Abstract

ABSTRAK Pendahuluan. Keselamatan pasien merupakan indikator penting dalam mutu pelayanan kesehatan. Fungsi manajeme yang meliputi perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pengarahan, dan pengendalian memiliki peran krusial dalam mendukung pencapaian keselamatan pasien di berbagai fasilitas kesehatan. Tujuan. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji hubungan antara fungsi manajemen dengan penerapan keselamatan pasien berdasarkan tinjauan literatur lima tahun terakhir. Metode. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode literature review. Sumber data diperoleh dari database Google Scholar dengan kata kunci “fungsi manajemen” dan “keselamatan pasien”, difilter berdasarkan jurnal berbahasa Indonesia, full text, dan terbitan tahun 2020–2025. Dari hasil pencarian, diperoleh 7 jurnal yang sesuai untuk dianalisis. Hasil. Seluruh jurnal menunjukkan adanya hubungan antara pelaksanaan fungsi manajemen dengan penerapan keselamatan pasien. Fungsi pengarahan dan pengendalian terbukti sebagai faktor dominan yang mempengaruhi budaya keselamatan dan kepatuhan terhadap prosedur. Kesimpulan. Fungsi manajemen yang diterapkan secara optimal berkontribusi positif terhadap keselamatan pasien. Upaya peningkatan kompetensi manajerial, supervisi sistematis, serta evaluasi rutin diperlukan agar implementasi patient safety dapat berjalan efektif dan merata di seluruh fasilitas kesehatan. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui bentuk perlindungan jemaah oleh PT. Dago Wisata Internasional Bandung sesuai Pasal 96 UU No. 08 Tahun 2019, mencakup aspek perlindungan WNI di luar negeri, hukum, keamanan, jiwa, kecelakaan, dan kesehatan. Menggunakan teori manajemen risiko Bambang Rianto Rustam dengan metode studi kasus kualitatif melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlindungan jemaah telah dilaksanakan sesuai amanat regulasi melalui langkah identifikasi, pengukuran, pemantauan, dan pengendalian risiko secara proaktif dan responsif. Kata Kunci : Undan-Undang Nomor 08 Tahun 2019; Perlindungan jemaah; Penyelenggara Perjalanan Ibadah Umrah.

Abstract

Microalgae such as Chlorella sp. are valuable for their potential in sustainable food, feed, and bioenergy production, but their cultivation often relies on costly synthetic nutrients. Exploring alternative nutrient sources, such as liquid organic fertilizers, may offer a more economical and environmentally friendly approach to biomass production. This study aims to evaluate the effect of liquid organic fertilizer application on the growth of Chlorella sp. in a closed culture system. Seven treatments were used: one control without fertilizer (K) and six treatments with increasing fertilizer doses (P1–P6). The observed parameters included initial and final cell density, as well as daily growth rate during a seven-day incubation period. The results showed that fertilizer application had a significant effect on the growth enhancement of Chlorella sp. The highest final cell density was recorded in treatment P6, exceeding 6.3 × 10⁷ cells/ml, while a population decline was observed in the control group. The daily growth rate also increased with higher fertilizer doses, with the highest value (μ = 0.36) observed in P6. Linear regression analysis showed a strong relationship between fertilizer amount and growth rate (r = 0.8493; p = 0.0156; R² = 0.7213), indicating that growth variation could be significantly explained by the amount of fertilizer applied. The conclusion of this study is that liquid organic fertilizer has great potential as an efficient and environmentally friendly alternative for microalgae culture media. Proper dosage formulation can support optimal microalgal biomass production. Further research is needed to identify the dominant nutrient content in the fertilizer and to assess the biomass quality for potential applications in food, feed, or bioenergy sectors.

Abstract

Kompetensi sosial merupakan kemampuan penting bagi guru untuk membangun hubungan positif dengan siswa, orang tua, dan masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran kompetensi sosial guru dalam pembelajaran. Metode yang digunakan adalah tinjauan pustaka dengan mengumpulkan data dari berbagai sumber seperti buku, artikel jurnal, dan laporan penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi sosial guru berperan dalam: Meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa, Menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang kondusif, Membantu siswa dalam mengembangkan karakter dan akhlak mulia. Penelitian terdahulu juga menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif antara kompetensi sosial guru dengan motivasi belajar dan akhlak siswa. Oleh karena itu, penting bagi guru untuk meningkatkan kompetensi sosialnya melalui pelatihan, pengembangan diri, dan kerjasama dengan berbagai pihak.

Abstract

Stunting is a severe condition in children characterized by a child's height above lower average or child concise as well as her body no grow and developing well according to age and lasting for a long time, even at the end followed by the disturbance in intelligence in children due to lack of chronic nutrition. This condition is triggered by several factors in the mother's womb, including infection in pregnancy, malnutrition (malnutrition) in pregnant women, which is not optimal for the baby from since born until three years of first life, repeated infections, or poor stimulation from the environment. According to Law Number 36 of 2009 concerning Health, the community must participate properly by per scarecrow and organized in all forms and stages of health development in order to help accelerate the achievement of the highest level of public Health. According to the survey results in Sanca Village, it is known that some of the problems encountered with monitoring activities are known growth of toddlers. Posyandu, known as Integrated Healthcare Center, including eight posyandu in 2021, categorized as an independent Posyandu in Sanca Village, which consists of 8 RW, and each posyandu opening schedule is not in accordance with the wishes of the community, as well as the whole the schedule is determined by the Puskesmas or the Village. The number of active cadres is only five people per posyandu. In practice, there are still difficulties for posyandu agents intake measurements anthropometry by appropriate.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the reading interest of students in grade III of elementary school. This type of research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The subjects of this study were grade III students and their homeroom teachers. Data collection techniques in this study used interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. The results of the study indicate that the reading interest of students in grade III is good. This is evidenced by the results of the questionnaire for grade III with a total of 15 students. Only 9 students received the highest score, meaning they have a good reading interest. 4 students received a moderate score, meaning they have a fairly good reading interest. 2 students received the lowest score, meaning they have a low reading interest. This can be seen from the results of the questionnaire obtained from students. From the results of the interview, it was found that teachers always get students used to reading before studying for 15 minutes and that there are supporting factors in increasing students' reading interest, namely: reading 15 minutes before learning and intensive teacher guidance.

Abstract

Gifts (hibah) from parents to children are a common practice within family legal relations in Indonesia. However, the frequent execution of such gifts without notarial deeds raises serious concerns regarding their legal validity and the protection of other heirs' rights. This study reassesses the legal status of non-notarial gifts within the framework of Indonesian civil law and Islamic inheritance law. Employing a normative legal method through doctrinal and jurisprudential approaches, the research analyzes statutory provisions and judicial decisions to evaluate the enforceability and evidentiary strength of gifts made without authentic deeds. The findings reveal that non-notarial gifts generally fail to meet the formal legal requirements under Indonesian positive law, and are often declared invalid by courts, particularly when challenged by other heirs. Consequently, such gifts may infringe upon the legitime portie (compulsory inheritance share) and trigger intra-family inheritance disputes. This study asserts that legal formalities are not mere administrative procedures but serve as essential instruments to uphold legal certainty, balance competing interests, and achieve intergenerational justice. Accordingly, it recommends enhancing public legal literacy, expanding access to notarial services, and reforming regulatory frameworks to align customary practices with adequate legal protection.

Abstract

Sebagai tenaga kesehatan perawat harus memprioritaskan keselamatan pasien dengan memberikan asuhan keperawatan yang baik dan sebagai seorang muslim perawat juga memiliki kewajiban beribadah yang harus dilaksanakan tepat waktu yang dimana keduanya harus dilaksanakan sebaik mungkin. Tujuan Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat perspektif ulama dan perawat antara memprioritaskan kewajiban beribadah dan tugas melaksanakan tindakan keperawatan. Penelitian menggunakan desain kualitatif berupa fenomenologi dengan cara melakukan wawancara kepada dua ulama dari pondok pesantren di Sumedang dan tiga perawat dari RSUD Umar Wirahadikusumah dan di Puskesmas Cimalaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa para ulama sepakat bahwa Islam merupakan agama yang fleksibel dan memberikan kemudahan dalam situasi darurat, termasuk menunda ibadah demi menyelamatkan nyawa. Namun, penting untuk tetap menjadikan ibadah sebagai prioritas utama di luar situasi darurat. Begitu pula perawat yang menekankan bahwa keselamatan pasien merupakan prioritas utama perawat sesuai dengan kriteria kegawatdaruratan dan kode etik keperawatan. Tugas perawat adalah menjaga keselamatan dan memberikan perawatan terbaik, terutama dalam situasi darurat. Hal ini berdasarkan sumpah perawat yang mengutamakan kepentingan pasien di atas kepentingan pribadi. Tindakan keperawatan yang dinilai mendesak dan harus segera dilakukan terutama dalam kondisi darurat, termasuk juga ke dalam bentuk ibadah. Dalam Islam kewajiban beribadah, seperti shalat, merupakan hal yang fundamental, tetapi hukum Islam juga memberikan kelonggaran (rukhsah) untuk situasi darurat.

Abstract

This research is entitled "The Impact of Promiscuity on Adolescent Behavior at SMA Negeri 3 Cimahi". Promiscuity is a social phenomenon that is often associated with behavior that is not in accordance with the norms and values ​​that apply in society. This phenomenon can have negative impacts on individuals and communities, including increased physical and mental health risks, as well as the breakdown of social and family relationships. Teenagers are unstable individuals whose emotions are vulnerable to being uncontrolled by youthful self-control. Behavior is any form of activity carried out by individuals, organizations, or other living creatures that can be observed and measured. This includes any action, response, or reaction that can be noticed and assessed by other people or by certain measuring devices. Behavior can be influenced by a variety of factors, including the environment, culture, values, and individual experiences. The aim of this research is to ensure that today's teenagers are more focused in their relationships, namely by carrying out positive and useful activities for themselves, their families and the surrounding community, also so that teenagers do not get caught up in promiscuity, describe supporting and inhibiting factors, and describe practical and theoretical implications. The method used is a qualitative approach and informant selection techniques using the case study method. There are several data collection techniques used, namely 1) Observation, 2) In-depth interviews, 3) Document study. The number of informants is 3 main informants and 1 supporting informant. As a result of this research, researchers found information that the impact of promiscuity is 3 negative activities, namely 1) Alcohol consumption, 2) Drug abuse, and 3) Free sex. There are several factors driving promiscuity, namely, lack of family communication, disharmonious family (Broken Home), peer influence and identity crisis. Abstract

This research study entitled "Family Support for People with Mental Disorders (Schizophrenia) Through the Family Supportive Group Program at RSJD Dr. Samsi Jacobalis, Bangka Belitung Islands Province" aims to explain how family support for people with mental disorders is given by the family for the recovery of people with mental disorders and to restore their functioning through the family supportive group program. The method used is qualitative descriptive with a case study approach. In selecting informants using purposive sampling techniques, and data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The results of the study explain that family support for people with mental disorders through the Family Supportive Group Program at RSJD Dr. Jacobalis, Bangka Belitung Islands Province has a very important role in providing family support for individuals with mental disorders, especially schizophrenia. Through a holistic approach, this program has succeeded in providing emotional, informational, real, and hopeful support to families, which are greatly needed in the journey of treatment and recovery of family members affected by mental disorders. Thus, the Family Supportive Group Program not only helps improve the well-being of individuals with mental disorders, but also strengthens family relationships and builds an inclusive community in facing mental health challenges.
