Abstract

Manufactury industry is the industry which produce unready-made goods tobe ready made goods. Manufactury industry has role in economy of the country. But the growth of economy fluctuation can not be avoided which causes influence on the company’s stability that can be seen from the financial statement.This research has the direction to analyse debt to equity ratio and firm size to the stock return in manufacture company which is listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Data is taken from the publication financial statement which is gotten from www.idx.co.id for the periode 2010-2013. The population in this research is all the manufacture companies from sub sector of consumtion goods which are 36 companies and the samples with purposive sampling methode are 13 companies. The Analysis of data used is statistic descriptif analysis and multiple linear regression analysis to get the description spreadly about the correlation among variabels.The result of this research shows that debt to equity ratio influential positif and not significant to stock return. Meanwhile, firm size influential positif and significant to stock return.

Abstract

Penelitian dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menetapkan strategi pemasaran yang dilakukan oleh PT. Herfinta Farm and Plantation melalui kualitas pelayanan yang ada untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan. Sebanyak 123 pelanggan dijadikan sample penelitian dan dibagikan kuesioner tertutup dengan indikator kualitas pelayanan yaitu tangibles, responsiveness, reliability, assurance dan emphaty. Indikator kepuasan pelanggan yang dijadikan dasar pada penyusunan kuesioner adalah kualitas produk, kualitas pelayanan, emosional, harga dan kemudahan. Hasil uji korelasi antara harga dengan kepuasan pelanggan sebesar 0,401, kualitas pelayanan dengan kepuasan pelanggan 0,358. Hasil regresi linear berganda adalah Y = 9,859 + 0,226X1 + 0,176X2 yang berarti setiap bertambahnya atau meningkatnya 1 satuan harga maka akan dapat meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan sebesar 0,226 kali, dan setiap bertambahnya 1 satuan kualitas pelayanan akan meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan sebesar 0,176 kali. Hasil uji parsial dan simultan menunjukkan harga dan kualitas pelayanan secara parsial dan simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Hasil uji koefisien determinasi bahwa variabel harga dan kualitas pelayanan mempengaruhi variabel kepuasan pelanggan sebesar 20,9%, sedangkan sisanya 79,1% dipengaruhi oleh faktor – faktor lain diluar penelitian

Abstract

Human resources are very important in a company. therefore every company always tries to have quality human resources and companies must pay attention to aspects of work related to human resources, because without quality human resources a company will not run well between HR and companies must have a mutually beneficial relationship requires, companies need quality employees, employees also need a work environment that can provide satisfaction such as having a clean and comfortable work environment, one of the company's activities to advance the abilities of its employees is employee career development and providing motivation to employees from research is to determine the effect of motivation , work environment and career development on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Kalibaru Indonesia This research is included in the category of quantitative research. The total population is 302 employees, so the sample used is 77 employees because it uses the Slovin formula. From these results work motivation, work environment and career development affect job satisfaction.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahu pengaruh Manajmen Modal Kerja Terhadap Profitabilitas Perusaan Sektor Farmasi Yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesi Periode 2018 – 2021.Variabel independen yang digunakan dalam penelitian in adalah perputaran kas, perputaran piutang dan perputaran persediaan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian asosiatif yang menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi seluruh perusahaan farmasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2018 – 2021 adalah 9 perusahaan, dengan sampel yang menggunakan laporang keuangan farmasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia, dengan menggunakan sumpling purposive. Jenis data penelitian ini adalah data sekunder, dengan menggunakan metode pengumpulan data dokumentasi yang dapat diakses melalui website web BEI. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perputaran kas,perputaran piutang dan perputaran persediaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap profitabilitas.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the influence of organizational culture and competence on organizational commitment in BUMD Binjai. The purpose of this study was to determine, assess, and analyze the partial and simultaneous influence of organizational culture and competence on organizational commitment. This study used a quantitative method with data collection techniques through distributing questionnaires to 124 respondents using random sampling technique. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive and verification analysis. The results of the study descriptively showed that organizational culture was considered strong to very strong, competence was considered good to very good, and organizational commitment was considered good to very good. Meanwhile, the results of the study verifiably showed that organizational culture had a positive and significant influence on organizational commitment, competence had a positive and significant influence on organizational commitment, and organizational culture and competence simultaneously had a positive and significant influence on organizational commitment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menngetahui pengaruh Working Capital Turnover dan Total Asset Turnover terhadap Profitabilitas Perusahaan sub sektor farmasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2018 – 2022. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan menggunakan data sekunder. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Perusahaan sub sektor farmasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2018 – 2022 yang berjumlah 11 perusahaan dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 40 data keuangan tahunan dari 8 perusahaan yang ditentukan dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik dokumentasi dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan program IBM SPSS yang terdiri dari uji asumsi klasik, uji analisis regresi linear berganda, dan uji hipotesis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian Working Capital Turnover memiliki nilai thitung -3,344 > nilai ttabel -2,026 dengan signifikansi sebesar 0,002 < 0,05 artinya, Working Capital Turnover secara parsial berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap Profitabilitas Perusahaan sub sektor farmasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2018 – 2022. Total Asset Turnover diperoleh nilai thitung 0,281 < nilai ttabel 2,026 dengan signifikansi sebesar 0,781 > 0,05 artinya, Total Asset Turnover secara parsial berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap Profitabilitas Perusahaan sub sektor farmasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2018 – 2022. Secara simultan nilai Fhitung 6,174 > nilai Ftabel 3,250 dengan signifikansi sebesar 0,005 < 0,05 artinya Working Capital Turnover dan Total Asset Turnover secara simultan atau bersamaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Profitabilitas Perusahaan sub sektor farmasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2018 – 2022

Abstract

Sei Serdang Village, located in the Tangkahan Ecotourism area, is part of the Gunung Leuser National Park, a popular tourist destination. However, the Batang Serangan River, which runs through the village, poses a significant problem because its banks are filled with broken wood debris, creating a risk of flash floods. To address this, a program was initiated to train local souvenir and furniture craftsmen in Sei Serdang to manage the wood waste from the river. Through this waste management effort, production costs can be reduced, the river can be cleaned of wood debris, and the community's welfare can improve. The program employed a participatory approach, combining lectures, discussions, training, and monitoring. The stages included observation, wood waste design training, preservation, production, finishing, and final evaluation. Based on the evaluations, the craftsmen's understanding of wood waste management increased by 40%, business potential awareness by 10%, and river conservation awareness by 15%. Twenty out of forty participants successfully created innovative craft and furniture designs, while twenty-five participants utilized wood waste as production materials. Additionally, the use of wood waste led to production cost savings of up to 26.67% for souvenirs and 25% for more complex furniture items.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Work Environment, Work Discipline, and Work Motivation on Employee Performance of PT. Indonesia Abadi Jaya. The population in this study was 98 employees of PT. Indonesia Abadi Jaya. Sampling in this study with a total sampling technique, where the entire population is the sample, which amounts to 98 employees. Research using a quantitative approach. The instrument used is a scale/questionnaire of Work Environment, Work Discipline, Work Motivation, and Employee Performance that has been valid and reliable. This research was analyzed with multiple regression analysis tests. The results showed that: (1) There is a simultaneous and significant influence between Work Environment, Work Discipline, and Work Motivation on Employee Performance with F count = 21.075> F table value = 2.70 with a significance value of 0.000 (p < 0.05) (2) There is a partial and significant influence between Work Environment on Employee Performance with T count = 3.425> T table = 1.98 with a significance value of 0. 000 (p < 0.05), (3) There is a partial and significant influence between Work Discipline on Employee Performance with a value of Thitung = 2.978> Ttabel = 1.98 with a significance value of 0.000 (p < 0.05), and (4) There is a partial and significant influence between Work Motivation on Employee Performance with a value of Thitung = 2.867> Ttabel = 1.98 with a significance value of 0.000 (p < 0.05).

Abstract

The study purpose to analyze the influence of financial literacy and financial inclusion on the performance of MSMEs in Medan Amplas District, both partially and simultaneously. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research using an associative approach. The population and sample in this research were 107 MSMEs in Medan Amplas District. The type of data used in this research is quantitative data. The data source used in this research is primary data. The data collection method used in this research is a questionnaire. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS (Statistical Program For Social Science) technique version 17. The research results show that partially and simultaneously financial literacy and financial inclusion have a positive and significant effect on the performance of MSMEs in Medan Amplas District.
