Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap motivasi kerja dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel mediasi pada karyawan Gudang J&T Express di Mataram, Nusa Tenggara Barat. Masalah utama yang dihadapi perusahaan adalah tingginya tingkat absensi karyawan, yang berdampak pada produktivitas dan kualitas layanan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Data diperoleh dari 80 responden melalui teknik sampling jenuh dan dianalisis menggunakan metode Partial Least Squares (PLS) dengan bantuan aplikasi SmartPLS 4.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja fisik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, serta memiliki pengaruh langsung terhadap motivasi kerja. Kepuasan kerja juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja, dan secara signifikan memediasi hubungan antara kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja fisik, dan motivasi kerja. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa peningkatan kualitas kepemimpinan dan kondisi lingkungan kerja fisik yang baik dapat meningkatkan kepuasan kerja dan secara tidak langsung mendorong motivasi kerja karyawan. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini menunjukkan pentingnya manajemen dalam mengembangkan gaya kepemimpinan yang komunikatif serta menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang nyaman dan memadai guna mendukung kinerja operasional perusahaan.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh self efficacy, locus of control terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan kepuasan sebagai variable intervening. Dengan menggunakan sampel atau responden sebanyak 42 orang sejumlah karyawan yang ada di kantor tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian smart plus dengan uji validitas, realibilitas dan hipotesisnya menggunakan outer model dan inner model, yang Dimana ditemukan hasil yaitu self efficacy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada kantor pelayanan kekayaan Negara dan Lelang mataram, locus of control berpengaruh positif  dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, self efficacy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, locus of control berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, kepuasan kerja karyawan berpengaruh positif dan  signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, self efficacy berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan yang dimediasi oleh kepuasan pada kantor pelayanan kekayaan negara dan Lelang mataram, serta locus of control berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pada kantor pelayanan kekayaan Negara dan Lelang Mataram.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of emotional intelligence, which encompasses self-awareness, self-management, self-motivation, empathy, and social skills, on commitment to sociopreneurship development. The study employed a quantitative approach with a causal design, involving 80 sociopreneurs from the Coconut Processing Industry Center in Pemenang Regency. Based on the data analysis, it was found that three aspects of emotional intelligence self-motivation, empathy, and social skills have a positive and significant influence on commitment to sociopreneurship development. Conversely, self-awareness and self-management did not significantly influence this commitment. These findings confirm that not all dimensions of emotional intelligence play an equal role in shaping a sociopreneur's commitment. Aspects such as self-motivation, empathy, and social skills have been shown to be more influential in encouraging individuals to remain committed to their social roles. The implications of this research are the importance of training and developing emotional intelligence, particularly in enhancing intrinsic motivation, the ability to understand others, and social interaction skills. Development programs for sociopreneurs need to focus on strengthening these three aspects to foster long-term commitment that will impact business sustainability and achieve desired social goals. A strong commitment to sociopreneur development is crucial to supporting the sustainable achievement of social and economic goals, particularly in the context of community-based industries like coconut processing.

Abstract

Indonesia adalah negara berpenduduk mayoritas muslim sehingga kehalalan suatu produk menjadi penting bagi masyarakat. Sebagian besar kosmetik diproduksi oleh negara-negara non-Islam, yang dapat menyebabkan ketidaksepakatan mengenai apakah bahan baku yang digunakan halal atau tidak. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu menguji pengaruh religiusitas dan sikap pembelian kosmetik halal terhadap niiat beli. Bidang penelitian ini masih relatif langka meskipun terdapat kemajuan dalam bisnis kosmetik halal di Indonesia. Metode penelitian ini memanfaatkan sampel generasi milenial dan selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan SEM. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa religiusitas memainkan peran penting dalam membentuk sikap dan niat beli. Pada akhirnya, ditemukan bahwa sikap memiliki peran mediasi dalam dampak religiusitas terhadap niat beli. Oleh karena itu, penting bagi para pemangku kepentingan industri untuk mengutamakan pertimbangan religiusitas dalam upaya promosi produk mereka, karena hal ini dapat secara efektif merangsang niat beli konsumen.

Abstract

The young generation was an agent of change demanding environmental hygiene, which was particularly vital to disease prevention efforts. Besides, young representatives from diverse groups were advocating for environmental restoration and preservation out of concern for the potential consequences of climate change on the global community in the future. Thus, the article's objective was to introduce the young generation to the significance of environmental protection and influence their perspective on beginning to safeguard the earth at a young age. Also, the article's objective was to disseminate information regarding the implementation of the concept of environmental protection, which was transmitted and disseminated on the radio via a sharing session. The approach method utilized in this article is a shared session, presented in the manner of a Talk Show. Therefore, the young generation were spearheading the effort to address climate change with enthusiasm, ingenuity, and an unyielding dedication to a sustainable trajectory. The youth's crucial position on the environment will solve climate change, emphasizing their contributions, obstacles, and the significance of their participation in shaping a more favorable future for future generations.

Abstract

Rascals Hotel Kuta Lombok is an accommodation business entity located in the Mandalika Special Economic Zone, Central Lombok. Facing increasingly competitive business competition, this hotel provides excellent service with a beautiful environment and authentic traditional interior design. To maintain competitiveness, this hotel adopts technology but is limited to operational efficiency. The purpose of this activity is to build employee understanding and strengthen management initiatives to implement the green hotel concept. This activity is carried out through a series of socializations, digital service observations, and consultation discussions. The results of this activity show the high enthusiasm and initiative of hotel management to implement the green hotel concept. Employees have a basic understanding of the green hotel concept that strengthens resource assets. As a follow-up, it is necessary to create a strong management policy to strengthen long-term joint commitment and can improve operational efficiency and overall hotel competitiveness.

Abstract

Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) are essential drivers of Indonesia’s economic development, particularly in the informal sector. Despite their potential, food-based SMEs in Mataram continue to face challenges in sustaining competitive performance. This study aims to examine the effect of product knowledge and financial literacy on SME performance, with a specific focus on the moderating role of competitive advantage. The study adopts a quantitative approach using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) analysis method. A purposive sampling technique was employed, involving 160 food SME owners or managers in Mataram, Lombok, who have been operating for at least six months. Measurement validity was confirmed through outer loadings and AVE values, while hypothesis testing involved direct and moderating effects. The results show that both product knowledge and financial literacy have a significant and positive influence on SME performance. Product knowledge enhances marketing confidence, while financial literacy supports efficient resource management. Furthermore, competitive advantage significantly moderates the relationship between product knowledge and performance, reinforcing its effect. However, it does not significantly moderate the relationship between financial literacy and performance, suggesting that without a well-managed strategic edge, financial literacy alone cannot optimize performance outcomes. These findings underline the importance of integrating knowledge, financial acumen, and a sustained competitive advantage to achieve superior and sustainable SME performance. This study offers valuable practical insights for SME actors to strengthen strategic capabilities and contribute to regional economic resilience.

Abstract

This study investigates the adaptation process of elderly caregivers at the Mandalika Mataram Social Welfare Institution for the Elderly (PSLU) through the application of job crafting. The main problem addressed in this research is how caregivers adjust their work relationships and responsibilities to effectively care for elderly residents with diverse emotional and behavioral characteristics. The aim is to explore how job crafting facilitates employee adaptation in challenging caregiving environments. This study employs a descriptive qualitative method, using in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation as data collection techniques. Three caregivers were selected as informants based on their experience and direct involvement in caregiving tasks. The findings reveal that caregivers at PSLU Mandalika Mataram adapt by adjusting their work relationships such as building harmonious interactions, managing conflicts, and maintaining communication with supervisors and by optimizing their job responsibilities through customized caregiving methods, effective time management, teamwork, and the creation of additional meaningful activities. These adaptation strategies not only enhance caregiving performance but also promote the psychological well-being of both caregivers and elderly residents. The study highlights the importance of job crafting as a human resource development strategy in social service institutions.

Abstract

This study investigates the factors influencing the loyalty of honorary teachers at the Nurul Haramain Putri NWDI Narmada Islamic Boarding School. Teacher loyalty is essential for the sustainability of educational institutions, yet it is often challenged by difficulties in maintaining work–life balance, limited physical facilities, and varied levels of job satisfaction. The objective of this research is to analyze the effects of work–life balance, physical work environment, and job satisfaction on teacher loyalty, both individually and collectively. A quantitative descriptive method was employed, with a sample of 60 respondents selected purposively from a population of 200 honorary teachers. Data were collected through validated and reliable questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS 22. The results reveal that work-life balance has a positive and significant effect on teacher loyalty, while the physical work environment and job satisfaction show positive but insignificant effects. These findings suggest that improving work-life balance should be prioritized to strengthen teacher loyalty, while improvements in physical facilities and job satisfaction remain necessary as supporting factors.

Abstract

Employee satisfaction is a crucial factor in sustaining cooperative performance, particularly in organizations where human resources represent the core asset. However, inconsistencies in prior studies regarding the effect of financial compensation and employee development on job satisfaction indicate the need for further investigation. This study aims to analyze the influence of financial compensation and employee development on job satisfaction, with work motivation as a mediating variable. A quantitative associative approach was applied, using a saturated sampling technique involving 40 employees of Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Triananda Sari Utama. Data were analyzed with Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) using SmartPLS. The results reveal that financial compensation and employee development significantly and positively affect job satisfaction. Employee development also has a significant positive impact on work motivation. However, work motivation does not significantly influence job satisfaction and fails to mediate the relationship between the independent and dependent variables. These findings suggest that, in the cooperative context, job satisfaction is more directly determined by compensation and development rather than by motivational mechanisms. The study highlights the importance of strengthening compensation systems and employee development programs while exploring additional factors that may enhance both motivation and job satisfaction.
