Abstract

Ada beberapa pengaruh yang akan menurunkan kelincahan yaitu bentuk badan, umur, bobot badan, jenis kelamin, dan mudah letih. Latihan shuttle run merupakan bentuk latihan kelincahan yang bertumpu pada gerakan cepat yang dilakukan dengan cara bolak balik. Tujuan shuttle run untuk melatih mengubah gerak tubuh arah lurus, dengan teknik pengumpulam data menggunakan tes dan latihan, instrumen yang digunakan adalah shuttle run untuk mengukur kelincahan siswa di UPTD SDN KARANGANYAR 2. Pelaksanaan penelitian dilakukan oleh siswa kelas V yang berjumlah 20 siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen shuttle run untuk mengukur kelincahan yang dimiliki oleh setiap siswa. Pengukuran ini dilaksanakan dengan 1 kali test dan sebelum pelaksaan tersebut siswa di berikan perlakuan berupa lari ziz zag untuk meningkatkan sebuah kelinchan bagi siswa tersebut.Pelaksanaan penelitian ini dilakukan oleh siswa kelas V siswa di UPTD SD NEGERI Karanganyar 2 modung bangkalan. Hasil yang diperoleh peneliti rata-rata berada pada skala baik dan kurang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian uji t berupa paired sample test menunjukkan bahwa nilai signifikan sebesar 0.000, berarti kurang dari 0.05, maka H0 di tolak. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwasannya hasil pemberian pembelajaran sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan metode latihan.tidak sama, dengan demikian dapat dikatakan bahwasannya ada perbedaan yangsignifikan antara sebelum dan sesudah pemberian latihan kepada siswa.

Abstract

Physical education is a significant subject for junior high school students that study in theory and practice. However, the COVID-19 pandemic condition requires learning activities performed without direct meetings to avoid virus transmission. One subject that experienced obstacles in the test performance was the Standing Stork Test. It is a balance test on gymnastic subjects to measure students' physical fitness and balance. This study was conducted to analyze the factors that influence the online Standing Stork Test implementation at SMPN 1 Bangkalan. The research was conducted qualitatively and analyzed descriptively by conducting interviews with students who were the object of the test. The population was 56 students of class VII SMPN 1 Bangkalan that practiced the Standing Stork Test online and offline, each of which was carried out on the right leg and left foot, repeated 3 times. The results were then compared in the t-test to formulate a conclusion. The results showed that the Standing Stork test conducted online and offline did not significant difference. This is presumably due to the balance ability of students is not influenced by the location and technique of taking scores but is more influenced by the condition of the student's fitness.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbandingan antara latihan passing berpasangan dan passing ke dinding terhadap akurasi passing atas peserta ekstrakurikuler bola voli di SMK Negeri 1 Kamal. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan desain “two groups pre-test-post-test design”.Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta ekstrakurikuler bola voli di SMK Negeri 1 Kamal yang berjumlah 26 siswa. Instrumen tes akurasi passing atas menggunakan tes passing atas dari AAHPER. Analisis data menggunakan uji t taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Ada pengaruh yang signifikan latihan passing atas berpasangan terhadap akurasi passing atas anggota ekstrakurikuler bola voli di SMK Negeri 1 Kamal, dengan t hitung 2,000 > t tabel 2,306, dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, dan kenaikan persentase sebesar 12,11%. (2) Ada pengaruh yang signifikan latihan passing atas ke dinding terhadap akurasi passing atas anggota ekstrakurikuler bola voli di SMK Negeri 1 Kamal, dengan t hitung 15,119 > t tabel 2,306, dan nilai signifikansi 0,000< 0,05, dan kenaikan persentase sebesar 18,10%. (3) Latihan passing atas ke dinding lebih baik daripada latihan passing atas berpasangan terhadap akurasi passing atas anggota ekstrakurikuler bola voli di SMK Negeri 1 Kamal , dengan t hitung 3,250 > t tabel = 2,120 dan sig, 0,005 < 0,05

Abstract

Olahraga pencak silat adalah salah satu olahraga yang memiliki teknik yang mudah dipelajari suatu bentuk pembelaan diri sehingga melibatkan komponen gerak tubuh manusia. Terutama pada cabang  pencak silat dimana kondisi fisik sebagai tolak ukur awal latihan yang terdapat 3 aspek yaitu fisik, teknik dan mental. Dalam penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui kondisi fisik pada siswa usia 15-17 tahun dalam kegiatan ekstrakurikuler pencak silat pagar nusa disaat pandemi covid-19 dimana penyebaran virus corona yang meyebabkan kondisi fisik siswa menurun serta program latihan tidak teratur. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitaif dengan metode surve yang menggunakan tes dan pengukuran dengan jumlah sampel 20 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan beberapa item tes seperti kecepatan, kelincahan, kekuatan, kelentukan, power, daya tahan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa disalah satu tes  kondisi fisik memiliki kategori  kurang sekali maka lebih di tingkatkan kembali.

Abstract

Purpose: This research aims to determine the impact of implementing verbal augmented feedback on lay-up exercises among college sports education students. Materials and Methods: This research uses experimental research with a quantitative approach. Experimental research involves manipulating one or more variables to influence the variable being measured. The research population is sports education students from the class of 2022 STKIP PGRI Bangkalan. This study's data analysis was conducted using SPSS version 22. Result: In the normality test using Kolmogorov-Smirnov, the significance is 0.078, which means it is more significant than 0.05, so it is stated that it is normally distributed. In the comparison of the descriptive statistics table, the mean pre-test and post-test post-test showed an increase in results, so the provision of treatment on the test instrument can be stated as excellent and acceptable. In the Hypothesis test using the Paired sample T-test, the results of the post-test and pre-test significance values of the right and left lay-ups were smaller than 0.05. So, it is stated that the 2 hypothesis variables above are included in the acceptable significance value. Conclusion: Providing verbal augmented feedback greatly influences students' understanding of theory and practice through communication interactions. In its implementation, implementing verbal augmented feedback requires sufficient time to determine the implementation schedule, facilities and infrastructure, as well as evaluating notes to determine each student's progress at each meeting. Verbal augmented feedback is an old method that coaches often use during training sessions, but they often need to be made aware of this. So, the method of implementing verbal augmented feedback can be explored further by lecturers, teachers, and trainers to provide an understanding of the material provided through communication interactions (feedback).

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the company's financial performance whether it is good or not and predict bankruptcy whether this company has the potential to go bankrupt or not, in addition to the researcher hopes that this research can be considered for readers or investors to invest in PT Gojek Tokopedia Tbk. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach with secondary data and uses the Dupont and almant z-score methods. The results of this study show that the company's financial performance during the period 2020 – 2023 has not been good, which can be seen from the results of the Du Pont analysis which is still said to be far below the existing standard because the value of the average ROI during the period 2020 – 2023 is -111% with the industry standard > 20% and the average ROE value during the period 2020 – 2023 is -167% with the industry standard > 40%. And for the results of the bankruptcy analysis of the number of times the company has entered the bankruptcy danger zone, which can be seen from the results of the study using the Almant Z – Score method where in 2020 and 2023 the calculation values are -4.66 and -19.29 which is too far from the threshold of the set health standard of >2.6.

Abstract

Penelitian ini di latar belakangi oleh permasalah kemampuan pada atlet bolavoli putra/putri di club bolavoli Hizbul Wathan yang masih rendah lompatan dan power otot tungkainya. Tujuan penelitian ini ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan plyometric terhadap tinggi lompatan dan power otot tungkai. Populasi dalam penelitian ini siswa club bolavoli putra/putri PBV. Hizbul Wathan, teknik sampel yang diterapkan dalam penelitian ini total sampeling yang artinya populasi dijadikan sampel yaitu sebanyak 15 orang. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengukur tingi lompatan menggunakan tes vertical jump dan untuk variabel power menggunakan standing long jump. Pertama dilakukan pre test mengukur data awal, lalu diberikanlah treatment latihan plyometric. Yang terakhir dilakukan post test. Penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan desain penelitian One Group Pretest Posttest Design dimana dalam desain ini tidak ada kelompok kontrol, dan subjek tidak ditempatkan secara acak. Hasil Paired T-Test menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan peningkatan latihan plyometric terhadap lompatan dan power otot tungkai pada club bolavoli PBV Hizbul Wathan. Diperoleh nilai signifikasi 0,000 > 0,05 hasil percobaan latihan Plyometric terhadap lompatan, signifikasi 0,000 > 0,05 hasil percobaan latihan Plyometric terhadap Power.

Abstract

This research is a research that uses a standing stork test instrument where the implementation will be carried out online and offline with students of UPTD SMP Negeri 1 Bangkalan. This study was conducted to compare the results of the standing stork test conducted online and face-to-face. The impact of COVID-19 in the world of education is still being felt today. The learning system used will continue to be adapted to the spread of COVID-19 in their respective areas. Blended learning combines offline and online learning which increases the effectiveness of exploring the potential of students. This study uses comparative research with a quantitative approach. Online data collection techniques using video conferencing (zoom meeting, google meet, etc.). Meanwhile, face-to-face data collection techniques are carried out in the school field while still applying health protocol standards. Paired t-test was used to analyze the data and the results showed that there was no significant difference between the online and offline test instruments.

Abstract

Basketball is a team sport that is popular with many people, because it is not only healthy but also fun. The ability to master basic basketball techniques is necessary to create good cooperation between teams. The aim of this research is to determine the capacity of basic basketball dribbling and lay-up techniques among students of the 2022 Sports Education Study Program at STKIP PGRI Bangkalan. This research method uses test and measurement techniques. The results of this research are that the dribble and lay-up test instruments have a high level of validity with calculation results using the CVR formula of 1.00. Meanwhile, the instrument test results obtained an R2 of 0.562, which means it has moderate reliability. This research conducted a validity test on basketball dribbles using CVR validity to obtain a correlation coefficient of 0.733 or it could be stated to have high validity. Results of instrument testing in this study showed that the minimum value of the dribble instrument was 1.00, the maximum value was 3, the sum value was 69.00, the average value was 1.9714 and the standard deviation value was 0.45. The descriptive analysis of lay-up test results has a minimum value of 2.00, a maximum value of 4.00, a sum value of 82.00, an average value of 2.3429 and a standard deviation value of 0.59. The recommendation that will be given is the need for regular independent training for students using dribble and lay-up exercises to improve skills in the game of basketball

Abstract

Students in doing lay up movement exercises need external encouragement such as feedback. Feedback is an explanation that comes out of the results of the movement while terminal feedback is an explanation that is carried out after the activity occurs. The experiment will take place, there will be reinforcement given by the researcher for each tester doing the lay up movement. Every time the lay up movement activity is completed, the researcher will carry out terminal feedback. The results of the Wilcoxon test are known to be Sig. with a value of 0.001 <0.05, it can be concluded that there is a difference between the pre-test and post-test of lay up skills, so the conclusion is "there is an effect of applying terminal feedback on basketball lay up skills in 2022 STKIP PGRI Bangkalan Sports Education students". There is an effect of terminal feedback on basketball lay up skills in 2022 STKIP PGRI Bangkalan Sports Education students. With terminal feedback, players can find out the movement errors they make so they can improve them
