Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan jenis karakteristik tindak tutur pedagang kaki lima pasar pagi Kota Sabang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan termasuk jenis penelitian deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik rekam, simak, dan catat. Data diolah dengan langkah mengidentifikasi data, mengklasifikasi data, dan menganalisis data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya karakteristik strategi yang digunakan oleh pedagang dalam interaksi jual beli yang berbeda-beda. Jenis karakteristik strategi tindak tutur yang digunakan pedagang kaki lima pasar pagi Kota Sabang meliputi: dua jenis strategi penghormatan, tiga strategi keengganan, empat strategi penghindaran, sepuluh strategi perayuan, dan dua strategi penghargaan. Kelima strategi tersebut dipakai dalam transaksi jual beli yang ada pada pedagang kaki lima pasar pagi Kota Sabang.

Abstract

Abstrak— Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan jenis dan fungsi tindak tutur direktif yang digunakan pedagang asongan pada Kapal Motor Penyeberangan (KMP) di Pelabuhan Ulee Lheue Banda Aceh dalam interaksinya dengan pembeli. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif-kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik rekam dan catat. Data diolah dengan langkah mengidentifikasi data, mengklasifikasi data, menganalisis data, dan menyimpulkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, (1) Jenis tindak tutur direktif yang terdapat pada interaksi jual-beli pedagang asongan pada Kapal Motor Penyeberangan (KMP) di Pelabuhan Ulee Lheue Banda Aceh meliputi: jenis pertanyaan (questions), permintaan (requstives), larangan (prohibitive), pemberian izin (permissives), desakan dan saran, (2) Fungsi tindak tutur direktif yang ditemukan dalam interaksi jual-beli pedagang asongan pada Kapal Motor Penyeberangan (KMP) di Pelabuhan Ulee Lheue Banda Aceh sebanyak enam fungsi tindak tutur direktif. Fungsi tindak tutur direktif yang ditemukan dalam penelitian ini meliputi: delapan fungsi bertanya, satu fungsi memohon, dua fungsi melarang, tiga fungsi mendesak, satu fungsi membolehkan, dan dua fungsi menyarankan. Kata Kunci: Tindak Tutur Direktif, Interaksi Jual Beli. Abstract— This study aims to describe the type and function of directive speech acts used by hawkers in Motorized Crossing Ships (KMP) in Ulee Lheue Port, Banda Aceh, in their interactions with buyers. This research includes the type of qualitative research using a descriptive-qualitative approach. Data collection is done by recording and recording techniques. Data is processed by step identifying data, classifying data, analyzing data, and concluding. The results of the study show that, (1) the type of directive speech acts that occur in the interaction of selling and buying peddlers at the Crossing Motorboat (KMP) at Ulee Lheue Port in Banda Aceh include: questions, requests (requstives), prohibitions (prohibitive ), permissives, pressures and suggestions, (2) The directive function of speech acts found in the interaction of the sale and purchase of hawkers at the Crossing Motorboat (KMP) at Ulee Lheue Port in Banda Aceh is six directive speech acts. The directive speech act functions found in this study include: eight question functions, one invoking function, two prohibiting functions, three urgent functions, one function allows, and two functions suggest. Keywords: Directive Speech, Buy and Sell Interactions.

Abstract

This study examines the use of interrogative sentences in trials at the Banda Aceh District Court. The trial in principle is an activity to obtain and prove the information being tried. Therefore, the judge as the person in charge of examining and adjudicating cases uses question sentences to obtain information as clearly as possible. The results of this study conclude that the types of question sentences contained in the trials at the Banda Aceh District Court are, partial sentences, total sentences, rhetorical sentences, and subtle sentences. Furthermore, the question sentence function is a representative and directive function.

Abstract

This article aims to explain the concept of governance based on local wisdom in the Hikayat Pocut Muhammad. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis. Data analysis was carried out through a hermeneutic approach. The results of the study show that the Hikayat Pocut Muhammad tells of a system of government based on local wisdom with three main elements: (1) regional policy; (2) defense system; and (3) social system. This is realized by the presence of leadership with the character through (1) the respect of the community; (2) providing conflict resolution; and (3) morally educated. The results of this study can be a model in local culture-based leadership character education.Artikel ini bertujuan mengeksplanasikan konsep pemerintahan berbasis kearifan lokal pada Hikayat Pocut Muhammad. Kajian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan analisis deskriptif. Analisis data dilakukan melalui pendekatan hermeneutik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Hikayat Pocut Muhammad berkisah tentang sistem pemerintahan berbasis kearifan lokal dengan tiga unsur utama: (1) kebijakan kawasan; (2) sistem pertahanan; dan (3) sistem sosial. Hal ini terwujud dengan hadirnya kepemimpinan yang berkarakter melalui (1) adanya ketakziman masyarakat; (2) memberikan resolusi konflik; dan (3) berpendidikan moral. Hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi model dalam Pendidikan karakter kepemimpinan yang berbasis budaya lokal.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui: (1) manajemen kemitraan perguruan tinggi vokasi dengan Dunia Usaha dan Dunia Industri (DUDI) dalam meningkatkan kompetensi lulusan pada Akademi Komunitas Negeri (AKN) Aceh Barat; (2) faktor pendorong kemitraan; (3) faktor penghambat kemitraan; (4) cara mengatasi hambatan kemitraan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) manajemen kemitraan Perguruan Tinggi AKN Aceh Barat dengan DUDI dalam meningkatkan kompetensi lulusan yang ditinjau dari fungsi-fungsi manajemen tidak berjalan secara efektif; (2) faktor pendorong kemitraan yaitu adanya unsur kemitraan dalam Visi, Misi, dan rencana program kerja tahunan, adanya tim kerja pelaksana program kemitraan, adanya pembuatan MoU kerja sama, dan adanya penilaian terhadap capaian program kemitraan; (3) faktor Penghambat Kemitraan, yaitu tidak adanya keterlibatan DUDI dalam merumuskan dan menyusun rencana program kemitraan, tidak adanya kesesuaian antara rencana program kemitraan dengan kebutuhan DUDI, tidak adanya rincian pembagian beaban kerja, tidak adanya pembuatan rencana kerja turunan dari pokok-pokok rencana kerja tahunan, dan tidak adanya standar penilain progam kemitraan.

Abstract

This study aimed to investigate the integration of Acehnese words in Kamus Besar Bahasa Indonesia (KBBI, or Indonesia Dictionary). The contribution of Acehnese words enriches Indonesian vocabulary as the national language. This study followed the descriptive-analytical research method using observational and note-taking techniques. The data source was the online version of KBBI, available on the following web page: https://kbbi.kemdikbud.go.id/. The data comprised the Acehnese vocabulary registered on KBBI and became part of the country's national language. The data analysis used Miles et al.’s (2014) models, consisting of condensation data, display data, and conclusion drawing/verification. The results showed that 134 Acehnese words are integrated into Indonesian. The contribution of the Acehnese language to Indonesian was relatively small compared to the contribution of other local languages. Of 134 Acehnese words, they comprise nouns (70.90%), verbs (21.64%), adjectives (6.72%), and adverbs (0.75%). It was also revealed that the Acehnese words that had been integrated successfully into Indonesian came from 24 areas of use. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the Acehnese language has enriched the Indonesian vocabulary, and this integration is integral to interlanguage word borrowing. The present study’s findings contribute to the national language digitalization policy, particularly the digitalization of the Indonesian language dictionary, especially to achieve the quality level of the national language dictionary.

Abstract

The Mendeley application makes it very easy for authors to cite reference sources and write a bibliography accurately and quickly according to the specified bibliography style. This service activity trains students to use the Mendeley application for scientific paper writing. This service was conducted at Medical College of Health (STIKES) West Seramoe. The target group of this service are students. The selection of this service point was based on the results of interviews with students from STIKES Medika West Seramoe, most of whom compiled a bibliography manually. The method of conducting community service is carried out in the phases of (1) preparing for community service activities and (2) conducting community service activities. Learning and practicing this service involves the following steps: (1) Installing the Mendeley application; (2) operate Mendeley; (3) add references; (4) Add reference files automatically; (5) perform citations; and (6) compiling a bibliography. The results of conducting for this service allow the conclusion that students can operate the Mendeley application well. Mendeley operations helps students with citation/quotes by using Mendeley correctly in scientific reports.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine (1) the partnership management of the West Aceh State Community Academy (AKN) with the Business and Industrial World (DUDI) the level of absorption of graduates in the world of work; (2) efforts that can be made to increase the absorption of graduates in the world of work. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type. Data collection by way of observation, documentation, and interviews while data analysis using interactive analysis. The results of this study are (1) partnership management between West Aceh AKN and DUDI to increase the absorption of graduates in the world of work. This is based on the findings of problems in each aspect of the West Aceh AKN partnership management; (2) efforts that can be made to increase the absorption of graduates in the world of work are (a) involving DUDI in the preparation of the curriculum; (b) involve DUDI as an instructor/guest lecturer; (c) involve DUDI to provide knowledge competency tests after students carry out field work practice programs.

Abstract

This community service activity provides information related to disaster and tsunami evacuation routes in the city of Meulaboh, West Aceh Regency, especially in the red zone area. Poltekkes is a vocational college located in Meulaboh, West Aceh District, which is in the red zone area. Communities in the red zone are prone to earthquakes and tsunamis, so they must carry out an evacuation process. The method of implementing this community service activity consists of socializing evacuation routes consisting of 7 routes in Johan Pahlawan District and 5 routes in Meureubo District. Measuring the achievements of socialization activities was carried out by distributing questionnaires to students, including filling in suggestions and input for planning earthquake and tsunami disaster evacuation routes. The results of the questionnaire showed that the Poltekkes students, after the socialization was carried out, already knew the 12 evacuation routes provided. On average, students understand the current condition of the evacuation routes that have been socialized. Students also mostly answered agree from each question given. For questions related to problems encountered during the evacuation process, 63.8% answered that there was congestion at the intersection because each vehicle met from a different direction, 53.2% mixed residents who evacuated with vehicles and people who ran during the evacuation process ongoing, and 29.8% answered that the capacity of the road section exceeded the capacity of the community conducting the evacuation.
