Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the Musyarakah Mutanaqisah (MMQ) scheme in the iB Muamalat Asset Refinancing Syariah product at Bank Muamalat Indonesia. MMQ is a joint ownership contract with a gradually decreasing share, combining elements of musyarakah and ijarah as a Sharia-compliant alternative to conventional refinancing. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach using a case study method, involving in-depth interviews, product document analysis, and literature review, including fatwas from the DSN-MUI and regulations from the OJK. The findings indicate that the implementation of MMQ complies with Sharia principles and applicable regulations. This scheme offers benefits to customers in the form of gradual asset ownership without interest, and provides profitability and payment certainty for the bank. However, operational challenges such as limited customer understanding, complex administrative procedures, and suboptimal digital systems need to be addressed. Enhancing public education, training for human resources, and strengthening technological infrastructure are necessary to support the sustainability and scalability of the MMQ product.

Abstract

Diabetes Mellitus (DM) is a chronic disease caused by decreased insulin secretion, resulting in an increase in blood glucose levels in humans. This disease is still difficult to cure until now. Furthermore, diabetes is the main trigger for blindness, heart and kidney disease which can cause premature death almost all over the world. The problem faced is because of this large number, of course, every hospital and even the existing clinic needs a system that can help them quickly determine the results of all diabetes tests and classify which patients have the risk of diabetes, prediabetes even those affected by hypoglycemia or very low blood glucose levels. The main advantage of the fuzzy method is its ability to overcome uncertainty in the diagnosis of diabetes. Expert systems with the fuzzy method can handle varying variations in symptoms and severity by assigning weight or degree of membership to each symptom or condition. This allows the expert system to generate more accurate diagnoses based on the severity of the patient's symptoms and condition. The input variables used consisted of fasting blood sugar levels, sugar levels after meals, blood pressure, and body mass index. The output is in the form of detection results of positive and negative patients with diabetes. In the testing stage, the researcher performs calculations manually and implements the performance of the Fuzzy Sugeno method using the Java programming language. Where the data used, sourced from the PT. Primary. It is hoped that the output of this study will be an accredited journal.

Abstract

Adolescence is a critical period of rapid physical and psychological development, making adolescents vulnerable to reproductive health issues. Breast cancer remains one of the leading health concerns for women in Indonesia, and early detection through breast self-examination (BSE) is crucial for reducing mortality rates. This study aimed to identify the barriers and needs of adolescent girls regarding early breast cancer detection through BSE using a mixed-methods approach. A mixed-methods design was used, combining a quantitative cross-sectional survey with qualitative in-depth interviews and Focus Group Discussions (FGDs). The target population was adolescent girls aged 15–24 years who attended high school and lived with parental support. The sample consisted of 172 adolescent girls, selected using purposive sampling for the quantitative analysis. Participants for the qualitative component were also chosen through purposive sampling. Quantitative data were collected using a questionnaire adopted from the 2017 Indonesian Demographic and Health Survey (IDHS) and analyzed through univariate and bivariate methods. Qualitative data were analyzed inductively using NVIVO software. BSE behavior was significantly influenced by age (p = 0.010), ethnicity (p = 0.000), social environment (p = 0.002), internet access (p = 0.011), information media (p = 0.000), family (p = 0.000), and peer influence (p = 0.000). Barriers included limited knowledge, lack of confidence, and communication gaps. Social and environmental factors significantly influence BSE behavior. Developing an interactive, application-based breast care education model can address these barriers and enhance BSE practices among adolescents.

Abstract

Background: Adolescent Reproductive Health (KRR) is a government program in Indonesia that has been implemented since 2000. The aim is to ensure that the young generation is healthy and prosperous. Teenagers are still looking for answers to reproductive health problems themselves, consulting friends, social media and other online sources because they do not fully understand the material offered in this program. Adolescents may be more likely to participate in risky behavior, such as engaging in sexual intercourse at a younger age, due to the ease of obtaining information. Methods: The "SEHATI" app, developed as a result of this research, will teach teenagers more about reproductive health. By using the ADDIE methodology (analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation), this research adheres to a Research and Development approach. Results: Media experts gave a product validation score of 75%, material experts gave a score of 100%, and educational practitioners gave a score of 99.5%, all of which indicate that the product is very suitable for use. Scores of 77.3% and 88% were achieved in small-group trials and large-group trials, respectively. This shows how well the product works. As many as 89% of students gave positive answers throughout the evaluation stage. Conclusion: With an 80% increase in student understanding, this app has great potential for future improvements in terms of content, realism, language, presentation, graphics and student learning motivation with the hope of becoming a resource for the younger generation to learn more about reproductive health.

Abstract

Adolescence is the time when a person goes from child to adult in 10 to 24 years. This period is a worrying time for teenagers when they want to get away from dependence on their parents, feel curious to know more and are very vulnerable to risky behavior. Bina Lestari High School students have never been given counseling on how to maintain adolescent reproductive health (KRR). In order for the reproductive health status of adolescents to be maintained, it is necessary to provide assistance for health and welfare care for adolescents. The purpose of this activity is to increase the knowledge, understanding, behavior and attitudes of adolescents about reproductive health. The health education method used is in the form of counseling and mentoring discussion groups with the snake and ladder game media (MEDULA). The results of the evaluation showed that many Bina Lestari High School students gained increased knowledge after they studied reproductive health through the snake and ladder media, which included understanding reproductive health, reproductive organs, puberty, menstruation, unwanted pregnancy, and abortion, as well as sexual diseases and HIV-AIDS.
