Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini telah dilaksanakan pada tanggal 17, 18, dan 19 September 2025. Tujuannya adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan Bahasa Inggris pada  keterampilan berbicara siswa SMA Muhammadyah 2 Tugumulyo, serta menguatkan kembali nilai-nilai karakter kerja keras, kreatif, rasa ingin tahu, komunikatif, mandiri, bertanggung jawab, peduli serta jujur. Kegiatan ini menggunakan strategi Task and Feedback yang dikombinasikan dengan media Poster education sebagai alat bantu mengajar. Untuk mengevaluasi pada pengabdian ini menggunakan Performance test yaitu “Story Telling atau Retelling” dan materi yang diajarkan yaitu Descriptive Text tentang describing person, describing place dan describing thing. Hasil pada pelatihan bahasa inggris terdapat 15 (52% siswa yang memenuhi nilai KKM (75 ) dengan scoring rubric speaking nya Vocabulary, Grammar, Fluency dan Pronunciation. Dan 14(48%) siswa belum maksimal dalam retelling activity. Pokok permasalahan nya pada grammar dan pronunciation. Pada hasil pengamatan, didapatkan siswa mampu bekerja mandiri dibuktikan dengan individual project selesai, memiliki rasa tanggung jawab dengan menyelesaikan tugas tepat waktu, memiliki rasa ingin tau dengan bertanya pada Task, komunikatif pada sesi group discussion dan kerja keras yang dibuktikan siswa menyelesaikan tugas bercerita didepan kelas atau performance test. Adapun nilai karakter yang belum muncul adalah kreatif, berfikir kritis, demokratis, peduli sosial dan cinta damai.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the leadership strategies elementary school principals use to handle conflicts among teachers. This study used a qualitative, phenomenological approach. The results showed that the principals' strategies for handling disputes between teachers included: gathering information from various sources, being objective, using deliberative, meditative, and counseling approaches, strengthening the team, prioritizing cooperation, and respecting mutual opinions. This resulted in the implementation of their primary duties and functions running smoothly and in the prevention of serious conflicts in the performance of their respective duties. In conclusion, the leadership strategies of elementary school principals in handling disputes between teachers included using deliberative, meditative, and counseling approaches, strengthening the team, prioritizing cooperation, and respecting mutual opinions.   Keywords: Conflict, Principal, Leadership, Strategy

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of drill training in improving passing ability in the futsal extracurricular activity at SMA Negeri 5 Lubuklinggau. The study was conducted from May 2 to June 2, 2025. The research method employed was a descriptive, quantitative approach, utilizing an experimental design with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The results showed a significant difference in passing ability using drill training in the futsal extracurricular activity at SMA Negeri 5 Lubuklinggau City. The results of the significance test between the pretest and posttest showed a t-test value of 24.004, df = 14, and a significance level of 0.05, indicating a statistically significant difference between the pretest and posttest scores. The conclusion is that drill training can improve passing ability in the futsal extracurricular activity at SMA Negeri 5 Lubuklinggau City.   Keywords: Futsal, Drill Training, Passing

Abstract

This study aimed to describe the management strategies of administrative services for science laboratory facilities and infrastructure at SMK Negeri 1, SMK Negeri 2, SMK Negeri 3, and SMK Negeri 4 Lubuklinggau City. The method used was a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data collection techniques were conducted through interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The research informants consisted of school principals, vice principals for facilities and infrastructure, laboratory heads, laboratory assistants, and science teachers. The results show that the management strategies of science laboratory administrative services include planning the needs for facilities and infrastructure, organizing the duties of laboratory managers, implementing orderly and systematic administrative services, and conducting periodic supervision and evaluation. Several obstacles were identified, including limited budgets, a lack of laboratory assistants, and suboptimal utilization of facilities and infrastructure. In conclusion, the management strategy of science laboratory administrative services needs to be carried out in a planned, organized, and sustainable manner through effective coordination and the use of administrative technology to improve the effectiveness of laboratory services in schools.
