Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 telah mempengaruhi seluruh aspek kehidupan manusia, termasuk dunia pendidikan. Oleh karena itu untuk memutus rantai covid 19 salah satu cara dengan social distancing, maka Pemerintah memutuskan untuk belajar dari rumah. Banyak platform digital yang bisa digunakan untuk belajar dari rumah, salah satunya adalah pembelajaran E-learning. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendapatkan informasi tentang keefektifan proses pembelajaran online dimasa pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif eksploratif dengan pendekatan induktif. Responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 47 orang mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Matematika Universitas Flores pada Semester genap tahun ajaran 2020/2021. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 53.2% dosen menggunakan e-learning, Interaksi mahasiswa lebih mudah akrab saat pembelajaran online sebesar 51.1%, mahasiswa merasa sulit dalam melakukan diskusi tentang materi pembelajaran sebesar 36.2%, sebanyak 31,9% Pembelajaran online membantu mahasiswa dalam memahami materi pembelajaran. Pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan oleh dosen menyenangkan sebesar 42.6%, sehingga mahasiswa merasa puas dengan pembelajaran online yang telah dilaksanakan oleh para Dosen dengan persentase sebesar 38.3%. oleh karena itu mahasiswa menyatakan bahwa pembelajaran online efektif sebesar 29.8%. Fasilitas Hp mahasiswa yang menjadi salah satu kendala yang mendasar untuk tidak terdukungnya proses pembelajaran online dengan persentase sebesar 34%.

Abstract

This assistance aims to improve the understanding and ability of mathematics teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Larantuka regarding the preparation of Classroom Action Research (CAR) reports. Besides, this assistance aims to assist in the preparation and implementation of CAR by assist teachers in its application. The stages carried out in this service are finding the right model to be applied to the learning process, assistance in making proposals, designing learning tools, teacher research activities in class, and compiling reports on the results of CAR. The results are an increase in the understanding and ability of teachers about the implementation of CAR activities. The results are using as input for teachers to improve teacher professional competence by conducting CAR.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to explore the correlation between self-efficacy and learning motivation towards the learning outcomes based on e-learning among the 4th semester students of mathematics education program, Universitas Flores. The research method used in this study was quantitative research with Linear Regression Analysis use of SPPS involving 40 students of the 4th semester randomly chosen. Data were collected through online questionnaire with Google Form. The Kolmogorov-Smirnov analysis and hypothesis testing with Bivariate Pearson Correlation through SPSS were used. The findings showed that self-efficacy (X1) and learning motivation (X2) had a positive impact towards learning outcomes based on e-learning (Y), as a result from the correlation analysis from R for X1 against Y= 0.895 and X2 against Y=0.923, and significant value between X1 and X2 against Y resulted with (**). Therefore, there was a positive influence with 1% significant. In the other words, the more increase or the better the self-efficacy and learning motivation are, the more increase the learning outcomes from the students.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of learning media on student learning outcomes in mathematics education study programs. The method chosen in this study was a survey with a quantitative approach, and 40 students were randomly selected for the spatial geometry subject in the mathematics education program of the University of Flores. The Likert scale is used in the data collection technique instrument. Quantitative analysis was used with descriptive statistics, and involved Bivariate Correlation (Pearson), Classical Assumption Test, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that the learning media (X1) was seen as having a positive effect on learning outcomes (Y), this can be seen through the correlation analysis for R recruitment for X1 to Y of 0.529 and the significance value between X1 to Y two asterisks (**) so that there are positive influence with a significance level of 1%. In other words, the more or better the learning media, the student learning outcomes will increase and the better.

Abstract

This study focused on seeing the character of attitudes and skills for students of mathematics education program, the University of Flores as a prospective math teacher. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of attitudes on the skills of prospective teachers. The research conducted is descriptive quantitative research, with the second-semester student population taking curriculum study courses. The data was taken using simple random sampling techniques, instruments and research data collection techniques used are observation sheets, interviews, and questionnaires of the process of integration of attitudes and skills in mathematical learning. Test validity and reliability using Product Moment correlation, the data will be analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques. The result of the research is that there is an influence on the skills of students as prospective teachers of the second semester of the University Mathematics education study program known t count value of 6,866. because the calculated t value is obtained greater than table t 2,063 so it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that there is an influence of attitude (X) on student skills (Y). Judging from the significance value (sig) of 0.000 less than < probability of 0.05 so it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and Ha accepted, which means there is an influence of attitude (X) on student skills (Y).

Abstract

The problem in research during the covid-19 period is that the face-to-face learning system has turned into online learning. Many digital platforms are used for this learning, one of which is e-learning used by the University of Flores. However, only some lecturers use online learning. The purpose of this study was to measure the effectiveness of online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic for students of mathematics education at the University of Flores in terms of facilities, economics and human resources. The method used in this research is a survey method with a descriptive quantitative approach. The population in this study were students of mathematics education at the University of Flores. A sample of 185 students in semester 2, 4, 6 and 8 were taken randomly. The data collection technique used a questionnaire in the form of a Likert scale. Data analysis used simple linear regression. The results of data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study indicate that the facility greatly influences the economy and human resources, the economy affects human resources. Conclusion The effectiveness of distance learning during the covid 19 pandemic on mathematics education students at the University of Flores is very effective from the aspect of facilities, economy and human resources used.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the lack of optimal learning that takes place in schools due to the Covid 19 Pandemic. Learning involving teachers and students must be carried out not as usual because activities that gather many people must be avoided. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the difficulties of teachers in carrying out the learning process in the new normal due to covid 19. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observation, and documentation. The subjects in the study were 1 principal and 3 homeroom teachers for grade 1 and 3 students. The results showed that in order for learning to run optimally in the new normal with limited face-to-face, the principal and teachers made strategies with careful planning. This careful planning starts from preparing a Learning Implementation Plan that is in accordance with new normal conditions by condensing the material, namely conveying important points and giving assignments by emphasizing the completion of practice questions, and the teacher also conducts daily tests, mid-semester assessments. and end of semester assessment. Before the face-to-face meeting took place, the school also carried out procedures in accordance with the health protocol.

Abstract

A B S T R A K   ANALISIS PENGARUH FAKTOR FAKTOR KEPEMIMPINAN (PEMIMPIN dan PENGIKUT) TERHADAP MOTIVASI KARYAWAN DALAM MEMASARKAN PRODUK PT. TELKOM INDONESIA Graha Telkom BSD Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui hasil pengaruh faktor-faktor kepemimpinan (Pemimpin, Pengikut) terhadap motivasi karyawan dalam memasarkan produk PT. Telkom Indonesia (Tbk) di Graha Telkom BSD. Metode penelitian pendekatan kuantitatif, survey mengumpulkan data primer dari kuesioner populasi di Graha Telkom BSD 61 orang. Hasil (1) Secara simultan uji F diperoleh nilai Fhitung  47,781. Nilai Ftabel  taraf signifikansi 5% dan derajat kebebasan (dk) pembilang = k (banyak variabel bebas) = 4 dan  dk penyebut = n-k-1 = 61– 4 – 1 = 56. Ftabel = 2,540.  Jika nilai Fhitung dibandingkan  Ftabel terlihat Fhitung  (47,781) > dari Ftabel (2,540) tingkat signifikansi (α) 0,000<0,05 adalah signifikan. Artinya Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. (2) Secara Parsial uji T untuk variable pimpinan, nilai thitung sebesar 2,204> ttabel (2,000) nilai taraf signifikansi 0,032< α (0,05). Hasil uji T untuk variable pengikut nilai thitung sebesar 2,039> ttabel (2,000) serta nilai taraf signifikansi  sebesar 0,046< α (0,05). Unsur kepemimpinan (pemimpin,pengikut) berpengaruh kuat terhadap motivasi Karyawan memasarkan produk baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Gaya kepemimpinan mendukung karyawan lebih kreatif dan kondusif dalam bekerja sehingga menambah perluasan wilayah dalam pemasaran produk.Kata kunci : Pemimpin, Pengikut,  memotivasi karyawan

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian ini berfokus pada kegiatan pembuatan alat peraga matematika bagi Guru-guru di SD Inpres Ende 7 yang beralamat di jalan Gatot SUbroto, Ende, Nusa Tenggara Timur. Kegiatan ini dilakukan lebih kurang 2 bulan yaitu dari pertengahan Juli hingga September 2021. Hasil survey awal tim pengabdi di mitra menemukan permasalahan bahwa banyak guru-guru yang masih belum bisa mebuat alat peraga dalam pembelajaran matematika. Oleh karena itu tim Pengabdi memberikan Pelatihan pembuatan alat peraga yang dinamakan Lempeng Bilangan Bulat agar dapat memudahkan guru-guru memberikan pemahaman dan pengertian kepada para siswa siswi dalam pembelajaran operasi bilangan Bulat.  Metode yang digunakan dalam pelatihan ini adalah FGD (Focus Group Discussioan), kemudian dilanjutkan dengan sosialisasi dan penyluhan, serta pelatihan dan demonstrasi. Hasil yang didapatkan setelah pengbdian yang dilakukan adalah peningkatan kemampuan guru-guru dan pembuatan alat peraga yang dinamakan lempeng bilngan bulat serta pengunaannya.
