Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk rancang bangun aplikasi pendataan peminjaman alat gudang di Auto 2000 Samarinda yang diperuntukkan kepada admin gudang. Karena cara manual sejauh ini tidak menghasilkan output kerja maksimal sebab factor human error masih tinggi. Metode rancang bangun aplikasinya menggunakan Waterfall, ERD, DFD, FOD, HiPo dan CD. Sedangkan pilihan terknologi berupa website yang dibangun menggunakan framework Laravel dan database MySQL. Implikasi nyata dengan adanya aplikasi ini selain proses pendataan menjadi lancar, akan bisa meningkatkan kualitas layanan dari Auto 2000 secara manual menggunakan buku dan efisiensi pelaporan kepada pimpinan. Aplikasi sudah dilengkapi fitur pendataan alat, data peegawai, data pengguna, data peminjaman dan data laporan.

Abstract

Beroperasi sejak tahun 2007, bengkel UD Rapak Jaya Mobil menghadapi tantangan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasi dan mempertahankan kepercayaan pelanggan di tengah persaingan yang semakin ketat. Metode Ward and Peppard, yang dikenal sangat efektif dalam mengidentifikasi kebutuhan bisnis dan menyelaraskan mereka dengan strategi SI/TI, digunakan dalam penelitian ini untuk merancang perencanaan strategis sistem informasi (SI) di bengkel ini. Dimulai dengan menganalisis lingkungan internal dan eksternal bengkel melalui analisis SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats). Tujuan dari analisis ini adalah untuk menemukan elemen penting yang mempengaruhi kinerja bengkel.

Abstract

Websites are very effectively used as information media because there are visual elements in the form of images and text that can impress consumers. Solusimedsosku is a form of e-commerce and an SMM panel platform in Indonesia that provides various social media services. The success and failure of a product development is largely determined by the test results. The testing and implementation that the researchers carried out aims to determine the level of acceptance of the Solusimedsosku website, both in terms of design, service and efficiency so that based on this evidence it can be concluded whether the system being tested has been acceptable or not. The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the User Acceptance Test Within Information System Solusimedsosku. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be seen that the responses of respondents using the Solusimedsosku information system based on the level of system acceptance taken from 3 aspects of the assessment, namely design (appearance), service, and efficiency are very strong, with a percentage of 84%.

Abstract

Employees in an organization or company are an important asset in addition to other resources. Having employees who are highly dedicated will certainly greatly affect the continuity and progress of the company, especially in the face of global competition, of course, employees who are ready to face it are needed. PT. Nagabhuana Group Unit 7 Samarinda, which is a growing company, has prepared all of this, one of which is by boosting employee motivation by giving awards to employees with the best performance in the form of bonuses, incentives and certificates of appreciation. To be able to make an objective and more accurate assessment, of course, a decision support system is needed that can help overcome these problems. By using the Simple Additive Weighting Method (SAW) the HRD manager of PT. Nagabhuana can be helped in determining the best employees in his company, the results obtained from the calculation of the Simple Additive Weighting Method are very fast and precise so that it can minimize errors that can certainly harm employees

Abstract

CV. Toedjoe Sinar Group merupakan salah satu percetakan di Samarinda yang bergerak di bidang digital printing dengan beragam produk. Percetakan ini tidak hanya fokus pada strategi yang mengutamakan produk, tetapi juga melakukan strategi yang mengutamakan pelanggan. Hal ini diperlukan untuk mengetahui perilaku pelanggan sehingga akan membantu dalam penerapan strategi pemasaran yang tepat untuk meningkatkan pendapatan perusahaan. Sebanyak 8.020 data transaksi pelanggan dari Bulan Januari hingga Maret tahun 2022 digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Pemodelan data yang digunakan dalam pengelompokan pelanggan adalah Recency, Frequency, Monetary (RFM) dan metode clustering K-Means melalui teknik data mining. Penentuan jumlah cluster berdasarkan nilai k menggunakan metode elbow. Penelitian ini menghasilkan nilai k=7 sehingga cluster yang terbentuk sebanyak 7 cluster. Kelompok terbaik yaitu cluster 5 dengan nilai rata-rata Recency sebesar 0,0, Frequency sebesar 140,33 serta rata-rata monetary sebesar 4.3328.833.

Abstract

CV. Toedjoe Sinar Group merupakan salah satu percetakan di Samarinda dan bergerak di bidang digital printing dengan beragam produk, tidak hanya fokus pada strategi yang mengutamakan produk, tetapi juga melakukan strategi yang mengutamakan pelanggan. Pemodelan data yang digunakan dalam pengelompokan pelanggan adalah RFM (Recency, Frequency, Monetary) dan teknik data mining dengan menggunakan metode clustering menggunakan algoritma k-means yang terdiri dari business understanding, data understanding, data preparation, modeling, evaluation, dan deployment. Menentukan jumlah cluster dengan mencari nilai K menggunakan metode elbow dan hasil nilai k = 7 sehingga cluster yang digunakan sebanyak 7 cluster dan cluster terbaik = 5 dengan nilai rata-rata recency 0,0, frequency 140,33 dan monetary 43328833.Kata kunci: Algoritma K-Means, Model RFM (Recency, Frequency, Monetary), Python, Segmentasi Pelanggan

Abstract

Praktek Kerja Lapangan (PKL) merupakan jembatan bagi siswa untuk mengaplikasikan ilmu teoritis yang didapat didalam kelas kemudian diaplikasikan secara nyata didunia kerja. Selama siswa melaksanakan PKL ditempat kerjanya, mereka akan didampingi oleh seorang pembimbing yang berasal dari tempat kerja. Metode Decision Tree (Pohon Keputusan) dapat digunakan untuk menganalisa data siswa terkait dengan pemberian predikat baik atau tidak seorang siswa selama mengikuti PKL. Predikat ini diberikan sebagai pertanggungjawaban moral seorang pembimbing kepada siswa bimbingannya.Kriteria yang digunakan dalam menganalisa yaitu inisiatif,disiplin, kehadiran, Kerjasama, dan tanggung jawab. Aplikasi tambahan yang digunakan yaitu rapidminer. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitumetode decision tree menggunakan rapidminer hasilnya 100% sesuai antara perhitungan manual dengan proses di aplikasi rapidminer.

Abstract

The decision-making process is important to improve efficiency and accuracy, especially in assistance programs such as the Smart Indonesia Card (KIP). The problem in this study is that the selection process often faces several obstacles, such as inappropriate targets and subjectivity in decision-making. Therefore, a system is needed that can help decision-making more objectively, transparently, and efficiently. Decision Support Systems (DSS) are one solution that can be used to overcome these problems. This study aims to create a DSS in determining eligible KIP recipients, using two multi-criteria analysis methods, namely MOORA (Multi-Objective Optimization by Ratio Analysis) and MOOSRA (Multi-Objective Optimization on the basis of Simple Ratio Analysis). Analysis using the MOORA and MOOSRA methods in determining prospective students receiving the Smart Indonesia Card (KIP) was carried out using 7 alternatives and 9 criteria. This system is designed by considering criteria such as parental dependents, place of residence, type of house, average report card grades, father's education, mother's education, father's occupation, mother's occupation, and parents' income. The results of the study show that based on the analysis of the calculation of the MOORA and MOOSRA methods, the ranking results were obtained with A5 or Zaysa as alternative students who are entitled to receive KIP among other alternative students. The results of the analysis show that both methods provide consistent results in identifying students who are most entitled to receive KIP assistance. As a recommendation, this system can be further developed in the form of a web-based or mobile application to facilitate implementation and expand the scope of its use.
