Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of RD intensity and profitability on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in Manufacturing Sector RD companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2023 period. The samples in this research are several manufacturing sector companies listed on the BEI in 2017-2023 according to predetermined criteria, namely INTP, SMGR, TOTO, ISSP, JPFA, MAIN, SPMA, ASII, CAMP, ICBP, INDF, MLBI, GGRM, WIIM, KAEF, SIDO, INVR and CINT.  The independent variables in this research are RD intensity and profitability, while the dependent variable is CSR.  Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression tests. The research results show that RD intensity has a positive and significant effect on the CSR of manufacturing sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Profitability has a positive and significant effect on the CSR of manufacturing sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. RD intensity and profitability simultaneously have a significant effect on the CSR of manufacturing sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The influence (determination) of R D intensity and overall profitability on CSR is 21.50%. This shows that CSR is also influenced by other factors outside the variables of CSR intensity and profitability, where this influence is relatively large, namely 78.5%.

Abstract

This study aims to assess the impact of participatory training on enhancing the psychological well-being and technical skills of Micro, Small, And Medium Enterprise (MSME) artisans in Tangkahan’s ecotourism sector. Fifty MSME participants, who had previously attended training sessions organized by government agencies and universities, were selected as respondents. The study employed observation and statistical analysis, specifically paired samples t-tests, to evaluate changes in knowledge and skills before and after the training. The results revealed a significant improvement in both the well-being and performance of participants, with t-values exceeding the t-table and significance values (p) below 0.05. Additionally, Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) was utilized to analyze the interrelationships between variables and test the hypotheses. This approach provided a robust framework for evaluating the direct and indirect effects among the factors, enhancing the validity and depth of the findings. These findings highlight that participatory training improves the psychological well-being and technical skills of handicraft MSME actors in managing their businesses. This study also reveals that psychological well-being has a significant direct impact on technical skills and competitiveness. Additionally, technical skills directly influence competitiveness, while psychological well-being indirectly affects competitiveness through the mediation of technical skills. This study advocates for a holistic training approach that not only focuses on technical skill enhancement but also prioritizes psychological well-being to enhancing competitiveness. The success of MSMEs depend not only on technical skills but also on the psychological well-being such as job satisfaction, stress management, mental health, motivation and positive emotion of the workforce. By adopting this comprehensive strategy, future training programs can drive long-term improvements in both individual well-being and business performance, ensuring the resilience and competitiveness of MSMEs in Tangkahan’s ecotourism sector.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan dan pengembangan SDM terhadap kinerja karyawan pada dinas penanaman modal dan pelayanan di Kota Medan. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian asosiatif dengan jumlah responden 68 responden, perhitungan jumlah sampel menggunakan teknik sampling non probability dengan kriteria yang ditetapkan oleh peneliti untuk di jadikan sampel. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner, wawancara dan studi pustaka dari beberapa referensi seperti jurnal ilmiah. Metode teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan tingkat signifikan sebesar 0,05. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian diperoleh bahwa pelatihan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Hal ini terlihat dari nilai signifikan (0,000) dari 0,05 dan t-hitung (4.593) dibandingkan t-tabel (1.997). Pengembangan Sdm berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Hal ini terlihat dari nilai signifikan (0,000) 0,05 dan t-hitung (4.368) dibandingkan t-tabel (1.997) dan berdasarkan uji f (Pelatihan (x1), dan Pengembangan Sdm (x2) secara serempak adalah signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Analisis Rasio Likuiditas dan Aktivitas Dalam Menilai Kinerja Keuangan Pada Bank Mandiri yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) Periode 2017-2021. Pendekatan pada penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif denganjJenis data yang digunakan yaitu data kuantitatif. Maka dari pada itu, data penelitian ini bersumber pada laporan keuangan Bank Mandiri yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2017-2021. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian kali ini adalah teknik analisis Rasio Keuangan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa kinerja keuangan pada PT. Mandiri (Persero) Tbk dari periode 2017-2018 dilihat dari rasio likuiditasnya yang berupa Current Ratio mempunyai rata-rata yaitu sebesar 0.58%. Current Ratio pada PT. Mandiri (Persero) Tbk dari periode 2017-2018 dilihat dari rasio likuiditasnya mengalami fluktuasi yang dapat disebabkan salah satunya adanya peningkatan aktiva lancar dan dan penurunan hutang lancar. Selain itu, kinerja keuangan pada PT. Mandiri (Persero) Tbk dari periode 2017-2018 dilihat dari rasio likuiditasnya yang berupa Quick Ratio mempunyai rata-rata yaitu sebesar 10.8% dan nilai Quick Ratio tertinggi memiliki nilai sebesar 15.59 yang sudah diatas rata-rata.

Abstract

Kinerja keuangan perbankan mengalami peningkatan dan penurunan dalam pencapaian keuntungan, namun dalam situasi ini beberapa bank menutup kantor cabangnya, akibat meningkatnya penggunaan digital banking.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh mobile banking, internet banking dan transaksi ATM terhadap kinerja keuangan perbankan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan data sekunder, dengan pendekatan kuantitatif.  Penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling untuk menentukan sampel penelitian, sehingga diperoleh sebelas bank dan terdapat empat puluh tiga sampel untuk penelitian. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial transaksi mobile banking berpengaruh positif terhadap ROA. Sedangkan transaksi internet banking berpengaruh negatif terhadap ROA dan transaksi ATM berpengaruh negatif terhadap ROA. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan transaksi mobile banking, transaksi internet banking dan transaksi ATM mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap ROA.

Abstract

Inflation is one of the challenges of the economy that has a significant impact on the management of the Regional Budget, including in Medan City. The weakening of people's purchasing power and private fiscal capacity often occurs due to the increase in the price of goods and services. This impact not only leads to regional fiscal accounting, but also to infrastructure development and public services. This study aims to analyze the role of the e-Budgeting system as a tool to mitigate the impact of inflation on the Medan City Regional Budget. The analysis framework uses a quantitative approach with literature study techniques and policy analysis. The results of the study show that e-Budgeting is very effective in increasing the efficiency of budget planning, the accuracy of fund allocation and transparency of regional financial management. This e-Budgeting system will allow the government to make adjustments to priority programs affected by inflation, such as the provision of social assistance and the implementation of infrastructure development. However, its implementation in Medan has been hampered by technical incompetence and the capacity of the apparatus. Therefore, this study recommends strengthening the integration of e-Budgeting with the regional planning system and increasing training for the apparatus to maximize its role in fiscal stabilization. These findings contribute to the literature on regional financial governance and adaptive policies to macroeconomic dynamics.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemanfaatan limbah kayu Sungai Batang Serangan sebagai bahan baku alternatif dalam produksi kerajinan masyarakat Desa Sei Serdang, kawasan Ekowisata Tangkahan. Permasalahan mitra meliputi rendahnya pemanfaatan limbah kayu, belum adanya teknik pengawetan kayu yang memadai, serta kurangnya pemahaman digitalisasi pemasaran. Metode pelaksanaan terdiri dari sosialisasi, pelatihan produksi dan pengawetan kayu dengan teknik perendaman dingin, pelatihan pembuatan cinderamata, pelatihan konten pemasaran digital melalui YouTube, serta pendampingan dan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa 60% produksi peserta berhasil menggunakan bahan limbah kayu, dan biaya produksi dapat ditekan hingga 26,67%. Mitra juga mampu menyusun SOP pengawetan kayu serta menghasilkan konten pemasaran video secara mandiri. Program ini tidak hanya berdampak pada efisiensi produksi dan peningkatan daya saing produk, tetapi juga turut mendukung pelestarian lingkungan sungai. Kegiatan ini merekomendasikan penguatan lanjutan dalam aspek manajemen usaha dan pemasaran digital berbasis e-commerce agar produk limbah kayu dapat dikembangkan sebagai unggulan Desa Wisata Tangkahan.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of Soft skills, On-the-job training, and Work motivation on employee performance at PT. Palma Gemilang Kencana in Jambi, which consists of 81 people, with the total population being used as a sample through saturation sampling. The data collection method in this study is a questionnaire and library research. The analysis uses descriptive methods and multiple linear regression with a significance level of 0.05. The results of the F test show that Soft skills, On-the-job training, and Work motivation together have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable, which is employee performance. Based on the determination coefficient (R2) test, the Adjusted R Square value is 0.612%, meaning that the quality of Soft skills, On-the-job training, and Work motivation affects employee performance by 61.2%, and the remaining 38.8% can be explained by other factors that were not examined in this study. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan, untuk menguji pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, untuk menguji pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, untuk menguji pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, untuk menguji pengaruh kepemimpinan, motivasi, disiplin kerja, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV Regional II Sawit Hulu. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 287 karyawan PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV Regional II Sawit Hulu. Sampel dalam penelitian sebanyak 75 orang yang diambil dengan menggunakan rumus slovin. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linear berganda, uji parsial (Uji t), uji signifikasi simultan (Uji F) dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, motivasi berpengaruh posistif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, kepemimpinan, motivasi, disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV Regional II Kebun Sawit Hulu

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the Effect of Work Environment and Work Motivation on the Performance of Academic Section Employees at Medan State Polytechnic. This research is associative research. The population in this study were academic employees at the State Polytechnic of Medan totaling 57 respondents, the calculation of the sample size was carried out using the slovin formula. The data collection methods in this study were observation, interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis method uses descriptive methods and multiple linear regression analysis with a significant level of 0.05. The F-test results show that Work Environment and Work Motivation together have a positive and significant influence on the dependent variable, namely Employee Performance. Based on the test of the coefficient of determination (R2) shows that the Adjusted R Square value of 0.862 means that Work Environment and Work Motivation affect Employee Performance by 86.2% and the remaining 13.8% can be explained by other factors not examined in this study.
