Abstract

CAMTASIA SOFTWARE-BASED LEARNING VIDEO MAKING TRAINING FOR TEACHERS OF SMA NEGERI 1 DAWARBLANDONG, MOJOKERTO. The Covid-19 pandemic has resulted in the use of learning media in schools to become an obstacle during the online learning process. The teachers only use existing learning media in schools and are not used to developing instructional videos. The aim of this activity is to provide training in making learning videos based on Camtasia software for 50 teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Dawarblandong, Mojokerto. The methods used in this training are discourse, discussion, mentoring, and also training to develop learning videos in accordance their fields of study. After mentoring and training in making Camtasia-based learning videos, the team of presenters and participants evaluated the learning videos that were successfully developed by the teacher. The result was that 74% of teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Dawarblandong, Mojokerto succeeded in developing interactive learning videos using Camtasia software. During the training, the participants seemed enthusiastic about taking part in the Camtasia-based learning video making training activity.

Abstract

IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF GUIDANCE AND COUNSELING TEACHERS THROUGH REALITY THEORY SKILLS. The importance of an effective quality counselor is the whole person of the counselor. This is indicated by the ability of the counselor’s performance through the approach or theory of guidance and counseling. It aims to improve the quality of the counselor’s performance through the reality therapy that can bring the full direction of the counselor's personality. Reality therapy directs the counselor’s personality to be responsibility, honest (reality), sincere (right) to facilitate counselors in conducting guidance and counseling services. The embodiment of this is carried out through community service activities. The method of activity used is an online workshop (webinar) with steps, the first is the initial step (observation), the planning stage, the socialization stage, and the ongoing evaluation stage of the program. The community service activities were attended by 255 participants. The results obtained in community service activities are that 55% have clear abilities, 43% have sufficient abilities, and 2% have less abilities. Thus, the form of contribution to the science of guidance and counseling and education is expected to be implemented (reality therapy) together with stakeholders in order to achieve optimal and comprehensive success.

Abstract

Pengaturan belajar mahasiswa (self-regulated learning) merupakan komponen dalam pemaknaan proses belajar. Sehingga, terkait hal tersebut penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat self-regulated learning pada mahasiwa. Adapun rancangan penelitian yang digunakan ialah kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian sebanyak 300 partisipan, dengan laki-laki berjumlah 75 partisipan dan perempuan 225 partisipan. Alat ukur yang digunakan ialah skala self-regulated learning. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan independent sample t-test serta dilakukan uji asumsi terlebih dahulu. Adapun hasil analisis penelitian dinyatakan H0 diterima yang berarti bahwa tidak ada perbedaan signifikan rata-rata self-regulated learning antara mahasiswa laki-laki dan mahasiswa perempuan dengan nilai t Hitung < t Tabel (a = 0,05) yakni 0,547 < 1,649 dengan nilai sig. 0,585 > 0,05. Sehingga, self-regulated learning mahasiswa dapat memperluas peningkatan pengaturan proses belajar mahasiswa serta memberikan tanggung jawab. Kontribusi adanya self-regulated learning mahasiswa ini merupakan wujud kelancaran dalam proses pendidikan dalam situasi apapun.

Abstract

Kurikulum merdeka menjadi hal baru yang di dunia pendidikan. Layanan bimbingan dan konseling diharapkan mampu untuk menyesuaikan dengan kurikulum merdeka. Bimbingan dan Konseling sebagai bagian dari unsur yang ada disekolah diharapkan mampu untuk mendukung implementasi kurikulum merdeka atau merdeka belajar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yakni untuk memaparkan layanan bimbingan karier yang mendukung kurikulum merdeka di SMPN 9 Blitar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif studi kasus. Subjek penelitian yakni 2 guru bimbingan dan konseling SMPN 9 Blitar yang diambil secara purposive sampling. Pengambilan data penelitian menggunakan wawancara dan observasi. Peneliti membuat pedoman wawancara meliputi pemahamn terkait kurikulum merdeka, sumber untuk mempelajari kurikulum merdeka dan bagaimana implementasi layananHasil dari penelitian ini diperoleh data layanan bimbingan dan konseling bidang karier di SMPN 9 Blitar mengadaptasi model project based learing dimana pemberian proyek mading info sekolah lanjutan dan pohon karier. Siswa terlihat aktif dalam mengikuti layanan bimbingan karier yang diberikan oleh guru bimbingan dan konseling._____________________________________________________________________ Kurikulum Merdeka (An independent curriculum) is a new thing in the world of education. Guidance and counseling services are expected to be able to adapt to the independent curriculum. Guidance and Counseling as part of the existing elements in schools is expected to be able to support the implementation of  kurikulum merdeka or merdeka belajar. The purpose of this study is to describe career guidance services that support the independent curriculum at SMPN 9 Blitar. This research uses a case study qualitative approach. The research subjects were 2 guidance and counseling teachers at SMPN 9 Blitar which were taken by purposive sampling. Retrieval of research data using interviews and observation. Researchers made interview guidelines covering understanding related to kurikulum merdeka, sources for studying the kurikulum merdeka and how to implement services. The results of this study obtained data on career guidance and counseling services at SMPN 9 Blitar adapting a project based learning model in which the project provides information on high school information and career trees. Students are seen to be active in participating in career guidance services provided by guidance and counseling teachers.

Abstract

Rendahnya minat guru bimbingan dan konseling (guru BK) dalam melakukan penelitian tindakan bimbingan dan konseling yang disertai kesulitan dalam memahami konsep penulisan karya ilmiah, mendorong tim pengabdian untuk menyelenggarakan pelatihan penelitian tindakan bimbingan dan konseling. Pelatihan penelitian tindakan bimbingan dan konseling ini dirancang sebagai program kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan minat penelitian guru BK dalam mendukung praksis kegiatan pengembangan keprofesian berkelanjutan. Metode pelatihan ini dilaksanakan melalui tiga tahap, yaitu tahap pendalaman materi penelitian tindakan bimbingan dan konseling, tahap penyusunan proposal penelitian tindakan bimbingan dan konseling, dan tahap pendampingan pengembangan proposal penelitian tindakan bimbingan dan konseling. Pada tahap pendalaman materi, narasumber memaparkan materi penelitian tindakan bimbingan dan konseling kepada peserta guru BK yang disertai tanya jawab sebagai cara untuk mencermati materi tersebut, sedangkan pada tahap penyusunan proposal penelitian tindakan bimbingan dan konseling, peserta guru BK menyusun draf proposal penelitian tindakan bimbingan dan konseling secara individual, yang dilanjutkan dipresentasikan pada tahap pendampingan pengembangan proposal penelitian tindakan bimbingan dan konseling untuk mendapatkan balikan dari narasumber sebagai bahan untuk melakukan revisi dan melaksanakan penelitian tindakan bimbingan dan konseling di sekolah tempat kerjanya masing-masing. Hasil pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini menunjukkan bahwa sebanyak 59% peserta menyatakan sangat setuju dan 39,44% menyatakan setuju bahwa program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini telah dilaksanakan dengan baik dan memadai, serta sebanyak 46,5% peserta menyatakan sangat setuju dan 53,5% menyatakan setuju bahwa kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dapat meningkatkan minat guru BK dalam melakukan penelitian

Abstract

This work was driven by Class VIII-G students’ poor learning motivation  During the Covid-19 pandemic. It aims to find out the effectiveness of animation media in enhancing students’ learning motivation. To this end, a qualitative pre-experimental study with a pretest-posttest design was applied. It involved twenty-six students from class VIII-G as participants, recruited using a purposive sampling technique. The data were collected using a learning motivation scale and structured interview and analyzed using a t-test.    The analysis result showed a sig. value (2-tailed) of 0.00 (< 0.05), indicating that Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted.   In other words, animation media is effective in enhancing students’ learning motivation in Class VIII-G of SMP PGRI 1 Buduran. This result could be used as a reference for improving students’ learning motivation using animation.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of business independence on students through the use of digital technology and entrepreneurial resilience. This research method uses correlational with a total population of 254 students who take part in the business student community. The number of samples in this study was 120 students with a sample taking technique using a probability sampling technique. Data analysis using path analysis techniques. The results of the analysis show that the use of digital technology and resilience affects business independence. The level of student business independence in the moderate category is 45%, while the student entrepreneurial resilience has a high category of 47%. The use of digital technology is needed to create product innovations to become independent prospective entrepreneurs. The recommendation based on the results of this study is the need for training provided to members of the business student community in improving business independence.

Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan mendengarkan aktif guru bimbingan dan konseling. Kegiatan ini dikemas dalam bentuk seminar nasional bimbingan dan konseling 2022 secara daring. Hasil pelatihan diperoleh data secara umum kebermanfaatan dari pelatihan dirasakan oleh peserta baik, materi yang disampaikan sudah sesuai dengan harapan peserta.

Abstract

Pengabdian pada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan resiliensi siswa melalui pelatihan impact konseling melalui layanan konseling yang diberikan oleh guru bimbingan dan konseling. Pelatihan ini dilakukan dalam bentuk ceramah, FGD, role playing dan refleksi. Hasil pelatihan diperoleh data kepuasan guru bimbingan dan konseling dalam mengikuti pelatihan.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the level of academic self-efficacy of students of the Guidance and Counseling Study Program at PGRI Adi Buana University, Surabaya. The research samples were taken randomly in the 2020, 2021 and 2019 batches. This study used a descriptive quantitative approach using a self-efficacy scale. Data analysis used descriptive analysis with the help of SPSS. The results of the analysis show that the self-efficacy level of students in class 2019 is 93.37, class 2020 is 93.81 and class 2021 is 94.19. Individuals who have high self-efficacy are expected to perform better than individuals who are low, but in some conditions high self-efficacy can reduce effort on a task due to overconfidence, and thus lead to lower performance.
