Abstract

Pertumbuhan dan perkembangan sebuah organisasi tidak dapat dilepaskan dari peran penting Pegawai di dalamnya. Pegawai yang berkualitas dan memiliki kinerja yang baik menjadi kunci keberhasilan suatu perusahaan. Dalam mengoptimalkan kinerja Pegawai, faktor-faktor tertentu seperti jenjang karier, Pegawai kerja, dan kepuasan kerja memegang peran krusial. Oleh karena itu, penelitian mengenai pengaruh jenjang karier, dan Pegawai kerja, terhadap kepuasan kerja menjadi relevan untuk dilakukan Pegawai itu sendiri sehingga berdampak baik pula pada organisasi maupun perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetauhi Pengaruh jenjang karier dan kemampuan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja melalui prestasi kerja Pegawai. Adapun metode penelitian yang dialakukan adalah  metode kuantitatif. Banyaknya jumlah populasi yang terdapat pada penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 36 orang Pegawai merupakan seluruh Pegawai di Pegadaian Wilayah I Medan sebanyak 36 orang dan sekaligus sebagai sampel dikarenakan kurang dari 100. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan kerja (X2) berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja (Y) pegawai Pegadaian Wilayah I Medan. Indikator kemampuan kerja seperti pengetahuan, pelatihan, dan keterampilan terbukti menjadi faktor yang signifikan.

Abstract

Promosi jabatan merupakan perpindahan yang memperbesar authority dan responsibility pegawai ke jabatan yang lebih tinggi didalam satu organisasi sehingga kewajiban, hak, status, dan penghasilannya semakin besar promosi jabatan merupakan peningkatan dari seorang tenaga kerja atau pegawai pada suatu bidang tugas yang lebih baik. Populasi berjumlah 30 orang, seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel sebanyak 30 orang pegawai. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan studi pustaka, wawancara, dokumentasi dan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis korelasi dengan menggunakan program SPSS versi 25. Uji yang digunakan adalah uji t, uji F dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Diklat berpengaruh signifikan sebesar 0,673 atau 67,3% terhadap promosi jabatan, pengaruhnya dengan kategori kuat. Dimana semakin baik diklat maka promosi jabatan juga akan semakin tinggi. 2) Pengembangan Karir berpengaruh signifikan sebesar 0,527 atau 52,7% terhadap promosi jabatan, pengaruhnya dengan kategori cukup kuat. Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dimana semakin baik pengembangan karir maka promosi jabatan juga akan semakin tinggi 3). Pengaruh Diklat dan Pengembangan Karir secara simultan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Promosi jabatan yang dikategorikan kuat yaitu pada tingkat 0,795 atau 79,5% sedangkan sisanya 24,3% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diuji dalam penelitian ini.lagi dijelaskan oleh faktor lain.

Abstract

Upaya untuk meningkatkan kualitas SDM ini, utamanya sumber daya manusia instansi perlu dilakukan secara baik, terarah, dan terencana, sehingga instansi pun dapat bersaing secara sehat dengan instansi lain, Terutama didalam permasalahan pengembangan karir dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Metode yang digunakan yakni metode deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini 31 orang pegawai. Adapun sampel penelitian dalam berjumlah 30 orang pegawai. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dengan studi pustaka, dokumentasi, kuesioner dan wawancara. Tekhnik analisis data Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda, Uji-T (Parsial), Uji-F (Serempak), Uji Koefisien Determinasi R2. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan karir berpengaruh signifikan sebesar 0,628 atau 62,8% terhadap kinerja pegawai pengaruhnya dengan kuat. Dimana semakin baik pengembangan karir maka kinerja pegawai juga akan semakin tinggi. Disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan sebesar 0.791 atau 79,1% terhadap kinerja pegawai pengaruhnya dengan kategori kuat. Terdapat pengaruh yang siqnifikan dimana semakin baik disiplin kerja maka kinerja pegawai juga akan semakin tinggi. Secara simultan variabel pengembangan karir dan disiplin kerja mampunyai pengaruh yang signifikan sebesar 0.621 atau 62,1% terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan kategori kuat, sedangkan sisanya 25,4 % lagi dijelaskan oleh faktor lain, yaitu seperti variabel pengembangan karir dan disiplin kerja.

Abstract

This study aims to identify, analyze, and assess the effect of waiting room service quality and departure terminal facilities on passenger satisfaction at Kualanamu International Airport, North Sumatra. This study uses a quantitative approach with associative methods. A total of 100 respondents were selected through random sampling techniques and data were collected using questionnaire instruments that include variables of waiting room service quality, departure terminal facilities, and passenger satisfaction. Data analysis was done by multiple linear regression techniques. The results of partial analysis showed that the quality of Service waiting room has a significant effect on passenger satisfaction with the value of tcount= 6.311 which is greater than Ttable=1.660 and significance of 0.000 (<0.05). Similarly, the departure terminal facilities have a significant effect with the value of t count=4.127 which is also greater than T table=1.660 and significance 0.000 (<0.05). Simultaneously, the quality of Service waiting room and departure terminal facilities significantly affect passenger satisfaction with a value of Fcount=152.284 greater than Ftable=3.09 and significance 0.000 (<0.05). Determination value of 75.3% indicates that the variable quality of service lounge and departure terminal facilities explain most of the variations in passenger satisfaction variables. This study recommends that Kualanamu airport managers improve service quality by adding seats, improving air conditioning systems and renewing entertainment facilities. Further research, it is recommended to expand the scope of variables, use qualitative methods and conduct comparisons between airports in order to broaden the outlook and develop a more comprehensive service improvement strategy.

Abstract

This study aims to identify, analyze, and assess the impact of aviation security control and supervision on flight safety at Kualanamu International Airport in North Sumatra. Using a quantitative approach and correlational methods, data were collected from 80 respondents selected through random sampling techniques. A questionnaire was used to gather data on the variables of aviation security control, supervision, and flight safety. Multiple linear regression was employed to analyze the data. The results of the partial analysis showed that aviation security control significantly affects flight safety at Kualanamu International Airport, with a t-value (tcount) of 3.290, higher than the t-table value of 1.664, and a significance level of 0.002 (< 0.05). Likewise, aviation security supervision also significantly affects flight safety, with a t-value (tcount) of 8.101, greater than the t-table value, and a significance level of 0.000 (< 0.05). Simultaneously, both control and supervision significantly impact flight safety, with an F-value (Fcount) of 82.109, exceeding the F-table value of 3.12, and a significance of 0.000 (< 0.05). The determination coefficient of 67.2% indicates that the control and supervision variables explain most of the variations in flight safety. This study recommends enhancing security control through regular evaluations, improved training based on realistic threat simulations, and strengthened teamwork. Increasing the frequency of supervision with specialized teams and expanding monitoring systems with additional CCTV in under-monitored areas are also essential to ensure optimal security at the airport.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh e-promosi dan kualitas produk terhadap penjualan produk houseware melalui citra merek sebagai variabel intervening pada PT Mustika Mitra Abadi Altic Houseware Medan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang pernah membeli produk houseware PT Mustika Mitra Abadi Altic Houseware Medan. Sampel penelitian ditentukan sebanyak 50 responden dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa e-promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap citra merek, Kualitas produk juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap citra merek. Selanjutnya, citra merek terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap penjualan produk. Selain itu, baik e-promosi maupun kualitas produk secara langsung juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penjualan produk, dengan kualitas produk memiliki pengaruh yang lebih kuat dibandingkan e-promosi. Penelitian ini juga mengungkapkan bahwa citra merek memediasi pengaruh e-promosi dan kualitas produk terhadap penjualan produk. Artinya, pengaruh e-promosi dan kualitas produk terhadap penjualan akan semakin kuat apabila didukung oleh citra merek yang baik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, disarankan kepada PT Mustika Mitra Abadi Altic Houseware Medan untuk terus meningkatkan strategi e-promosi yang lebih inovatif dan interaktif agar dapat menjangkau lebih banyak konsumen secara efektif. Perusahaan juga perlu menjaga dan meningkatkan kualitas produk yang ditawarkan agar dapat mempertahankan dan meningkatkan citra merek di mata konsumen.Kata Kunci:  E-Promosi, Kualitas Produk, Citra Merek, Penjualan, Houseware

Abstract

This study aims to determine how organizational culture and competence influence employee performance development with job satisfaction as a mediating variable at PT. BPR NBP 20 Delitua. The object of this study was employees of PT. BPR NBP 20 Delitua with 30 respondents. Quantitative methods were used in the study using multiple linear analysis techniques, validity tests, reliability tests, and classical assumption tests. As well as hypothesis testing using t-test, f-test, r-test and mediation tests where the data were processed using SPSS. The results of the t-test study, obtained a calculated t value> t-table value, which is 3.126> 2.052, and a significant value <0.05, which is 0.000 <0.05 so that it is concluded that organizational culture (X1) has a positive and significant effect on performance development (Y), H1 is accepted. Organizational culture (X1) has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction (Z), with a calculated t value > t table value, which is 4.945 > 2.052, and a significant value < 0.05, which is 0.000 < 0.05, so H2 is accepted. Competence (X2) has a positive and significant effect on performance development (Y), with a calculated t value > t table value, which is 3.638 > 2.052, and a significant value < 0.05, which is 0.000 < 0.05, so H3 is accepted. Competence (X2) has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction (Z), with a calculated t value > t table value, which is 3.133 > 2.052, and a significant value < 0.05, which is 0.004 < 0.05, so H4 is accepted. Job satisfaction (Z) has a positive and significant effect on performance development (Y) with a calculated t value > t table value, which is 4.421 > 2.052, and a significant value <0.05, which is 0.000 <0.05 so that H5 is accepted. The results of the f test analysis, obtained a calculated f value > f table value, which is 50.849 > 3.354 and a significance of 0.000 <0.05, so it is concluded that organizational culture (X1) and competence (X2) together have a positive and significant effect on work development (Y), H6 is accepted. The results of the Sobel test obtained a calculated t value of 7.563 > t table 2.052 so that it can be concluded that job satisfaction (Z) is able to mediate the influence of organizational culture (X1) and competence (X2) on employee performance development (Y) at PT. Abstract

Intense competition in the business world requires companies to be able to develop their businesses continuously innovate and make new breakthroughs. This research aims to examine variables that influence purchasing decisions and consumer satisfaction, namely location and price variables to increase sales volume. This research uses quantitative methods using primary data. The sampling method used in this research is a non-probability sampling method, with the Accidental Sampling technique which is a technique for determining samples by chance. The sample in this study amounted to 97 respondents. The results of the T model 1 test can be seen in Table 4.22, namely with a beta coefficient value of 0.471 which shows a positive direction with a significance value of 0.000 which is smaller than the significance level of 0.05. This shows that location (X1) has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y1). The second hypothesis proposed in this research states that sales volume moderates the relationship between location and purchasing decisions at the Simpang Tiga Tanjung Morawa Restaurant. The test results can be seen in the location variable, the parameter coefficient value is 3.594 with a significance value of 0.002. The interaction variable X1 obtained a parameter coefficient of -0.070 with a significance value of 0.007. Future researchers can retest consistency or add new variables that were not examined in this research.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of maintenance costs on the welfare of cocoa farmers in Manyamba Village, Tammerodo Sendana District, and to examine the role of cocoa productivity as a moderating variable in this relationship. The research method used a quantitative approach with a population of 60 cocoa farmers who also served as the research sample. Data were collected through observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires, then analyzed using the Partial Least Squares (SmartPLS) technique. The results showed that maintenance costs had a positive and significant effect on farmer welfare. Cocoa productivity was also shown to have a significant positive effect on improving welfare. However, the results of the moderation effect test showed that productivity did not play a significant role in strengthening or weakening the relationship between maintenance costs and farmer welfare. These findings confirm that efforts to improve farmer welfare depend not only on managing maintenance costs and productivity, but also require support from other external factors such as access to financing, agricultural technology, and government policies.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian melalui influencer marketing pada UMKM di Kecamatan Medan Amplas. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian asosiatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 43 pelaku UMKM yang dipilih dengan teknik sampling jenuh. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner, dan data dianalisis menggunakan path analysis (analisis jalur) dengan bantuan program SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, variabel harga (X1) dan promosi (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap influencer marketing (Z) maupun terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y). Demikian pula, influencer marketing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Secara simultan, harga dan promosi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian melalui influencer marketing. Nilai R Square sebesar 0,724 menunjukkan bahwa model memiliki kemampuan prediktif yang kuat, artinya 72,4% variasi dalam keputusan pembelian dapat dijelaskan oleh harga, promosi, dan influencer marketing. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa strategi penetapan harga dan promosi yang tepat, bila dikombinasikan dengan pemanfaatan influencer marketing, dapat meningkatkan keputusan pembelian pada UMKM. Oleh karena itu, pemilik UMKM disarankan untuk mengintegrasikan strategi digital marketing guna memperkuat daya saing di era digital.Kata Kunci: Harga, Influencer Marketing, Keputusan Pembelian, Promosi
