Angka kejadian penyakit ginjal kronik meningkat dari tahun ktahun, dan merupakan salah satu masalah kesehatan yang dihadapi berbagai negara di dunia. Ketidakpatuhan diet dapat menyebabkan pasien penyakit ginjal kronik jatuh ke stadium lanjut. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisa pengaruh edukasi self care berbasis interaksi perawat pasien terhadap kepatuhan diet pada kelompok kontrol dan intervensi. Desain penelitian ini Quasi Experiment dengan pendekatan pretest posttest with control group design. Populasinya seluruh pasien penyakit ginjal kronik di poli nefrologi Rumah Sakit Islam Surabaya A. Yani sebanyak 70 orang. Besar sampel 54 responden terbagi 27 responden kelompok kontrol dan 27 responden kelompok intervensi. Teknik sampling adalah simple random sampling. Kelompok kontrol diberikan edukasi sesuai standar Rumah Sakit, sedangkan kelompok intervensi diberikan edukasi self care selama 10-15 menit selama 4x tatap muka. Analisis data menggunakan uji Manova dengan kemaknaan ?= 0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai Partial eta squared kepatuhan sebesar 0.953. Analisis dengan uji manova menunjukkan p value = 0.000, yang berarti ada pengaruh pemberian edukasi self care berbasis interaksi perawat pasien terhadap kepatuhan diet pada pasien penyakit ginjal kronik. Pemberian edukasi self care dapat meningkatkan kepatuhan diet pada pasien penyakit ginjal kronik, serta menghambat progesifitas kerusakan ginjal. Perawat Poli nephrology dapat menerapkan edukasi self care sebagai bagian dari managemen daily activity pasien penyakit ginjal kronik, lebih efektif pada stadium dini. Kata kunci: Edukasi self care, Penyakit Ginjal Kronik, Kepatuhan.

Covid-19 saat ini tengah melanda di seluruh dunia. Dengan adanya kasus Covid-19 ini seakan berita mengenai kasus Human Immunodeficiency Virus/Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (HIV/AIDS) tenggelam. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mengedukasi Orang Dengan HIV/AIDS (ODHA) di Kabupaten Tulungagung dalam rangka peringatan Hari AIDS Sedunia terkait dengan bahaya Covid-19. Pengabdian masyarakat ini ditujukan bagi ODHA di Tulungagung. Sasaran edukasi ini adalah sejumlah 32 peserta. Tahapan yang diterapkan dalam pelaksanaan pengabdian ini terbagi dalam persiapan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan pre dan post test. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa peserta yang telah menerima edukasi ada peningkatan pengetahuan mengenai covid-19 terhadap orang dengan HIV/AIDS. Kegiatan edukasi dan sosialisasi ini memberikan pengetahuan mengenai Covid-19 dan pemahaman masyarakat tentang status kesehatan yang baik. Kegiatan sosialisasi ini memberikan efek positif kepada ODHA di masa pandemi Covid-19 ini. Covid-19 Education for People With HIV/AIDS in Tulungagung Regency in Commemoration of World AIDS Day Covid-19 is currently sweeping across the world. With the Covid-19 case, it seems as if the news about the Human Immunodeficiency Virus/Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (HIV/AIDS) case has sunk. This activity aims to educate People Living with HIV/AIDS (PLWHA) in Tulungagung Regency in commemoration of World AIDS Day related to the dangers of Covid-19. This community service is intended for PLWHA in Tulungagung. The target of this education is a total of 32 participants. The stages applied in the implementation of this service are divided into preparation, implementation, and evaluation. The method of data collection is done by pre and post-test. The results show that participants who have received education have increased knowledge about COVID-19 for people with HIV/AIDS. These educational and outreach activities provide knowledge about Covid-19 and public understanding will provide good health status. This socialization activity has a positive effect on PLWHA during the Covid-19 pandemic

People living with HIV have many complex problems in their lives. Internal problems concern bio-psycho-socio-spiritual, while external problems concern the views and attitudes of others towards themselves. Negative views from other people formed long ago will give a bad stigma to people with HIV. The stigma of society has a great influence, not only affecting citizens but also health workers. This study aims to review the results of research related to stigma inherent in the community, especially nurses to people with HIV. The researcher sought the results of other studies through several databases including ProQuest, Scopus, Science Direct, PubMed, Medline, Springer link and Elsevier. Keywords to search literature include "stigma", "nurse" and "people with HIV". The results obtained were as many as 14 journals. Many studies have been carried out for prevention, treatment, and support for people with HIV / AIDS. But along with advances in the field of health need to continue to do problems related to people with HIV / AIDS.

ABSTRACT Background: Competency issues and the lack of implementation of an orientation program with the preceptorship method are problems and require solutions / solutions. New nurses need the right information and well-structured learning to improve basic skills in implementing appropriate nursing care standards. The purpose of the study explained the influence of the preceptorship method to the achievement of new nurse competencies. Method: The design of this study used quasy-experiment by conducting the pre-test and post-test stages in the treatment and control groups. The design of the analysis variable was obtained by twenty new nurses from different units in RSIS Jemursari and RSI Surabaya using total sampling. The independent variable is the preceptorship method and the dependent variable is the achievement of new nurse competencies. The research instrument uses a checklist of competencies for new nurses based on basic competencies according to SKKNI. Data analysis using Paired Sample t Test and Independent Sample t Test with α = 0.05. Results: achievement of the competency of new nurses before and after intervention in the treatment group obtained Paired Sample t Test value = 0,000 <0,05 and the control group obtained the value of Paired Sample t Test = 0,000 <0,05 means that there is a significant influence before and after it is done the method of preceptorship towards achieving the competence of new nurses. Before the intervention in the treatment group and the control group, the Independent Sample t Test = 0.139 <0.05 means that there is no difference between the treatment group and the control group, whereas after intervention in the treatment and control groups obtained Independent Sample t Test = 0,000 <0.05 means that there is a difference between the treatment group and the control group after the preceptorship method is done. Discussion: The preceptorship method is a determinant variable that influences the achievement of new nurse competencies. Suggestions for hospitals to improve the quality of HR (preceptor) and the competence of new nurses, it is necessary to provide training in CE / preceptor. Background: Chronic kidney failure is a terminal disease that often affects the patient's quality of life. One of the problems that often occurs in patients with end-stage renal failure is the increase in fluid volume between two dialysis times. The increase in Interdialytic Weight Gain (IDWG) has a serious impact, 60-80% of patients die from excess fluid and food intake during the interdialytic period. Objective: This review aimed to describe the importance of Interdialytic Weight Gain (IDWG) in end-stage renal failure patients undergoing hemodialysis. Design: This study design is a systematic review to search and review article from database and the theory underlying this study or guidance in this systematic literature review using PRISMA. Data Sources: This systematic review was conducted using a database with electronic searches on EBSCO, ProQuest, Scopus, SAGE, and Science Direct published in 2017-2021. Review Methods: The method used in the preparation of the Literature review using the PRISMA checklist and PICOT. Secondary data obtained from the journal with a predetermined discussion. Results: The results of the database search strategy were 1,907 articles were obtained, but 1,340 articles were excluded. There were seven articles that met the inclusion criteria. Two articles identified that uncontrolled IDWG is at risk of death in chronic renal failure patients undergoing hemodialysis. Conclusion: Two articles state that IDWG affects hemoglobin concentration and cardiovascular disorders and triggers complications, two other articles state that the factors that contribute to IDWG are fluid intake, thirst, self-efficacy and dietary behavior, one article states that controlled IDWG will improve the quality of life of patients with end-stage renal failure/End-Stage Renal Disease (ESRD undergoing hemodialysis. Uncontrolled IDWG is at risk of death in patients undergoing hemodialysis. Control of IDWG through adherence to dietary behavior will improve the quality of life of end-stage renal failure patients undergoing hemodialysis.

Background: Quality of life is the individuals’ perception of their place in life in the context of the cultural system and values in which they live, along with their goals, expectations, and worries. Retirement is an adaptable period that results in a change of role, changes in social interactions, and limited financial resources. Aim: This study aims to analyze the factors that affect post power syndrome and quality of life of the elderly. Methods: The design of this research was a correlation study with a cross-sectional approach. The population consisted of 44 retired elderly individuals. Purposive sampling was applied to the determined sample size. The independent variables were physiological stressors, psychological stressors and aging attitudes. The dependent variables were post-power syndrome and the quality of life of elderly people. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling- Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) with a significance t statistic ≥ 1.96. Results: The findings showed all of the significant indicators measured to the variable factor. Physical stressor factors affect post-power syndrome with a t value of 2.366, and psychological stress factors affect post-power syndrome with a t value of 3.326. Aging behavior factors affects post-power syndrome with a t statistic of 5.296 and the post-power syndrome effect on the quality of life of the elderly has a t value of 7.689. Conclusion: There were significant effects in relation to physiological stressor factors, psychological stress factors, and aging attitudes towards post-power syndrome. There was an influence of post-power syndrome on the quality of elderly life.

Islamic Caring is an attitude or action taken based on the values of caring, kindness, and compassion to protect, improve and assist the patient's recovery process based on the Qur'an and Sunnah. Several factors that influence Islamic caring behavior include the role of the leader and the motivation of nurses. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the role of the leader and nurses' motivation with Islamic caring behavior. Methods: This research is quantitative research with a cross-sectional approach. Collecting data using a questionnaire with 118 respondents using the total population technique, statistical test used Spearmen correlation. This research has passed the ethical test with the number 30/KEPK/RSI-SA/XI/2021. Results: The role of the leader in the good category is 88.2%, the motivation of nurses in the high category is 87.3%, and the Islamic caring behavior of nurses in the good category is 93.2%. Conclusion: There is a relationship between the role of the leader and Islamic caring behavior with a strong relationship, as well as the relationship between motivation and Islamic caring behavior with a moderate relationship. Efforts to improve Islamic caring behavior are to increase the motivation of nurses and increase the role of the leader.

Pendahuluan: Desa Soso Dusun Cepokolimo Kecamatan Pacet merupakan daerah binaan dari salah satu Tim Fakultas Keperawatan UNAIR yang telah berlangsung selama 1 tahun. Masyarakat dusun Soso sangat religius sebab di dukung oleh adanya pondok pesantren Nurul Hikmah. Seluruh lapisan masyarakat menjalankan aktivitas keagamaannya di pondok tersebut. Warga dusun Soso awalnya bermata pencaharian sebagai petani baik sawah dan kebun. Sejak tahun 2005 dimana terjadi pembelian tanah besar-besaran milik warga dusun soso dan beralih fungsi menjadi vila. Hal ini mengakibatkan sebagian warga dusun Soso kehilangan mata pencahariaannya.Tim Fakultas Keperawatan memberikan binaan kepada masyarakat mitra untuk revitalisasi budidaya lele dengan metode biogreen sebagai upaya meningkatakan produksi lele dan kesehatan lingkungan serta sebagai alternatif pekerjaan masyarakat. Dimana lingkungan dusun Soso sangat mendukung. Selama satu tahun berjalan ada kendala yang di alami warga yaitu yang pertama kesulitan warga memenuhi pesanan lele pada kelurahan sekitar dusun Soso dan kurangnya kemampuan untuk melebarkan pasar penjualan, serta kurang maksimalnya perkembangan lele akibat suhu relative rendah.Metode: Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengmas adalah ceramah, diskusi, simulasi/ demonstrasi oleh fasilitator serta redemonstrasi oleh peserta/audience. Masyaakat mitra diberikan materi melalui ceramah dan diskusi dilanjutkan dengan simulasi/ demonstrasi terkait cara pembuatan media biogreen secara sederhana. Selanjutnya kelompok mitra diberikan perlengkapan untuk pembuatan media biogreen secara mandiri.Hasil: Pembelajaran dengan ceramah dan diskusi dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat mitra dalam melakukan revitalisasi budidaya lele dengan metode biogreen. Sedangkan simulasi dan demontrasi dapat memudahkan mitra memahami metode pembuatan biogreen sebagai media budidaya lele yang dapt meningkatkan produksi lele dan meminimalkan pencemaran lingkungan terutama bau dari kolam lele. Hasil kegiatan masyarakat dapat membuat 6 bak penampungan lele metode biogreen dan masing-masing bak berisi 500-600 bibit lele. Setelah 2.5 bulan lele sudah dapat dipanen dan dijual pada konsumen yang ada dipasar dan penjual makanan penyetan yang ada diwilayah Pacet Mojokerto.Kesimpulan: Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat menghasilkan perubahan yang sesuai dengan target luaran yang telah ditetapkan yaitu meningkatnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan masyarakat mitra dalam revitalisasi budidaya lele melalui metode biogreen, meningkatkan produksi lele, meningkatkan pendapatan warga mitra dari hasil penjualan lele dan tetap dapat mempertahankan lingungan wilayah Soso yang nyaman bebas dari polusi bau kolam lele.

The hospital is an organization in the service sector with nurses as the main hospital resource. Increasing the commitment of the nurses was one of the ways used to retain nurses. This study explained nurse’s foci of commitment model to decrease turnover intention.This study used a cross-sectional approach. Variables in this study included nurse characteristics, job characteristics, work experience, organizational factors, nurse commitment, and turnover intention. The population was nurses who have worked in Islamic hospital in Surabaya, Indonesia. The 119 nurses taken as sample based on simple random sampling. Data collected using questionnaires and analyzed using partial least squares (PLS). Nurse characteristics influenced nurse commitments (path coefficient=0.252; t=2.953) and turnover intention (path coefficient= -0.239; t=2.458). Job characteristics influenced nurse commitments (path coefficient=0.190; t=2.409) and turnover intention (path coefficient= -0.183; t=2.107). Work experience influenced nurse commitments (path coefficient=0.208; t=2.231) and turnover intention (path coefficient= -0.153; t=1.964). organizational factors influenced nurse commitments (path coefficient=0.218; t=2.170) and turnover intention (path coefficient= -0.174; t=2.330). Nurse commitment influenced turnover intention (path coefficient= -0.226; t=2.084). The nurse's commitment as moderate these factors in reducing turnover intention. The influence of job satisfaction, nurse commitment, and perceived organizational support to turnover intention needs further research

Aktivitas perawat dalam menerapkan suatu wewenang, tugas dan tanggung jawab dalam rangka pencapaian fungsi utama profesi dan organisasi merupakan gambaran dari kinerja. Kinerja perawat mempunyai arti seperti prestasi kerja di suatu perusahaan. Pengukuran kinerja perawat dilakukan berdasarkan fakta, terbuka dan dapat dikomunikasikan. Tujuan penelitian untuk melihat dampak kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja perawat. Metode penelitian menggunakan kuantatif dengan True-Experimental Design melalui rancangan Pretest-Postest Control Group Design. Populasi penelitian perawat pelaksana rumah sakit, jumlah sampel sebanyak 76 yang terdiri dari 38 kelompok intervensi dan 38 kelompok kontrol. Uji statistik menggunakan General Linear Model Repeated Measures. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa nilai p value 0,001 < 0,05 pada setiap pengukuran, Nilai perbedaan rata-rata dari pengukuran pertama sampai ketiga 6,55. Maka disimpulkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional mempengaruhi kinerja perawat. Kesimpulan penelitian bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional kepala ruangan dapat meningkatkan kinerja perawat pelaksana secara signifikan dengan p value 0,001. Sehingga intervensi yang dilakukan kepada kepala ruangan mempengaruhi nilai kinerja perawat pelaksana.
