Abstract

This study aimed to describe the management strategies of administrative services for science laboratory facilities and infrastructure at SMK Negeri 1, SMK Negeri 2, SMK Negeri 3, and SMK Negeri 4 Lubuklinggau City. The method used was a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data collection techniques were conducted through interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The research informants consisted of school principals, vice principals for facilities and infrastructure, laboratory heads, laboratory assistants, and science teachers. The results show that the management strategies of science laboratory administrative services include planning the needs for facilities and infrastructure, organizing the duties of laboratory managers, implementing orderly and systematic administrative services, and conducting periodic supervision and evaluation. Several obstacles were identified, including limited budgets, a lack of laboratory assistants, and suboptimal utilization of facilities and infrastructure. In conclusion, the management strategy of science laboratory administrative services needs to be carried out in a planned, organized, and sustainable manner through effective coordination and the use of administrative technology to improve the effectiveness of laboratory services in schools. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the application of device-based blended learning and to analyze the factors that influence the process of implementing device-based blended learning in the Social Sciences Department of STKIP PGRI Lubuk Linggau. This research uses a qualitative approach, where this research is carried out in a natural, reasonable situation and a real setting (natural setting). The type of research used in this research is a case study. The results of the study, the policy for the use of blended learning has been set in the learning guidelines of STKIP PGRI Lubuk Linggau. So that its implementation has been shaded by the Institute so that it does not run alone. Human resources are one of the influential factors in the implementation of blended learning. In conclusion, the application of blended learning during the Covid-19 pandemic in the social studies department at STKIP PGRI Lubuk Linggau was carried out in accordance with the learning guidelines under the auspices of the institution. and learning support infrastructure. Abstract

This study aims to determine the purpose of learning Tahsin Al-Quran and knowing the method of learning Tahsin Al-Quran. Knowing the evaluation of learning Tahsin Al-Quran. This study uses a qualitative type with a phenomenological approach. Data collection techniques include; observation, interviews and documentation, the techniques used in data collection include: observation, interviews, and documentation. Analysis of the data using an interactive model (Miles and Huberman, where the analysis process is carried out simultaneously with the process of observation and interviews as well as direct documentation is analyzed. The results show that; The purpose of Tahsin Al-Uthmani learning at the Qur'an Al Fida Islamic Boarding School is so that students are able to read Al - The Koran properly and correctly in accordance with the makhrojul letters and the rules of tajwid science, namely being able to read the Koran in tartil, fluently, paying attention to the correct legal rules of recitation, and being able to read the Koran smoothly. Then the use of the Ottoman method in learning Tahsin Al -The Qur'an at Pesantren Qur'an Al Fida Bengkulu can be declared effective and can be a good guide for learning Al-Qur'an Tahsin, of course, accompanied by a lot of practice and reading practice. effective in learning Tahsin Al-Qur'an making it easier for students to read the Qur'an well and right. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the description of Islamic religious education learning in elementary school education units in terms of the implementation of the 2013 curriculum. This type of research is library research. The data collection of this research was taken from several sources, including; text books, curricula, books on the National Education Constitution, scientific journals, and other relevant sources. The results of the study, the role and position of Islamic religious education in the national education system are very flexible, but in fact the curriculum used today, namely the 2013 curriculum, places points that cannot be applied in the field in the learning process. In conclusion, the role and position of Islamic education in the national education system is flexible and important because it is a means of transportation to achieve educational goals, although in the 2013 curriculum there are several points that cannot be done in the learning process. Abstract

This study aims to describe the challenges of Islamic Religious Education teachers in facing changes in the era of globalization of the technology industry 4.0. The research method used is descriptive qualitative and refers to case studies. The results of the study indicate that the challenges faced by PAI teachers in the changing era of globalization of the technology industry 4.0, there are several challenges, one of which is that teachers are required to be digitally literate. Another challenge faced by PAI teachers is that teachers must be able to innovate their teaching methods in accordance with existing developments. Apart from teachers, other challenges come from students, where students' morale is eroded due to changes in the globalization of technology, and students' social actions towards their environment are also eroded, not only among students but also an indifferent attitude towards their responsibilities as students. In conclusion, as a PAI teacher, you must increase your understanding and knowledge in technology in order to implement this knowledge in the teaching process, especially in the era of globalization and changes in industrial technology in the 4.0 era as it is today. Abstract

This study aims to describe the obstacles faced by teachers and parents in assisting children to memorize the Qur'an. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach. The sample consists of 6 people consisting of 1 teacher and 5 guardians of students, taken using a random technique. Data obtained by means of observation, interviews, and documentation, analyzed by data reduction taking into account the validity of the data, methods and triangulation. The results of this study indicate that the obstacles experienced by teachers and parents in carrying out Tahfidz Al-Qur'an learning for grade IIIA students at SDIT Al-Yasiir Bengkulu City during the pandemic are the short duration of time studying at school so teachers must think about methods and media in learning children from home online, the use of technology related to Android cellphones, not all parents can operate the cellphone so that teachers find it difficult to provide information to students, parents who are busy working, and parents who cannot read the Qur'an. In conclusion, the obstacles faced by teachers and parents are communication tools, time and the ability of teachers and parents to provide direction and guidance to children in learning Tahfidz Al-Qur'an students at SDIT Al-Yasiir Bengkulu City. Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of parents on students' ability to learn. This study uses a phenomenological method which aims to describe the relationship of motivation and parental guidance with student learning outcomes. The results of the study, the role of parents, especially motivation and guidance, is still very lacking so that the fluency of children in reading the Qur'an still really needs attention. This is in line with the teacher's statement that there are still some children who have not mastered the recitation of the Qur'an and are even less fluent in reading the Qur'an. Conclusion Motivation has a relationship with children's fluency in reading the Qur'an, generally children's learning achievement. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out what forms of motivation and guidance are given by parents to children's fluency in reading the Koran and also to find out how the results of parental motivation and guidance on children's fluency in reading the Koran. This study uses a qualitative approach. This research was carried out at TPQ Al Jihan Rt 04 Rw 03, Rawa Makmur Permai sub-district, Bengkulu City. The research subjects consisted of Koran teachers, parents and TPQ students. Data collection techniques include; observation, interviews and documentation, data analysis techniques using data reduction, data display, and verification / drawing conclusions. The results of the study, as for the forms of motivation and guidance provided by parents are parents asking the obstacles faced by children in learning the Koran, giving understanding to children about the importance of studying the Koran as Islamic character formation, giving gifts/punishments to children, facilitating children in learning, and provide encouragement and motivation, while the form of guidance given by parents is attention when children study, guiding children when reading the Koran, scheduling Koran learning activities at home. In conclusion, from the forms of motivation and guidance that have been given by parents, the results are very good for children who are also guided by their parents at home, not only relying on studying at TPQ, if the motivation and guidance are good the results obtained are also good, and vice versa. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah penerapan model pembelajaran Teams Games Tournament (TGT) berbantuan media permaianan tebak gambar dapat menuntaskan hasil belajar IPS siswa kelas IV MIN 1 Lubuklinggau. Jelnis pelnellitian ini adalah pelnellitian elkspelrimeln. Meltoldel pelnellitian yang digunakan dalam pelnellitian ini adalah meltoldel elkspelrimeln selmu. Delsain elkselrimeln yang digunakan belrbelntuk olnel-grolup preltelst-polsttelst delsign. Populasi yang diambil adalah seluruh siswa kelas IV MIN 1 Lubuklinggau dan sebagai sampelnya kelas IV yang berjumlah 22 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam Penelitian ini menggunakan tes berbentuk pilihan ganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dengan taraf signifikan 0,05. Sehingga diperoleh Zhitung = 2,06 dan Ztabel = 1,64 (Zhitung ≥ Ztabel). Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa setelah penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Teams Games Tournament (TGT) berbantuan media permainan tebak gambar data tes akhir dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil belajar siswa setelah mengikuti pembelajaran IPS dengan Model Teams Games Tournament (TGT) berbantuan media permainan tebak gambar secara signifikan sudah tuntas. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perencanaan strategik sekolah menengah atas (SMA) negeri dalam menintkatkan mutu di Kota Lubuklinggau. enelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode fenomenologi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMA Negeri 5 Kota Lubuklinggau. Subyek penelitian terdiri dari Kepala Sekolah, Wakil Kepala Sekolah, Dewan Guru. Teknik pengumpulan data terdiri dari observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model interaktif miles & huberman, dengan alur tahapan: pengumpulan data (data collection), reduksi data (data reduction), penyajian data (data display), dan kesimpulan atau verifikasi (consclution drawing & verifying). Hasil penelitian, sekolah, telah melakukan perencanaan strategik dalam meningkatkan mutu sekolah, seperti; perencanaan peserta didik mulai dari tahapan masuk atau penerimaan, kemudian dilakukan pembinaan dan terakhir kelulusan, semua hal tersebut direncanakan dengan baik. Kemudian perencanaan tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan pada sekolah penggerak, menyiapkan tenaga pendidik dalam hal ini guru sebanyak 5 orang untuk mengikuti pelatihan, sehingga diharapkan dapat menggembangkan diiri dan guru yang lainnya di sekolahnya. Simpulan, perencanaan stratetgik sekolah, dimulai dari perencanaan peserta didik, kemudian menyiapkan tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan yang berkualitas, untuk meningkatkan mutu sekolah.
