Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the level of working capital on stock prices on automotive companies components listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This type of research is explanatory research, namely research that explains the relationship between existing variables. The method used is multiple panel linear regression analysis with the help of eviews program 10. The population in this study were all automotive companies components listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2018, amounting to 13 companies. The sample in this study were 4 companies. The results showed that based on the F test, cash turnover, accounts receivable turnover and inventory turnover had a probability value of 0,000 0.05 and obtained a Ftable value of 3.24 and a Fcount value of 12,80464 which meant that Fcount Ftable in a simultaneous cash turnover, receivable receivables and inventory turnover affects the stock price. Determination coefficient value (R2) of 0.7884, so it can be concluded that 78.8484% of the stock price is influenced by cash turnover, accounts receivable turnover and inventory turnover and the remaining 21.16% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This aims to determine the effect of Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE) Against Stock Prices in Manufacturing Companies Listed on the IDX. This type of research is causal comparative research that is conducted to compare a variable (research object), between different subjects or different times and find a causal relationship. The population in this study are all financial statements of PT. Gudang Garam Tbk. The sample used is the financial statements at PT. Gudang Garam Tbk from 2011-2018. Based on the results of the t test ROA has a significance value of 0.035 0.05 and has a regression coefficient of (2.57058) which means that ROA has a significant influence on stock prices at PT. Gudang Garam Tbk. ROE has a significance value of 0.473 0.05 and has a regression coefficient of (-776) which means that partially ROE has no influence on stock prices at PT. Gudang Garam Tbk. Based on the results of the F test, ROA, ROE has a level of significance value at the output of 0.022 0.05 and shows the value of Fcount Ftable where (9.020) (5.14) which means the effect of ROA and ROE on stock prices simultaneously (together ). The value of the Determinant Coefficient (R2) is 0.783. So it can be concluded that by 78.3%. Stock price is influenced by ROA, ROE and the remaining 21.7% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji apakah penggajian, fasilitas kerja dan gaya kepemimpinan secara parsial dan simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PD. Pembangunan Kota Binjai. Dari ketiga faktor tersebut yaitu pengajian, fasilitas kerja dan gaya kepemimpinan, faktor manakah yang paling dominan pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PD. Pembangunan Kota Binjai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara parsial dan simultan variabel gaji, fasilitas kerja, dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PD. Pembangunan Kota Binjai, serta untuk mengetahui dari ketiga variabel tersebut yaitu pengajian, fasilitas kerja, dan gaya kepemimpinan merupakan variabel yang mempunyai pengaruh dominan terhadap kinerja karyawan di PD. Pembangunan Kota Binjai. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PD. Pembangunan Kota Binjai yang berjumlah 79 orang termasuk karyawan kerja harian. Sampel penelitian adalah 66 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 19.0 yang terdiri dari uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, uji t, dan uji F. Hasil analisis regresi berganda menunjukkan bahwa variabel gaji, fasilitas kerja dan gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh secara parsial dan simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan perusahaan pada PD. Pembangunan Kota Binjai, sedangkan variabel yang berpengaruh dominan adalah pengajian.

Abstract

Persaingan bisnis antar perusahaan saat ini sangat ketat. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan karyawan yang bermoral, profesional, disiplin dan bertanggung jawab dalam menjalankan tugasnya. Hal ini diperlukan untuk meningkatkan produktivitas tenaga kerja, memberikan layanan yang berkualitas, dan meningkatkan persaingan di dalam dan luar negeri. Namun kenyataannya, masih ada karyawan yang tidak produktif dalam bekerja. Menurut beberapa literatur, produktivitas kerja dipengaruhi oleh kepuasan kerja dan motivasi, dalam penelitian ini penulis memilih PD. Pembangunan Kota Medan sebagai objek penelitian. Dari penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas seluruh responden memenuhi persyaratan. Secara parsial variabel kepuasan kerja dan motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja. Berdasarkan persamaan regresi dapat dilihat bahwa variabel motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja. Uji kolaboratif dua variabel juga memiliki pengaruh penting dan koefisien determinasi kedua variabel yaitu kepuasan dan motivasi kerja dapat menjelaskan variabel produktivitas tenaga kerja.

Abstract

A healthy environment is an important concern every year to show our quality of life. The accumulation of waste that becomes public concern really needs to be resolved with various parties, not only from the government, but also the involvement of the community as consumers of the plastic waste producer. This plastic waste damages ecosystems and habitats such as land, sea and air. So that this community service aims to educate the understanding of the dangers of plastic waste and increase the skills of the community regarding how to process plastic waste that has no value but can be processed into handicrafts that provide creative economic value. The results of beautiful handicrafts, of course, in the future can provide prospects for the community to help the economy so as to increase family income and can minimize damage to the environment, both land and air.

Abstract

There are still customers who are dissatisfied with Izone's performance as evidenced by several customer complaints against Izone, including (a) The distance to public facilities such as toilets (b) Some consumers complain about hot karaoke air conditioners (c) The price of the starter power card package (because there is no expiration date) (d) More and varied gift items for the promo (e) The number of machines that are swiped can't play (because consumers swipe wrong) (f) Izone is only in the Irian Supermarket Dept. Store. If this is not handled quickly and seriously, it will cause big losses for iZone. The purpose of this study was to determine customer satisfaction with service quality at PT. Mada Graha Nagata This research was carried out from July 2019 to September 2019 It was carried out at the PT. Mada Graha Nagata Tembung Deli Serdang Branch. Quantitative marketing research methods can be defined as marketing research that conveys research objectives through empirical assessment involving various numerical measurements and various analytical approaches. This type of research uses a descriptive design. The conclusions that can be drawn in this research are from the value of each attribute, the Multi-attribute Attitude Model (MAM) obtained the overall attitude value is as follows: (-28) + (-14.3) + (26 ,8) + (30.2) + (68) = 82.7. The value of 82.7 is included in the Neutral range, it can be concluded that visitors rate Neutral on the service quality of PT. Mada Graha Nagata (Izone2000).

Abstract

The problem to be studied is that the performance is less than optimal because there are still employees who are not optimal in carrying out their duties as indicated by (a) Implementation of organizational culture that has not been optimally carried out. (b) Delayed completion of pre-determined work because there are several employees who leave the workplace without prior permission and are often seen unemployed and talking about unimportant things during working hours. (c) High absenteeism due to sick and unreasonable employees. This research was conducted in August – October 2019. It was carried out at the Head office of PT. Herfinta Farm and Plantation, Jalan Kapt. Maulana Lubis No. 9 Medan City. The sample in this study were all employees at PT. Herfinta Farm and Plantation which amounted to 30 people. From the results of data processing, it was found that the significance value was 0.0 which was smaller than 0.05 and based on the calculated F value was 24.396 which was greater than the F table of 3.35. From the two analyzes, Ho is rejected, meaning that there are simultaneously independent variables affecting the dependent variable. To improve employee performance, the application of organizational culture and work stress must also be increased at PT. Herfinta Farm and Plantation. Adjusted R Square value is 0.617 or 61.7%. This condition explains that 61.7% of organizational culture variables and work stress have a significant effect on employee performance. This means that from several factors supporting employee performance, organizational culture and work stress factors that affect employee performance the most are 61.7%.

Abstract

This research was conducted to measure the exchange rate (exchange rate) against stock prices at PT. Bank Central Asia, Tbk in Indonesia in 2018 and to find  how much these factors have an effect. The research method used was quantitative with associative techniques and simple linear regression. The sample in this study is the exchange rate and shares of PT. Bank Central Asia, Tbk in the monthly period throughout 2018. Data observation techniques are carried out using document observation techniques sourced from official website of Bank Indonesia (www.bi.go.id) as well as the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (www.idx.co .id) for the share price. The results obtained show a significant value (sig) of XXX with a probability of The value of this value which is smaller than this probability indicates that there is an effect of currency exchange fluctuations on stock prices. Therefore, H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. The conclusion of this study is that currency exchange rate fluctuations can affect stock prices by XX%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Working Capital on Profitability at PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur 2016-2020. The Effect of Activity Ratio on Profitability at PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur 2016-2020. The Effect of Working Capital and Activity Ratio on Profitability at PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur 2016-2020. The type of research used in this study is associative which aims to determine the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable and how closely the influence or relationship of two or more variables. This study uses secondary and empirical data. The analytical tool used is multiple regression analysis. The results of the study state that working capital has no significant effect on profitability, working capital is proven to significantly affect profitability, meaning that it is able to provide a real positive influence in increasing profitability.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of internal audit in PT. Bank Mandiri Tbk regional office I Medan to express and cope with fraudulent practices. Whether the auditor has an adequate role in articulating and tackle fraudulent practices in PT. Bank Mandiri Tbk regional office I Medan or not. The method used is descriptive method, a method where researchers collect research data and other literature and then expound to know the research problem and find solutions. Data collected by interview, documentation, and distributing questionnaires to 20 employees of the Internal Audit Unit (IAU) PT. Bank Mandiri Tbk regional office I Medan. The questionnaire was tested for validity and reliability by using Cronbach's Alpha method. The results of this study indicate that the internal audit, otherwise known as SPI in SOEs, have an adequate role in articulating and tackle fraudulent practices in PT. Bank Mandiri Tbk regional office I Medan.
