Abstract

The risk factors of cardivasculer’s diseases it was caused by high blood presure. High blood presure was a factor who caused by hypertention and if blood presure was uncontrolling its caused heart attack and heart failuare. Walking exercise is a submaximal test who recomended for maintenence systolic and dyastolic blood pressure for hypertention. Literature review was collecting from 2010-2019. Data was perfomanced by using CINAHL, Proquest, and Science Direct. The result of this literature review was obtained 30 articles related about walking exercise and hypertention. There was five articles who relevant with this criteria of the study. These articles used quantitative and qualitatif designs. The conclusion was walking exercise can maintenance blood pressure.Keywords: walking exercise, blood presure, systolic dyastolic

Abstract

ABSTRACT Service quality was assessed based on five dimensions: reliability, tangibles, assurance, and empathy. Decreased performance of nurses who took place at the Hospital Tk. IV Pematang Siantar due to decreased intrinsic motivation such as achievement, recognition, responsibility, opportunity to advance and the work itself that affect the performance of nurse executor.         This study aimed to analyze the influence of intrinsic motivation on the performance of nurses in Hospital Tk. IV Pematang Siantar in 2017. This type of research used analytic survey research method. The population was all implementing nurses who number 97 nurses. The number of samples were 61 nurses who were obtained by purposive sampling. Data analysis was done by using linear regression test.         The results showed that there was an effect of intrinsic motivation on the performance of nurse executor (p <0,05). The most dominant variable to the performance of the nurse was the work itself which has the greatest coefficient value. The conclusion of this research that there was a significant influence of intrinsic motivation on the performance of nurse executor at Hospital Tk. IV Pematang Siantar.         Recommended to Head of Hospital Tk. IV Pematang Siantar in order to motivate their employees, especially the implementing nurses to improve performance for the improvement of the work. Keywords: intrinsic motivation, performance, nurses

Abstract

ABSTRAK  Quality of work life is a problem that should get attention from the Putri Hijau Hospital Medan. This refers to the idea that the quality of work life is considered capable of increasing the participation and contribution of the executor nurses to the hospital. This type of research is descriptive with survey method that aims to analyze the quality of work life that is employee involvement, career development, problem solving, communication, available facilities, job security, workplace safety, balanced compensation, and pride of institution. This research was conducted at Putri Hijau Hospital Medan. The subjects of this study were 79 nurses who had D3 and S1 graduated nursing. Data analysis was performed using univariate analysis. It is suggested to the management of Putri Hijau Medan Hospital to pay more attention to the implementing nurses on problem solving, communication, available facilities, job security, and safety of work environment such as: giving opportunity to nurse executor to solve problems related to their work, regular meetings, holding counseling programs and recreational programs, scheduling official arrangements, and providing job security guarantees for implementing nurses. Keywords: Nurse Executor, Quality of Work Life, Hospital

Abstract

Background one of the symptoms of pulmonary tuberculosis is hyperthermia which is the body response to infection process. Tuberculosis sufferers are usually subfebrile, resembling fluenza, but sometimes they can be infected by influenza with body temperature ranging between 38.0 and 38.5oC. The effort made to overcome hyperthermia is by giving warm compresses to reduce fever. Method this is a descriptive research using case study approach that focuses on hyperthermia with warm compresses in pulmonary tuberculosis patient at Tk II Putri hijau Hospital, Medan. Results after nursing interventions in patient I and II with warm compresses on the forehead, axilla, tibia febula, for 4 days, the patients body temperature decreases from 38oC to 37oC. Conclusions it is concluded that there is a nursing problem in patient I and patient II, namely hyperthermia. Suggestions It is expected that the health workers improve their nursing skills in providing nursing care, especially in taking actions to reduce patients fever, so as to reduce its incidence.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the quality of BPJS Health services during the COVID-19 pandemic at the Mampang Health Center based on the dimensions of Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance and Empathy. This research design uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive type of research. The location of this research is the Mampang Public Health Center, Kotapinang District, South Labuhanbatu Regency. Based on the results of the research conducted by researchers on 150 respondents who were patients or participants who visited the Mampang Public Health Center, Kotapinang District using BPJS Health, the results were (88.6%) rated moderate on Tangible dimensions, (85.7%) assessed on the Reliability dimension, (94.3%) rated it moderate on the Responsiveness dimension, (82.9%) rated it moderate on the Assurance dimension, and (97.1%) rated yes it meets the Empathy dimension. None of the respondents' statements stated that the quality of service was poor even though they were BPJS users.

Abstract

HIV/AIDS is a disease that continues to grow and become a global problem that swept the world. According to WHO (World Health Organization) data in 2017, the discovery of cases of HIV (Human Immunodeficiency Virus) in the world reached 36.9 million people living with HIV, estimated at 0.8% of people aged 15-49 years worldwide living with HIV. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of HIV/AIDS prevention and control policies in Helvetia Health Center, Medan. This research uses descriptive qualitative research. The informants chosen in the in-depth interview are the holders of HIV/AIDS prevention and control policy programs at the Helvetia Health Center. The number of respondents who filled out the questionnaire was 30 randomly drawn. Triangulation was carried out to check the validity of the data obtained from the results of interviews with informants and the results of filling out the questionnaire by the community in the Helvetia Puskesmas work area. Based on the results of research and discussion on the implementation of HIV/AIDS prevention and control policies conducted by the Helvetia Health Center using the theory of George C. Edward III, it is known that the communication between the implementers of the HIV / AIDS policy program at Helvetia Health Center with the target groups has been going well, the resources the HIV / AIDS program at Helvetia Health Center as a whole is good enough, the disposition or attitude of implementing tendencies already looks very good and the bureaucratic structure factor that can be seen from the indicators is also known that it has been going well. Abstrak Penyakit HIV/AIDS merupakan suatu penyakit yang terus berkembang dan menjadi masalah global yang melandadunia. Menurut data WHO (World Health Organization) tahun 2017, penemuan kasus HIV (Human Immunodeficiency Virus) di dunia mencapai 36,9 juta orang hidup dengan HIV, diperkirakan sebanyak 0,8% orang berusia 15-49 tahun di seluruh dunia hidup dengan HIV. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengimplementasian kebijakan pencegahan dan penanggulangan HIV/AIDS di Puskesmas Helvetia Medan. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif. Informan yang dipilih dalam wawancara mendalaman adalah pemegang program kebijakan pencegahan dan pengendalian HIV/AIDS di Puskesmas Helvetia. Jumlah responden yang mengisi kuesioner sebanyak 30 yang diambil secara acak. Triangulasi dilakukan untuk memeriksa keabsahan data yang diperoleh dari hasil wawancara terhadap informan dan hasil pengisian kuesioner oleh masyarakat diwilayah kerja Puskesmas Helvetia. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan mengenai implementasi kebijakan pencegahan dan pengendalian HIV/AIDS yang dilakukan oleh Puskemas Helvetia yang menggunakan teori George C. Edward III, diketahui bahwa komunikas iantara pelaksana program kebijakan HIV/AIDS di Puskesmas Helvetia dengan kelompok sasaran telah berjalan dengan baik, sumberdaya pada program HIV/AIDS di Puskesmas Helvetia secara keseluruhan sudah cukup baik, disposisi atau sikap kecenderungan pelaksana sudah terlihat sangat baik dan pada faktor struktur birokrasi yang dapat dilihat dari indikator-indikator juga diketahui bahwasannya telah berjalan dengan baik.

Abstract

Nurses are one of the most important resources in the service in the hospital. Work fatigue often occurs when implementing work processes. Work fatigue will reduce the concentration of nurses 'performance, thereby reducing the concentration of nurses' work. The purpose of this study was to determine the determinants of work fatigue in nurses implementing Teuku Umar Aceh Jaya Hospital. This research is an analytic survey research with cross sectional research design. The study population was 80 nurses at Teuku Umar Aceh Jaya Hospital. The technique of determining the sample of this study used a total sampling technique so that the number of study samples was 80 nurses. Research data collection was carried out with a research questionnaire. Data analysis using chi-square test. Based on the research conducted, it is known that the results of the P.Value value of working hours (0,000) and OR = 4,027; break value P.Value (0,000) and OR = 4,027; age P.Value values ​​(0.040) and OR = 4.375; and the value of the service lifetime P.Value (0.001) and OR = 4.119. The conclusion of the study is that there is a relationship between working hours, rest periods, age and length of work with work fatigue in nurses implementing Teuku Umar Aceh Jaya Hospital. It is recommended to the Hospital leadership to be able to manage the problem of working hours and rest periods of implementing nurses and reduce the working hours of implementing nurses who have an older age and have a working period of more than 10 years so that implementing nurses do not experience work fatigue. Abstrak Perawat merupakan salah satu dari sumber daya yang sangat berperan penting di dalam pelayanan yang ada di rumah sakit. Kelelahan kerja seringkali terjadi pada saat pelaksanaan proses kerja. Kelelahan kerja akan menurunkan konsentrasi kinerja perawat, sehingga menurunya konsentrasi kerja perawat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui determinan kelelahan kerja pada perawat pelaksana Rumah Sakit Teuku Umar Aceh Jaya. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian survei analitik dengan rancangan penelitian cross sectional. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 80 perawat di Rumah Sakit Teuku Umar Aceh Jaya. Teknik penentuan sampel penelitian ini menggunakan teknik total sampling sehingga jumlah sampel penelitian adalah 80 orang perawat. Pengumpulan data penelitian dilakukan dengan kuesioner penelitian. Analisis data menggunakan uji chi-square. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan maka diketahui hasil nilai P.Value jam kerja (0,000) dan OR = 4,027; nilai P.Value waktu istirahat (0,000) dan OR = 4,027; nilai P.Value usia (0,040) dan OR = 4,375; dan nilai P.Value masa kerja (0,001) dan OR = 4,119. Kesimpulan penelitian adalah ada hubungan antara jam kerja, waktu istirahat, usia dan masa kerja dengan kelelahan kerja pada perawat pelaksana Rumah Sakit Teuku Umar Aceh Jaya. Disarankan kepada pimpinan Rumah Sakit untuk dapat mengatur masalah jam kerja dan waktu istirahat perawat pelaksana serta mengurangi jam kerja perawat pelaksana yang memiliki usia yang lebih tua dan memiliki masa kerja lebih dari 10 tahun agar perawat pelaksana tidak mengalami kelelahan kerja.

Abstract

Food as a biological substance with the potential to cause foodborne illness. According to Indonesian Food and Drug Supervisory Agency (BPOM), more than 20 million incidents of poisoning occur in Indonesia each year. The objective of this study is to examine the impact of hygiene and sanitation counseling on the behavior of food handlers, as well as to conduct microbiological examinations on the palms of food handlers. The method in this study uses quasi-experimental research, using a one-group pretest and posttest experimental design, and sampling was accomplished by unintentional sampling pretest and posttest. As a result, 17 out of 20 (85%) traditional food handlers carry pathogenic bacterial species such as Escherichia coli (65.3%), Staphylococcus aureus (23.5%), and Klebsiella spp (10.2%), but after treatment, the number of traditional food handlers carrying bacterial species pathogens decreased to 6 out of 20 (30%). The Mann-Whitney U test revealed that there was a significant influence on changes in the behavior of food handlers before and after receiving counseling regarding hygiene and sanitation behavior in handling food, which is 0.000 smaller than 0.05. Swabs were also used on the hands. With the Kolmogorov-Smirnov Z test, food handlers have a significant shift in the bacterial organisms identified on their hands before and after counseling, which is 0.000, smaller than 0.05.

Abstract

Tuberculosis is direct infectious disease caused by mycobacterium tuberculosis which transmitted through the air (droplet nuclei) when a patient with tuberculosis cough and the saliva droplets that containing the bacteria were inhaled by another person while breathing. The period of treatments for pulmonary tuberculosis required complete adherence. Irregular treatment is caused by the habit that the patient already felt healthy and does not spend the drugs completely and also the side effects of the drugs that make the patient unable to stand it then stop taking the drugs.There were some reasons that lead to the resistance pulmonary tuberculosis bacteria to OAT or MDR-TB. The knowledge management for uneducated patients is needed by providing health education about the treatment of tuberculosis.Methods: The study used descriptive study by involving nursing process which include of assessment, diagnosis,intervention, implementation and evaluation on two patients with pulmonary tuberculosis at TK II Putri Hijau Hospital Medan. Results: It was obtained that the lack of knowledge problem could be resolved in patient I while in patient II the problem was partially resolved.

Abstract

  Hipertensi merupakan kondisi tubuh yang ditandai dengan tekanan darah sistolik lebih dari 140 mmhg dan tekanan diastolik lebih dari 90 mmhg dengan dua kali pengukuran atau lebih. Penanganan pada pasien hipertensi jika tidak tepat akan menyebabkan komplikasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah memberikan asuhan keperawatan pada pasien dengan gangguan sistem kardiovaskular: hipertensi. Metode penelitian: penelitian deskriptif, dengan pendekatan asuhan keperawatan medikal bedah meliputi pengkajian, menentukan diagnosa keperawatan, melakukan intervensi dan implementasi seperti: melakukan pengukuran tekanan darah, mencatat kualitas denyut nadi sentral dan perifer, mengauskultasi tonus jantung dan suara napas, mengamati warna kulit, kelembapan, suhu, dan waktu pengisian kapiler, mencatat adanya edema, memberikan lingkungan yang tenang, nyaman, mempertahankan pembatasan aktivitas, membantu melakukan perawatan diri sesuai kebutuhan, menganjurkan teknik relaksasai, guided imagery dan distraksi, dan kolaborasi dengan dokter pemberian obat hipertensi, serta melakukan evaluasi tindakan keperawatan yang telah dilakukan. Hasil penelitian: setelah dilakukan implementasi keperawatan selama 6 hari pada kasus 1 dan 2 dinyatakan berhasil mengatasi masalah resiko perfusi serebral tidak efektif dengan menunjukkan hasil sakit kepala sudah mulai tidak terasa lagi, dan tekanan darah normal. Kesimpulan: tindakan asuhan keperawatan pada pasien dengan gangguan sistem kardiovaskuler: hipertensi sangatlah efektif dilakukan. Saran diharapkan dapat memberikan perawatan
