Abstract

Era persaingan bisnis yang semakin kompleks menuntut organisasi untuk membangun sumber daya manusia yang memiliki tingkat keterlibatan kerja (work engagement) yang tinggi. Keterlibatan kerja dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor, salah satunya adalah gaya kepemimpinan transformasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh transformational leadership terhadap work engagement, serta menguji peran psychological empowerment dan psychological safety sebagai variabel mediasi dalam hubungan tersebut. Populasi penelitian terdiri atas 63 karyawan di sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang jasa pelatihan dan layanan digital yang diambil menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan SmartPLS versi 3. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa transformational leadership tidak berpengaruh langsung terhadap work engagement. Namun, transformational leadership berpengaruh signifikan terhadap psychological empowerment dan psychological safety, dan kedua variabel psikologis tersebut berpengaruh signifikan terhadap work engagement. Pengujian mediasi menunjukkan bahwa baik psychological empowerment maupun psychological safety mampu memediasi secara penuh pengaruh transformational leadership terhadap work engagement. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa keterlibatan kerja karyawan lebih dipengaruhi oleh kondisi psikologis internal yang terbentuk melalui perilaku kepemimpinan transformasional dibandingkan oleh pengaruh langsung kepemimpinan itu sendiri.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh happiness at worklife dan employee creativity terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel mediasi pada Turen Indah Properti. Permasalahan utama dalam penelitian ini adalah adanya inkonsistensi hasil penelitian sebelumnya terkait pengaruh faktor psikologis terhadap kinerja karyawan, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis explanatory research. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 128 karyawan dan seluruhnya dijadikan responden dengan teknik sampel jenuh. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner terstruktur dan dianalisis menggunakan Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa happiness at worklife berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan employee creativity tidak berpengaruh signifikan secara langsung. Namun, happiness at worklife dan employee creativity berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, serta kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Selain itu, kepuasan kerja terbukti memediasi pengaruh happiness at worklife dan employee creativity terhadap kinerja karyawan. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya pengelolaan aspek psikologis dan emosional dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Background: The current rapid development of the times has created the birth of the evolution of payment instruments such as e-wallets. The evolution of this means of payment facilitates human activities in terms of transactions. The ease, convenience, speed, and benefits offered by Payment System Service Providers (PJSP) such as e-wallets can attract people's interest in adopting this system. Purpose: This study examines the direct effects of perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and e-service quality on sustained e-wallet use in Jayapura City, with customer satisfaction as a mediator. Design/methodology/approach: The research method adopted is quantitative, with an explanatory approach. The population in this study was the residents of Jayapura City, and the sampling technique was purposive, resulting in a sample size of 200 respondents. Data were collected via a questionnaire and then evaluated using SmartPLS v.4.1.0.6. Findings/Result: The findings show that perceived convenience does not affect long-term interest in using e-wallets. Meanwhile, perceived benefits, e-service quality, and customer satisfaction favourably and significantly impact sustained e-wallet usage. These findings also demonstrate that customer satisfaction can mediate the relationship between perceived convenience, perceived benefits, and e-service quality regarding Jayapura City residents' sustained interest in utilizing e-wallets. Conclusion: This study shows that the e-wallet payment system service provider can improve the services provided, increase the literacy of the people of Jayapura City regarding the operation of e-wallets and the urgency of using technology so that the people of Jayapura City are technology literate. In addition, the e-wallet should also be able to provide various promos that can attract the interest of the people of Jayapura City. Originality/Value (State of The Art): The findings of this research are intended as evaluation material and a basis for decision-making by e-wallet applications regarding interest in adopting e-wallets. Abstract

This research evaluates how the work atmosphere and job training influence employee retention in the restaurant sector in Malang City, with job satisfaction as a mediator and intrinsic motivation as a moderator. Adopting a quantitative explanatory design, the study employs the SEM-PLS analysis technique via SmartPLS 4. Primary data were gathered through questionnaires distributed to 149 employees chosen using a proportional stratified random sampling method. The findings indicate that the work atmosphere does not significantly affect employee retention, whereas job training does. Furthermore, job satisfaction serves as a mediator linking both work atmosphere and training to employee retention. Conversely, intrinsic motivation did not moderate the relationship between training and retention. Consequently, the study highlights the need to foster a supportive work environment, implement practical training, and boost job satisfaction to enhance staff retention in the restaurant service industry.
