Abstract

This study investigates the impact of work-life balance and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Wirakimfood Indonesia, both individually and collectively. It employs quantitative research methods, utilizing a 1-5 Likert scale and multiple linear regression analysis via SPSS 24 software. Data was gathered through a questionnaire distributed through a Google form link. The study's sample consisted of 50 employees from PT. Wirakimfood Indonesia, selected using non-probability purposive sampling. Findings reveal that both work-life balance and work motivation significantly and positively affect employee performance, both individually and together. The coefficient of determination shows that these two variables account for 70.2% of the variation in employee performance, with the remaining 29.8% influenced by other factors not covered in this research.

Abstract

Early childhood education or kindergarten plays an important role in forming the foundation for children's holistic development. A clear vision dan mission are the keys to directing cheerful dan motivating learning for children. This research aims to understdan how the integration of vision dan mission with organizational culture can support the achievement of superior education in kindergarten. Qualitative methods were used to collect data based on observation, document analysis dan interviews. The results show that the vision dan mission are reflected in daily practice, dan teachers, principals dan parents play an important role in supporting its implementation. An organizational culture based on the values of cooperation dan honesty strengthens the involvement of all community members. Despite facing challenges, a collaborative approach is able to overcome them. Thus, the implementation of the Dharma Wanita Persatuan Sentul Kindergarten vision dan mission is effective in achieving superior education through a strong organizational culture. Researchers suggest to Dharma Wanita Persatuan Sentul Kindergarten to strengthen the role of teachers, principals dan parents dan implement a routine evaluation system to improve the quality of education.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis strategi yang efektif dalam meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan di era digital, dengan fokus pada penggunaan teknologi, personalisasi layanan, dan interaksi pelanggan. Menggunakan pendekatan campuran, penelitian ini menggabungkan survei kuantitatif terhadap 180 pelanggan dan wawancara kualitatif dengan manajer layanan pelanggan dari 10 perusahaan e-commerce di Indonesia. Hasil survei menunjukkan bahwa pelanggan umumnya puas dengan implementasi teknologi digital seperti chatbot dan sistem pembayaran online yang aman, dengan skor kepuasan rata-rata 4,2 dari 5. Strategi personalisasi layanan, yang mencakup penggunaan sistem manajemen hubungan pelanggan (CRM) untuk mengirimkan penawaran yang disesuaikan dengan preferensi pelanggan, juga menunjukkan hasil positif dengan skor kepuasan rata-rata 4,0 dari 5. Namun, aspek interaksi pelanggan memiliki skor sedikit lebih rendah, yaitu 3,8 dari 5, yang menunjukkan perlunya perbaikan dalam responsivitas terhadap pertanyaan dan keluhan pelanggan. Wawancara kualitatif mengungkapkan bahwa perusahaan e-commerce menggunakan teknologi digital untuk meningkatkan efisiensi layanan, serta berinvestasi dalam pelatihan berkelanjutan untuk staf layanan pelanggan guna menangani keluhan dan masalah kompleks. Analisis dokumen dari laporan tahunan dan ulasan pelanggan menguatkan temuan ini, menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan yang responsif terhadap umpan balik pelanggan cenderung mendapatkan ulasan positif lebih banyak. Kombinasi penggunaan teknologi, personalisasi layanan, dan interaksi yang responsif terbukti menjadi strategi yang efektif dalam meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa integrasi teknologi digital, personalisasi layanan, dan interaksi manusia adalah kunci untuk mencapai tingkat kepuasan pelanggan yang tinggi di era digital. Perusahaan yang berhasil menerapkan strategi ini akan memiliki keunggulan kompetitif yang signifikan dan dapat membangun loyalitas pelanggan yang kuat di pasar yang semakin kompetitif. Keterbatasan penelitian ini mencakup fokus pada sektor e-commerce di Indonesia dan perubahan teknologi yang cepat, yang mungkin mempengaruhi relevansi temuan dalam jangka panjang.

Abstract

Transportasi merupakan unsur terpenting dalam perkembangan suatu perusahaan, dimana transportasi menjadi salah satu dasar pembangunan ekonomi dan perkembangan perusahaan serta pertumbuhan industrialisasi. Dimana perkembangan transportasi akan mendorong kegiatan perekonomian dan pembangunan perusahaan di tengah persaingan bisnis dan pasar modern saat ini. Transportasi merupakan hal yang sangat penting dan menjadi ujung tombak bagi sebuah perusahaan yang memproduksi makanan seperti PT Surya Pratista Hutama Sidoarjo. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kepustakaan yaitu dengan mengumpulkan bahan pustaka seperti buku, jurnal, karya ilmiah, dan lain sebagainya, membuat catatan untuk memudahkan ringkasan hasil penelitian. Data yang diperoleh dikumpulkan, dianalisis, dan dievaluasi untuk menarik kesimpulan tentang Pentingnya sarana prasarana transportasi dalam menghadapi pasar modern. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persiapan dan ketersediaan sarana prasana transportasi didalam perusahaan memberikan pengaruh terhadap ketepatan dalam pengiriman barang di tengah persaingan bisnis dan pasar modern saat ini.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis peran pemasaran digital dalam meningkatkan penjualan untuk PT. Bangkit Laksana Jaya Ban. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif. Data tersebut diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi partisipan, survei, dan analisa dokumen. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemasaran digital, khususnya penggunaan media sosial, optimasi mesin pencari (SEO), dan kurasi konten, memiliki dampak positif dan signifikan secara statistik terhadap pertumbuhan penjualan. Media sosial dan SEO muncul sebagai strategi utama yang digunakan untuk meningkatkan visibilitas dan keterlibatan pelanggan, sedangkan pemasaran konten membantu membangun kredibilitas dan kepercayaan. Meskipun demikian, perusahaan start-up seperti PT. Bangkit Laksana Jaya Ban menghadapi tantangan dalam hal keterbatasan sumber daya dan perubahan algoritma platform digital. Penelitian ini menyarankan agar PT. Bangkit Laksana Jaya Ban terus mengembangkan keterampilan digital marketing dan memanfaatkan data analitik untuk mengoptimalkan strategi pemasaran mereka. Dengan demikian, Perusahaan dapat memaksimalkan potensi digital marketing untuk mencapai pertumbuhan bisnis yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

In recent years, artificial intelligence (AI) has become a very successful modern technology, often associated with human creativity. The Creative Digital Content with Artificial Intelligence training organized by STIE Mahardhika Surabaya and the Mojokerto City Library and Archives Service aims to raise the awareness and skills of participants in using AI to create innovative digital content. The method of implementation included lectures, discussions, and practical sessions. Despite facing some obstacles such as the constraints of computer devices and internet connections, the evaluations of the participants showed high satisfaction and great interest in this training. The results included improved knowledge and skills of participants in the use of AI for literacy and educational activities, as well as increased creativity and innovation in the creation of digital content.

Abstract

Empowerment of laundry businesses in Pasuruan Village aims to improve the quality of service and financial management for local business actors. This research explores the impact of an empowerment program involving skills training, financial management workshops, and strategies for improving service quality. The methods used include direct training, individual consultations, and periodic evaluations. The research results showed that program participants experienced significant improvements in operational and managerial skills. The quality of laundry business services has increased, marked by improvements in customer satisfaction and operational standards. Apart from that, financial management also showed improvement, with improvements in financial planning and better transaction recording. This program was also successful in identifying several challenges faced, such as limited resources and the need for ongoing assistance. Based on these findings, it is recommended that the empowerment program be continued with an emphasis on continued assistance and strengthening local business networks.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a crucial role in Indonesia's economy, particularly in job creation and contributing to the Gross Domestic Product (GDP). One of the leading MSMEs in the culinary field is Bakso Bu Mur. However, it faces financial issues, limited digital marketing, and poor relations with the local community. A community service program conducted by STIE Mahardhika Surabaya aims to address these issues through training and assistance in business management, digital marketing, and community empowerment. This study employs a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach to analyze the implementation and impact of the community service program on the development of Bakso Bu Mur MSME. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The findings indicate that the program successfully enhanced financial management skills and operational efficiency at Bakso Bu Mur. Digital marketing training improved product visibility and sales through social media and e-commerce platforms. Additionally, local community empowerment strengthened the relationship between the MSME and the surrounding community, fostering a more sustainable business ecosystem. In conclusion, the community service program implemented by STIE Mahardhika Surabaya has had a significant positive impact on the development of Bakso Bu Mur MSME. This program demonstrates that collaboration between higher education institutions and MSMEs can benefit the local economy. This approach can be adopted to support culinary MSMEs across Indonesia.

Abstract

Environmental awareness is one of the main challenges in creating a sustainable society. In Mangunharjo Village, low awareness of the importance of environmental conservation prompted a greening movement based on youth collaboration. This program aims to increase participation and environmental awareness through education, greening actions, and sustainable plant management. The methods used include environmental awareness training, joint tree planting, and assistance in plant maintenance. The results of the program showed an increase in youth understanding of environmental issues and increased active participation in greening activities. In addition, a synergy was created between the youth and the community in maintaining and caring for the village environment. This program has a positive impact by creating a greener environment and strengthening environmental awareness among the youth of Mangunharjo Village.

Abstract

The creative economy has become an important driver in the development of the industrial sector in various countries, including Indonesia. One of the prominent areas in the creative economy is the fashion industry, exploring and innovating textile waste production through the utilization of scrap fabrics. This study explores creative economic innovation in the sustainable fashion industry through the utilization of scrap fabrics. This paper focuses on efforts to reduce textile waste by reusing waste production materials into high-value fashion products (Gardetti, MA, & Torres, AL, 2013). The results of the study indicate that the utilization of scrap fabrics can reduce environmental impacts, increase production efficiency, and make a significant contribution to the growth of the sustainable fashion industry. In addition, this innovation also plays an important role in encouraging consumer awareness of the importance of environmentally friendly fashion (Fletcher, 2008). but also as an innovative strategy in the creative economy that is able to create new economic value. Thus, this study contributes to the literature on the creative economy and sustainable fashion and provides practical recommendations for industry players to adopt similar practices. It is hoped that the results of this study can encourage more innovation in the utilization of waste materials and support the development of a more sustainable fashion industry in the future
