Abstract

Abstract: Based on observations in the field that students lack motivation in learning due to lack of internet quota and others. The purpose of this research is to find out online learning according to the teacher's perspective and student motivation in knowing how effective online learning is in the Physical Education subject. This type of research is descriptive research. The population in this study were male students, totaling 558 people. The sampling technique was taken by Stratified Proportional Random Sampling, where the sample was taken by 10% of each strata or class, namely 10% of 558 male students so that a sample of 56 people was obtained. The technique of collecting data is by observing and distributing questionnaires to male students who have been selected as samples. Data analysis technique is to use descriptive statistics with frequency tabulation. The findings show that on intrinsic motivation, the statements answered by the respondents for the criteria of strongly agree (SS) are 19.75%, the criteria for agree (S) are 58.5%, the criteria for doubt (RG) are 14.2%, the criteria are not agree (TS) of 6.58%, and the criteria for strongly disagree (STS) of 1% with an achievement level of 77.14% are categorized as sufficient. As for extrinsic motivation, the statements answered by the respondents for the criteria of strongly agree (SS) are 17.25%, the criteria for agree (S) are 54.2%, the criteria for doubt (RG) are 16.1%, the criteria for disagree (TS) are 9.63% , and the criteria for strongly disagree (STS) of 2.72% with an achievement level of 74.64% are categorized as sufficient. So the conclusion is that the intrinsic and extrinsic motivation of students are in the sufficient category. To get the level of achievement categorized as very good, it is necessary to increase the motivation, both from within students (intrinsic) and from outside students (extrinsic).Key Words: Motivation, online learning

Abstract

Abstract: The problem in this research is the difficulty of learning physical education that is not in accordance with the competency standards, only volleyball learning has many obstacles related to school infrastructure, interactions and organization in schools. The aim of this research was to determine the analysis of physical education learning difficulties in online lessons in volleyball subjects on SMP Negeri 6 Pekanbaru in the new normal period. The population in this research was class VIII students, which equates to 400 people. The sampling technique was purposeful sampling based on its characteristics so that 31 students were used as respondents. Based on the description of the results of research on learning disabilities in physical education in online classes, volleyball subjects fall into the category of "very low" of 3.22% or (1 student), "Low" of 35.48% or (11 students), "moderate" at 22.58% or (7 students), "high" at 32.25% or (10 students), "very high" at 6.45% or as much as (2 students). Thus, the analysis of learning difficulties in online physical education classroom in volleyball subjects at SMPN 6 Pekanbaru during the New Normal period was in the "Medium" category with the Norm Reference Assessment (PAN) based on an average value of 95.29.Key Words: Physical Education Learning Difficulties, Online Classes, During The Pandemic

Abstract

Abstract: Insomnia is a sleep disorder that is most commonly found in the elderly. Elderly people suffered insomnia because the aging physiological factors that reduced secretion of the hormone melatonin. Feet’s hydrotherapy is one of the non-pharmacological ways by soaking feet in warm water with a temperature of 30-39 degrees Celsius who will give the sopartifik effect or want to sleep effects. The purpose of this study are to identify the Effect of Feet’s Hydrotherapy to Reduction of Insomnia Scores at Elderly in Sukamaju Village, Sail Subdistrict,Pekanbaru City. Design of this research is the Pre-Experimental with an approach One Group Pre Test - Post Test Design. Sample selection was done using Total sampling technique. The research sample that is aged 60-90 years old and suffered insomnia as many as 9 respondents. Analysis of statistical data used is the Wilcoxon t-test. Collecting data using questionnaires Insomnia Rating Scale modified by Jakarta Biological Psychiatry Study Group (KSPBJ) according to the Elderly’s conditions in Indonesia. Results of research, measurement results obtained Mean of pretest score of insomnia are 28,78 and measurement results Mean of Post Test score of insomnia are 23,56. Statistical test results using a Wilcoxon T-Test with α = 0,05 are obtained significance values 0,007 or significance <0.05. The conclusion from this research that there is an influence of feet’s hydrotherapy to decrease insomnia scores in elderly. Suggested feet’s hydrotherapy can be used as one way to decrease insomnia in elderly who experience insomnia.Key Words: Hydrotherapy, Elderly, Insomnia

Abstract

Abstract: The problem in this research is the interest of the subject and the character of the students that are not good. For example there are still many students that underestimate the lesson and do not appreciate the teacher who teaches. The purpose of this research was to determine the impact of physical education learning on the character formation of students at SDN 03 Minas Barat Class 5. The sampling technique was purposive sampling. The instrument used in this research is to use a questionnaire, interviews and documentation. The data obtained were analyzed using the percentage test technique. From the results of the analysis on the interpretation of scores obtained in the calculation of accumulation or total data obtained 18 respondents or 40% of the impact of physical education learning on students' attitudes in the very good category and 14 respondents 31.11% agreeing the impact of physical education learning in the agree category, and agreeing the impact of not agreeing , if it is said then the results of this research get 32 students or 70% agree and have an impact on physical education learning in the very good category. Based on the analysis of this research, the acquisitions of class VA and B students were made in good categories with the following details: 37.50% or as many as 6 respondents were classified as strongly agree, 31.25% or 5 respondents were classified as agree, 12.50% or 2 respondents were classified as disagreeing and 18.75% or 3 respondents classified as strongly disagreeing.Key Words: Physical Education, Character Establishment

Abstract

The success of physical education learning is influenced by several factors, namely physical, cognitive and psychological skills. Psychological skills based on literature studies are an important component that has become the focus of research, especially on aspects of students' learning motivation. This study aims to reveal the psychological skills in physical education learning about intrinsic and extrinsic motivation that affect the success of the type of research used is a literature study or commonly called a literature study. Literature review is part of a qualitative research in which the analysis of research data is based on a data set of published articles that discuss intrinsic and extrinsic motivation in physical education learning. Data analysis is based on a collection of articles published in journals in the last 10 years. The results of the literature review are expected to be used as studies or information that can be used as a theoretical basis for further research in the use of intrinsic and extrinsic motivation to support physical education learning success.

Abstract

Ketika tim lawan tidak sedang menjaga pemain, gerakan chest pass sangat efektif. Seorang pemain membutuhkan atribut fisik pendukung, seperti ledakan otot lengan, untuk menjalankan metode chest pass. Hal ini karena mendorong diperlukan saat mengoper ke rekan satu tim. Tujuan dari penelitian yang dilaksanakan di SMAN 3 Mandau ini adalah untuk mengetahui dampak kekuatan otot lengan dan kekuatan terhadap kemampuan chest pass pada pemain basket putra yang mengikuti kegiatan ekstrakurikuler di sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian korelasi ganda kuantitatif. Pengukuran, pengujian, literatur, dan observasi adalah beberapa metode yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data. Momen produk korelasi sederhana dan ganda digunakan dalam pendekatan analisis data. Para peneliti menemukan bahwa di antara siswa ekstrakurikuler basket SMAN3 Mandau, kekuatan otot lengan dan kemampuan chest pass berkorelasi. Ini ditentukan dengan menghitung > rtable, atau 0,538 > 0,444 (N=20). Tingkat koneksi yang termasuk dalam kisaran menengah. Selain itu, di antara siswa ekstrakurikuler basket SMAN3 Mandau, ada korelasi antara power otot lengan dan keterampilan chest pass, seperti yang ditunjukkan oleh perhitungan yang menunjukkan bahwa > rtable atau 0,530 > 0,444 (N=20) diperoleh. Pada siswa ekstrakurikuler basket SMAN3 Mandau, terdapat hubungan antara kekuatan dan power otot lengan dan skill chest pass yang masuk ke dalam kelompok medium. Dengan 0,567 > 0,444 (N=20) atau > rtable sebagai hasil yang dihitung. Intensitas hubungan berada dalam kisaran menengah.

Abstract

The purpose of this literature review is to review the scientific literature on cooperative learning research in physical education in Indonesia. Two databases (Scopus and Web of Science) were used to select articles containing information on cooperative learning in physical education. The search was conducted following the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) guidelines. After the exclusion criteria, only 7 articles were included in the category. The results show that the types of research used in cooperative learning research in Indonesia vary, namely; quantitative, mixed research (quantitative and qualitative), and development. On average in the study using questionnaires and interviews in data collection. Cooperative learning research in Indonesia is also divided into three groups, (i) cooperative learning models based on local wisdom and basic skills cards (FS), (ii) cooperative learning models of TGT, STAD, and Jigsaw types in sports and online learning, (iii) cooperative learning model in instilling self-confidence, cooperation and moral values. Several limitations inherent in the review have been noted, and it is necessary to carry out further studies of this globally with literature reviews or mapping studies (bibliometric and scientometric), and it is also necessary to do about the application of cooperative learning and its impact, because in today's society, elements of elements such as social relationships, dialogue, and respect, as well as physical activity and sport, are very important.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to find out how much influence Zig-Zag training with a ball has on Dribbling Skills at the SSB Pancasona Abadi TualangU-17 Club. Research location in the SSB Pancasona Abadi Tualang Perawang field.From 7 January to 24 February 2024, the data source is SSB Pancasona Abadi TualangU-17 student players who are registered and actively participating in training. Tocollect the data needed for this research, the Dribbling Zig-Zag instrument was used.Based on the results of the research discussion above, it can be concluded that there isan influence of Zig-zag Dribbling training (X) on the endurance ability (Y) ofPancasona Abadi Tualang U-17 players. The obstacles that researchers face in the fieldafter conducting research are unpredictable weather, sometimes hot and rainy.However, researchers still continue research according to conditions in the field. Thismeans that when it rains the researcher stops the testee and continues if the field theresearcher is using is not hampered. If there are problems in the field, the researcherstops the research and continues the next day, perhaps that is the only problem in thefield that the researcher faces during the exercise.Keywords: Influence, Zig-Zag Practice, Dribbling Skills

Abstract

Abstract: The aim of this research is to determine the difficulties,implementation of learning, and evaluation of physical education learning for childrenwith special needs for mental retardation in special schools throughout Pekanbaru.This research is classified as descriptive research. This research was carried out at aspecial school in the city of Pekanbaru from the end of June 2023 to December 2023.Based on the results of the research and discussion, physical education learning formentally retarded classes throughout Pekanbaru City took place according to theexisting learning schedule and hours. Teachers teach according to the competenciesthat students must achieve. However, in implementing learning, teachers do not alwaysfind conditions that are conducive to teaching existing basic competencies. The resultsof this research can be concluded as an average of 82.14% with five factors which addup to the very good category. The meaning of very good here is that when comparedwith the interview results, SLB teachers really have difficulty teaching PhysicalEducation, but because they are based on sincere intentions, they are able to teach eventhough it is not according to the learning plan.Key Words: Physical Education Learning Difficulties, Children with Special Needs                 and Mentally Impaired

Abstract

Abstract: The thesis is a very important aspect. This work is not only a marker ofsomeone's eligibility to obtain a bachelor's degree. To complete a thesis, students must go through a long process that galvanizes them in various aspects, both intellectual, mental, social and spiritual. During this process, many things will shape and perfect the students' personal qualities, so that they deserve to be called graduates. In reality, many students experience difficulties in completing their theses, which often results in completing their studies beyond the normal time limit for obtaining a bachelor's degree, which is more than four years. This research problem was caused by several factors, one of which was feeling lazy about doing the final assignment, lack of communication with the relevant lecturer, and fear of meeting the relevant lecturer about completing the final assignment. This type of research is included in research with a qualitative approach, because the form of data is in the form of verbal and descriptive information about an object being studied. Presentation of qualitative data is usually conveyed in the form of descriptions, explanations and interpretations of a phenomenon that is the object of research. This research is also descriptive research carried out to describe or describe the research object in its actual situation without any intention of drawing conclusions. The results of the research revealed that the constraint indicator for final year students had an achievement indicator of 66.14% in the good category, while the development indicator for final year students had an achievement indicator of 68.74% in the good category. The average achievement of each indicator is 67.44%, which explains that the difficulties of students in the Physical Education study program at the University of Riau Class of 2017 in completing their thesis are in the good category.Key Words: Student, Physical Education, Final Project, University of Riau.
