Abstract

Hypertension during pregnancy is a significant health issue and one of the leading causes of morbidity and mortality among pregnant women worldwide, with higher prevalence in regions of high sodium intake. In Indonesia, hypertension during pregnancy poses serious challenges, especially in coastal areas where salted fish is a common dietary staple. Salted fish, preserved through processes that increase sodium levels, can raise blood pressure when consumed excessively, elevating the risk of hypertension in pregnant women. This study examines the relationship between salted fish consumption habits and the incidence of hypertension during pregnancy in coastal regions of Tuban. The research employed an observational analytic method with a cross-sectional design. Data were collected from 99 pregnant women attending antenatal care (ANC) visits at several coastal community health centers, using consecutive sampling conducted from July 29 to August 16, 2024. Information was gathered through questionnaires and medical records. The independent variable in this study was the habit of consuming salted fish, while the dependent variable was the incidence of hypertension during pregnancy. Data were analyzed using Fisher's Exact test with a significance level of α=0.05. The results showed a p-value of 0.000, indicating a statistically significant relationship between salted fish consumption and hypertension in pregnancy. The findings demonstrate that more frequent consumption of salted fish correlates with a higher risk of developing hypertension during pregnancy. These results highlight the need for dietary management, particularly in coastal communities, to reduce sodium intake and lower the risk of hypertension, ultimately improving maternal health outcomes.

Abstract

Pendahuluan : Organisasi Kesehatan Dunia menjelaskan bahwa Berat Badan Lahir Rendah (LBW) adalah suatu kondisi di mana bayi lahir dengan berat <2500 gram. Dua faktor penyebab LBW, yaitu faktor internal dan eksternal. Berdasarkan faktor internal ibu, penyakit menular yang dapat menyebabkan LBW dan menjadi fokus pemerintah saat ini adalah Sifilis. Penyakit ini dapat diderita oleh ibu hamil dan berisiko ditularkan ke bayinya selama kehamilan dan saat persalinan. Tujuan: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis riwayat penyakit Sifilis pada ibu hamil dengan kejadian LBW pada RSUD. Dr. Soetomo Surabaya. Metode : Penelitian ini merupakan studi kuantitatif dengan analisis observasional menggunakan desain cross-sectional. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 8 responden pada ibu hamil dengan riwayat penyakit Sifilis yang dilakukan dengan teknik purposive sampling di RSUD. Dr. Soetomo Surabaya. Data yang dikumpulkan diuji dengan uji statistik chi-square. Hasil: Hasil responden dengan infeksi sifilis positif, sebanyak 3 orang (18,75%) memberikan bayi LBW sedangkan 5 orang (31,23%) melahirkan bayi dengan berat badan normal. Sebanyak 2 pasien (12,5%) dengan sifilis negatif juga melahirkan bayi LBW, sedangkan 6 orang (37,5) ibu persalinan dengan sifilis negatif melahirkan bayi dengan berat badan normal. Data sifilis yang terkumpul diuji dengan uji statistik chi-square diperoleh p-value = 0,590 (p>0,05) Kesimpulan: Ini adalah riwayat Sifilis tidak mempengaruhi kejadian LBW

Abstract

Abstract The primary issue raised in this thesis is the relationship between customer satisfaction at Ahass Hari Motor 2 Tulungagung and the completeness of the organizationalstructure and spare parts inventories. This study employs quantitative research techniques,meaning that it involves numerical data that is statistically examined. This study used aminimum of 97 population samples, according to the Cochran formula. The analysis'sfindings indicate that the organizational structure's and the spare parts' variablecompleteness have a strong simultaneous and partial impact on customer satisfaction. AtAhass Hari Motor 2 Tulungagung, there is a very strong correlation or relationship betweenthe completeness of the organizational structure and the completeness of the spare partsinventory. Abstrak Pokok permasalahan yang dibahas dalam skripsi ini yaitu bagaimana pengaruh kelengkapan sparepart dan kelengkapan struktur organisasi terhadap kepuasan pelanggan diAhass Hari Motor 2 Tulungagung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatifyaitu penelitiannya menggunakan data yang bersifat angka-angka dianalisis melalauistatistik. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan rumus Cochran minimal 97orang dari populasi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa variabel kelengkapan sparepart dankelengkapan struktur organisasi berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan dan parsial terhadapkepuasan pelanggan. Korelasi atau hubungan antara kelengkapan sparepart dan kelengkapanstruktur organisasi dengan kepuasan pelanggan pada Ahass Hari Motor 2 Tulungagungsangat kuat.

Abstract

Abstract This study discusses the effect of work motivation (X1) and organizational commitment (X2) on employee performance (Y) at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero), Nganjuk Branch. The sampling technique in the study used non probability sampling techniques or saturated samples. So the number of samples used in this study are all employees at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero), Nganjuk Branch as many as 43 people. The independent variables of this research are work motivation and organizational commitment to employee performance as the dependent variable. Based on what has been done, it shows that the Work Motivation variable has a significant effect on employee performance partially with a sig. t 0,004 <0,05 and the organizational commitment variable has a significant effect on employee performance partially with a sig. t 0,046 <0,05. For the F test, work motivation and organizational commitment variables have a significant effect on employee performance simultaneously with a significance value 0.000 <0,05.

Abstract

Product recommendation was introduced as a marketing technique that is quite commonly used in online shopping platforms, one of which is TikTok Shop. The use of recommended products in the digital market environment is intended to learn consumer interests and preferences so that the target market can conduct marketing. It is expected to make it easier for consumers to find their desired products. However, the use of product recommendations in the digital market also has the potential to have a negative effect in the form of forming consumer impulsive behavior. For this reason, this research was conducted to understand what factors of product recommendations can motivate consumer impulsive behavior at TikTok Shop and to see the effectiveness of video advertisements in motivating consumers to make purchases. In its implementation, this research uses the principles of signaling theory as the basis of research. Then, the research was carried out using a quantitative approach to collect and process data. The data collection method was carried out through questionnaire distribution by utilizing Google form as a data collection medium and social media as a medium for distributing questionnaires. Meanwhile, the data from the questionnaire was processed using the SmartPLS 3 application. The study results show that providing product recommendations through video content (VC) has the potential to shape consumer impulsive behavior.

Abstract

Introduction: The group of hand-rolled cigarette factory workers is a work group that is at risk of experiencing menstrual disorders. Excessive working time can cause employees to feel tired. Irregular menstrual cycles are a hormonal imbalance in the reproductive system between the hormones estrogen and progesterone. Objectives: The aim of this research is to investigate the connection between working duration and the menstrual cycle Methods: This study was based on a quantitative approach and used a cross-sectional design. Data were gathered through questionnaires from two groups: one group consisting of 37 cigarette factory workers and another group of 38 non-cigarette factory workers. The data were collected using a purposive sampling technique. In this study, work duration was the independent variable, and menstrual disorders were the dependent variable. A Chi-Square statistical test was performed to examine the relationship between these variables, with a significance level of <ɑ 0.05. Results: The outcomes of the statistical analysis indicated that in the factory worker group, the p-value was 0.000 < ɑ (0.05). The majority of respondents who did not experience menstrual disorders had a long duration of work, with a proportion of 96%, which was higher than those with a medium duration of work. Meanwhile, in the non-factory worker group, the p-value was 0.718 > ɑ (0.05). Most respondents who did not experience menstrual disorders had a light work duration, with a proportion of 86%, which was higher than those who experienced menstrual disorders due to moderate work duration. Conclusions: A significant association exists between work duration and menstrual disorders.

Abstract

Access by KAI is an application that focuses on ordering train ticketswhich was developed and published by PT Kereta Api Indonesia as KAIAccess since 2014. As a train ticket ordering application, the Access byKAI application has around 12,419,711 registered users with a totalnumber of users. There are 6,101,343 active ones. With that many users,the Access by KAI application currently has a rating of 1.6/5 on theAppstore and 2.2/5 on the Playstore (as of December 1, 2023). Based onthe explanatory description, this research aims to find out what variablessupport or influence user satisfaction and intentions to continue using theAccess by KAI application as a train ticket booking application. Thisresearch applies quantitative methods using an integrated informationsystem success model (ISSM) and technology acceptance model (TAM).Data collection in this research was carried out through distributingquestionnaires using Google Form by applying purposive samplingtechniques. The target respondents are Access by KAI application usersaged 17 to 65 years who have experience ordering train tickets on theAccess by KAI application. From the results of distributing thequestionnaire, 234 respondents were obtained, which was then analyzedusing partial least squares - structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM)using SmartPLS 4 software. From the research analysis carried out, theresults were that ten hypotheses were accepted and five hypotheses wererejected.

Abstract

Daging ayam broiler banyak dikembangkan menjadi produk siap masak (ready to cook) salah satunya menjadi ayam rebus tradisional Indonesia ‘ungkep’. Penerapan teknik ungkep dengan bumbu dan rempah lokal terhadap daging broiler selama ini belum banyak dievaluasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh konsentrasi bumbu dan rempah lokal yang berbeda terhadap mutu hedonik daging dada broiler ungkep. Materi penelitian terdiri atas daging dada broiler, bawang putih, bawang merah, kunyit, kemiri, jahe, lengkuas, gula, ketumbar, garam, mononatrium glutamat, dan minyak sawit. Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) pola searah dengan 3 perlakuan konsentrasi bumbu dan rempah lokal yaitu 20, 25, dan 30% dari total bobot daging broiler. Formulasi terdiri dari bawang merah 15%, bawang putih 15%, kunyit 11%, kemiri 6%, jahe 1%, lengkuas 1%, ketumbar 1%, gula 5%, garam 8%, MSG 12%, dan minyak sawit 25%. Sifat sensori diuji dengan uji mutu hedonik oleh 40 panelis tidak terlatih. Parameter mutu hedonik yang diuji yaitu warna, aroma, rasa, tekstur, keempukan, dan juga juiciness. Data hasil uji mutu hedonik dianalisis dengan analisis non parametrik melalui uji Hedonic Kruskal-Wallis dan jika terdapat perbedaan yang nyata (P<0,05) diuji lanjut dengan uji Duncan’s New Multiple Range Test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsentrasi bumbu dan rempah lokal yang berbeda tidak mempengaruhi mutu hedonik daging dada broiler ungkep. Kesimpulan penelitian adalah konsentrasi minimal 20% rempah dan bumbu lokal dapat digunakan untuk mengolah daging dada broiler ungkep tanpa mengubah mutu hodenik daging. Rekomendasi penelitian ini agar proses ungkep daging dapat menggunakan konsentrasi bumbu dan rempah sampai 20% sehingga lebih efisien.

Abstract

Teknologi memudahkan manusia dalam melakukan berbagai aktivitas. Teknologi dapat merusak orang dengan membiarkan mereka bekerja secara otomatis. Perangkat elektronik saat ini hampir semua menggunakan sensor. Saat itulah teknologi mulai dikembangkan pada berbagai bidang terutama pertanian. Salah satunya adalah pemupukan. Aplikasi yang tidak disemprot dan tidak merata akan menghasilkan tanaman buah atau sayur kurang optimal. Dalam hal ini, biaya mempekerjakan orang sangat tinggi, sehingga diperlukan alat yang dapat meminimalkan biaya tenaga kerja dan penggunaan pupuk sesuai dengan dosis yang dibutuhkan. Metode yang dipakai adalah merancang alat pemupukan berbasis Arduino Atmega2560 dan sensor air. Hasil alat bangunan dapat membantu pertanian di masa depan. Hasil dari alat tersebut sebagai bentuk keberhasilan program yang dapat dijalankan sesuai perintah dan kesesuaian hasil volume. Setelah konfirmasi pemupukan otomatis pada pengujian dan perubahan desain alat pemupukan maka perakitan alat dinyatakan berhasil dengan prosentase error selisih volume 0,29%, dan program yang dijalankan sesuai perintah setting mikrokontroler.
