Abstract

It is necessary to understand digital-based family document management through training activities provided to the women's community in Sukodono-Sidoarjo. The aim of this program is to increase awareness of digital-based family document management in the era of technology 4.0 by providing lectures and practice of digital family archiving using Google Drive to mothers who have direct contact with managing documents in the family. This Community Service adopts experimental research with a quasi-experiment model, one group pretest-posttest design, where the level of success of the program can be seen from the increase in the training participants' abilities as shown by the results of the N-Gain Test calculation through Pretest and Posttest, affective scores, and psychomotor scores each participant. The results show that the digital-based family document management training agenda using Google Drive was effectively implemented by all participants based on the cognitive, affective and psychomotor aspects of this training. The effectiveness of this training has implications for increasing public awareness of digital archives for family documents owned by all participants, where this awareness is aimed at the use of digital public services in Sidoarjo. The use of the digital public service agenda promoted by the Government is an effort to increase SDGS 9 achievements in the indicator of the proportion of the population served by mobile broadband. Thus, the better prepared the community is to support digital public services, the higher the SDGs 9 score in a region/region.

Abstract

The use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in education is increasing; however, empirical evidence on its relationship with learning outcomes through internal psychological mechanisms, particularly self-efficacy in vocational education, remains limited. This study aims to examine the effect of AI usage on students’ learning outcomes, both directly and indirectly through self-efficacy. An explanatory quantitative approach was employed involving 108 students from the Office Management and Business Services program at SMKN 2 Buduran, selected through proportionate stratified random sampling. Data were collected using Likert-scale questionnaires and report card documentation and analyzed using SEM-PLS. The results indicate that AI usage has a positive and significant effect on both learning outcomes and self-efficacy. Self-efficacy also significantly influences learning outcomes and mediates the relationship between AI usage and learning outcomes. These findings highlight the importance of integrating AI not only to enhance information access but also to strengthen students’ psychological aspects.

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of digital competence and psychological well-being on career choices through self-efficacy among students in the Office Management and Business Services (MPLB) program. A quantitative explanatory approach forms the basis of this research. From a population of 148 students, the Slovin formula and proportional stratified random sampling determined a sample of 108 respondents. Data collection utilized a Likert-scale questionnaire, and analysis employed the PLS-SEM method with SmartPLS. The results indicate that digital competence and psychological well-being positively and significantly affect self-efficacy and career choice. Self-efficacy also plays a significant mediating role in these relationships, with psychological well-being emerging as the most dominant factor.

Abstract

Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) are a crucial requirement in 21st-century learning, yet many teachers still struggle to develop appropriate assessment instruments. This community service activity aims to improve teachers' competency in designing HOTS assessment instruments based on the ClassPoint application, which allows for direct integration into interactive learning presentations. The methods used were participatory training and technical assistance to teachers. The results of the activity showed significant improvements in understanding HOTS concepts, the ability to develop analysis and synthesis items, and the utilization of ClassPoint features and direct evaluation. In conclusion, the use of ClassPoint as a medium for developing and implementing HOTS assessments has proven effective in supporting more meaningful and measurable learning. Abstract

The advancement of digital learning requires prospective teachers to develop adaptive pedagogical skills aligned with 21st-century educational demands. At the same time, the widespread use of digital technology and social media among university students introduces challenges in the form of smartphone-related distractions that may interfere with competency development. This study examines the relationship between Self-Regulated Learning (SRL), the intensity of social media use, and students’ pedagogical skills, while also assessing the moderating role of smartphone distraction. A quantitative survey approach was employed involving 394 education students from Universitas Negeri Surabaya selected through random sampling. Data were collected using structured questionnaires and processed through moderation regression analysis, including instrument testing, classical assumption analysis, and hypothesis testing. The findings reveal that SRL contributes positively to students’ pedagogical skills. Social media use intensity is likewise positively associated with pedagogical skill improvement. In addition, smartphone distraction weakens the relationship between SRL and pedagogical skills while strengthening the influence of social media use intensity on the same outcome. These results suggest that pedagogical competence development is shaped by self-regulation capacity, patterns of social media engagement, and balanced management of digital distraction. ABSTRAK Perkembangan pembelajaran digital menuntut mahasiswa calon guru memiliki kemampuan pedagogik yang mampu menyesuaikan diri dengan kebutuhan pendidikan abad ke-21. Di sisi lain, penggunaan teknologi digital dan media sosial yang semakin tinggi juga menghadirkan tantangan berupa distraksi dari smartphone yang berpotensi menghambat pengembangan kompetensi tersebut. Kajian ini menginvestigasi keterkaitan Self-Regulated Learning (SRL) dan intensitas penggunaan media sosial dengan pedagogical skill mahasiswa, serta menguji peran smartphone distraction sebagai variabel moderasi. Pendekatan kuantitatif berbasis survei diterapkan pada 394 mahasiswa kependidikan Universitas Negeri Surabaya yang dipilih melalui teknik random sampling. Data diperoleh melalui angket terstruktur dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi moderasi melalui tahapan pengujian instrumen, asumsi klasik, dan hipotesis. Analisis menunjukkan bahwa SRL memiliki kontribusi positif terhadap keterampilan pedagogik mahasiswa. Intensitas penggunaan media sosial juga berkorelasi positif dengan peningkatan pedagogical skill. Selain itu, smartphone distraction memperlemah hubungan antara SRL dan keterampilan pedagogik, tetapi memperkuat pengaruh intensitas penggunaan media sosial terhadap keterampilan tersebut. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa pengembangan kompetensi pedagogik mahasiswa tidak hanya dipengaruhi oleh kemampuan regulasi diri, tetapi juga pola pemanfaatan media sosial dan pengelolaan distraksi digital secara seimbang.

Abstract

Era digital menuntut integrasi Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) dalam proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh sikap guru terhadap integrasi Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) dalam pembelajaran, baik secara langsung maupun melalui mediasi kompetensi digital, pada guru SMK Program Keahlian Manajemen Perkantoran dan Layanan Bisnis (MPLB) di Surabaya. Metode penelitian ini yakni termasuk jenis kuantitatif eksplanatori melibatkan pada 117 guru SMK MPLB di Surabaya sebagai responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik keseluruhan total sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner online (google form) lalu dianalisis menggunakan Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) dengan SmartPLS 4.1. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sikap guru berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap integrasi TIK dan kompetensi digital. Kompetensi digital juga berpengaruh positif terhadap integrasi TIK dan terbukti memediasi hubungan antara sikap guru dan integrasi TIK. Penelitian ini mengintegrasikan Theory of Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) dan model Will-Skill-Tool (WST) dalam konteks pendidikan vokasi di Indonesia, dengan menegaskan peran kritis kompetensi digital sebagai mediator yang menjembatani sikap positif guru menjadi implementasi TIK yang efektif.  Kesimpulan temuan penelitian merekomendasikan perlunya pengembangan program pelatihan guru yang tidak hanya berfokus pada peningkatan kompetensi digital teknis, tetapi juga membangun sikap positif melalui pendekatan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan guru SMK program keahlian MPLB.

Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan peranan penting dalam mengembangkan potensi manusia sebagai sumber daya. Lingkungan belajar yang kondusif dan menarik mampu meningkatkan semangat siswa dalam mengikuti proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan model pembelajaran inkuiri dan mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran inkuiri terhadap minat dan hasil belajar siswa pada elemen Ekonomi dan Bisnis SMKS PGRI 2 Sidoarjo. Metode penelitian yang diterapkan adalah eksperimen dengan desain eksperimen semu (Quasi Experimental). Hasil uji hipotesis didasarkan pada hasil uji T pada minat belajar siswa diperoleh nilai signifikansi 0,004 yang menunjukkan nilai signifikansi <0,05. Hasil pengujian ini mengarah pada H0 ditolak dan H1. Hasil uji hipotesis didasarkan pada hasil uji T pada hasil belajar siswa diperoleh nilai signifikansi 0,000 yang menunjukkan nilai signifikansi <0,05. Hasil pengujian ini mengarah pada H0 ditolak dan H2. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan pada tingkat minat belajar dan hasil belajar antara kelas eksperimen pada siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran inkuiri dibandingkan dengan kelas kontrol. Temuan ini membuktikan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran inkuiri memberikan dampak positif secara signifikan terhadap minat dan hasil belajar siswa pada elemen Ekonomi dan Bisnis.

Abstract

This study focuses on examining the impact of academic self-efficacy on artificial intelligence dependency, while also investigating the role of academic stress as a mediating factor among students in the Office Administration Education Program at Surabaya State University. The rapid advancement of AI technology is now fueling a growing pattern of dependency among students, necessitating a deeper exploration from an academic perspective. We employed a quantitative method with an explanatory design. Data were collected via a questionnaire distributed to 274 respondents and analyzed using Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) through the SmartPLS 4 software. The results indicate that: (1) academic self-confidence negatively and significantly influences AI dependency; (2) academic self-confidence also negatively and significantly reduces academic stress; (3) academic stress, conversely, positively and significantly increases AI dependency; and (4) academic stress significantly mediates the relationship between academic self-confidence and AI dependency. In conclusion, the higher the academic self-confidence, the lower the stress experienced by students, which ultimately helps reduce excessive dependence on AI technology. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini difokuskan pada pengkajian dampak rasa percaya diri akademik (academic self-efficacy) terhadap ketergantungan pada kecerdasan buatan (artificial intelligence dependency), sambil meneliti peran stres akademik sebagai faktor mediasi di kalangan mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran di Universitas Negeri Surabaya. Kemajuan cepat teknologi AI kini memicu pola ketergantungan mahasiswa yang semakin kuat, sehingga perlu dieksplorasi lebih dalam dari sisi akademiknya. Kami menerapkan metode kuantitatif dengan rancangan eksplanatori. Data diperoleh lewat kuesioner yang disebarkan ke 274 responden, lalu diolah pakai Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) melalui software SmartPLS 4. Dari hasilnya, terlihat bahwa: (1) rasa percaya diri akademik secara negatif dan signifikan memengaruhi ketergantungan AI; (2) rasa percaya diri akademik juga menekan stres akademik secara negatif dan signifikan; (3) stres akademik justru meningkatkan ketergantungan AI secara positif dan signifikan; serta (4) stres akademik terbukti memediasi hubungan antara rasa percaya diri akademik dan ketergantungan AI dengan cara yang signifikan. Kesimpulannya, semakin tinggi keyakinan diri dalam urusan akademik, semakin rendah stres yang dialami mahasiswa, yang akhirnya membantu mengurangi ketergantungan berlebih pada teknologi AI.
