Abstract

This research aims to develop a physics learning website using the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) model to enhance students' problem-solving abilities. The study employed the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The product was tested on 25 students of class VIIE at SMPN 1 Kejajar. Validation by media experts yielded a score of 81% (valid), and material experts scored 95% (very valid). Practicality results reached 88% from teachers and 87.1% from students (very practical). Effectiveness was tested using t-test and N-Gain analysis, resulting in Sig. (2-tailed) = 0.000 < 0.05 and N-Gain = 0.3345 (33.45%), indicating moderate effectiveness. These results show that the developed website is a valid, practical, and effective medium for improving students’ problem-solving skills in physics, particularly in contexts where technology integration is still limited.

Abstract

This study intends to raise two main issues, namely about the role and learning strategies of Islamic Religious Education in preventing the spread of caliphate ideology in SMA Negeri 1 Wonosobo. Using a qualitative-descriptive method, the researcher collected data through observation and interviews. This study yielded findings: In preventing the spread of the caliphate in SMA Negeri 1 Wonosobo, Islamic education learning has a significant and strategic role. Because through PAI, learning Islamic understanding and values can be instilled. Even so, the role of PAI learning cannot be separated from the role of the PAI teacher himself. The PAI learning strategy for preventing Khilafah in SMA Negeri 1 Wonosobo has been carried out through planned steps and has become part of the curriculum. The strategy is carried out through learning in and outside the classroom. Although there is no specific material on the caliphate, the teacher considers that preventing the spread of the caliphate is part of the hidden curriculum. PAI learning outside the classroom in preventing the spread of the ideology of the caliphate is carried out through several activities, namely: Formation of an Islamic Study Group, publication of the Al-Hikmah Journal, Commemoration of the Isra' Mi'raj, Commemoration of the Prophet Muhammad's Birthday, Friday sermon pulpit, Hari Raya Ceremony Santri, Seminar on religious moderation.

Abstract

This study is titled "Manners of Social Interaction in the Book Wasiatul musthofa by Imam Abdul Wahab Asy-Sya’roni and Its Relevance to the Aqidah Akhlaq Subject for 9th Grade MTs Students." The objectives of this study are: 1) To determine the content of the book Wasiatul musthofa , 2) To identify the manners of social interaction in the book Wasiatul musthofa , and 3) To understand the relevance of the manners of social interaction in the book Wasiatul musthofa with the Aqidah Akhlaq subject for 9th grade MTs students. This research employs a qualitative approach with a library research method. Data collection techniques include documentation and online data searches. Primary data sources are obtained from the book Wasiatul musthofa and the Aqidah Akhlaq textbook for 9th grade MTs, while secondary data sources are derived from reference books, articles, and relevant journals. The data analysis technique used is content analysis to understand the text. The results of the study indicate that: 1) The content of the book Wasiatul musthofa can be categorized into three main discussions: Aqidah, which includes the oneness of Allah, obedience to Allah, and preserving the religion of Allah; Syariah, which encompasses the Prophet's advice on the manner of worship by a servant to his Lord; and Akhlaq, which includes advice on the development of noble character. 2) The manners of social interaction in the book Wasiatul musthofa include several hadiths about loving one's brother, speaking the truth, and the prohibition of lying. 3) The analysis of the relevance of the book Wasiatul musthofa with the Aqidah Akhlaq subject for 9th grade MTs shows that almost all aspects of social interaction manners in the book align with the subject matter taught. The researchers conclude that the book Wasiatul musthofa can be used as an alternative supplementary book for teachers to enrich information, especially in the field of Akhlaq.

Abstract

The article attempts to reveal the context of Islamic education in the dimension of Prince Diponegoro's meeting with Sunan Kalijaga, where research on the spiritual dimension of Prince Diponegoro is rarely found. This research is a literature study setting using a qualitative approach. The research results show that Prince Diponegoro's meeting with Sunan Kalijaga in the Tahannuts dimension was a moral message for the Prince to mobilize the Javanese people to expel the Dutch colonial invaders and fight for the establishment of Islam in Java. The Tahannuts dimension is a spiritual experience in the supernatural aspect, not the real aspect. He experienced this spiritual experience by practicing penance by contemplating, tafakkur, remembering Allah, and purifying himself of all despicable qualities. Research implications regarding the importance of purifying oneself as part of serving God. Research is expected to contribute to Islamic education.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis proses internalisasi nilai-nilai pendidikan spiritual Islam melalui kegiatan kelompok Al-Barzanji pada remaja di Desa Tegalgot, Kepil, Wonosobo. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif jenis studi kasus, penelitian ini menggambarkan bagaimana tradisi keagamaan lokal dapat menjadi media transformatif dalam pembentukan karakter keislaman generasi muda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan Al-Barzanji merupakan instrumen efektif dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai spiritual seperti tawadhu’, syukur, dan mahabbah terhadap Nabi Muhammad SAW. Proses internalisasi berlangsung melalui tahapan transformasi nilai, transaksi nilai, dan transinternalisasi, yang mencerminkan integrasi antara pembelajaran kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotorik secara alami. Lebih lanjut, internalisasi nilai tersebut terbukti termanifestasi dalam perilaku religius remaja dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, seperti menjaga adab, memperbanyak bacaan shalawat, dan meningkatkan kepedulian sosial. Lingkungan religius yang terbentuk dari kegiatan ini berperan sebagai hidden curriculum yang efektif dalam menanamkan nilai moral secara kontekstual. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa revitalisasi tradisi keagamaan lokal seperti Al-Barzanji memiliki urgensi sebagai strategi pendidikan spiritual yang relevan dan adaptif dalam membina ketahanan karakter remaja di tengah arus globalisasi dan sekularisasi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan media pembelajaran e-booklet fisika berbasis Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) yang terintegrasi dengan kearifan lokal Festival Balon Wonosobo untuk meningkatkan pemahaman konsep siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE dengan tahapan Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation. Uji coba dilakukan pada 26 siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Kejajar. Instrumen yang digunakan meliputi lembar validasi, angket kepraktisan, serta tes pre-test dan post-test. Hasil validasi menunjukkan media masuk kategori sangat valid, dengan rata-rata skor dari ahli media sebesar 75%, ahli materi 93,75%, dan praktisi 92,75%. Kepraktisan media oleh siswa juga sangat tinggi dengan skor 92,5%. Hasil uji Paired Sample t-Test menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pemahaman konsep, dengan nilai N-Gain sebesar 0,6113 dalam kategori sedang. Dengan demikian, e-booklet ini valid, praktis, dan cukup efektif untuk digunakan dalam pembelajaran fisika berbasis kontekstual dan kearifan lokal.Kata kunci: Contextual Teaching and Learning, E-Booklet, Kearifan lokal

Abstract

This research is driven by cognitive barriers in students' ability to visualize the abstract concept of the water cycle, which affects the optimization of learning outcomes in science for grade V of SD N 2 Bowongso. This study aims to describe student responses, analyze the implementation procedure, and test the effectiveness of Augmented Reality (AR) media based on illustrated storybooks in improving learning outcomes. Employing a quantitative approach with a Quasi-Experimental Non-equivalent Control Group design, the study involved experimental and control groups through observation and validated test instruments. The results indicate highly positive and enthusiastic student responses toward the systematic interactive learning process. Statistical analysis via t-test yielded a significance value of < 0.001, supported by an N-gain score of 0.67 (medium category) for the experimental group, which outperformed the control group's 0.47. It is concluded that integrating immersive technology into visual story narratives effectively visualizes complex natural phenomena and optimizes academic achievement. The implication of this study confirms that AR media serves as an innovative solution for elementary school teachers to optimize the teaching of abstract science materials to enhance students' scientific literacy.

Abstract

This study aims to: 1) Investigate the application of visual media in improving the learning outcomes of IPAS for sixth grade students at MI Muhammadiyah Leksono. 2) To determine the difference in learning outcomes in IPAS between sixth grade students at MI Muhammadiyah Leksono who use visual media and those who do not. 3) To determine the improvement in learning outcomes in IPAS among sixth grade students at MI Muhammadiyah Leksono after the application of visual media. This study uses a quantitative research approach, specifically an experimental study. Data collection techniques include pretest and posttest methods, observation, questionnaires, documentation, and interviews. Data sources are obtained from primary and secondary data (references related to vectors, previous studies, articles, journals, and websites). The results of the study show that: 1) the teaching and learning process has often used conventional models, so that during teaching and learning activities, students often feel bored and tired. Pictorial media is not a new medium, but it has rarely been used for sixth grade students at MI Muhammadiyah Leksono. By using this medium, learning will become more interesting and students will be more enthusiastic in carrying out their learning. 2) IPAS learning of continental material using pictorial media for sixth grade students at MI Muhammadiyah Leksono can improve student learning outcomes, as evidenced by the gain test data showing that the N-gain score in the experimental class was 0.87955 with a very good criterion and an interpretation percentage of 87.95, which means it was effective. 3) There is a difference in learning outcomes between the experimental class and the control class. This is evidenced by the higher average posttest score of 93.8 for the class using visual media compared to 83.9 for the control class. This is in accordance with the t-test results, which show that tcount > ttable or 2.3 > 2.021 with a significance level of 5%. Therefore, Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of instilling character based on local Islamic boarding school (pesantren) values in formal educational institutions to protect students from moral degradation amid contemporary social challenges. The study aims to examine the process of internalizing the Panca Jiwa values sincerity, simplicity, self-reliance, Islamic brotherhood, and freedom among students at MTs Yapika Petanahan, Kebumen, as well as to identify the supporting factors, inhibiting factors, and impacts of their implementation. This research employed a qualitative field study approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation and analyzed using descriptive qualitative techniques. The findings reveal that the internalization of Panca Jiwa values is carried out through habituation, role modeling (uswah hasanah), religious activities, and the integration of values into the daily culture of the madrasah. Although these values are not formally stated in the curriculum, they are consistently embedded in students’ learning experiences and social interactions. The primary supporting factor is the strong synergy between the madrasah and the surrounding pesantren environment, which creates a religious and value-oriented educational ecosystem. Meanwhile, the main obstacle is the limited interaction time experienced by students who do not reside in the pesantren. The implementation of Panca Jiwa values has a positive impact on students by strengthening discipline, fostering independence, encouraging social responsibility, and developing inclusive attitudes in everyday life.

Abstract

The policy of the full-day school system in Indonesia has a strong relevance to the psychological well-being of children. This study aimed to determine the effect of the Full Day School system on children's psychological development at SMPIT Luqman Al-Hakim Slawi, Tegal Regency. This research used a quantitative approach with a field research design. The population of this study consisted of all students, with a sample of eighth-grade students selected using a simple random sampling technique. Data collection techniques included questionnaires, observation, and documentation, while data analysis was conducted using normality test, linearity test, descriptive analysis, Pearson Product Moment correlation, simple linear regression, t-test, and coefficient of determination. The results showed that the Full Day School variable was in the good category with a percentage of 79.65% and children's psychological development was also in the good category with a percentage of 78.51%. There was a positive effect between Full Day School and children's psychological development with a correlation value of 0.574, which is categorized as moderate. The hypothesis test showed that the t-value of 6.902 was greater than the t-table value of 1.984, indicating a significant effect. In addition, the contribution of Full Day School to children's psychological development was 32.9%. Thus, the Full Day School system has a positive and significant effect on children's psychological development. Keywords: Full Day School; psychological development; education. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh sistem Full Day School terhadap perkembangan psikologi anak di SMPIT Luqman Al Hakim Slawi Kabupaten Tegal. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian lapangan. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh siswa, dengan sampel siswa kelas VIII yang dipilih menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket, observasi, dan dokumentasi, sedangkan analisis data dilakukan melalui uji normalitas, uji linearitas, analisis deskriptif, korelasi Pearson Product Moment, regresi linear sederhana, uji t, dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan Full Day School berada pada kategori baik dengan persentase sebesar 79,65% dan perkembangan psikologi anak juga berada pada kategori baik dengan persentase sebesar 78,51%. Terdapat hubungan positif antara Full Day School dan perkembangan psikologi anak dengan nilai korelasi sebesar 0,574 yang termasuk dalam kategori sedang. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa nilai t hitung sebesar 6,902 lebih besar dari t tabel 1,984 sehingga terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan. Selain itu, kontribusi Full Day School terhadap perkembangan psikologi anak sebesar 32,9%. Dengan demikian, sistem Full Day School berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perkembangan psikologi anak.
