Abstract

This study aims to analyze various forms of teacher career development and their impact on enhancing professionalism in primary schools. Employing a qualitative descriptive approach through library research, the study examines relevant national and international scientific literature and empirical data from elementary schools. The findings reveal that career development programs for teachers include curriculum workshops, digital learning training, professional certification, promotions, mentoring, classroom action research, and participation in academic forums. Teachers actively engaged in these activities show significant improvement in their lesson planning, technology integration, classroom management, and student assessment practices. The study also finds a strong correlation between the intensity of career development and the level of teacher professionalism. Organizational support, school leadership, and affirmative educational policies play a vital role in strengthening this relationship. The study recommends the implementation of continuous, needs-based career development systems to foster adaptive, reflective, and innovative teaching professionals in the era of educational transformation.

Abstract

Improvements in the quality of education in Indonesia are highly dependent on the competence and character of educators as the spearhead of learning system transformation. This article examines the concept and implementation of human resource management (HRM) in the education sector using an integrity-based and impact-based approach. By highlighting issues such as low professional integrity, competency gaps, and weak outcome-based evaluation systems, this paper proposes HR development strategies that are not only focused on administrative performance but also on tangible contributions to the transformation of students and society. This approach includes values-based recruitment, transformational training, and performance evaluation based on social change. Case studies from the Guru Penggerak program and lessons learned from international practices demonstrate that educators managed with principles of integrity and impact orientation can create an ethical, transformative, and sustainable learning environment. This article recommends reforms in education HR management policies to achieve an advanced and globally competitive Indonesian education system.

Abstract

The teacher is someone who has a very important role and is related to the success and quality of education. One of them is the successful implementation of the curriculum. The purpose of this study was motivated by the lack of understanding of some teachers regarding the implementation of the independent curriculum at SMP Negeri 1 Kubung, because the independent curriculum was only implemented at SMP Negeri 1 Kubung at the start of learning in 2022. This study aims to examine the influence of the teacher's role on the implementation of the independent curriculum in Kubung 1 Public Middle School. This type of research is quantitative research. The analysis technique used is Simple Linear Regression. The results of the study show that: there is a positive and significant influence on the role of the teacher on the implementation of the independent curriculum, where tcount > ttable (5.563 > 2.048) is obtained with a significant level of ? = 0.05.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the phenomenon that shows there are still employees whose performance and work motivation are not optimal in carrying out their duties and responsibilities. The purpose of this study is to obtain data and information about employee performance, employee work motivation, and whether there is a relationship between work motivation and employee performance in carrying out duties at the Education and Culture Office of South Tangerang City. This study uses a quantitative method with a correlational approach and proportional random sampling technique with a total of 112 employees as respondents. The research instrument is a questionnaire with a Likert scale that has been tested for validity and reliability. The results show that employee work motivation is in the very good category (90%), and employee performance is also in the very good category (91%). There is a significant relationship between work motivation and employee performance, with r count 0.549 > r table 0.184 and t count 6.880 > t table 1.658 at a significance level of 95%. In conclusion, work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance at the Education and Culture Office of South Tangerang City.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat budaya mutu di SMP Negeri Kecamatan Payakumbuh Timur melalui tujuh indikator utama, yaitu kepemimpinan berorientasi mutu, partisipasi warga sekolah, komitmen terhadap mutu, perbaikan berkelanjutan, penghargaan terhadap yang berprestasi, fokus pada kepuasan stakeholder, serta lingkungan fisik dan sosial yang mendukung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Sampel sebanyak 60 guru ditentukan melalui teknik proportional random sampling dari populasi 138 guru di empat sekolah. Instrumen berupa angket skala sikap ditinjau dari validitas dan reliabilitas menggunakan SPSS versi 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya mutu berada pada kategori tinggi dengan skor rata-rata 4,23 dan tingkat capaian responden sebesar 84,86%. Indikator tertinggi terdapat pada aspek lingkungan fisik dan sosial serta komitmen terhadap mutu, sedangkan indikator terendah pada fokus kepuasan stakeholder. Pembahasan mengungkap bahwa peran guru sangat menonjol dalam menggerakkan budaya mutu, sementara keterlibatan orang tua dan pemanfaatan teknologi pembelajaran masih menjadi tantangan. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi baru berupa penguatan posisi guru sebagai penggerak utama budaya mutu di sekolah. Implikasi dari temuan ini mendorong pentingnya kebijakan sekolah berbasis kolaborasi, umpan balik stakeholder, dan transformasi digital. Penelitian selanjutnya disarankan menggunakan pendekatan observasional langsung dengan instrumen yang lebih komprehensif untuk menggali peran pemangku kepentingan eksternal secara lebih mendalam.

Abstract

Tenaga administrasi sekolah merupakan pegawai non kependidikan yang bertugas untuk menjalankan kegiatan administrasi serta pengelolaan di sekolah, membantu kelancaran operasional sekolah dan proses pembelajaran di kelas. Artikel penelitian ini di latar belakangi oleh masih kurangnya kompetensi teknis TAS bidang kepegawaian berbasis digital di SMP se Kecamatan Pamulang Kota Tangerang Selatan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan data dan informasi terkait kompetensi teknis tenaga administrasi sekolah di SMP se Kecamatan Pamulang Kota Tangerang Selatan dilihat dari aspek, 1) menyusun dan menyajikan data/statistik kepegawaian, 2) membuat layanan sistem informasi dan pelaporan kepegawaian, 3) memanfaatkan TIK untuk mengadministrasikan kepegawaian. Sedangkan besaran sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan tingkat kesalahan 10% menggunakan teknik pengambilan Sampel Proportional Random Sampling yang diratifikasikan sebanyak 49 orang. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan angket skala Semantic Diferensial dengan lima alternatif jawaban. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kompetensi teknis tenaga administrasi sekolah bidang kepegawaian berbasis digital dari aspek menyajikan dan menyusun data/statistik kepegawaian memperoleh skor rata-rata 3,83 berada pada kategori cukup mampu, aspek membuat layanan sistem informasi dan pelaporan kepegawaian memperoleh skor rata-rata yaitu 3,76 berada pada kategori cukup mampu dan aspek memanfaatkan TIK dalam mengadministrasikan kepegawaian memperoleh skor rata-rata 3,75 ini berada pada kategori cukup mampu. Secara keseluruhan kompetensi teknis TAS bidang kepegawaian berbasis digital di SMP se Kecamatan Pamulang Kota Tangerang Selatan telah terlaksana dengan kategori cukup mampu skor rata-rata 3,78.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh masih adanya masalah dalam penerapan kompetensi teknis tenaga administrasi sekolah dalam memanfaatkan teknologi digital di sekolah menengah atas Kota Payakumbuh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang kompetensi teknis tenaga administrasi sekolah dalam memanfaatkan teknologi digital di sekolah menengah atas Kota Payakumbuh. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian Adalah seluruh Tenaga Administrasi Sekolah yang ada di sekolah menengah atas Kota Payakumbuh yang berjumlah 120 orang. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik Proportional Random Sampling, besarnya sampel ditentukan berdasarkan rumus Slovin pada tingkat kesalahan 10% dan memperoleh sempel sebanyak 55 orang. Instrument penelitian yang digunakan berupa angket sebanyak 30 item pernyataan dengan model skala Semantic differential. Hasil analisis data menunjukan bahwa skor rata-rata Kompetensi TAS dalam Memanfaaatkan Teknologi Digital Terhadap Efektivitas Penyelenggraan Administrasi Sekolah di Sekolah Menengah Atas Kota Payakumbuh yaitu 4.14 dengan TCR 82,8%, pada kategori mampu.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of risk management implementation in an organisation. This study uses literature analysis from various sources used in the study of the topics discussed in this research article. The results of this study from various reviewed and analysed literature show that risk management in practice plays a major contribution to the reliability of an organisation's performance in achieving its objectives. The application of risk management concepts, which include the stages of risk identification to risk monitoring, is crucial for organisations in guiding their existing performance. Oganisations that want to achieve good performance in their organisations must apply risk management in the sustainability of the organisation.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the relationship between students' thinking patterns and their academic achievement in the subject of Social Sciences. The research methodology involves conducting the Lilliefors Normality Test to ensure the data follows a normal distribution and the Product Moment Correlation Test to analyze the correlation between variables. The sample selection is based on random sampling technique using the Slovin Formula, resulting in a sample size of 32 students. The thinking patterns variable is measured using a questionnaire distributed to the selected students as research respondents, while academic achievement is obtained from the students' report card scores. The analysis results reveal a significant and strong positive relationship between students' thinking patterns and their academic achievement in the 8th grade at SMPN 3 Kota Solok. This finding suggests that students who exhibit favorable thinking patterns are more likely to achieve higher academic performance in Social Sciences. Therefore, it is recommended for educators to pay attention to fostering and enhancing students' thinking patterns to promote better academic outcomes. This study contributes to the existing body of knowledge by providing empirical evidence on the importance of thinking patterns in relation to academic achievement in the field of Social Sciences.

Abstract

This community service program addressed the limited digital promotion capacity of Nagari Air Bangis, a coastal tourism village in West Sumatra, which hindered its tourism growth despite its rich natural and cultural potential. Using a community-based participatory approach, the program was implemented through five stages: socialization, training, technology implementation, mentoring, and sustainability planning. The main activities involved training local residents to use and manage the Digitourism Nagari Air Bangis website as a digital platform for sustainable tourism promotion. Participants were trained to create digital content, manage online booking systems, and promote eco-friendly tourism practices while integrating local MSMEs into the platform. Qualitative descriptive analysis based on observation, documentation, and feedback revealed significant improvements in the community’s technical skills, awareness of sustainability, and motivation to manage tourism independently. The website became an effective medium for promoting destinations, local cuisine, and homestays, enhancing accessibility and service quality. Overall, the program successfully strengthened digital literacy, fostered community empowerment, and promoted sustainable tourism aligned with local economic and environmental values.
