Abstract

Program Keluarga Berencana merupakan upaya strategis yang memungkinkan masyarakat mengatur kelahiran anak dan jarak kehamilan melalui penggunaan metode kontrasepsi untuk mewujudkan keluarga berkualitas. Berdasarkan WHO (2018) dan BKKBN (2021), program ini mencakup pengaturan kelahiran, jarak, dan usia ideal melahirkan. Data menunjukkan bahwa Indonesia masih menghadapi tantangan dalam penggunaan metode kontrasepsi jangka panjang. Cakupan AKDR dan AKBK masingmasing hanya 7,4%, MOW 2,7%, dan MOP  0,5%, jauh di bawah target RPJMN sebesar 66%. Di Provinsi Riau, cakupan KB aktif baru mencapai 51,5%, dengan dominasi penggunaan kontrasepsi jangka pendek (suntik dan pil) mencapai 80%. Posyandu Kasih Ibu di Kecamatan Sail, Pekanbaru, berperan aktif dalam mendukung program KB dengan memberikan layanan informasi dan kontrasepsi. Keberadaannya telah berkontribusi pada peningkatan peserta KB baru sebesar 15% dalam setahun. Namun, masih terdapat kendala seperti kurangnya pemahaman tentang KB modern (68%), kekhawatiran efek samping (45%), dan faktor budaya (35%). Penguatan program KB di Posyandu ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kesadaran dan partisipasi masyarakat, yang mencakup edukasi tentang pengertian KB, pertimbangan pemilihan kontrasepsi, jenis-jenis kontrasepsi, dan efek sampingnya, demi mewujudkan peningkatan kualitas hidup keluarga di Kota Pekanbaru.

Abstract

In the midst of increasingly fierce business competition, the use of digital platforms is a tool that we must make the most of. Digitalization has become a fundamental factor in the development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the modern era. The main problem of MSMEs in Jayan Hamlet is the lack of understanding of the utilization of digital platforms such as social media and e-commerce that allow MSMEs to reach a wider range of customers without geographical boundaries. The purpose of this activity is to increase the capacity and skills of MSME players through training and mentoring, in order to compete in local and regional markets. In addition, digitalization helps MSMEs in improving transparency and efficiency of business management as the automation of business processes becomes more assured with the proper application of technology. Therefore, support in the form of digital training is very necessary. The method used in this Community Service Activity is to train MSME actors in Dusun Jayan, Kebon Agung, Imogiri through participatory mentoring. The activity was carried out from January to February 2025. The speakers were UMY students who were involved in the Community Service Activity. There were 3 MSME participants with various types of businesses ranging from culinary businesses, making salted eggs, and bakpia. In this program, participants were given training on digital marketing, using social media for promotion and introducing products more widely. In addition, participants were also guided to create branding to create a strong product identity. The result of this activity is that MSME actors in Dusun Jayan have been able to create logos for their MSME products to be displayed on social media such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook. Participants also increased their knowledge, especially in understanding the benefits of digital marketing in creating local product marketing strategies. Attractive product branding will increase the number of consumers so that MSME products in Dusun Jayan are increasingly known among the wider community

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi kebijakan anti Bullying di sekolah SD N 2 Sambongsari, factor-faktor, dampak serta penanganan perilaku Bullying di sekolah SD N 2 Sambongsari. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan prosedur pengumpulan datanya meliputi observasi, angket, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini ialah Implementasi kebijakan anti bullying di SD N 2 Sambongsari, siswa kelas V dengan presentase keseluruhan siswa 76,55% yang mengimplementasi kebijakan anti bullying dengan baik. Sedangkan siswa kelas III dengan presentase keseluruhan siswa 76,55% yang mengimplementasi kebijakan anti bullying dengan baik. faktor terjadinya perilaku bullying di SD N 2 Sambongsari, siswa kelas V dengan presentase keseluruhan siswa 81,35% yang mengetahui faktor-faktor terjadinya perilaku bullying dengan baik. Sedangkan siswa kelas III dengan presentase keseluruhan siswa 80,91% yang mengetahui faktor-faktor terjadinya perilaku bullying dengan baik. Karakteristik perilaku bullying di SD N 2 Sambongsari, siswa kelas V dengan presentase keseluruhan siswa 71,98% yang mengetahui karakteristik perilaku bullying dengan baik. Sedangkan siswa kelas III dengan presentase keseluruhan siswa 72,76% yang mengetahui karakteristik perilaku bullying dengan baik. Dampak perilaku bullying di SD N 2 Sambongsari, siswa kelas V dengan presentase keseluruhan siswa 79,09% yang mengetahui dampak perilaku bullying dengan baik. Sedangkan siswa kelas III dengan presentase keseluruhan siswa 81,02% yang mengetahui dampak perilaku bullying dengan baik.

Abstract

Indonesia’s multilingual landscape offers a dynamic site for exploring how language, identity, and education intersect in everyday life. This study examines how students in multilingual Pontianak, West Kalimantan, construct and negotiate their linguistic repertoires across school, home, and religious domains, and how these repertoires reflect broader ideologies of language and belonging. Employing a qualitative ethnographic approach within a multi-site case study design, the research was conducted in four secondary schools representing public, Islamic, and Catholic institutions. Data were collected through participant observation, semi-structured interviews, language portrait and mapping activities, and classroom discourse analysis involving students, teachers, and administrators. Findings reveal that students possess fluid and hybrid linguistic repertoires shaped by their sociocultural environments. While local Melayu dialects dominate informal communication, Bahasa Indonesia and English function as symbols of academic legitimacy and modernity, and Arabic indexes religious identity. Institutional language policies, however, often reinforce hierarchical ideologies that marginalize local languages. The study introduces the Multilayered Linguistic Repertoire Model (MLRM), which conceptualizes multilingualism as dynamic identity practice rather than discrete linguistic systems. The model advances theoretical and pedagogical contributions to language policy, literacy education, and sociolinguistic research in postcolonial contexts, underscoring the need for inclusive and culturally grounded approaches to multilingual education in Indonesia.

Abstract

Stunting menjadi masalah serius yang dapat berdampak jangka panjang pada kualitas hidup anak dan masa depannya. Untuk mengatasi stunting, perlu dilakukan penanganan holistik, pemenuhan gizi, pelayanan kesehatan, dan pemanfaatan pangan lokal seperti mengkonsumsi madu galo-galo. Madu galo-galo terbukti mengandung zat yang bermanfaat bagi kesehatan manusia, termasuk mineral, polifenol, vitamin, asam amino, karotenoid, enzim, asam organik, dan senyawa volatil. Madu galo-galo mengandung banyak nutrisi yang baik untuk tubuh dan dapat membantu mengurangi resiko stunting ketika dikonsumsi secara bersamaan dengan pola makan yang seimbang dan asupan gizi yang cukup. Karena mengandung sumber tambahan nutrisi, madu galo-galo dapat dikonsumsi untuk membantu anak yang mengalami stunting di Nagari Taram Kecamatan Harau. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman ibu mengenai stunting dan upaya pencegahannya di Nagari Taram Kecamatan Harau. Metode kegiatan yang digunakan berupa penyuluhan, ceramah dan tanya jawab mengenai pencegahan stunting kepada peserta posyandu. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 7 Februari 2024. Upaya ini dilakukan dengan harapan dapat memberikan kontribusi positif berupa penurunan angka stunting di Nagari Taram Kecamatan Harau, dan perbaikan kualitas sumber daya manusia di masa mendatang.

Abstract

Permasalahan gizi dan angka stunting yang cukup tinggi masih menjadi isu utama di Dukuh Tanen, Kecamatan Ngargoyoso, Kabupaten Karangayar. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan mengembangkan inovasi produk pangan fungsional berbasis madu klanceng (Apis trigona) yang diperkaya dengan ekstrak ikan gabus (Channa striata) guna meningkatkan nilai gizi dan mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi lokal melalui masyarakat Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan partisipatif dengan tahapan sosialisasi, budidaya lebah dan ikan gabus, pemanenan lebah dan ikan gabus, pembuatan produk, serta strategi pemasaran. Hasil kegiatan menunjukan peningkatan pengetahuan masyarakat terkait pengolahan madu bernilai gizi tinggi dan keterampilan inovatif dalam mengelola produk untuk meningkatkan ekonomi lokal. Partisipasi aktif masyarakat dalam praktik langsung turut mendukung keberhasilan kegiatan secara menyeluruh. Inovasi Madu Klanceng Ekstrak Ikan Gabus dinilai memberikan kontribusi terhadap upaya ketahanan pangan, peningkatan ekonomi lokal, serta pengembangan produk fungsional berbasis potensi lokal. Meskipun masih dihadapkan pada tantangan seperti keterbatasan pengalaman masyarakat terkait budidaya ikan gabus dan pengolahan ekstrak albumin, kegiatan ini memberikan dampak positif bagi masyarakat setempat dan berpotensi dikembangkan lebih lanjut dalam model pemberdayaan masyarakat desa berbasi sumber daya lokal.

Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk memberdayakan masyarakat melalui pelatihan pemanfaatan koran bekas sebagai bahan baku untuk kerajinan, dengan harapan dapat meningkatkan nilai ekonomi dan memberikan peluang usaha yang berkelanjutan. Pelatihan pemanfaatan koran bekas dalam pembuatan kerajinan pada masyarakat Kelurahan Anggoeya, Kecamatan Poasia, Kota Kendari merupakan kegiatan pemanfaatan koran bekas menjadi kerajinan bernilai jual tinggi. Koran bekas dapat diolah menjadi kerajinan yang memiliki nilai ekonomi yang tinggi. Program kreativitas masyarakat ini menggunakan metode praktek dan metode ceramah, pelatihan ini dilaksanakan bersama dengan mahasiswa dan ibu-ibu kelurahan anggoeya, hasil yang diperoleh dari pelatihan ini berupa kerajinan tangan dari koran berupa tas, vas bunga, dan tempat tisu, hasil survey yang didapatkan dari kegiatan pelatihan ini 88,9% masyarakat sangat puas, dan 11,11 merasa puas dengan kegiatan PKM ini. Kesimpulan kegiatan ini yakni peserta telah mengetahui konsep kewirausahaan, dan peserta telah mampu memanfaatkan koran bekas menjadi kerajinan tangan berupa tas, tempat tisu, vas bunga dan berbagai macam kerajinan tangan lainnya

Abstract

Education is a means of acquiring knowledge. In this context, a teacher or educator serves as a guide.  Not a few teachers violate and ignore the Teachers' Code of Ethics, even though the Teachers' Code of Ethics is very important for the world of education. Whatever the profession, there must be binding standards to ensure that the profession and the teaching profession are well run. Professional teachers are certainly bound by the existing code of ethics, but unfortunately there are still many teachers with professional teacher certification who do not reflect professionalism and violate the teacher code of ethics. This paper aims to respond to the concerns of educational practitioners who feel that there are still many people who do not act and behave in accordance with the rules. Therefore, it is very important to understand and respect the professional code of ethics, especially in the teaching profession, because by understanding and respecting the professional code of ethics that has been established, doing work and service will feel very happy. The enforcement of this code of ethics must also be based on constructive principles, among others: Tut Wuri Handayani Principle, Justice Principle, Family Principle, Communication Principle and Teacher Principle. These principles are in line with the philosophy of education initiated by philosophers of education.

Abstract

This research aims to determine strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. This type of research is quantitative research. The source of research data was obtained from direct interviews with the people of Kalotok Village, South Sabbang District, North Luwu Regency. From the results of this research, based on the results of the SWOT analysis by calculating the IFAS (strengths and weaknesses) and EFAS (opportunities and threats) scores, eight alternative strategies were produced and showed a positive value (+) so that the strategy for developing the Sarambu Alla' waterfall tourist attraction supports village income. Kalotok is in quadrant I, namely between strength and opportunity (SO) strategies. 1) Maximizing the management of tourism potential by adding several other tourist attractions. 2) Utilizing human resources in managing tourist attractions. 3) Improving infrastructure and facilities through collaboration with the provincial government. 4) Improving the quality of professional staff in managing tourist attractions to reduce environmental damage due to uncontrolled development. 5) Carrying out community development regarding the management of the Sarambu Alla' Waterfall tourist attraction 6) development and construction of environmentally friendly tourist attractions 7) Utilizing human resources in managing tourist attractions 8) adding new attractions and facilities gradually so that they are ready to compete with other tourist attractions . It can be seen that the Sarambu Alla' tourist attraction in Kalotok Village, South Sabbang District, North Luwu Regency has many opportunities that need to be utilized as well as possible.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the model for forming consumer loyalty through digital business with innovation. This research used quantitative methods with accidental sampling techniques so that 101 people were obtained as samples. Data were analyzed using the Structual Equation Model Partial Least Square (SEM PLS) method. The research results show that digital business does not have a positive effect on consumer loyalty, but digital business has a positive effect on innovation, and innovation has a significant effect on consumer loyalty. Other findings show that digital business has a positive effect on consumer loyalty which is mediated by innovation. This research contributes to the understanding of digital business and innovation influencing consumer loyalty in the fashion industry. The results can be used as a reference for the fashion industry to increase consumer loyalty through the application of digital technology and innovation. Keywords: consumer loyalty; digital business; innovation. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis model pembentukkan loyalitas konsumen melalui bisnis digital dengan inovasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik aksidental sampling sehingga diperoleh 101 orang sebagai sampel. Data dianalisis menggunakan metode Structual Equation Model Partial Least Square (SEM PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bisnis digital tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas konsumen, namun bisnis digital berpengaruh positif terhadap inovasi, dan inovasi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen, temuan lainnya menunjukkan bahwa bisnis digital berpengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas konsumen yang dimediasi oleh inovasi. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam pemahaman tentang bisnis digital dan inovasi mempengaruhi loyalitas konsumen di industri fashion. Hasilnya dapat dijadikan acuan bagi industri fashion untuk meningkatkan loyalitas konsumen melalui penerapan teknologi digital dan inovasi. Kata kunci: loyalitas konsumen; bisnis digital; inovasi.
