepuasan kerja pada Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Kabupaten Tegal.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of price and brand image on purchasing decisions at Shopee with store sales ratings as a moderating variable. This study uses purposive sampling with the criteria of using a shopee which has made a purchase with at least 2 transactions with 102 respondents. This type of research is quantitative research by collecting data by distributing questionnaires through Google Form. Data were analyzed using a simple regression analysis test and moderating regression analysis using the SPSS 16 program. The results indicate that purchase decision at Shopee is influenced by the price and brand image. Store sales ratings weaken the relationship between price, brand image, Shopee purchase decisions.Key words: Price, Brand Image, Store Sales Rating, Buying Decision

Abstract

The problem of this research is whether the Leadership Style affects employee performance through job satisfaction. This study aims to explain the effect of leader-member exchange (LMX) on employee performance by mediating job satisfaction. This study uses one type of explanation to examine the effect of LMX on employee performance and mediates job satisfaction. The sampling technique used in this study was saturated sampling, where the total population studied was 108 respondents. This research tool is a questionnaire, after which the information obtained is processed with path analysis. The results of this study indicate that LMX has a significant effect on employee performance, and job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance. The results of this study also indicate that job satisfaction can mediate the effect of LMX on employee performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of competence, self-efficacy, and job satisfaction on employee performance and the role of job satisfaction in mediating competence and self-efficacy on employee performance. This research uses quantitative research. This study's population were CV Dan Cell employees, which amounted to 345. The sample in this study was taken using a simple random sampling technique, calculated using the Slovin formula to produce as many as 78 respondents. Data were collected by using a questionnaire (questionnaire). Data analysis in this study used the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. The results showed that competence had a significant effect on employee performance, self-efficacy had a significant effect on employee performance, job satisfaction could not mediate the relationship between competence and employee performance, job satisfaction could mediate the relationship between self-efficacy and employee performance, and job satisfaction had a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose is To examine the role of MSMEs in overcoming poverty caused by unemployment in West Java. The data used is secondary data taken from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS). The analytical method used is Partial Least Square (PLS). The sample selection in this study was determined using the census method. The census method is a method that takes a sample of all districts and cities in West Java. The sample data used are districts and towns in East Java, namely 27 districts/cities. The results of the R-Square test show that the independent variable (unemployment) affects poverty by 68%, while other factors outside the model influence the additional 32%. The unemployment variable can increase MSMEs by 30%, while other factors outside the research model influence the other 70%. The MSME variable can reduce poverty by 67%, while other factors outside the model affect the additional 33%; the results of the significance level test show that unemployment has a direct and significant positive relationship with poverty. Unemployment has a direct and consequential positive relationship with MSMEs. MSMEs have a direct and consequential positive relationship to poverty. Moreover, MSMEs can moderate the relationship between unemployment and poverty.

Abstract

Purpose:  The mean of its research was to examine the effect of Village Funds and Local Government Revenue (PAD) on poverty mediated by economic growth in regencies and cities in East Java province.Design/Method/Approach:  The research population is regencies/cities in East Java in 2015–2022. The data on Village Funds and Local Government Revenue were taken from the DJPK of the Ministry of Finance Republic Indonesia situs. The data on poverty and economic growth were obtained from the website of the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) of East Java Province. The data analysis used path analysis. Findings:  The outputs declare Village Funds had a significant positive influence on poverty. Village Funds have no significant influence on economic accretion. Local Government Income has a significant negative influence on poverty. Local Government Revenue has a significant positive influence on economic accretion. Economic increases has a significant positive influence on poverty. Village Funds have a significant positive indirect impact  on poverty by way of economic growth. Original Government Revenue has a significant positive indirect influence on poverty through economic increases.Originality/Values:  Economic growth must be encouraged because it is able to mediates village funds and original local government revenue towards poverty in regencies/cities In East Java.

Abstract

Purpose: The Paper is to study Bu Nyai novelist as the economic based of Bu Nyai based Islamic boarding schools in IndonesiaDesign/Method/Approach: This study the authors used a literature review that departed from existing literature studies, could be social media, existing books and journals, research was qualitative and data presentation used descriptive analysis, one of the approaches used was the historical approach to reveal the biographies of the three figures appointed in this paper, and several media-based observations to read and present the data used in this study. These methods were conducted to look at the Islamic boarding school economic network/ Bu Nyai Islamic boarding school based economization in Indonesia.Findings: This research has the following conclusions: First, the role of Bu. Nyai in the field of science and technology has been opened and the impact of progress in science and technology is not only for Bu Nyai, but also Pak. Kyai, Bu. Nyai's role in the field of employment is increasing, and Islamic boarding schools provide space for women to move. Not nyai in developing science and technology and involvement in the field. Second, the role of Bu. Nyai as a wife which includes being a wife which includes helping her husband, clearing up household affairs, using money functionally, maintaining healthy social relationships or relationships, maintaining and developing family relationships and fulfilling the function of a wife towards her husband as well as possible. Bu Nyai's role as a mother is to fulfill children's needs, as an example or model for her children, as a stimulus for child development, and as a public figure, and the roles of Bu Nyai and Pak Kyai in the domestic sphere are broadly balanced, except in the matter of roles especially the wife who is in charge of women's biological needs.Originality/Values: The main contribution of this study what is Bu Nyai's public role in the economic perspective of Islamic boarding schools, and what is the domestic role of Bu Nyai Novelis in the perspective of Islamic boarding schools.

Abstract

This study examines Generation Z's sharia investment preferences in light of Islamic financial literacy and religion. The Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) was utilized to analyze attitudes, subjective norms, and Perceived Behavioral Control as mediators. This quantitative study used an explanatory technique and a representative sample of 221 students from the University of Indonesia Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang Faculty of Economics. This study used purposive and proportional sampling. This study uses Google Forms to collect primary data and give surveys. The Likert scale (1–5) measures participants' answers. SEM-PLS analysis is used to assess 55 items across six variables in this study. The analysis uses SmartPLS 3.0. This study shows that Generation Z's interest in Islamic Capital Market is not largely driven by religion or financial knowledge in Islam. The Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) variables may affect Generation Z's intention in sharia investing. This study shows an indirect association between Islamic Financial Literacy and Religiousness and Generation Z's intention in Sharia investments.

Abstract

Human resources are an element that holds an important and indispensable role in a company, agency or organization. Companies must pay attention to good human resource management handlers so that the performance in the company runs smoothly and improves the quality and performance of its employees. This study aims to analyze the influence of the work environment on OCB, analyze rewards on OCB, analyze work environment on job satisfaction, analyze rewards on job satisfaction, analyze, indirectly analyze the influence of work environment on job satisfaction through OCB, and indirectly analyze the influence of rewards on job satisfaction through OCB. Samplingtechniques use saturated sampling techniques. The respondents used were 73 respondents. The data analysis method used is  the Sructural Equation Model - Partial Leaste Square (SEM-PLS). The results of this study show that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on OCB, rewards have a positive and significant effect on OCB, work environment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, rewards have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, work environment indirectly has a significant and positive effect on job satisfaction through OCB, and rewards indirectly has a positive and significant effect on OCB through job satisfaction.

Abstract

Background: Technological advances have impacted intense business competition in the banking world, requiring all banks to compete in updating systems to maintain customer loyalty, which is essential to a business' success. Influencingtors influencing customer loyalty are service quality, banking image, and fairness. Purpose: The purpose of this study is to examine how customer satisfaction functions as a mediating factor between service quality, banking image, fairness and customer loyalty. Design/methodology/approach: Quantitative methods are used in this study. The population consists of Bank Muamalat customers. Accidental sampling was utilized as a research sampling method. The sample amounted to 210 respondents with research data using primary data. The SmartPLS 3.3 analysis tool was used to assist this research. Findings/Result: The findings of this study show that CARTER service quality can significantly improve customer loyalty at Bank Muamalat Malang. A favorable banking image has a strong positive impact on customer loyalty. Likewise, the Maqashid Syari'ah Index (MSI) fairness concept can have a direct impact on consumer loyalty. In addition, the study's findings suggest that customer happiness can mediate the impact of service quality, image, and fairness on customer loyalty. Conclusion: This study shows that service quality and banking image have a substantial impact on customer loyalty. At the same time, the concept of fairness has a substantial impact on customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction can mediate the impact of service quality, banking image, and the concept of fairness on customer loyalty. Originality/Value (State of The Art): This study attempts to explain service quality based on an Islamic perspective; it is hoped that this model development will reduce the scarcity of literature on service quality.
