Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Insentif, Disiplin Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja dan Kemampuan Sumber Daya Manusia Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Di PT Dipo Internasional Pahala Otomotif Batam. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 68 orang yang merupakan Karyawan PT Dipo Internasional Pahala Otomotif Batam. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh sehingga didapat sampel berjumlah 68 responden. Data diperoleh dengan menggunakan instrument wawancara dan instrument angket yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Analisis data menggunakan regresi berganda dan uji hipotesis dengan menggunakaan alat uji SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian ini disimpulkan secara parsial Lingkungan Kerja tidak berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, namun Insentif, Disiplin Kerja, dan Kemampuan Sumber Daya Manusia berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Sedangkan secara simultan keempat variabel independen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel Job Insecurity, Job Description, dan Kompensasi secara parsial dan simultan terhadap Turnover Intention karyawan PT. Indosat Ooredoo Tbk Regional Batam. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Indosat Ooredoo Tbk Regional Batam yang berjumlah 90 orang dengan anggota populasi dijadikan sampel secara keseluruhan dengan metode kuesioner. Hasil penelitian ini dengan analisis regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa (1) job insecurity berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention karyawan dilihat dari nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai t hitung 4,305 > t tabel 1,988. (2) job description berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention karyawan dilihat dari nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai t hitung 2,772. (3) kompensasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention karyawan dilihat dari nilai signifikan 0,380 > 0,05 dan nilai t hitung -0,883 < t tabel 1,988. (4) hasil penelitian secara simultan menujukkan bahwa job insecurity, job description dan kompensasi berpengaruh bersama-sama terhadap turnover intention karyawan PT Indosat Ooredoo Tbk Regional Batam. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari hasil uji F dimana dimana nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai F hitung 29,994 > F tabel 2,71.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi, komunikasi, komitmen organisasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Dharma Pacific Engineering. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Dharma Pacific Engineering. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 33 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan realibilitasnya. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitan ini adalah uji asumsi klasik dan regresi linear berganda dan uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan aplikasi IBM SPSS 26. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Motivasi tidak berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Komunikasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, Komitmen Organisasi tidak berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Secara simultan keempat variabel berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh pengembangan karir, semangat kerja, tanggung jawab, dan produktivitas terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Trimindo Jaya Mandiri cabang Batam. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Trimindo Jaya Mandiri cabang Batam yang berjumlah 89 karyawan dan pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sensus. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dan menggunakan desain penelitian analisis deskriptif. Metode pengumpulan instrument yang digunakan adalah penyebaran kuesioner melalui Google Form. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Pengembangan karir tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja Karyawan 2) Semangat kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja Karyawan 3) Tanggung jawab pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja Karyawan 4) Produktivitas pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan 5) Pengembangan karir, semangat kerja, tanggung jawab, dan produktivitas secara bersama sama mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Trimindo Jaya Mandiri cabang Batam.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan Kualitas kerja, Fasilitas kerja dan Keamanan kerja secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Citilink di Batam. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Citilink di Batam yang berjumlah 65 orang dan pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sensus. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dan menggunakan desain penelitian analisis deskriptif. Metode pengumpulan instrument yang digunakan adalah penyebaran kuesioner melalui Google Form. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Kualitas kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja Karyawan 2) Fasilitas kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja Karyawan 3) Keamanan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja Karyawan 4) Kualitas kerja, Fasilitas kerja dan Keamanan kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan secara bersama sama mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyse the influence of Organizational Commitment, Work Environment, Work Discipline and Motivation. This type of research is quantitative with a population of 76 respondents. Questions are given using a questionnaire with the Google Form technique. The data analysis methods used are Descriptive Test, Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Analysis and Determination (????2). The results of data analysis using multiple regression and hypotheses using the SPSS program and it can be seen that Organizational Commitment has a significant effect on employee performance, Work Environment does not have a significant effect on employee performance, Work Discipline has a significant effect on employee performance, Motivation has a significant effect on employee performance, and systematic testing Simultaneously shows that Organizational Commitment, Work Environment, Work Discipline and Motivation have a significant effect on Employee Performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work environment, workload, work stress and work morale on employee performance at the Notary & PPAT Office of Batam City (Case Study of Notary & PPAT Employee Performance Vivin, S. H., M. Kn and Notary & PPAT Office Yondri Darto, S.H). The type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The population of this study were 41 people who were employees of the Notary & PPAT Office of Vivin, S. H., M. Kn and the Notary & PPAT Yondri Darto, S. H. The sampling technique in this study used a saturated sample technique so that the sample numbered 41 respondents. Data is obtained by distributing questionnaires or questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis used multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing using the t test and F test. The data were processed using SPSS version 26. The results of the study were that partially the variables Work Environment, Workload, Work Stress and Work Morale had a significant and significant effect on Employee Performance, and in a significant way Simultaneous Work Environment, Workload, Work Stress, and Work Morale have a significant and significant effect on the Performance of Notary & PPAT Office Employees Vivin, S. Abstract

Disciplinary violations that are still occurring in the Riau Islands Police Subbidprovos Bidpropam, which has tagging responsibility in its work, namely managing the orderliness of every member of the police, is currently an obstacle. This study aims to determine the effect of the Work Environment, Individual Characteristics, Discipline, and Leadership Style on the Performance of the Riau Islands Regional Police Bidpropam Subbidprovos. The population in this study were all members of the Riau Islands Police Subbidprovos Bidpropam, totaling 88 people. The sampling technique was carried out using the Saturated Sampling Jenuh. Data were obtained using a questionnaire instrument that had been tested for validity and reliability. The results showed that: there was an influence of the work environment, individual characteristics, discipline, and leadership style on the performance of the Riau Islands Police Subbidprovos Bidpropam, this can be seen from the results of the work environment, namely tcount thitung (4.395) > ttabel (1.988), df = 83. Individual characteristics is tcount thitung (-574) < ttabel (1.988), df = 83. Discipline is tcount yaitu thitung (3.517) > ttabel (1.988), df = 83. Leadership style is tcount thitung (2.408) > ttabel (1.988), df = 83.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of communication, motivation, work discipline, and work environment on employee performance within a manufacturing context. With a sample size of 90 employees, a structured questionnaire was employed for data collection, followed by validity and reliability assessments, classic assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing using SPSS V25. Findings revealed that communication style significantly impacted employee performance, while motivation, work discipline, and work environment did not exhibit significant effects. However, when considered collectively, the variables of communication, motivation, work discipline, and work environment exhibited a significant influence on employee performance, offering valuable insights for optimizing performance enhancement strategies in similar organizational settings. Highlight: Holistic Examination: Investigating the impact of communication, motivation, work discipline, and work environment on employee performance in a manufacturing context. Methodological Rigor: Employing a structured questionnaire and advanced statistical analyses, including validity and reliability assessments, classic assumption tests, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing. Integrated Insights: Revealing a significant influence of communication style on employee performance, while motivation, work discipline, and work environment individually did not exhibit significant effects. However, their combined effect underscores their collective importance for optimizing performance enhancement strategies in similar organizational settings. Abstract

Background: Blockchain technology has emerged as a revolutionary tool with the potential to transform various sectors, including civil law enforcement. Its decentralized, transparent, and immutable nature offers new possibilities for enhancing legal processes, ensuring data integrity, and reducing fraud. Objective: This study aims to evaluate the influence of blockchain technology on civil law enforcement. The research focuses on understanding how blockchain can enhance legal processes, improve data security, and foster transparency within the civil law system. Methods: A mixed-methods approach was employed, combining quantitative surveys and qualitative interviews. Quantitative data were collected from 200 legal professionals and law enforcement officers, measuring their perceptions of blockchain's impact on various legal processes. Qualitative interviews with 30 key stakeholders provided deeper insights into blockchain's practical applications and challenges in civil law enforcement.. Results: Findings indicate that blockchain technology can significantly enhance data security, transparency, and efficiency in civil law enforcement. Best practices identified include the use of smart contracts for automated enforcement and blockchain for secure evidence management. Challenges such as technical complexity, cost, and legal interoperability were also highlighted. Conclusion: Blockchain technology holds significant promise for improving civil law enforcement by enhancing transparency, security, and efficiency. Implementing best practices can optimize these benefits, although challenges remain.
