Abstract

Kampoeng Batik Jetis Sidoarjo is the center of the handmade batik industry in Sidoarjo city. The purpose of this study was to determine the existence of Kampoeng Batik Jetis and its impact on the socio-economic life of the Jetis Sidoarjo community. Approach This research method uses descriptive qualitative methods so that data collection techniques are carried out by means of observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used in this study using 3 stages including data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that most batik craftsmen use personal capital to run this batik business. The development of the batik industry in Kampoeng Batik Jetis from year to year is quite stable despite the many ups and downs in market share but the craftsmen still maintain their existence. The existence of the Kampoeng Batik Jetis industrial center has a positive impact in social and economic terms for the surrounding community. In social terms, for example, the development of tourism and increased awareness and welfare of the community. In terms of economy, it has an impact on employment, business opportunities, and encourages the growth of other sectors such as trade and services.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi, keterikatan karyawan, dan etos kerja terhadap loyalitas karyawan pada UD. Bumbu Masak Machmudah (BMM). Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan penulis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Purposive sampling adalah teknik yang digunakan dalam penelitian pustaka kuantitatif sebagai cara memilih sampel untuk pengumpulan data. Lokasi penelitian yang penulis gunakan untuk menguji hipotesis adalah UD. Bumbu Masak Machmudah (BMM) yang berlokasi di Jl. Putat Selatan Rt 02, Rw 01, Tanggulangin, Sidoarjo, dengan kode pos 61272. Dalam penelitian ini responden yang berjumlah sekitar 100 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode SPSS 25 untuk validitas, reliabilitas, dan asumsi klasik. Uji regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji f, dan koefisien determinasi digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis. Berdasarkan hasil hipotesis tersebut dapat diketahui bahwa organisasi mempunyai pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan. Selain itu, Employee Engagement memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Karyawan, demikian pula Prestasi Kerja mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Karyawan pada UD. Machmudah Bumbu Masak. Berdasarkan hasil uji f dapat diketahui bahwa loyalitas karyawan pada UD. Bumbu Masak Machmudah dipengaruhi secara simultan oleh budaya organisasi, keterikatan karyawan, dan prestasi kerja.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze marketing strategies regarding price perceptions, product quality and consumer satisfaction regarding purchasing decisions for Gempol Citra Asri housing. This research was conducted at the Gempol Citra Asri Housing Complex. This research uses quantitative methods. The sample used in this article used the Slovin Formula and found 115 respondents. The sampling technique uses non-probability with the accidental sampling method, where the researcher selects samples and takes respondents who are available at the research site. The results obtained in this research indicate that price perception has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions for Gempol Citra Asri Housing, product quality has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions for Gempol Citra Asri Housing, and consumer satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions for Gempol Citra Asri Housing. And it can be concluded that price perception, product quality and consumer satisfaction have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions for Gempol Citra Asri housing.

Abstract

This digital era has caused a paradigm shift in society who in their daily lives have done all their activities by utilizing the internet. This also has an impact on the process of reforming the Muslim fashion model in Indonesia. One of the fashion brands oriented in the modern era is Lozy Hijab. This study aims to analyze the effect of Live Selling, Content Marketing, and Influencers on purchasing decisions for Lozy Hijab products in E-Commerce. This research was conducted using quantitative methods with the population being people who are active users of social media and consumers of Lozy Hijab products. Sampling was carried out using non-probability sampling techniques through the quota sampling method so that a sample of 96 respondents was obtained. Data analysis in this study was carried out using the SPSS version 25 tool. So that the results obtained state that Live Selling, Content Marketing, and Influencers have an effect on purchasing decisions for Lozy Hijab products in E-Commerce.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the Effectiveness of Celebrity Endorse, Content Marketing, and Electronic Word Of Mouth (E-WOM) on Purchasing Decisions for Somethinc Products at Shopee. Quantitative research was used in this study. Buyers of Somethinc products at Shopee were determined to be the population for this study with the criteria of men and women over 17 years of age. In this study, it was carried out using a non-probability sampling method with a purposive sampling technique of 100 respondents for the sampling technique. The data collection technique in this study was carried out by distributing questionnaires that utilized interval measurements and for answers measured on a Likert scale. The data analysis technique for this study utilizes PLS (Partial Least Square) - SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) with the support of SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results showed that Celebrity Endorse has a positive and significant effect on the Purchase Decision for Somethinc products at Shopee, Content Marketing has a positive and significant effect on the Purchase Decision for Somethinc products at Shopee, and Electronic Word Of Mouth (E-WOM) has a positive and significant effect on the Purchase Decision for Somethinc products at Shopee.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, work environment and organizational commitment to job satisfaction and job stress as intervening variables at PT. Ekosjaya Abadi Lestari.This research is a quantitative research with hypothesis testing. The sample used in this study were 104 employees at PT. Ekosjaya Abadi Lestari. The analytical tool used in this research is path analysis using a questionnaire program whose measurements use a Likert scale which is tested for validity and reliability.The results of this study prove that compensation has a significant effect on job stress, work environment has a significant effect on job stress, organizational commitment has a significant effect on job stress, compensation has a significant effect on job satisfaction, work environment has a significant effect on job satisfaction, organizational commitment has a significant effect on job satisfaction. , Job stress has a significant effect on job satisfaction, There is no indirect effect of compensation on employee job satisfaction through job stress as an intervening variable, There is no indirect effect of work environment on employee job satisfaction through job stress as an intervening variable, There is no indirect effect of commitment organization on employee job satisfaction through job stress as an intervening variable.

Abstract

This research aims to find out and measure how much influence Live Streaming, Content Marketing and Brand Trust have on Viva cosmetic purchasing decisions in the TikTokshop marketplace business. This research is quantitative research that uses an explanatory research approach. The population in this study was taken from Viva Cosmestic consumers in the TikTokshop e-commerce business. The sample obtained was 100 respondents using a non-probability sampling technique using the lemeshow formula. Data collection in this research was by observation and distributing questionnaires which were measured using a Likert scale. This research uses the SPSS analysis method. The results of this research prove that Live Streaming influences purchasing decisions. Content Marketing influences purchasing decisions. Brand Trust influences purchasing decisions. Thus, it can be concluded that Live Streaming, Content Marketing, Brand Trust have a simultaneous influence on purchasing decisions

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of celebrity endorsement, trust, and customer knowledge on purchasing decisions for Honda motorbikes. This research uses quantitative methods with a population of Honda motorbike users in Sidoarjo and this sample consists of 100 respondents. The sampling technique uses nonprobability sampling with purposive sampling. Data collection methods include interviews and questionnaires. Questionnaire using Google Form online. The data analysis technique uses a Likert scale and uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS program.

Abstract

Objective: This study aims to determine the effect of Celebrity Endorsement, Content Marketing, and Product Quality on Purchasing Decisions for Ultra Milk brand UHT milk products. Method: This study uses a quantitative method. The population used is people who live in Sidoarjo, especially people who have purchased Ultra Milk brand UHT milk products. The number of samples in this study was 100 respondents, taken using a questionnaire with a purposive sampling method. Data analysis in this study used IBM SPSS Statistics Version 26 for Windows. Results: The results of this study indicate that Celebrity Endorsement has a negative and insignificant effect on Purchasing Decisions, Content Marketing has a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions, and Product Quality has a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions. Novelty: This study offers a unique contribution by simultaneously examining the effects of Celebrity Endorsement, Content Marketing, and Product Quality on purchasing decisions in the context of a specific local market—Ultra Milk UHT products in Sidoarjo. The findings highlight a surprising insight that Celebrity Endorsement, despite its common use in marketing strategies, has a negative and insignificant impact on consumer purchasing decisions in this case.
