Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan tekn­­­­ik evaluasi hasil belajar Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) yang komprehensif dengan menjembatani kesenjangan antara kerangka teoretis dan implementasi praktis. Meskipun taksonomi Bloom menekankan pentingnya penilaian pada ranah kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotor, bukti empiris menunjukkan bahwa praktik evaluasi masih didominasi oleh asesmen kognitif melalui tes standar, sementara penilaian afektif (sikap/nilai) dan psikomotor (keterampilan praktik ibadah) sering terabaikan akibat keterbatasan instrumen, waktu, dan kompetensi guru. Melalui studi literatur kualitatif dan analisis konten, penelitian ini menyintesis praktik terbaik evaluasi holistik yang mencakup observasi terstruktur, wawancara, angket sikap, serta penilaian berbasis proyek. Temuan utama mengungkapkan perlunya penerapan sistematis langkah-langkah evaluasi - mulai dari perencanaan, pengumpulan data, analisis, hingga tindak lanjut untuk menjamin hasil yang akurat dan dapat ditindaklanjuti. Pendekatan multidimensi yang diusulkan mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai Islam dengan capaian pembelajaran terukur, dengan penekanan pada internalisasi iman dan akhlak mulia di samping pencapaian akademik. Berbagai tantangan seperti validitas instrumen, pelatihan guru, dan keterbatasan sumber daya dikaji secara kritis. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa penerapan konsisten teknik-teknik evaluasi ini dapat menyelaraskan metode penilaian dengan tujuan pendidikan Islam untuk membentuk peserta didik yang beriman, terampil, dan mampu berefleksi.

Abstract

The difficulty of retrieving archives is one of the problems in archival management at the office of the Ministry of Religion of Indragiri Hilir district. Assistance with archives management at the Ministry of Religion office aims to ensure that all employees pay more attention to the correct management of archives, making it easier to find the documents needed, as well as being active in collecting data on incoming and outgoing letters. The method of assisting archives management is carried out by improving archives management, as well as creating a list of incoming and outgoing archives according to the type of archive. Through assistance with archival management and arranging archives regularly according to the established catalog. By improving archival management, the Abdimas team organizes room archives according to the specified catalog and provides services by helping employees find the documents they need. Through the program activity of archiving files by making regular lists of incoming and outgoing documents, the Abdimas team also makes a list of types of documents and the dates of the documents listed. Through archival management assistance activities, the number of archives is more neatly arranged according to the catalog, and the list of incoming and outgoing letters is neatly recorded, making it easier for employees and guests at the Ministry of Religion office to find the documents they need.

Abstract

This service is carried out to increase understanding of religion and the practice of Islam in the coastal communities of the Indragiri Hilir river, Tembilahan Kota Village, Tembilahan District, Indragiri Hilir Regency. The service method uses the Participatory Action Learning System (PALS) method, a method that emphasizes the activeness and participation of partners in the learning process in the form of prayer practices, reading the Koran and its application in daily life. The results of the service show that there is an increase in understanding and practice of the partner's religion. This can be seen from the increase in mastery of reading and the practice of the five daily prayers, the ability to read the Koran and the enthusiasm of partners in seeking work that is approved by Allah through agriculture. To empower communities affected by prostitution, there needs to be synergy between the government and ulama or intellectuals to empower partners to get out of this dark world. Empowerment is not only in the form of material such as social service programs in the form of the Family Planning Program (PKH), programs from education services such as the Smart Indonesia Card (KIP), health services such as the Healthy Indonesia Card (KIS) but is also supported by local government policies through localization closures. , and from the Ministry of Religion and Intellectual Services to make it easier for partners to get out of their dark zones.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the integration stages of gastronomic tourism in the Likupang Special Economic Zone. Several potential culinary icons have been identified and can be developed as gastronomic tourism attractions for the SEZ Likupang. The research method used is qualitative. The data collection techniques used include field observations, in-depth interviews, and literature studies to obtain a complete picture of the efforts to integrate gastronomic tourism in the development of the SEZ Likupang destination. In-depth interviews were conducted during observations with 7 key informants across SEZ Likupang stakeholders, namely the government, entrepreneurs, and culinary practitioners. This research aims to identify key factors influencing gastronomic tourism integration in the Likupang SEZ and measure its feasibility through stakeholder perspectives and policy alignment. Specifically, it evaluates the level of current integration efforts and identifies the economic and cultural impact of gastronomic tourism on the local community. The purpose of this research is to analyze the conditions and identify the potential so that it can provide strategic recommendations for the central and regional governments to initiate the integration stages of gastronomic tourism using the methodological framework developed by the UNWTO. The results of this study indicate that the SEZ Likupang is still in the early stages of destination development and has not made systematic efforts to integrate its gastronomic tourism potential. In addition, there are also 14 culinary icons and 10 recommendations for the integration strategy stages of gastronomic tourism that can be developed and implemented in the development of the SEZ Likupang.

Abstract

Penerapan kurikulum 2013 yang tidak baik di sekolah  akan berakibat kepada  mutu pendidikan dan pembelajaran. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis implementasi kurikulum 2013 di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Swasta Yayasan Jamiatul Jariyah Indragiri. Metode penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode kualitatif disertai dengan penelitian lapangan diantaranya yaitu observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi dengan mengamati kinerja guru. Informasi yang di peroleh dari penelitian di sekolah ini yaitu bersumber dari kepala sekolah, waka kurikulum dan guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Pertama, implementasi kurikulum 2013 sudah berjalan dengan baik. Tahapan dalam implementasi kurikulum 2013 meliputi pembuatan kalender pendidikan, rencana pekan efektif, program tahunan, program, silabus, dan rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran (RPP). Selanjutnya implementasi kurikulum 2013 pada kegiatan pembeljaran meliputi kegiatan pendahuluan, kegiatan inti dan kegiatan penutup. Kedua, sarana dan prasarana pembelajaran sudah tersedia, seperti ruang kelas, infocus dan microfon Ketiga, hasil pencapaian belajar peserta didik masih belum tercapai secara maksimal dikarenakan pada kurikulum 2013 ini peserta didik di tumtut untuk kreatif dalam pembelajaran dan tugas guru hanya memberikan arahan namun pada kenyataannya peserta didik belum bisa melaksanakan metode ini dan masih sangat tergantung pada guru.

Abstract

Media sosial tidak terbatas oleh ruang dan waktu selama pengguna terhubung ke internet; serta juga memungkinkan orang untuk bertukar informasi dan memperluas volume informasi untuk memberi kontrol yang lebih besar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis strategi pemanfaatan Instagram sebagai media informasi di Pondok Pesantren Al-Baqiyatussa’diyah dan bagaimana platform ini dapat meningkatkan komunikasi dan informasi di lingkungan pesantren. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam dengan pengelola akun Instagram, serta analisis konten dari postingan Instagram. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan Instagram di Pondok Pesantren Al-Baqiyatussa’diyah sangat efektif dalam menyampaikan informasi terkini, kegiatan pesantren, serta materi pendidikan kepada santri dan masyarakat luas. Strategi konten yang melibatkan gambar menarik, serta video berhasil meningkatkan engagement dari pengikut akun.

Abstract

The purpose of writing this article is to find out solutions in managing conflict in Indonesian Islamic education institutions. In particular, Islamic educational institutions in Islamic boarding schools and madrasas have a high probability of conflict compared to other educational institutions. This research is applying qualitative research through library research. The data obtained are compiled, analyzed, and concluded so as to obtain conclusions regarding the study of literature. The results of this study indicate that conflict management becomes very important in managing conflict in Islamic educational institutions as the development of quality educational institutions. In line with this, then what becomes our main concern in addressing conflict is that conflict cannot be avoided. Therefore, controlling conflict is a must in order to achieve goals in Islamic educational institutions in Indonesia. Conflict must be managed properly in order to create the goals of higher education institutions. Abstract

Teacher empowerment is an effort of the leadership of educational institutions to improve teacher professionalism in teaching. This study aims to analyze teacher empowerment planning, teacher empowerment implementation, and teacher empowerment evaluation. Using a descriptive qualitative approach with observation data collection techniques, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis used Miles and Huberman's model and analyzed data using data triangulation.  The results of this study are: in planning activities, boarding school leaders plan facilities and infrastructure, educators, provide autonomy and develop teacher competence. In implementing activities, the boarding school leadership instructs the preparation of learning programs, gives confidence in managing classes, utilizes facilities and infrastructure, optimizes teachers as mentors, class administration, and teacher leadership, and optimizes teachers to develop learning evaluations. Evaluation, Checking curriculum documents, supervising classrooms, and providing supervision. The leadership of the boarding school has tried to improve the empowerment of teachers to build student entrepreneurship but teacher empowerment has not been fully achieved, as teachers have not fully met the qualifications as professional educators, and the impact of the development of student entrepreneurship has not been optimal.

Abstract

Centralized Kiai leadership, despite being the historical foundation of Islamic boarding schools (pesantren), faces significant challenges in addressing the complexities of the 21st century. This article discusses the recontextualization of Kiai leadership through the integration of distributed approaches and systematic regeneration to build institutional resilience. This research uses a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) following an adapted PRISMA framework. A literature search was conducted in indexed academic databases using a combination of keywords such as "Kiai leadership," "distributed pesantren leadership," and "pesantren leadership regeneration." Data analysis was conducted thematically on selected studies. The study produced a hypothetical model that transforms the Kiai's role from a single operational leader to a visionary-spiritual leader. Distributed leadership is realized through the empowerment of the asatidz council, senior santri, and professional staff in operational decision-making. This model is implemented in three integrative phases: foundation preparation, empowerment implementation, and ongoing maintenance. The synergy between distributed leadership and regeneration creates a sustainable leadership pipeline. Distribution of responsibilities serves as a laboratory for cadre development, while systematic regeneration ensures the availability and quality of potential successors. This integration allows Islamic boarding schools to maintain their traditional values (such as Uswah Hasanah and Zuhd) while increasing their adaptive capacity and pedagogical innovation, thus building strong organizational resilience in a disruptive era.

Abstract

Pengembangan kurikulum Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) di Indonesia merupakan proses yang terus mengalami perubahan seiring dengan dinamika sosial, kebijakan pendidikan, dan tuntutan pembelajaran kontemporer. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perjalanan dan tantangan pengembangan kurikulum PAI di Indonesia melalui pendekatan historis-kritis berbasis studi literatur. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah library research dengan teknik analisis isi (content analysis) terhadap 32 dokumen yang terdiri atas dokumen kebijakan kurikulum, artikel jurnal ilmiah, dan buku akademik yang relevan. Data dianalisis melalui pengodean tematik untuk mengidentifikasi pola dan kecenderungan yang muncul secara berulang dalam literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan empat temuan utama, yaitu: (1) pergeseran orientasi tujuan kurikulum PAI dari penekanan kognitif menuju pembentukan karakter dan moderasi beragama; (2) transformasi pendekatan pembelajaran dari teacher-centered menuju student-centered yang masih dominan pada tataran normatif; (3) perubahan peran guru PAI sebagai fasilitator nilai yang belum sepenuhnya didukung oleh kesiapan kompetensi dan sistem kelembagaan; serta (4) munculnya kesenjangan antara desain kurikulum dan praktik implementasi sebagai tantangan paling dominan. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, penelitian ini merumuskan model sintesis empiris pengembangan kurikulum PAI yang menempatkan kesenjangan ideal–praktik sebagai isu sentral dalam reformasi kurikulum. Penelitian ini berkontribusi secara teoretis dengan menawarkan kerangka konseptual integratif dalam kajian kurikulum PAI dan secara praktis memberikan implikasi bagi pengembang kurikulum dan pembuat kebijakan agar reformasi kurikulum PAI dilakukan secara sistemik dan berkelanjutan.
