Abstract

Tujuan studi: Penelitian ini ditujukan dalam analisis pengaruh religiusitas terhadap etos kerja pada tenaga kependidikan Universitas Muhammadiyah Kalimantan Timur. Metodologi: Adapun jenis penelitian yang digunakan ialah penelitian kuantitatif yaitu dilakukan dengan pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner melalui formulir google. Sampel di penelitian ini yaitu 60 responden yang memiliki variabel (X) religiusitas dan variabel (Y) etos kerja. Rumus yang digunakan adalah rumus Slovin, analisis data kami menggunakan rumus interval, kemudian hasil penelitian akan diproses dengan mengacu pada tabel skala Likert. Untuk menghasilkan angka koefisien validitas, teknis analisis regresi linier sederhana adalah teknis analisi yang digunakan dengan bantuan SPSS versi 22. Hasil: dalam menguji validitas instrumen di penelitian ini, model analisis Korelasi Product Moment yang digunakan dalam penelitian pada tingkat kepercayaan ∝ = 0,05. Dan hasil dari analisis regresi yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap etos kerja pada Universitas Muhammadiyah Kalimantan Timur sebesar 5.098 Manfaat: Dari penelitian yang dilakukan dapat memberikan manfaat pada peneliti lain untuk pengembangan studi mengenai pengaruh religiusitas terhadap etos kerja pada tenaga kependidikan Universitas Muhammadiyah Kalimantan Timur sehingga dapat membantu dan memberi masukan pada Universitas berkembang lebih baik untuk meningkatkan etos kerja terhadap tenaga kependidikan.

Abstract

This research aims to see how the work environment and motivation affect the performance of the Telkom Samarinda Employee Cooperative. This study uses a quantitative approach with data collection methods using a Likert scale instrument through a questionnaire distributed via a google form. Correspondents in this study were Telkom Samarinda Employee Cooperative employees, as many as 100 people. This study uses SPSS 25.0, and the calculation uses the solving formula. The results of the study indicate that the work environment has a positive but not significant effect on the performance of the Telkom Samarinda Employee Cooperative employees, meaning that based on the existing indicators, lighting and air circulation have not provided a comfortable and conducive feeling. In contrast, the influence of work motivation on employee performance has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Telkom Samarinda Employee Cooperative.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk Menguji dan membuktikan serta menganalisis pengaruh shared values, communication, opportunistic behavior control, terhadap trust serta dampaknya terhadap customer loyalty pada sistem e- commerce. Model yang digunakan untuk menganalisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Variabel penelitian adalah Communication (X1), Opportunistic Behavior Control (X2), Trust (Y) dan Customer Loyalty (Z). Populasi penelitian adalah orang yang menggunakan Shopee di Samarinda, dengan jumlah sampel yang sudah ditentukan dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling sebanyak 130 responden. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa communication dan opportunistic behavior control berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap trust dan trust berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhdap customer loyalty pelanggan shopee di Samarinda terbukti dan dapat diterima kebenarannya.

Abstract

Tujuan khusus penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sejauh mana minat beli wisatawan terhada rodu khas Kalimantan Timur khussnya produk makanan amplang ikan pipih. Tujuan umum dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan hasil karya sumber daya manusia dalam mengolah produk khas Kalimantan Timur dalam meingkatkan perekonomian. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Stuctural Equation Model (SEM) dengan AMOS 21. Data diambil kuesioner yang di distribusikan kepada wisatawan yang sedang melakukan wisata belanja produk khas Kalimantan Timur dikota Samarinda, Balikpapan dan Bontang. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa variabel minat berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap ekonomi dapat disimpulkan harga yang ditawarkan tidak menjadi halangan untuk wisatwan membeli produk tersebut. Hasil penelitian ua menunjukan bahwa jenis produk, demografi, psikologi berpengaruh positif terhadap minat beli wisatawan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the correlation between the incentive system and work discipline on employee performance at the Public Works, Spatial Planning, and Public Housing Department of East Kalimantan Province. The research method used is quantitative, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to 170 employees. Validity and reliability tests showed that the research instruments were valid and reliable. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression. The results indicated that both partially and simultaneously, the incentive system and work discipline significantly affect employee performance. The independent variables contributed 14.1% to employee performance, while the remaining 85.9% is influenced by other variables outside this study. This study recommends that management continue to enhance aspects of discipline, cooperation, and employee productivity to improve overall performance .

Abstract

There is findings , based on plan strategic 2021-2026 about inadequate facilities and infrastructure adequate in support walk maximum performance employee development Study This aim to see the impact facilities and infrastructure on performance , competency on performance , influence training on performance and which variables influence it most performance Samarinda City Women 's Empowerment and Child Protection (DP2PA ) employee . This research uses approach quantitative with 44 samples of all employees . Method data collection using offline and online questionnaires . Data analysis in research This is multiple linear regression . Acquisition study shows that Facilities and Infrastructure variables influential positive significant to performance employee , variable competencies and variables training No influential significant to performance employee . Then dominant variable is variable competence , and so on coefficient determination with mark 0.438 (43.8%) whereas the rest amounting to 0.562 (56.2%) influenced by variables other.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an influence between the giving of rewards to the performance of employees in the New Normal period at PT. SLJ GLOBAL TBk Samarinda. In this study, the population selected in the production office was 100 people. The sampling technique used in this study is probability sampling with a total sample of 80 people. The data analysis technique used is the Simple Regression Analysis technique with the results that there is an influence between the variables of giving rewards to employee performance, it can be seen in the value of the coefficient of determination (R2) which is 0.904, so from these results it can be concluded that reward giving is influenced by employee performance by 90% while 10% is influenced by other variables not included in this study. The awarding of rewards obtained t-count greater than t-table of 27,163 > 1,991 with a significant level of result of 0.000 < 0.05 (α = 0.05). Theoretical benefits of research Provide analytical information that the research can provide benefits in the development of studies regarding the effect of reward giving on employee performance in the New Normal period. Meanwhile, practically for companies, it is hoped that this research will help companies analyze existing rewards in the company and be able to provide suggestions to get input on giving rewards to companies.

Abstract

Straw, a byproduct of rice harvesting, is a waste material from farming activities that can be repurposed as animal feed and organic fertilizer. Rice straw, when supplemented with probiotics, can enhance feed nutrition, and its high potassium content contributes to the fertility of agricultural soil. The purpose of this community service activity was to increase the knowledge of the Sri Warga farmer group about the benefits of rice straw and the application of organic waste shredding machine technology. The physical shredding of rice straw improves its quality as animal feed and accelerates the composting process for organic fertilizer. The results of the community service activity demonstrated the farmer group members’ enthusiasm for adopting organic waste shredding machine technology and utilizing rice straw. There was a notable increase in their understanding of the dual benefits of rice straw—as a nutritious animal feed and as a resource for enhancing soil quality through organic fertilizers. This activity significantly improved the knowledge and awareness of Sri Warga farmer group members about the potential uses of rice straw. A post-activity questionnaire revealed that 95% of the farmer group members understood the benefits and nutritional content of rice straw for use as organic fertilizer or animal feed, compared to only 70% before the activity. Abstract

Human resources in an institution are included in the determining aspects in the dynamic development process. A greater contribution is needed, especially in the implementation of government by improving employee performance. Organizational culture and work communication are included in the aspects that influence employee performance. This study aims to measure the influence of Organizational Culture and Work Communication on Employee Performance at the East Kalimantan Provincial Transportation Agency. This type of research uses quantitative research methods. The data collection technique in this study is by using a questionnaire distributed to all employees with Honor status, with a population of 58 employees. The analysis technique used in this study is the non-probability sampling technique, namely by using the saturated sampling method. The sampling technique is carried out using saturated sampling by taking the entire population of 58 employees. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis methods, the data processing of this study used the SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) version 29 program. The results show that the influence of organizational culture on performance obtained a T-statistic value of 2.927 and a p-value of 0.005 where the value so that H1 is accepted. The Influence of Communication on Employee Performance obtained a T-statistic value of 2.147 and a p-value of 0.036 where the value so that H2 is accepted. The Influence of Organizational Culture and Work Communication on Employee Performance obtained a T-statistic value of 31.873 and a p-value of 0.001 where the value so that H3 is accepted.
