Abstract

Research in the field of marketing management to optimize the formulation of promotions from customer satisfaction and knowledge sharing in realizing the economic welfare of local product business actors. The research was conducted in two cities in Indonesia that have a culture with batik products as an aesthetic regional icon in meeting customer needs. Batik has an appeal and philosophy which is a cultural heritage, economically it has value-added products to advance the region from increasing income. SDL research theory in providing a strategy to improve service quality in terms of promotion based on customer needs. The research was conducted on 300 batik entrepreneurs in Yogyakarta and in Palangka Raya. This type of quantitative research with statistical tools SPSS 24.0 shows significant positive results of customer satisfaction and knowledge sharing increasing the optimization of marketing promotions by 71%. The implications of the research as a marketing strategy in increasing the income of local product business actors, from optimizing marketing promotions for the economic welfare of business actors.

Abstract

Research in the expansion of the Greater Kotawaringin Province was identified as meeting the administrative requirements of the number of districts, namely 5 districts consisting of East Kotawaringin, West Kotawaringin, Seruyan, Lamandau and Sukamara districts. However, the Regional Original Income in the proposed area for the expansion of Kotawaringin Raya Province is deemed unable to support sustainable regional development, especially Lamandau and Sukamara Regencies, which are the smallest contributors of all the regencies in Central Kalimantan Province, so there is a need for more monitoring and evaluation. comprehensive. The proposed expansion of the Greater Barito Province, which consists of South Barito, East Barito, North Barito and Murung Raya Regencies, is considered to still not meet administrative requirements. The proposed expansion of Barito Raya Province still consists of 4 (four) districts or one more district has not been fulfilled, so the initial recommendation that can be given is that the regional government of the Greater Barito region can add one more district or can expand the districts first. The sustainability of the business strategy is built with a vision, mission and positive influence to improve the welfare of the SMes business. Abstract

Pelayanan administrasi bagi usaha kecil dan menengah (UKM) di provinsi yang memiliki banyak kabupaten mempunyai tantangan yang besar seperti penerapan sistem administrasi yang tidak memadai dan layanan publik yang tidak optimal akibat keterbatasan sumber daya dan kelangkaan transportasi. Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah memiliki 14 wilayah administratif, dan luasnya wilayah administratif ini dapat memberikan masalah bagi pemerintah khusunya dalam hal optimasi layanan publik. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut dapat dilakukan melalui pembangunan daerah Provinsi baru di Kalimantan Tengah sehingga dapat meningkatkan pemerataan pelayanan publik bagi usaha kecil dan menengah. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PkM) ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman para pelaku usaha kecil dan menengah di Buntok, Barito Selatan mengenai rencana pembentukan Provinsi Barito Raya. PkM ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Focus Group Discussion dan dilaksanakan di di Warung Mama Nisa Kamper. Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa pelaku usaha di Warung Mama Nisa Kamper mengetahui tujuan dari pembentukan Provinsi Barito Raya.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis community service activity aimed to strengthen human resource capacity through Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) and green innovation in the prospective Kampung Nelayan Merah Putih located in Tanjung Putri and Sei Ijum Raya Villages, Central Kalimantan. The activity adopted a participatory action research approach involving local communities in every stage, from identification to training evaluation. The program was designed through three integrated components: socialization on green innovation, training on GHRM, and green marketing practice. The training increased participants’ understanding of sustainable human resource management and environmental awareness. The pre-test and post-test results indicated an average knowledge improvement of more than 40 percent, showing a significant shift in participants’ behavior toward environmentally responsible practices. The integration of GHRM and green innovation proved effective in empowering coastal communities, strengthening village institutions, and encouraging the emergence of sustainable economic initiatives. This model demonstrates that environmentally-based capacity building can be replicated in other coastal villages to promote inclusive green and blue economy development.Keywords: Green Human Resource Management, green innovation, green marketing, coastal community, sustainable developmentABSTRAKKegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memperkuat kapasitas sumber daya manusia melalui penerapan Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) dan inovasi hijau di Calon Kampung Nelayan Merah Putih yang berlokasi di Desa Tanjung Putri dan Desa Sei Ijum Raya, Kalimantan Tengah. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dengan pendekatan participatory action research yang melibatkan masyarakat secara aktif dalam setiap tahap, mulai dari identifikasi masalah hingga evaluasi pelatihan. Program ini dirancang melalui tiga komponen utama, yaitu sosialisasi tentang inovasi hijau, pelatihan GHRM, dan penerapan green marketing. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan peserta lebih dari 40 persen dan perubahan perilaku menuju praktik ramah lingkungan. Integrasi antara GHRM dan inovasi hijau terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kapasitas masyarakat pesisir, memperkuat kelembagaan desa, serta mendorong munculnya inisiatif ekonomi berkelanjutan. Model pelatihan ini dapat direplikasi pada desa pesisir lain untuk mendukung pembangunan hijau dan ekonomi biru yang inklusif.Kata Kunci: Green Human Resource Management, inovasi hijau, green marketing, masyarakat pesisir, pembangunan berkelanjutan

Abstract

Using purchase decision as a mediating variable, this study attempts to examine how brand image affects local product competitiveness in IKM Jawet Niang.  Using a quantitative technique, the study was carried out in Palangka Raya City with an emphasis on a local small and medium industry (IKM).  Customers who had made at least two purchases from IKM Jawet Niang were given questionnaires to complete in order to gather data.  SmartPLS 4.1 was used for data processing, and 96 people made up the sample.  The findings show that brand image has a favourable impact on both product competitiveness and purchase decisions, with the relationship between brand image and product competitiveness being mediated by purchase decisions. This study adds to the body of knowledge on traditional-cultured local SMEs, stresses the value of brand awareness in boosting the competitiveness of local products, and highlights how SMEs support regional economic growth while preserving ancestral culture by empowering local speciality products

Abstract

Tujuan dilakukan penelitian ini yaitu untuk menguji pengaruh pemasaran konten dan ulasan pelanggan online terhadap keputusan pembelian yang dimediasi oleh kepercayaan pelanggan. Sampel didapatkan menggunakan teknik Non-Probability Sampling, yang melibatkan sampel sebanyak 97 responden. Data dikumpulkan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner menggunakan Google Form, yang selanjutnya diolah dan dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) didukung oleh aplikasi SmartPLS versi 4.1. Temuan-temuan yaitu pemasaran konten mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kepercayaan pelanggan, ulasan pelanggan online tidak mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kepercayaan pelanggan, pemasaran konten tidak mempunyai pengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian, ulasan pelanggan online mempunyai pengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian, kepercayaan pelanggan mempunyai pengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian, pemasaran konten mempunyai pengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian melalui mediasi kepercayaan pelanggan, dan ulasan pelanggan online tidak mempunyai pengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian melalui mediasi kepercayaan pelanggan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menyelidiki bagaimana sistem reward, recognition dan motivasi karyawan memengaruhi kinerja di coffee shop yang berlokasi di Kota Palangka Raya. Rasionalisasi penelitian ini berasal dari meningkatnya persaingan di sektor coffee shop, di mana personel sangat penting untuk menjaga standar layanan dan meningkatkan kinerja organisasi. Recognition dan sistem reward terhadap staf dipandang sebagai strategi manajemen penting yang dapat meningkatkan motivasi pekerja, yang pada gilirannya memengaruhi kinerja mereka. Metodologi penelitian ini melibatkan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan teknik survei. Individu yang disurvei adalah karyawan dari Nakaya Cafe, Anggrek Koffie, dan Kopte by Dum Dum Palangka Raya. Kelompok sampel sebanyak 44 partisipan dipilih untuk penelitian berdasarkan rumus Slovin. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner terstruktur yang menggunakan skala Likert. Data yang dihasilkan akan dinilai melalui analisis regresi linier berganda untuk mengeksplorasi hubungan antara berbagai variabel. Faktor-faktor yang diteliti meliputi sistem reward, recognition, dan motivasi, sedangkan kinerja karyawan dianggap sebagai variabel hasil. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi pada ranah teori manajemen sumber daya manusia dan menawarkan panduan praktis bagi kepemimpinan coffee shop dalam menciptakan kerangka kerja sistem reward dan recognition yang efektif yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan motivasi karyawan dan kinerja secara keseluruhan

Abstract

Data Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) menunjukkan jumlah pengangguran di Kabupaten Kapuas menduduki peringkat pertama dengan jumlah pengangguran terbanyak di Kalimantan Tengah pada tahun 2023. Cara yang dapat dilakukan untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut adalah dengan menggiatkan kegiatan kewirausahaan ekonomi hijau. Di banyak negara, konsep kewirausahaan ekonomi hijau telah diintegrasikan ke dalam kurikulum sekolah dalam upaya meningkatkan wawasan berwirausaha siswa. Oleh karena itu kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat melalui pendampingan kewirausahaan ekonomi hijau produk hidrogel aromaterapi berbahan miyak atsiri dari tumbuhan, dilaksanakan di SMAN 1 Kuala Kapuas berdasarkan metode community-based approach. Kegiatan pengabdian melalui 4 tahapan utama, yaitu Identifikasi masalah, Perencanaan, Pelaksanaan pelatihan dan evaluasi. Data hasil evaluasi kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa setelah siswa dan siswi SMAN 1 Kuala Kapuas mengikuti kegiatan, mereka mampu melakukan ekstrasi minyak atsiri, membuat produk hidrogel aromaterapi dan memahami konsep kewirausahaan ekonomi hijau yang dapat diaplikasikan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the administrative process of grant applications and evaluate the effectiveness of the system implemented at the Public Welfare Bureau of the Regional Secretariat of Central Kalimantan. The study employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive method, using interviews, observations, and documentation as data collection techniques. The results indicate that the grant application process has been carried out in accordance with established procedures; however, it is still dominated by a manual system that is less efficient in handling a high volume of applications. Although an online-based grant application system has been developed, its implementation has not been optimal due to the lack of full integration, limited socialization, and users’ readiness constraints.This study emphasizes the importance of developing a more integrated and adaptive online system to improve effectiveness, efficiency, and transparency in regional grant management.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aimed to examine the influence of product quality, service quality, and store atmosphere on customer satisfaction, with purchase intention as a mediating variable at Season Coffee in Kasongan. This study is motivated by the increasing competition in the coffee shop industry, where customer satisfaction is shaped by the quality of products, service delivery, and store ambiance. Methodology/Approach: A quantitative approach with an associative method was used. Data were collected using questionnaires distributed to 100 active customers of Season Coffee. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using Partial Least Squares (PLS) with SmartPLS 3.0 was used for data analysis. Results/Findings: The findings indicate that product quality, service quality, and store atmosphere each have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention. Moreover, purchase intention significantly influenced customer satisfaction and mediated the relationship between the three independent variables and customer satisfaction. Conclusions: The results suggest that enhancing product quality, improving service performance, and optimizing store ambiance can effectively increase customers’ purchase intentions, which, in turn, improves overall customer satisfaction. Therefore, coffee shop businesses should focus on these key elements to strengthen customer loyalty and competitive advantage. Limitations: This study is limited to a specific demographic in Kasongan and may not fully represent the broader customer base of the Seasons Coffee. Contribution: This study contributes to the development of consumer behavior models in Indonesia’s coffee shop industry and provides empirical support for the mediating role of purchase intention between service attributes and customer satisfaction.
