Abstract

Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan minat baca dan membentuk budaya literasi siswa melalui rekondisi perpustakaan di SDN Catak Gayam 1, Jombang. Berdasarkan hasil observasi awal, perpustakaan sekolah dalam kondisi kurang terawat, buku-buku tidak tertata, serta kurangnya pustakawan menyebabkan rendahnya kunjungan siswa ke perpustakaan. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah Assets Based Community Development (ABCD) dengan melibatkan seluruh warga sekolah sebagai komunitas penggerak. Kegiatan dilaksanakan melalui pembersihan, pengorganisasian ulang buku berdasarkan kategori, pencatatan katalog buku, serta penataan ruang perpustakaan agar lebih nyaman dan menarik. Hasil dari kegiatan ini antara lain perpustakaan yang lebih bersih dan rapi, buku-buku tertata sesuai kategori, tersedia katalog buku, serta meningkatnya frekuensi kunjungan siswa. Selain itu, dilaksanakan pelatihan pustakawan kecil untuk mendukung pengelolaan perpustakaan secara berkelanjutan. Kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa perpustakaan yang tertata dan nyaman dapat menjadi sarana penting dalam meningkatkan budaya literasi siswa..

Abstract

Dukuhdimoro Village in East Java is home to various educational and religious institutions. However, the challenge lies in shaping the character of the younger generation due to a lack of guidance and role modeling from educators. To address this issue, community service activities are conducted with social and psychological approaches. One of the focuses is Quranic character education for educators to integrate religious values into teaching. Evaluations show an improvement in educators' understanding of the Quranic generation concept. The pocketbook "Shaping the Quranic Generation" serves as a practical tool supporting independent learning. Its impact extends to economic, social, and educational sectors. It is hoped to make a positive contribution to the development of children's character and moral values, as well as the religious awareness of the community as a whole.

Abstract

Kurikulum 2013 menekankan pada student centered learning (pembelajaran yang berpusat pada peserta didik) sehingga pembelajaran itu menjadi inspiratif, dan  menyenangkan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan kemampuan pemecahan masalah peserta didik setelah pembelajaran video pembelajaran berbasis PjBL-STEM untuk pembelajaran fisika materi hukum kekekalan energi. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian one shot case study. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas X IPA MA Al-Azar. Sampel dalam penelitian ini diambil dari kelas X IPA MA Al-Azar sejumlah 15 peserta didik. Pada penelitian ini, teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah instrumen penilaian pra proyek dan hasil proyek, dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan statistik deskriptif melalui uji independent sample T Independent T test yaitu uji komparatif atau uji beda untuk mengetahui adakah perbedaan mean atau rerata yang bermakna antara 2 kelompok bebas yang berskala data interval atau rasio.  Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, video pembelajaran berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah yang dilakukan oleh peserta didik sebesar 82% dengan -t hitung -t tabel yakni -0,67 4,3027. Video pembelajaran berbasis PjBL-STEM dapat digunakan sebagai inovasi pembelajaran di dalam kelas.

Abstract

Teachers should be able to stimulate students' science process skills or be able to stimulate students' creativity. This study aims to develop a practical work guideline for Basic Electronics I based on Problem-Based Learning (PBL) designed to improve the science process skills of physics education students. This study uses a 4D development model, but is limited to the Develop stage, with a focus on a systematic planning process and the development of valid and practical teaching materials. The research data consists of expert validation and student responses regarding the practicality of the developed product. The instruments used were an expert validation sheet and a student response questionnaire, both using a Likert scale of 1–4. Data were analyzed quantitatively by calculating the average score and percentage, then broken down into levels of validity and practicality. The results showed that the practical guidelines were assessed as “very valid” by material experts (85%) and media experts (86%). Student responses to the practicality questionnaire also showed “very practical” with a score of 88.7% and a positive response of 81.3%. These findings indicate that the PBL-based Basic Electronics I practicum guidelines, which include Kirchhoff's Current Law, Ohm's Law, and voltage dividers, are valid and practical, making them suitable for use as alternative teaching materials to support practicum activities and optimize students' science process skills. Further researchers are advised to add learning outcome evaluation instruments to determine the direct impact of PBL-based practicum guidelines on students' conceptual mastery and critical thinking skills.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to develop an interactive learning media based on Canva using the topic of dynamic electricity to increase students' learning interest. The research and development process was carried out using the Borg and Gall development model, which was simplified into several key stages: identifying potential and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, design revision, product testing, product revision, and implementation trial. The validation results of the Canva-based interactive learning media showed that the media received a score of 81.0% from material experts and 78.3% from media experts. Therefore, the interactive learning media are considered feasible and sufficiently effective to be used in physics learning, particularly on the topic of dynamic electricity.

Abstract

Pendidikan menjadi bagian dan memiliki peranan yang penting bagi kehidupan manusia dan tidak bisa lepas karena saling berikatan salah satunya pada pembelajaran Fisika. Pembelajaran Fisika juga memiliki permasalahan yang mendasar terkait materinya yang dianggap sulit sehingga perlu adanya solusi yaitu melalui video pembelajaran dengan terintegrasi pendekatan Behavioristik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui desain dan kelayakan video pembelajaran Fisika berbasis Pendekatan Behavioristik bagi siswa Fase F pada materi Hukum Newton. Penelitian ini menggunakan Model pengembangan 4D meliputi: Define (Pendefinisian), Design (Perancangan), Develop (Pengembangan), dan Disseminate (Penyebaran). Batasan penelitian ini hanya dilakukan 3 tahapan saja tanpa dilakukan tahap dissaminate dikarenakan keterbatasan waktu dan tenaga. Subyek uji coba terdiri dari subjek uji coba para ahli dan uji respon siswa. Uji coba para ahli dilakukan oleh dua dosen dan 1 guru sebagai validator ahli media dan ahli materi. Sedangkan uji respon dilakukan siswa kelas XI MAN 4 Jombang sebanyak 30 siswa. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari: a) lembar validasi ahli materi, b) lembar validasi ahli media, dan c) angket respon siswa terhadap video pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian diperoleh video pembelajaran Fisika ini pada kategori sangat layak (validasi media sebesar 85,2% dan validasi materi sebesar 82,5%) dan kategori sangat menarik (86,8%) dari respon siswa. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa video pembelajaran Fisika berbasis Pendekatan Behavioristik memungkinkan dapat membantu meningkatkan pemahaman serta minat belajar siswa pada konsep Fisika.

Abstract

A valid diagnostic test instrument is an important component in accurately identifying student misconceptions. This study aims to examine the urgency and validity of the Four-Tier diagnostic test instrument on temperature and heat. The method used is research and development (R&D) with the Borg & Gall model adapted from Sugiyono. The validity of the instrument was tested through assessments by material experts and learning evaluation experts using a four-point Likert scale. The results showed that all test items received good to excellent categories, indicating that the instrument has adequate content and construct validity. These findings confirm that a valid Four-Tier diagnostic test instrument can be a reliable tool in uncovering student misconceptions in physics learning.

Abstract

Businesses use the internet as a source of information and as a marketing and sales tool. Digital sales and marketing can also reach more potential consumers. The rapid phenomenon of digital information has become a place to shift a business from conventional sales and marketing to digital. However, not all business activists have been able to keep up with changes in the flow of digitalization. This also happens to MSME activists in Kudubanjar Village. The main objective of this PKM activity is to help MSME activists who do not understand the importance of digital sales and marketing and are able to brand their products. PKM activities were carried out in two stages, namely a workshop which was held on August 8, 2024 and mentoring which was carried out on August 12-15, 2024, August 19-22, 2024 and August 27, 2024. The results obtained are that MSME activists understand what branding and digital marketing are, can make logo designs, and can promote products through WhatsApp Bussines.

Abstract

Young people's interest in calligraphy tends to decline due to the dominance of modern digital visual culture, which is more practical and instantaneous. This has an impact on the suboptimal integration of artistic and religious values in community activities. The integration of art and religion can strengthen cultural identity while also serving as a contextual medium for preaching. The community service team conducted calligraphy training for TPQ teachers with the aim of increasing the interest of teachers and students in calligraphy. The target of this activity was TPQ teachers in Mentoro Village, Sumobito District. This training provided additional insight and skills to TPQ teachers in Mentoro Village regarding the art of calligraphy, while also fostering motivation to develop Islamic art in the educational environment. Despite limitations in time and resources, this activity still had a positive impact in terms of education, religion, and society. TPQ teachers showed great enthusiasm during the activity, so it is hoped that the knowledge gained can be passed on to students as a form of program continuity. Thus, this calligraphy training activity is the first step in strengthening the integration of art and religious values in Mentoro Village

Abstract

ABSTRACT The skills of a student are very important to have today in order to be competitive in the world of work. This study aims to determine the science process skills of students in the Basic Electronics practicum I. This type of research is descriptive quantitative research. The sample of this research is 5 students in the Physics Education study program with a sampling technique that is purposive sampling. Methods of data collection using the rubric of science process skills assessment. The research data obtained showed that the students' science process skills were in the skilled category with an average value of 3.2 and a percentage of 79%. There are 4 (four) aspects with very skilled categories, namely a) observing, b) planning experiments, c) communicating, and d) carrying out experimental activities. Student skills need to be improved in aspects, namely a) interpreting, b) asking questions, and c) hypothesizing. KEYWORDS: Science Process Skills, Integrated, Basic Electronics I Practicum ABSTRAK Keterampilan seorang mahasiswa sangat penting untuk dimiliki di masa sekarang ini agar memiliki daya saing terhadap dunia kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keterampilan proses sains mahasiswa pada praktikum Elektronika Dasar I. Jenis penelitian ini berupa penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif. Sampel penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa program studi Pendidikan Fisika sejumlah 5 mahasiswa dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan rubric penilaian keterampilan proses sains. Data penelitian yang diperoleh menunjukkan keterampilan proses sains mahasiswa pada kategori terampil dengan nilai rata-rata 3,2 dan persentase sebesar 79%. Ada 4 (empat) aspek dengan kategori sangat terampil yaitu a) melakukan pengamatan, b) merencanakan percobaan, c) berkomunikasi, dan d) melaksanakan kegiatan eksperimen. Keterampilan mahasiswa perlu ditingkatkan pada aspek yaitu a) menginterpretasi, b) mengajukan pertanyaan, dan c) berhipotesis.
