Abstract

Pelayanan prima merupakan usaha yang dapat dilakukan oleh perusahaan untuk memperoleh rasa puas dan kepercayaan dari pelanggan. Hal ini mendorong perusahaan dapat memperlakukan pelanggan dengan baik agar pelanggan merasa diperhatikan. Pelayanan prima merupakan penerapan sikap dan cara yang dilakukan oleh seluruh petugas dalam upaya memberikan pelayanan yang baik dan mempunyai pengaruh yang baik pula . Dalam upaya memberikan pelayanan yang baik kepada pasien, perlu diperhatikan ketersediaan fasilitas, kecukupan jumlah sumber daya manusia, meningkatkan kenyamanan pasien dan memberikan pelatihan kepada petugas . Penerapan pelayanan prima radiologi yang baik pada saat proses pelayanan, diharapkan akan memberikan rasa puas dan rasa percaya pasien, baik terhadap petugas radiologi, unit Instalasi Radiologi maupun Rumah Sakit. Hal tersebut tentu diharapkan dapat membuat pasien datang kembali lagi saat memerlukan pemeriksaan. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pemahaman calon radiografer terkait pelayanan prima radiologi sehingga dapat menjadi bekal untuk menghadapi dunia kerja. Dari hasil kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini, di dapatkan hasil yaitu adanya peningkatan pemahaman pelayanan prima radiologi pada calon radiografer di Universitas Widya Husada Semarang dan pelayanan prima radiologi yang baik dapat diterapkan dengan memperhatikan penampilan, keramahan, perhatian, sikap, tindakan, kenyamanan, tanggung jawab, keterampilan, kemampuan, kecepatan serta ketepatan yang diberikan saat pelayanan di Instalasi Radiologi

Abstract

Hipertensi merupakan suatu kondisi medis yang memerlukan perawatan jangka panjang. Dukungan sosial dan keluarga berperan penting dalam pengobatan hipertensi. Pada pengobatan hipertensi, dukungan sosial keluarga merupakan elemen penting yang membantu pasien untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup dan mengurangi risiko komplikasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak dari dukungan sosial dan keluarga terhadap kepatuhan pengobatan hipertensi pada pasien hipertensi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode scoping review dengan menggunakan pendekatan PRISMA. Database yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah dari Google Scholar, Pubmed dan Proquest dengan seleksi artikel kurun waktu pada 5 tahun terakhir. Artikel ini menunjukkan bahwa dampak dukungan sosial dan keluarga mempengaruhi kepatuhan pengobatan hipertensi pada pasien hipertensi. Dukungan sosial keluarga memainkan peran penting dalam mengurangi tekanan psikologis dan meningkatkan kepatuhan pasien. Dukungan sosial dan keluarga dapat mempengaruhi kepatuhan pasien hipertensi. Dukungan sosial dan keluarga dapat membuat pasien hipertensi tetap termotivasi dan memperkuat kesejahteraan psikologis mereka dalam meningkatan kepatuhan pengobatan. Dukungan social dan keluarga merupakan komponen yang sangat bermanfaat dan sebagai faktor yang mendorong perubahan kepatuhan.

Abstract

The rapid development of the era and technology has impacted the moral and cultural degradation of Indonesian society, particularly among Muslims. Value education is expected to be a solution in facing the swift flow of information in a fast-moving information environment in modern times. The aim of this research is to understand and describe the methods used in instilling Islamic cultural values at MTs Muhammadiyah Patikraja, as well as the resulting impacts. This research uses a qualitative approach, employing observation and interviews as data collection techniques. The findings of this study indicate that the teaching of Islamic cultural values through the understanding of Islamic history is conducted in stages using learning strategies and media tailored to the conditions and needs of the students. Positive changes in students' attitudes and actions in their daily lives demonstrate the impact of the formation of Islamic cultural values.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor kesulitan belajar apa yang dialami mahasiswa radiologi yang memiliki IPK terendah pada mata kuliah Teknik Radiografi I di Universitas Awal Bros. Penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif deskriptif, populasi penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa  radiologi  semester  1 yang memiliki  IPK  terendah  di  Universitas  Awal  Bros. Berdasarkan  hasil  analisis penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor internal yang menyebabkan kesulitan belajar pada mahasiswa radiologi yaitu intelegensi question (IQ). Dan faktor eksternal yang menyebabkan kesulitan belajar pada mahasiswa radiologi yaitu lingkungan. Intelegensi question adalah faktor yang berasal dari luar diri individu yaitu kemampuan yang dibutuhkan untuk melakukan berbagai aktivitas seperti berfikir, menalar dan memecahkan masalah. Sedangkan lingkungan adalah faktor yang berasal dari dalam diri individu yang meliputi lingkungan tetangga, teman bergaul, dan aktivitas dalam masyarakat. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa radiologi yang memiliki IPK terendah mengalami faktor intelegensi question dan faktor lingkungan.

Abstract

Kajian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis urgensi pendidikan spiritual pada anak usia dini sebagai fondasi dalam menghadapi tantangan era digital. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kepustakaan (library research), menelaah literatur klasik dan kontemporer dalam bidang pendidikan Islam, psikologi perkembangan, serta kajian media digital. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan spiritual berperan penting dalam membentuk kesadaran diri, pengendalian emosi, serta internalisasi nilai-nilai keislaman sejak usia dini. Pendidikan spiritual juga berfungsi sebagai benteng moral yang mampu memfilter pengaruh negatif digitalisasi, seperti kecanduan gawai, penurunan empati sosial, dan degradasi nilai etika. Artikel ini menegaskan bahwa integrasi pendidikan spiritual dalam kurikulum Pendidikan Islam Anak Usia Dini merupakan kebutuhan mendesak untuk menyiapkan generasi yang tidak hanya cerdas secara digital, tetapi juga matang secara spiritual dan berkarakter Islami.

Abstract

The socio-ecological crisis in the modern era has become a global challenge that threatens the sustainability of human life, ranging from environmental damage, ecological poverty, to social inequality as a result of uncontrolled exploitation of natural resources. This study aims to analyze the role of Islamic Education in providing strategic solutions to overcome this crisis through strengthening spiritual values, ecological ethics, and sustainability character. The research uses a qualitative method with a content analysis approach to classical Islamic literature, contemporary research results, and national education policies related to the environment. The results show that Islamic education has significant potential in building ecological awareness based on tauhid, amanah, and rahmatan lil 'alamin, integrating eco-theological values into the curriculum, and encouraging action-oriented educational practices through the habit of environmentally friendly behavior. The implications of the research emphasize the need to reorient the Islamic Religious Education curriculum, strengthen ecological pedagogy, and foster collaboration among educational institutions to create a generation of Muslims who play an active role in mitigating the socio-ecological crisis in a sustainable manner.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze teachers’ perceptions of the implementation of assessment in Early Childhood Education (ECE) in Langsa City. The research focuses on teachers’ understanding of assessment, the objectives of conducting assessments, the techniques used, the alignment of assessments with children’s characteristics, the utilization of assessment results, the extent of training attended, the challenges faced, institutional support, methods of documenting assessment results, and efforts to improve assessment practices in ECE. This study employed a qualitative approach, involving three teachers in Langsa City as respondents. Data were collected through open-ended questionnaires and analyzed descriptively, complemented with tables and graphs to visualize the findings. The results indicate that most teachers perceive assessment as a process of gathering information and evaluating children’s development holistically to support the learning process. The most frequently used assessment techniques were observation, anecdotal records, interviews with children, and communication with parents. Teachers sought to align assessments with children’s characteristics through direct observation, positive interactions, and targeted questioning. Assessment results were used to adapt learning materials, design activities, and identify children’s strengths and weaknesses. However, most teachers reported insufficient training on assessment. Challenges encountered included limited time, resources, learning media, and supporting technology. Nevertheless, educational institutions were considered to provide support through supervision, provision of media, and facilities

Abstract

The reliability of web-based conference systems is crucial for ensuring smooth services during periods of high activity. This research evaluates the performance of the ICOMTA PPNS journal website by conducting load testing using Apache JMeter with scenarios ranging from 50 to 5000 virtual users, each executed for one hour. The evaluation focuses on response time, error rate, throughput, and bandwidth usage. The results indicate that the website performs reliably with up to 200 concurrent users, demonstrating stable response times and no recorded errors. However, once the load surpasses 300 users, response times increase sharply exceeding 60 seconds and errors begin to appear, suggesting that the server has reached its performance limit. Under the heaviest load of 5000 users, throughput continues to rise, but overall service quality declines significantly. These findings highlight the need for server enhancements or migration to cloud-based infrastructure to ensure stable performance during peak usage.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the impact of bullying on the emotional behavior of fourth-grade students at the UPT SD Negeri 013 Ganting. The research focuses on the impact of verbal, nonverbal, and physical bullying on students' emotional behavior. This study uses a qualitative method and a case study approach, with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. The research subjects consisted of the homeroom teacher, one student who was a victim of bullying, and the victim's parents. Data analysis was conducted using the Miles and Huberman model, which includes data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Research shows that verbal bullying, such as teasing, insulting, and slandering, can lead to decreased self-confidence, feelings of shame, depression, and social withdrawal. Nonverbal bullying, such as threats, awkward behavior, and manipulative behavior, can lead to feelings of fear, anger, and discomfort in the classroom. Meanwhile, physical bullying, such as hitting and kicking, can cause victims to feel pain, trauma, and a reluctance to go to school. They may also exhibit changes in emotional behavior, such as becoming withdrawn and easily irritated. Overall, bullying significantly impacts students' emotional behavior, including decreased motivation to learn, feelings of depression, and difficulties socializing.

Abstract

Background: Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) is a non-invasive method that is crucial for diagnosing various medical conditions, including cervical MRI. However, one of the challenges often encountered in MRI image analysis is the presence of noise, which can compromise image quality. Noise in MRI images can suppress important details, impede diagnostic accuracy, and increase the likelihood of misinterpretation. One technique that has been proven effective in reducing image noise is the Weighted Median Filter (WMF). This research is crucial for improving the diagnostic quality of MRI images. The aim of this research is to determine the differences and assess the image quality between before and after applying the Weighted Median Filter (WMF) denoising technique to Cervical MRI images. Methods: In Cervical MRI images, image information was improved using the Weighted Median Filter (WMF) denoising technique to produce images with better quality. Each image was measured for image information before and after the denoising technique. Image information was assessed in two ways: image quality (SNR and CNR), and filter performance (PSNR and MSE). Results: Based on the results of the difference test, there is a difference in the quality of the SNR and CNR images between before and after the WMF denoising technique. And the results of the filter performance test produce good values that are still within standard limits. Conclusions: that there is a significant difference between the image before reduction and the image after reduction with WMF denoising technique. In this research, the MRI Cervical image of T1 GRE axial slice sequence produces a good filter performance assessment (PSNR and MSE) and also for the image quality before and after the denoising technique produces SNR and CNR that are in line, namely there is an increase in image quality between before and after WMF technoising.
