Abstract

Dalam era globalisasi, kemajuan teknologi informasi sangat mempengaruhi berbagai aspek, terutama e-commerce. Data dari SimilarWeb Januari-Desember 2023 menunjukkan lima e-commerce terpopuler: Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, Blibli, dan Bukalapak. Tokopedia adalah e-commerce asli Indonesia, yang dibangun buntuk mencapai pemerataan ekonomi digital, terutama untuk UMKM. Survei Goodstats 2023 menunjukkan Tokopedia menjadi pilihan utama masyarakat Indonesia dengan 44% suara, meski berada di peringkat kedua dalam kunjungan website. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi indikator yang perlu diperbaiki Tokopedia agar menjadi e-commerce paling sering dikunjungi dan top of mind masyarakat Indonesia. Pengukuran dilakukan menggunakan WebQual 4.0 dan Importance-Performance Analysis dengan 400 responden yang berbelanja di Tokopedia dalam 3 bulan terakhir. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tingkat kesesuaian rata-rata 95,6% dan gap analysis -0,1575, menunjukkan website Tokopedia belum memenuhi harapan pengguna. Berdasarkan kuadran IPA, ada 4 indikator di kuadran I yang menjadi prioritas utama untuk diperbaiki, 10 indikator di kuadran II yang sudah sesuai harapan pengguna, 6 indikator di kuadran III yang perlu dipertahankan namun tetap berpotensi untuk perbaikan, dan 5 indikator di kuadran IV yang kinerjanya berlebihan dan diprioritaskan untuk mengalihkan sumber daya ke kuadran I.

Abstract

The development of digital-based mental wellbeing administrations gives viable and adaptable arrangements for the community, particularly the millennial era, in getting to mental administrations. One of the stages that give online counseling administrations in Indonesia is the application Bicarakan.id, which demonstrates a decently tall selection rate. Be that as it may, based on perceptions, it was found that different complaints from clients on a number of stages, such as less than ideal application execution and moderate reaction from benefit suppliers, hence preventing get to to the specified administrations. This consider points to analyze the components that influence the acknowledgment and effective utilize of the application Bicarakan.id by combining two approaches,namely the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) and DeLone & McLean model. The examination prepare was conducted utilizing Partial Least Square Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM) through SmartPLS 4 computer program and included 403 respondents. The comes about appeared that the factors Information Quality, Service Quality, and Effort expectation desire have a positive and critical impact on User Satisfaction, which in turn too have a positive and critical impact on Continuance Intention. In the mean time, factors System Quality and Performance Expectancy desire don't have a critical impact on User Satisfaction, as prove by testing Path Coefficient based on the centrality criteria set.

Abstract

The advancement of information technology has accelerated digital transformation in many sectors, including maritime transportation. One notable result of this transformation is the development of the Ferizy application, an online ticket booking platform introduced by PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry. Despite its innovation, users continue to encounter technical challenges and insufficient access to information. User feedback has highlighted issues such as incomplete information and booking process errors. This research aims to explore the factors influencing the acceptance of the Ferizy application by applying a modified UTAUT2 model. The study incorporates two additional variables, Trust and Word of Mouth, into the UTAUT2 framework. A quantitative research methodology was employed, using SEM-PLS analysis on initial data collected from 522 Ferizy users, which was later refined to 442 valid responses. The analysis demonstrated that Word of Mouth and Price Value have a significant impact on users' Behavioral Intention, which, in turn, strongly influences actual Use Behavior. On the other hand, variables such as Effort Expectancy, Facilitating Conditions, Performance Expectancy, Social Influence, and Trust were found to have no significant effect on Behavioral Intention. These results offer valuable insights for both users and developers, enhancing the understanding of the factors that influence the acceptance of the Ferizy platform.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence user acceptance of the Pospay application in Surabaya by using a modified Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Pospay is a digital platform owned by PT Pos Indonesia that offers financial transaction services. Although the app has been downloaded over 5 million times, it still faces acceptance issues, as reflected by the high number of negative reviews due to system errors, verification failures, and unstable performance. To address these challenges, the TAM model was extended by incorporating variables such as Facilitating Conditions, Lifestyle Compatibility, Quality of Internet Connection, Perceived Security, Perceived Trust, Perceived Risk, Self-Efficacy, and Satisfaction. Data were collected from 523 active users and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM–PLS). The results showed that Facilitating Conditions, Perceived Ease of Use, and Perceived Usefulness significantly influence Attitude. Furthermore, Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Security, Self-Efficacy, and Satisfaction have a significant effect on Intention to Use. Meanwhile, variables such as Attitude, Lifestyle Compatibility, Quality of Internet Connection, Perceived Trust, and Perceived Risk did not significantly affect Intention to Use. These findings highlight the importance of improving usability, usefulness, security, satisfaction, and user confidence to enhance the acceptance and usage of the Pospay application more effectively.

Abstract

The advancement of digital technology has driven the adoption of mobile-based transportation applications, such as RedBus—an online bus ticket booking platform. Despite experiencing significant growth, RedBus faces challenges in user acceptance, marked by a decline in positive reviews and an increase in user complaints during 2023–2024. Therefore, it is crucial to understand the factors that influence user acceptance and their decision to continue using the application. This study analyzes these factors using a modified UTAUT model by incorporating external variables such as Habit, Perceived Cost, Customer Satisfaction, and Repurchase Intention. A quantitative analysis was conducted using the PLS-SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0 software, involving 413 respondents selected through purposive sampling. The results show that nine hypotheses were accepted while four were rejected. The variables Performance Expectancy and Facilitating Conditions significantly influenced Trust, whereas Effort Expectancy and Social Influence did not. Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, and Facilitating Conditions had a significant impact on Purchase Decision, while Social Influence did not. Trust was found to mediate the relationship between several variables and Purchase Decision, which in turn affected Customer Satisfaction. Perceived Cost and Customer Satisfaction influenced Repurchase Intention, while Habit had no significant effect. These findings highlight the importance of improving service quality, ease of access, and user trust to maintain customer loyalty toward the RedBus application.
