Abstract

Abstract: Community-based waste management is a large program that focuses on reducing plastic waste by turning it into goods of economic value. Within the program, there are several sub-programs that have produced derivative activities that have been shown to have a real impact on people's lives. Community-based waste management in Gampong (Desa) Nusa has also been around since 2006, the initial objective was to eliminate the existing waste during the tsunami disaster, but over time the waste management in Gampong Nusa made the community feel good impacts that had economic value, so that the products -products created by the people of Gampong Nusa have been sold to various groups. The purpose of this study was to determine the environmental conditions of Gampong Nusa, and waste management with economic value in Gampong Nusa. This type of research is field research (field research) with a qualitative approach. The data collection techniques used were observation, interview and documentation, then the research results were analyzed descriptively. The results showed that community-based waste management into an economic value product is to turn Gampong Nusa into an environmentally friendly village, making the results of waste management into products of economic value. Community-based waste management strategies become products of economic value, namely by providing understanding and practice directly with the community, so that the results are clear and the processed waste products can be used directly by the community.Keywords: Waste Management; Society; Economy.Abstrak: Pengelolaan sampah berbasis masyarakat adalah program besar yang berfokus pada upaya pengurangan timbunan sampah plastik dengan mengubahnya menjadi barang bernilai ekonomis. Di dalam program tersebut terdapat beberapa subprogram yang telah menghasilkan aktivitas turunan yang terbukti mampu memberikan dampak nyata bagi kehidupan masyarakat. Pengelolaan sampah berbasis masyarakat di Gampong (Desa) Nusa juga sudah ada sejak tahun 2006, tujuan awalnya untuk menghilangkan sampah-sampah yang ada ketika bencana tsunami, namun seiring berjalannya waktu pengelolaan sampah di Gampong Nusa membuat masyarakat merasakan dampak baik yang bernilai ekonomi, sehingga produk-produk yang dikreasikan oleh masyarakat Gampong Nusa sudah terjual ke berbagai kalangan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui keadaan lingkungan Gampong Nusa, dan pengelolaan sampah bernilai ekonomi di Gampong Nusa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan (field research) dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi, selanjutnya hasil penelitian dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan sampah berbasis masyarakat menjadi produk bernilai ekonomi adalah menjadikan Gampong Nusa menjadi gampong yang ramah lingkungan, menjadikan hasil pengelolaan sampah menjadi produk bernilai ekonomi. Strategi pengelolaan sampah berbasis masyarakat menjadi produk bernilai ekonomi yaitu dengan cara memberikan pemahaman dan mempraktikkan secara langsung bersama masyarakat, sehingga hasilnya terlihat jelas dan produk olahan sampah tersebut dapat dimanfaatkan secara langsung oleh masyarakat. Faktor hambatan dalam melakukan pengelolaan sampah di Gampong Nusa yaitu ketika pemerintah tidak turun tangan dalam membantu mensejahterakan masyarakat dalam hal bimbingan maupun bantuan fisik sehingga masyarakat bergerak sendiri untuk mensejahterakan gampong.Kata Kunci: Pengelolaan Sampah; Masyarakat; Ekonomi.

Abstract

Abstract: The existence of Lake Laot Tadu Gampong Krueng Itam is a potential tourist location because of its beautiful landscape. It is also realized by the community so that various efforts are made to develop it. However, the development of community-based tourism is not an easy work. Some obstacles have reduced the spirit of the community, and have implications for the weakening of Laot Tadu’s tourism development efforts. This is the background of this research with the aim to study community efforts, as well as analyze opportunities and challenges for further development. The research approach is qualitative. Data collection techniques are interviews and observations. The results showed that the community started their efforts with a planning meeting on the development of lake tourism, then collaborated to clean the lake, and prepare road access to the lake, then prepare a business place. The opportunity is the view of Lake Laot Tadu from the side of Gampong Krueng Itam which is still very natural and beautiful compared to other gampong sides. However, other gampong is a challenge because of the diverse tourism diversification strategies. Part of the threat of this village tourism development strategy is the existence of a market in krueng itam gampong hall, which is actually a competitor to the tourist market in the lake.Keywords: Lake Laot Tadu; Tourism; Community.Abstrak: Keberadaan Danau Laot Tadu Gampong Krueng Itam merupakan lokasi wisata yang potensial karena keindahan alamnya. Hal ini juga disadari masyarakat sehingga berbagai upaya dilakukan untuk mengembangkannya. Namun, upaya pengembangan wisata gampong berbasis masyarakat ini bukanlah hal yang mudah. Beberapa  kendala membuat semangat masyarakat menjadi redup, dan berdampak pada melemahnya upaya pengembangan wisata Laot Tadu ini. Hal inilah yang menjadi latar belakang penelitian ini dengan tujuan untuk mengkaji upaya-upaya yang telah dilakukan masyarakat, serta menganalisis peluang dan tantangan untuk pengembangan selanjutnya. Pendekatan penelitian adalah kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data observasi, dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat mengawali upayanya dengan musyawarah perencanaan pengembangan wisata danau, lalu melakukan gotong royong pembersihan danau, dan membuka akses jalan, selanjutnya pengembangan tempat usaha usaha. Peluang yang dimiliki adalah pemandangan Danau Laot Tadu dari sisi Gampong Krueng Itam masih sangat alami dan terjaga dibandingkan dari sisi gampong lainnya. Akan tetapi gampong yang lainnya tetap menjadi tantangan karena strategi diversifikasi wisata yang beragam. Bagian dari kelemahan strategi pengembangan wisata desa ini adalah keberadaan pasar di balai gampong Krueng Itam, yang justru menjadi pesaing bagi pasar wisata di danau.Kata Kunci: Danau Laot Tadu; Wisata; Masyarakat.

Abstract

Abstract: The Gayo highlands are one of the coffee-producing regions in Indonesia and the fourth largest exporter of coffee beans in the world, so a good strategy and plan is needed to improve people's welfare through Gayo coffee commodities, one of which is through cooperatives such as the Qiradh Baburrayyan Cooperative for farmers who in Wih Nareh Village, Pegasing District. The purpose of this study was to find out the process of empowering Gayo coffee farmers that was carried out by KBQ Baburrayyan and the obstacles faced in empowering Gayo Coffee Farmers. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection was carried out by interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the research show that the role of KBQ Baburrayyan in empowering Gayo coffee farmers in Wih Nareh Village, Pegasing District, Central Aceh District has been going quite well. Wih Nareh Village so that the unemployment rate decreased. Then provide guidance to the community such as training and outreach. Furthermore, the Baitul Qiradh Baburrayyan Cooperative also provided seed assistance other than coffee because coffee has a harvest pause period to support the coffee farmers' economy.Keywords: The Role of Cooperatives; Empowerment; Coffee Farmers.Abstrak: Daratan tinggi Gayo merupakan salah satu daerah penghasil kopi di Indonesia dan pengekspor biji kopi terbesar keempat di dunia sehingga dibutuhkan strategi maupun rencana yang baik dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat melalui komoditas kopi gayo, salah satunya melalui koperasi seperti yang dilakukan pihak Koperasi Baitul Qirad Baburrayyan kepada para petani yang ada di Desa Wih Nareh Kecamatan Pegasing. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui proses pemberdayaan petani kopi gayo yang dilakukan KBQ Baburrayyan serta kendala yang dihadapi dalam melakukan pemberdayaan terhadap Petani Kopi Gayo. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Peran KBQ Baburrayyan dalam pemberdayaan petani kopi Gayo di Desa Wih Nareh Kecamatan Pegasing Kabupaten Aceh Tengah telah berjalan cukup baik terlihat dari adanya beberapa program pemberdayaan yang saat ini sedang berlangsung yaitu dengan merangkul tenaga kerja dan anggota kelompok tani dari masyarakat yang ada di Desa Wih Nareh sehingga angka pengangguran menurun. Kemudian melakukan bimbingan kepada masyarakat seperti pelatihan dan sosialisasi. Selanjutnya pihak Koperasi Baitul Qiradh Baburrayyan juga memberi bantuan bibit selain kopi karena kopi memiliki masa jeda panen tujuannya agar menunjang perekonomian petani kopi tersebut.Kata Kunci: Peran Koperasi; Pemberdayaan; Petani Kopi.

Abstract

Abstrak Korosi pada struktur beton betulang dapat mengurangi kinerja struktur dan umur layannya karena volume tulangan yang berkurang. Besarnya jumlah korosi yang dipengaruhi oleh laju korosi dapat digambarkan melalui besarnya densitas arus yang terjadi. Jumlah korosi yang terjadi mempengaruhi perilaku retak pada beton bertulang, oleh karen itu, pada studi ini dilakukan uji eksperimental untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh densitas arus terhadap perilaku retak permukaan beton dari struktur beton bertulang yang mengalami korosi tulangan. Pengujian dilakukan dengan mengaplikasikan variasi densitas arus yaitu 900 µA/cm2, 500 µA/cm2, 200 µA/cm2 and 100 µA/cm2 pada pengujian korosi secara elektrik menggunakan larutan NaCl sebagai elektrolit untuk menghasilkan ion Cl-. Benda uji yang digunakan adalah balok dengan luas penampang 150x150 mm2 dan panjang benda uji 300 mm. Tulangan baja diameter 19 mm digunakan pada tengah penampang. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa perilaku retak dari beton bertulang yang mengalami korosi pada tulangannya memiliki kurva yang bilinear. Selain itu, hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa densitas arus yang rendah memiliki kecepatan retak permukaan beton yang lebih tinggi jika dibandingkan dengan benda uji dengan menggunakan densitas arus yang tinggi. Kata kunci: korosi, beton bertulang, produk korosi, retak, densitas arus Abstract Corrosion in reinforced concrete structure can reduce structure performance and its service life due to rebar mass loss. Corrosion amount influenced by corrosion rate can be figured out by using current density. Corrosion amount influences the crack behavior of reinforced concrete, therefore, in this study, experimental study was performed to evaluate the effect of current density to surface concrete cracking behavior of corroded reinforced concrete structure. Accelerated corrosion test tests were conducted with various current density. It was 900 µA/cm2, 500 µA/cm2, 200 µA/cm2 and 100 µA/cm2. NaCl solution was used as electrolyte to produce ion Cl-. The specimens were beam with cross section area 150x150 mm2 and 300 mm in length. Rebar with diameter 19 mm was applied in the center of specimen. The results showed that cracking behavior of corroded rebar has bilinear curve that shows the effect of corrosion products movement through cracks. Furthermore, lower corrosion rate has higher cracking speed than higher corrosion rate. Keywords: corrosion, reinforced concrete, corrosion products, cracking, current density

Abstract

In this modern era, the digital game industry continues to grow rapidly with various innovations in game creation. One of the game development platforms that is often used is the Unity Engine. Currently, developed games are only played offline, and users must buy special devices. To overcome this problem, innovation is needed to allow players to play together without these restrictions. In this effort, Unity Engine 2D can be used with Photon Unity Network support for games over different networks. This study aims to determine the response speed of Photon. The results show that the ping test response from the photon obtained an average value of 201 ms.

Abstract

The study is aimed to explain the influence of head of local authority and accountancy knowledge regarding to the quality of financial report, in which, measurement in financial report includes reliability, relevancy, understandability and comparability. This study was conducted for Acehs representations of BPK-RI auditors who have audited financial reports of Aceh Government. The targeted population in the study was Acehs representations of BPK-RI auditors as many as 60 subjects. The type of data that used in the study was primary data taken through questionnaires that directly distributed to the subjects. Meanwhile, the hypothesis that used is tested by doubled linear regression analysis.As a result, through statistical testing and data tabulation via SPSS, it shows that the commitment of head of local authority and accountancy knowledge influenced to the quality of local government reports on finance in Aceh Province..Keywords: Head of local authority, accountancy knowlegde and quality of financial reports.
