Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of human resource development (HRD), work culture, and motivation on employee performance at the Secretariat General (Setjen) of the DPR RI, with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The methodology used in this research is quantitative, involving 95 respondents consisting of all State Civil Apparatus (ASN) functional officials under the guidance of the Secretariat General of the DPR RI in 2022. This research applies a saturated sample technique, where the entire population is used as a sample. For data analysis, the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method was used. The results showed that HR development had no effect on employee performance, and no effect on job satisfaction. On the other hand, work culture also has no direct effect on performance, but has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Motivation is proven to have a positive and significant impact on employee performance, although it has no effect on job satisfaction. In addition, job satisfaction is shown to have a positive and significant influence on performance. An important finding of this study is that HR development does not affect employee performance, even with job satisfaction as a mediator. In contrast, work culture shows a positive and significant influence on employee performance when job satisfaction is used as a mediator, while motivation does not show the same effect. This study is the first of its kind conducted at the Secretariat General of the House of Representatives and the results may serve as an impetus for researchers to provide further analysis to improve employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of leadership, compensation, commitment, and career development on employee performance at the Pasar Mobil Kemayoran Management (PPMK). In this study, the authors used a descriptive research method using a quantitative approach. In this study, the ordinal measurement method uses a Likert scale which is used to measure the attitudes, opinions and perceptions of a person or group of people about social phenomena. Based on the results of the study showed that the value of Fcount is 11,644 with sig. of 0,000 while the value of Ftable of 2.38. Because Fcount is greater than Ftable (11,644> 2.38) and the value of sig. 0,000 <0.05 then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, so it can be concluded that the leadership variable (X1).

Abstract

This research was conducted to identify and analyze the Comparative Study of Quality Management Practices and Management Performance at Central MUI before and after ISO 9001: 2015 implementation and the relationship between Quality Management Practices and Management Performance before ISO implementation, the relationship between Quality Management Practices and Management Performance after ISO implementation. , The sampling method used was purposive sampling with a sample size of 100 respondents. Measurements were made using questionnaires and then the data were processed using SPSS software. This research was conducted at the central MUI. The results of this study indicate that Quality Management Practices before ISO and Quality Management Practices after ISO 9001: 2015 have a strong relationship in influencing the success of ISO 9001: 2015 which is implemented in the central MUI and the Performance of the Central MUI Management before ISO and the Performance of the Central MUI Administrators after ISO 9001 : 2015 has a very strong influence in influencing the success of ISO 9001: 2015 which is implemented at the central MUI. So it can be said that the Quality Management Practices and Performance Management at the Central MUI before and after the implementation of ISO 9001: 2015 have improved so that it needs to be maintained and maintained in order to stay good in implementing ISO 9001: 2015 which is implemented by the central MUI.

Abstract

The Workshop on Strengthening the Role of Families and Communities in Supporting Child-Friendly Cities was conducted to enhance community capacity in creating environments that support children's growth and development. This activity used a participatory research-based approach and was implemented through five stages: needs identification, material planning, workshop implementation, evaluation, and follow-up. The results showed an increase in participants' understanding of child-friendly city concepts, positive parenting, and community roles. Evaluation using pre-test and post-test showed an average score improvement of 24.9 points. Twenty out of twenty-six participants created community action plans such as reading corners, neighborhood-based parenting groups, and supervised play areas. These findings indicate that a participatory educational approach can foster awareness and collective commitment to sustainably support child-friendly cities.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan metode alone proyek menggunakan media kertas origami dalam kegiatan melipat di Taman Kanak-kanak Aiyiyah Bustanul Athfal Ujung. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian Quasi Eksperimental Design. Pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah Purposive Sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 16 orang anak dengan 8 anak sebagai kelompok eksperimen dan 8 orang anak pada kelompok kontrol. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi, tes, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah diceklis dan dan analisis nonparametrik Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah diceklis dan dan analisis nonparametrik Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa penerapan metode alone proyek terhadap kreativitas menggunakan media kertas origami kelompok eksperimen lebih baik dari pada kelompok control. Hasil analisis data yang diperoleh peningkatan rata-rata pada kelompok eksperimen 14,00 sedangkan pada kelompok kontrol 13,00 , maka H ₒ ditolak dan Hₗ diterima. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa adanya perubahan setelah penerapan metode alone project terhadap kreativitas menggunakan media kertas origami anak usia dini di Taman Kanak-kanak TK Aiyiyah Bustanul Athfal Ujung

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan bermain kolaboratif dengan nature table terhadap kemampuan interaksi sosial anak autis pada Taman Kanak (TK) Inklusi . Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian eksperimen model Single Subject Research (SSR). Subjek penelitian satu orang yang sudah didiagnosa sebagai anak autis. Indikator yang digunakan untuk melihat interaksi sosial adalah kontak mata, respon terhadap nama, inisiasi interaksi serta kerjasama. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil pengamatan baseline A1 subyek anak autis masih menunjukkan adanya interaksi sosial yang lemah ketika berinteraksi dengan sesama temannya yang normal. Pada fase intervensi (B), ada perubahan posisi grafik interaksi sosial, dimana terdapat peningkatan interaksi sosial antara A dan teman-temannya. Pada hasil akhir siklus (A2) subyek menunjukkan ada peningkatan kemampuan interaksi sosial bersama anak noral lainnya. Jadi ada pengaruh dengan bermain kolaboratif menggunakan nature table Montessori terhadap kemampuan interaksi sosial anak autis dalam kelas inklusi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan literasi anak dengan menggunakan pembelajaran project based learning. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain Quasi Experimental dan menggunakan desain Non-equivalent control Group Design. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 20 anak didik dengan teknik Systematic sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah statistik deskriptif dan uji statistik non parametrik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Gambaran pembelajaran literasi menggunakan metode suku kata (Syllabic method) dapat dikatakan bahwa anak belajar mengenal huruf tanpa mengeja sehingga anak mudah untuk lupa huruf, (2) Gambaran pembelajaran project based learning di TK Islam Athirah 1 Makassar, Treatment yang diberikan berupa penerapan pembelajaran project based learning yang terdiri dari empat jenis permainan yaitu: permainan kura-kura baca, pohon kata, kartu pop up, dan tab kelinci, (3) Terdapat pengaruh pembelajaran project based learning terhadap kemampuan literasi anak di TK Islam Athirah 1 Makassar. Berdasarkan uji Mann whitney, diperoleh nilai 0,001 < 0,05 sehingga H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel X (pembelajaran project based learning) berpengaruh terhadap variabel Y (kemampuan literasi).

Abstract

The rapid urban development of South Tangerang City, established under Law No. 51/2008, has led to significant challenges in municipal solid waste management. With a population density of 8,632 people/km² and daily waste generation reaching 972.628 tons, the city's existing landfill, Landfill Cipeucang, has experienced operational issues including a major waste slide in 2020 and ongoing community complaints about odors. These issues are exacerbated by the landfill's proximity to the Cisadane River, a critical source of drinking water, necessitating immediate action to ensure environmental and public health safety. Aim: This study aims to identify suitable alternative landfill locations to support the relocation of Landfill Cipeucang using spatial and technical criteria. Methodology and results: The method employs a spatial analysis approach through Geographic Information Systems (GIS), utilizing layering and buffering techniques based on parameters such as distance from settlements, water bodies, airports, disaster risk zones, and hydrogeological characteristics. Overlay analysis was performed to pinpoint optimal sites. The results indicated several candidate locations that meet all environmental and technical standards. Comparative evaluation among alternatives revealed the most appropriate site, considering accessibility, minimal disaster risk, and land suitability. These findings are consistent with recent landfill management research in Indonesia advocating for site relocation and innovation in waste handling. Conclusion, significance, and impact study: In conclusion, relocating the landfill based on systematic spatial and technical analysis is critical to achieving sustainable waste management in South Tangerang City and preventing further environmental degradation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan agar mengetahui “Pengaruh Metode Pembelajaran Kata Lembaga dengan Dadu Kata terhadap Kemampuan Membaca Permulaan Anak Usia 5-6 tahun di TK Telkom Makassar”. Metode yang dipakai ialah pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini ialah anak didik kelompok B TK Telkom Makassar. Teknik penyajian data statistik analisis deskriptif dan non parametrik. Hasilnya terlihat kelompok eksperimen mengalami peningkatan rata rata 11,00. Sehingga memiliki kesimpulan yakni “Kegiatan metode pembelajaran kata lembaga dengan dadu kata memiliki dampak yang signifikan pada kemampuan membaca permulaan anak usia 5-6 tahun di TK Telkom Makassar”.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh bermain kolaboratif melalui permainan tradisional terhadap peningkatan keterampilan sosial anak dengan kesulitan berbicara di RA sekolah Cendekia Berseri. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah pentingnya keterampilan sosial bagi anak dengan keterlambatan bicara yang sering mengalami kesulitan dalam komunikasi, interaksi, dan kerja sama. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain eksperimen subjek tunggal (ABA). Subjek penelitian adalah seorang anak dengan hambatan bicara. Intervensi dilakukan melalui permainan tradisional seperti balap karung, dende, dan engrang batok kelapa. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan keterampilan sosial setelah intervensi. Permainan tradisional kolaboratif terbukti efektif dalam mendukung perkembangan sosial anak. Penelitian ini dapat menjadi acuan bagi guru dalam menyusun strategi pembelajaran inklusif.
