Abstract

The rapid development of immersive technology, particularly Augmented Reality (AR), has significantly supported the digitization of infrastructure in the Fourth Industrial Revolution. In the property industry, conventional visualization media such as two-dimensional (2D) floor plans are often difficult for non-technical users to interpret. This study develops an Android-based application, AR Site Visualization, that converts 2D floor plans into interactive three-dimensional (3D) models in real time. The development applied the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) framework with six stages, employing Unity, Vuforia SDK, and Lean Touch for feature integration. The 3D models were created using SketchUp and Enscape to ensure realistic visualization. Evaluation through Black Box Testing and formative assessments demonstrated that all features, including marker scanning, 3D visualization, rotation, zoom, and translation, worked effectively, achieving a feasibility score of 71.5%. The results indicate that AR Site Visualization enhances spatial understanding and improves design communication users.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini dilaksanakan di Kampung Pasirdangdor, Desa Waringin Kurung, Kabupaten Serang , yang memiliki potensi agrikultur melimpah namun terkendala proses pascapanen. Mayoritas proses masih manual , memakan waktu, dan menghasilkan nilai tambah rendah. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah membantu masyarakat mengatasi keterbatasan sarana melalui pelatihan dan implementasi Teknologi Tepat Guna (TTG). Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan partisipatif yang mencakup empat tahap: persiapan, sosialisasi, pelatihan, dan evaluasi . Solusi yang diimplementasikan adalah 1) Alat pencacah serbaguna untuk pakan ternak/kompos , dan 2) Mesin pengering sederhana berbasis energi matahari. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan keterampilan masyarakat dalam mengoperasikan dan merawat mesin. Implementasi TTG ini berhasil meningkatkan efisiensi proses pascapanen, meningkatkan kualitas produk (terutama saat musim hujan), dan membuka potensi peningkatan nilai tambah hasil panen. Selain itu, telah terbentuk kelompok masyarakat mandiri yang mengelola pemanfaatan alat untuk menjamin keberlanjutan.

Abstract

The development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) is currently increasingly rapid. In this development, of course, MSME players are faced with various obstacles, especially related to limited capital. Apart from that, technological advances require MSME players to adapt to always keep up with developments, one of which is by utilizing financial technology. The aim of this research is to find out how financial literacy and financial technology influence the financial performance of MSMEs located in Metro City, Lampung Province. This research used an instrument in the form of a questionnaire which was distributed to 100 respondents who were MSME actors. The research method used is descriptive quantitative. The results of this research state that financial literacy and financial technology have a significant effect on the financial performance of MSMEs in Metro City, Lampung Province.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of profits andcash flow on financial difficulties in food and beverage manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. This research uses a quantitative descriptive analysis model. The population in this study were food and bevverage companies for the period 2019 to 2021. The number of samples in this study was 12 food and beverage companies obtained from a purposive sampling technique. The data collection technique uses documentation from financial repots published on the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange, namely www.idx.ix. The analysis techniques used are classical assumptions and multiple regression analysis. The results of this research show that profit influences financial difficulties, cash flow influences financial difficulties.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out what the marketing strategy for Murabahah financing products is at BMT Assyafi'iyah Berkah Nasional and to find out what the SWOT analysis of the marketing strategy for Murabahah financing products is at BMT Assyafi'iyah Berkah National.This research method is descriptive qualitative: The technique used in collecting data for this research uses observation, interviews, documentation studies and focus group discussions. Then, in data analysis, descriptive analysis was carried out to identify marketing strategies for murabahah financing products at BMT Assyafliyah Berkah Nasional in Kotagajah based on SWOT analysis. The results of the research carried out are: 1) Marketing strategies, especially marketing of murabahah financing products implemented by BMT Assyafliyah Kotagajah, include several strategies, namely pick-up strategies, building networks, providing excellent service, and providing satisfactory facilities to increase customer trust and satisfaction, so that existing customers will not be separated from BMT. 2) The results of the SWOT analysis show that BMT Assyatliyah Kotagajah can compete in a competitive market. The results of the SWOT analysis are almost the same as BMT in general

Abstract

Technological development has become a major driver in social, economic, and cultural transformation around the world. In Indonesia, the entry of the industrial revolution 4.0 era has changed the paradigm of human activities from manual to digital. PT Cybers Global Indonesia, a company committed to advancing Indonesia towards the era of industrial revolution 5.0, is one of the pioneers in supporting the digital transformation. One of its business units, Warkop Digital, is a coffee shop concept that integrates digital services with internet technology, providing access to information and opportunities to develop village potential. This research explored the partner development strategy and implementation of Warkop Digital by PT Cybers Global Indonesia in supporting the industrial revolution 5.0 in Indonesia. Although still in its early developmental stages, Warkop Digital had successfully reached 26 partnerships from 14 Provinces in Indonesia. However, the biggest challenge faced was how to expand this concept widely throughout Indonesia with a limited number of partners. Thus, this study aimed to investigate effective strategies to expand the reach of Warkop Digital so that it can have a broader impact on economic and social development in Indonesia.
