Abstract

In the digital era, websites are a very important online presence for organizations, including universities. A good and professional website can help universities improve their image and reputation, reach a wider range of prospective students, and promote themselves online. Seeing the urgency of a website for tertiary institutions, it is necessary to evaluate it to ensure the expected benefits of the website can be achieved. This study aims to evaluate the usability of the official website of study programs at UPN Veteran Jawa Timur using the System Usability Scale (SUS). Ten official websites of study programs at UPN Veteran Jawa Timur were taken as samples. The results of the usability evaluation show that the average SUS score is 61.4, where the conclusion is marginally low, so it can still be increased to an acceptable level. The results of the usability evaluation with the System Usability Scale (SUS) will be used to design mockup websites for study programs at UPN Veteran Jawa Timur.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to examine the problems related to Information Technology (IT) governance in Randegan Village and develop an IT Master Plan as a resolution. The primary objective is to enhance the quality of public services and optimize the functioning of village administration by implementing e-government principles and smart village concepts. The research methodology employed data collection techniques such as literature review, field survey, and interviews with key individuals from the village. The findings indicated that the level of IT governance in Randegan Village is currently restricted and not fully optimized. To address this difficulty, a comprehensive IT master plan was formulated using a combination of TOGAF, Zachman, and SPBE frameworks. The IT Master Plan for Randegan Village was developed using a four-stage approach. This approach involves identifying the needs of the village, evaluating public services, implementing IT solutions, and aligning with the SPBE concept. By implementing this strategy, the village is anticipated to enhance the caliber of public services, leading to a smart and technologically proficient village.

Abstract

Access by KAI is a train ticket booking application released by PT Kereta Api Indonesia as a modern alternative for the community with innovative features that make train travel easier. However, there are indications of poor user experience supported by many reviews on the play store and app store that show user dissatisfaction in using the access by KAI application. This study aims to evaluate the user experience of Access by KAI using the UX Honeycomb method which has seven aspects including useful, usable, desirable, findable, accessible, credible, and valuable with a sample of 524 Access by KAI user respondents in the Javaisland area. Referring to the results of hypothesis testing, it is found that the Feel, Think, and Use variables significantly affect the User Experience variable Translated with DeepL.com (free version).Keywords: Access by KAI; User experience evaluation; UX honeycomb AbstrakAccess by KAI merupakan aplikasi pemesanan tiket kereta api yang dirilis oleh PT Kereta Api Indonesia sebagai alternatif modern untuk masyarakat dengan fitur inovatif yang memudahkan perjalanan kereta api. Akan tetapi, terdapat indikasi pengalaman pengguna yang buruk didukung oleh banyak ulasan pada play store dan app store yang menunjukkan ketidakpuasan pengguna dalam menggunakan aplikasi access by KAI. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengalaman pengguna Access by KAI menggunakan metode UX Honeycomb yang memiliki tujuh aspek meliputi useful, usable, desirable, findable, accessible, credible, dan valuable dengan sampel 524 responden pengguna Access by KAI di wilayah pulau Jawa. Mengacu pada hasil pengujian hipotesis didapatkan hasil bahwa variabel Feel, Think, dan Use secara signifikan mempengaruhi variabel User Experience.

Abstract

Inovasi digital pada bidang pemerintahan dapat terlihat pada penerapan e-government. Di Indonesia, banyak lembaga pemerintahan yang menerapkan e-government salah satunya DISKOMINFO JATIM. Akan tetapi, terdapat permasalahan penerapan inovasi digital seperti e-government tidak terintegrasi, teknologi yang tidak memadai, aplikasi yang masih minim, dan keterampilan TIK aparat negara yang masih belum memadai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis pengaruh faktor kesuksesan implementasi inovasi digital dengan hasil dari penelitian ini adalah hasil olahan data penelitian dan rekomendasi untuk DISKOMINFO JATIM dalam meningkatkan kesuksesam implementasi inovasi digital. Peneliti menggunakan Digital Innovation Model dengan melibatkan 196 pegawai DISKOMINFO JATIM sebagai responden kuesioner penelitian. Dari hasil yang didapatkan menunjukkan bahwa semua variabel Digital Innovation Model mempengaruhi kesuksesan implementasi inovasi digital pada DISKOMINFO JATIM secara positif. Melalui hasil tersebut, peneliti merekomendasikan untuk meningkatkan dan melestarikan kesiapan organisasi, budaya digital organisasi, kapabilitas digital, serta proses inovasi digital pada DISKOMINFO JATIM dengan mulai menciptakan kebijakan atau SOP yang fleksibel dan terbuka akan teknologi digital serta melakukan pelatihan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan digital tiap pegawai.

Abstract

Penerapan teknologi informasi berperan penting dalam menyediakan dan menyederhanakan proses bisnis terhadap sebuah instansi. Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kabupaten Lamongan telah melakukan pengimplementasian e-government atau sering dikenal dengan SPBE. Dalam pelaksanaan manajemen risiko keamanan informasi pada e-government di Diskominfo Kabupaten Lamongan masih belum mencapai tingkat optimal. Sehingga perlu diperlukannya pengukuran tingkat kapabilitas melalui penerapan kerangka kerja COBIT 5 denagan proses yang diukur yaitu APO12 Mengelola Risiko, APO13 Mengelola Keamanan, dan DSS05 Mengelola Layanan Keamanan. Hasil tingkat kapabilitas dari manajemen risiko keamanan informasi pada Diskominfo Kabupaten Lamongan terhadap proses APO12 dan DSS05 berada level 1 sedangkan APO13 mencapai pada level 2. Dengan demikian, ketiga proses tersbeut telah dijalankan dan sebagian besar pencapaiannya didukung oleh bukti yang cukup serta untuk proses APO13 telah diterapkan dan dikelola dengan tepat.

Abstract

Dalam era globalisasi, kemajuan teknologi informasi sangat mempengaruhi berbagai aspek, terutama e-commerce. Data dari SimilarWeb Januari-Desember 2023 menunjukkan lima e-commerce terpopuler: Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, Blibli, dan Bukalapak. Tokopedia adalah e-commerce asli Indonesia, yang dibangun buntuk mencapai pemerataan ekonomi digital, terutama untuk UMKM. Survei Goodstats 2023 menunjukkan Tokopedia menjadi pilihan utama masyarakat Indonesia dengan 44% suara, meski berada di peringkat kedua dalam kunjungan website. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi indikator yang perlu diperbaiki Tokopedia agar menjadi e-commerce paling sering dikunjungi dan top of mind masyarakat Indonesia. Pengukuran dilakukan menggunakan WebQual 4.0 dan Importance-Performance Analysis dengan 400 responden yang berbelanja di Tokopedia dalam 3 bulan terakhir. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tingkat kesesuaian rata-rata 95,6% dan gap analysis -0,1575, menunjukkan website Tokopedia belum memenuhi harapan pengguna. Berdasarkan kuadran IPA, ada 4 indikator di kuadran I yang menjadi prioritas utama untuk diperbaiki, 10 indikator di kuadran II yang sudah sesuai harapan pengguna, 6 indikator di kuadran III yang perlu dipertahankan namun tetap berpotensi untuk perbaikan, dan 5 indikator di kuadran IV yang kinerjanya berlebihan dan diprioritaskan untuk mengalihkan sumber daya ke kuadran I.

Abstract

This research evaluates the user experience of KLAMPID New Generation, which is a digital service managed by DISPENDUKCAPIL Surabaya City. Evaluation is carried out using the User Experience Questionnaire method to measure the attractiveness, perspicuity, efficiency, dependability, stimulation, and novelty of the application. The analysis result show that this application has a good value and shows positive evaluation on all scales, on the perspicuity scale it has a mean value of 1.69 and benchmark is “above average”, the efficiency scale has a mean value of 1.68 and the benchmark is “good”, the attractiveness scale has a mean values of 1.63 and the benchmark is “good”, the dependability scale has a mean value of 1.50 and the benchmark is “good”, the stimulation scale has a mean value of 1.48 and the benchmark is “good”, and the novelty scale has a mean value of 1.24 and the benchmark is good. This evaluation show that KLAMPID New Generation has been successful in meeting needs and providing a positive user experience. The implication of this research is to sustain strengths and enhance features, ensuring the service remains innovative, user-friendly, and supportive of improved public service delivery.

Abstract

Di era revolusi industri 4.0, teknologi informasi telah mendorong rumah sakit untuk beralih dari sistem konvensional ke digital guna memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna akan akses informasi yang mudah dan cepat. Penelitian ini mengevaluasi kesuksesan penerapan sistem informasi website Rumah Sakit Islam Surabaya dengan mengadopsi model ISSM Delone & McLean. Menggunakan data dari 155 pengguna dan analisis SmartPLS 4, hasil menunjukkan bahwa kualitas sistem dan informasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap penggunaan website. Kualitas informasi juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna. Sebaliknya, kualitas layanan berdampak positif namun tidak signifikan, dan kualitas sistem memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap kepuasan pengguna. Model ISSM menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan dan kepuasan pengguna berkontribusi positif terhadap manfaat bersih, dengan penggunaan sebagai faktor paling berpengaruh.

Abstract

This study aims to measure user satisfaction with the Booking Bromo website using the Modified WebQual 4.0 method. The website is used by tourists to book entrance tickets to Bromo Tengger Semeru National Park (TNBTS); however, there have been complaints about service quality, such as frequent server inaccessibility, a monotonous website design, and a lack of community interaction features. Using a quantitative approach, the study involved 338 respondents who were users of the Booking Bromo website. Data were collected through a questionnaire measuring variables such as Usability Quality, Information Quality, Service Interaction Quality, Visual Quality, and User Satisfaction. The results show that Usability Quality and Information Quality significantly influence User Satisfaction, while Service Interaction Quality requires improvement, particularly in transaction security and user communication features. This study provides recommendations to enhance website service quality and features to improve user satisfaction, such as improving server stability, providing clearer information, and adding more interactive community communication features.

Abstract

Vsualproject is a business unit of Visi Prima Group which is located in Gresik, a business engaged in software development. In working on the project, the Vsualproject is required to complete the task on time as well as under the customers' requirement. Current management processes were still done manually which consist of recording in the Whatsapp application chat group. In a software development project, it is also necessary to develop the desired interests to find out whether it is under the organization' demands and needs. Keeping notes in the WhatsApp chat group makes notes frequently disappeared and the search process was more complicated about who requests the development process. The purpose of this research is to develop a system that can help Vsualproject to manage projects and provide services to their customers with the project monitoring feature. The system was developed using the Scrum pattern Agile development method which was carried out during the four-cycle sprints. The results of the development of the system were tested by the Black Box Testing method to ensure that the system meets the user's requirements. The result of this study produced a project management system that can be used by internal users of Vsualproject management projects includes managing the stages, payment, and project’s works. The system can also be used by customers to monitor projects through a web profile without asking for special access rights.
