Abstract

Abstrak: Kegiatan ini penting dilakukan karena mampu menjembatani kesenjangan literasi dengan menyediakan media belajar yang lebih menarik, mudah diakses, dan relevan dengan kehidupan sehari-hari melalui inovasi berbasis digital aplikasi belajar “PODA”. Aplikasi ini dikembangkan sebagai media pembelajaran interaktif yang mengintegrasikan nilai budaya dalam literasi digital anak sekolah dasar. latar belakang rendahnya minat baca dan terbatasnya media pembelajaran kontekstual menjadi. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan PKM dilakukan tiga tahapan, yaitu: (1) sosialisasi dan pelatihan penggunaan aplikasi PODA kepada guru dan siswa, (2) pendampingan penggunaan aplikasi dalam kegiatan belajar membaca dan menulis berakar budaya lokal, dan (3) evaluasi efektivitas penggunaan aplikasi terhadap peningkatan literasi siswa. Peserta pelatihan terdiri atas 12 guru dan 50 siswa SD Negeri di Pintupadang. Hasil menunjukkan adanya peningkatan keterampilan literasi siswa 25,7% yang ditunjukkan melalui peningkatan minat baca, kemampuan memahami teks, serta kemampuan menulis kreatif berbasis nilai budaya. Kemampuan guru memanfaatkan media pembelajaran teknologi digital meningkat. Kegiatan ini berkontribusi terhadap penguatan karakter dan literasi budaya anak sejak dini.Abstract: This activity is important because because it can britge the literacy gap by providing learning media that are more interesting, easily accessible, and relevant to everyday life through digital-based innovation in the learning application "PODA". It was developed as an interactive learning medium that integrates cultural values into the digital literacy of elementary students. The background of this activity stems from the low reading interest and the limited availability of contextual learning media. The are three stages: (1) socialization and training on the use of the PODA application for teachers and students, (2) mentoring in the implementation of the application during reading and writing activities, and (3) evaluation of the application’s effectiveness. The were 12 teachers and 50 students from SD Negeri in Pintu Padang. The results showed an increase in students’ literacy skills 25,7 %, reflected in their growing reading interest, text comprehension ability, and creative writing skills based on cultural values. Teachers also improved ability to utilize digital technology as a learning medium. This activity contributes to strengthening character education and cultural literacy among children.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work environment, organizational commitment, and organizational culture on the job satisfaction of educational staff at Universitas Graha Nusantara Padangsidimpuan. The research employed a quantitative approach with an explanatory survey design. The population consisted of 52 educational staff members, and a total sampling technique was applied, resulting in 52 respondents. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed through multiple linear regression analysis. The findings indicate that the work environment, organizational commitment, and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, both partially and simultaneously. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.779 demonstrates that 77.9% of the variance in job satisfaction is explained by the three independent variables. Among the variables, the work environment was found to be the most dominant factor influencing job satisfaction. These findings highlight the importance of strengthening organizational factors to enhance the job satisfaction of educational staff.

Abstract

This research examines the application of good governance principles in financial management at the BPKAD of Maluku Province, focusing on public participation, transparency, accountability, effectiveness, efficiency, and the rule of law. Conceptually, governance is understood as a collaborative process between the state and non-state actors, with key principles emphasizing transparency, accountability, participation, rule of law, effectiveness, and efficiency. The legal framework refers to Law 17/2003, Law 1/2004, Government Regulation 12/2019, and Minister of Home Affairs Regulation 77/2020. The method used is qualitative, based on interviews, observations, and document analysis, and is analyzed using the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldana. The study results show that the implementation of good governance has been normatively pursued through the digitization of the financial system, the application of e-budgeting and e-procurement, and BPK supervision. However, practices remain predominantly procedural: low fiscal independence, routine spending dominance, weak audit follow-up, limited public literacy, and participation tends to be formalistic as per Arnstein's concept of tokenism. Obstacles are also related to technological readiness, the apparatus's capacity, and the pattern of incremental budgeting. In conclusion, the regional financial governance in Maluku shows structural progress but is not yet substantively optimal. Strengthening human resource capacity, consistency in law enforcement, expanding participation channels, and accelerating digitalization are necessary to enhance fiscal integrity and promote public financial reform in the context of regional autonomy.
