Abstract

AI is becoming more and more crucial in the digital age to support kids in overcoming obstacles to learning and succeeding academically. The use of chatbots is one example of AI progress. Two well-known chatbots are Gemini and ChatGPT. Because they are useful and support a variety of learning tasks, including answering questions, producing articles, expanding knowledge, and other academic activities, both applications are highly well-liked and preferred by students. By using a case study on the Facebook community with the number of samples needed in this study as many as 377 respondents based on the Krejcie and Morgan formula, The purpose of this study was to determine whether user experiences with different applications differed. User experience measurement was carried out using the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) approach on the variables of Efficiency, Novelty, Attractiveness, Stimulation, Perspicuity, and Dependability. The results of the study show that all user experience variables for the ChatGPT and Gemini applications received poor ratings, and there were no significant differences in any of these variables. However, based on UEQ measurements, it was found that both applications received better scores on the stimulation and novelty variables, while the attractiveness, clarity, efficiency, and accuracy variables received poor results. To improve user experience in the ChatGPT and Gemini applications, the quality of all variables needs to be enhanced.

Abstract

PT.XYZ is a palm oil company currently implementing the Accurate data processing system to manage data at its factory. This system is utilized for weighing incoming palm fruit, processing palm fruit within the factory, and generating various reports. However, during the implementation process, the system has encountered several threats that have had an impact on the company. These threats include connection errors, human errors, and server downtime. To address these issues, a threat risk analysis is necessary to minimize the likelihood of similar problems occurring in the future. In this study, the OCTAVE-S method is employed as it offers solutions for managing other threats. The risk analysis results indicate that there are six security practices that pose a high risk to the company's system security. These practices are IT Security Monitoring and Audit, Authorization and Authentication, Vulnerability Management, Encryption, Security Planning and Architecture, and Incident Management. Based on these findings, it is recommended that the company conducts a review of its security practices to prevent the emergence of new risks that may affect its business processes.

Abstract

The development of information technology is unavoidable. All aspects of human life require information technology. The use of information technology makes work easier to carry out. However, information technology also poses risks that can threaten the activities of an agency. The Pekanbaru College of Technology (STT) has implemented an Academic Information System (SIAKAD) to improve academic administration services, such as managing KRS, KHS, value input, schedules, and payments. Through interviews, it was identified possible risks that could disrupt business processes in the agency. The purpose of this study was to obtain an RPN (Risk Priority Number) value to provide recommendations for risk treatment in the Academic Information System (SIAKAD). The method used is ISO 31000 to measure the level of risk. The research stages include risk identification, risk analysis, calculation of RPN values, risk evaluation, and risk treatment. This research produces a level of risk from the highest to the lowest that can be used as a reference in the evaluation, treatment, and recommendations to overcome these risks.

Abstract

The use of Virtual Reality (VR) technology in education is growing rapidly, including in the context of Islamic learning. This study aims to examine the acceptance of the VR-based Hadith learning model among students of the Islamic Religious Education Study Program of the Riau Islamic University .  This study involved a population of 128 students who were active in the 2023/2024 academic year and took Hadith courses. The census method was used for sampling, so that the entire population became the research sample. Data were gathered using a questionnaire designed to assess the study's variables, employing a 5-point Likert scale. The analysis was performed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) technique with the Partial a Squares (PLS) approach. This method was chosen due to its capability to manage intricate models with numerous latent variables and indicators, and its flexibility regarding data distribution assumptions. The results showed that perceived usefulness has a significant positive effect on the intention to use VR for Hadith learning. Meanwhile, Perceived Ease of Use does not have a significant effect on intention to use. These findings indicate the importance of considering the perceived benefits of VR technology in increasing its adoption in the Islamic religious education environment. This research also contributes to the educational literature by emphasizing the importance of technology acceptance and adoption in the context of Islamic religious education.

Abstract

Untuk mengetahui kualitas sebuah website maka perlu dilakukan pengukuran. Dengan melakukan pengukuran kualitas suatu website dapat diketahui persepsi pengguna terhadap website tersebut. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan dua yaitu metode Sistem Usability Scale dan Evaluasi Heuristik.. Penggunaan kedua metode ini dilakukan untuk mendapatkan hasil evaluasi yang lebih mendalam agar dapat dilakukan perbaikan oleh pihak terkait. Penentuan responden menggunakan teknik accidental sampling dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 100 orang yang didapatkan dari teknik Lemeshow. Hasil yang diperoleh dari perhitungan SUS yaitu 63,03. untuk kategori adjective rating termasuk ok, dengan grade scale D, dan termasuk marginal low untuk kategori acceptability ranges dimana website sudah dapat diterima dengan baik namun masih ditemukan beberapa kekurangan. Metode heuristic evaluation ialah metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini, dimana teknik evaluasi ini dilakukan untuk menemukan permasalahan usability yang ada pada website Paduko dengan mengacu 10 prinsip heuristic untuk menghasilkan perbaikan yang efektif dan efisien. dari hasil evaluasi didapat 3 permasalahan dengan nilai severity 1 dan 2.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk, harga, dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian di PT GS Battery Astra Otoparts Cabang Pekanbaru. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif yaitu menjelaskan dan mendeskripsikan hasil penelitian yang diperoleh dari hasil kuesioner dan bersifat asosiatif untuk menjelaskan hubungan sebab akibat antara variabel bebas dan variabel terikat. Total sampel 50 responden dipilih secara accidental sampling yang merupakan konsumen yang membeli battery GS di PT GS Battery Astra Otoparts Cabang Pekanbaru. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kualitas produk dan harga berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian, sedangkan variabel promosi berpengaruh negatif terhadap keputusan pembelian. Variabel kualitas produk dan harga berpengaruh signifikan, sedangkan variabel promosi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada PT GS Battery Astra Otoparts Cabang Pekanbaru. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana pengaruh inovasi produk, persepsi harga, pengalaman konsumen dan strategi positioning terhadap keputusan pembelian. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 orang pelanggan yang membeli di PT Cahaya Sejahtera Riau Pekanbaru Penentuan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dengan SPSS. Variabel Independen adalah inovasi produk, persepsi harga, pengalaman konsumen dan strategi positioning yang diuji pengaruhnya terhadap keputusan pembelian sebagai variabel dependen. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa inovasi produk, persepsi harga dan strategi positioning berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian sedangkan pengalaman konsumen tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Kata kunci : inovasi produk, persepsi harga, pengalaman konsumen, strategi positioning dan keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana adalah kualitas pelayanan, citra merek, pengalaman konsumen dan kepuasan konsumen terhadap loyalitas konsumen. loyalitas konsumen adalah kesetiaan konsumen terhadap perusahaan, merek maupun produk. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 orang pelanggan yang membeli di PT Kertajaya Utama Pekanbaru. Penentuan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dengan SPSS. Variabel Independen adalah kualitas pelayanan, citra merek, pengalaman konsumen dan kepuasan konsumen yang diuji pengaruhnya terhadap loyalitas konsumen sebagai variabel dependen. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan, citra merek, pengalaman konsumen dan kepuasan konsumen memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen.   Kata kunci     : kualitas pelayanan, citra merek, pengalaman konsumen, kepuasan konsumen, loyalitas konsumen
