Abstract

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and the company's zakat program are two instruments for distributing social responsibility funds, both of which have a religious and state legal basis. Zakat and CSR generally have the same vision and mission, namely concern for overall social conditions. This research was conducted by conducting a literature search relevant to several previous research results, especially those related to the CSR model and zakat philanthropy. The search was carried out through electronic databases such as (Pubmed, Science Direct and Google Scholar), and the results of this study explained that, basically the CSR concept developed in Islamic teachings itself is identical to the conventional philanthropy concept, this can be seen from the teachings of tithe, tithe, and charity without asking for anything in return (qardh). There is no difference between Islamic teachings and the concept of CSR because it has a clearand humane codification of ethics and mechanisms. CSR can be defined as a charitable or philanthropic activity carried out voluntarily by a company as a form of service to the surrounding environment. In simple terms, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is a manifestation of an economic development policy approach oriented towards a sustainable development system. Of course, in this case, zakat and CSR are two interrelated things because CSR will reveal the amount of zakat funds that have been managed and utilized by a company for its activities.

However, the reality on the ground is that assistants are not backed by proper facilities, necessitating a paradigm shift that focuses on the assistance process, the mentorship process, what they have, their competency, time, facilities, and reports

Abstract

Abstract

Since Indonesia's independence until the reformation of the Indonesian nation, the country's political system has not been one that is purely derived from the socio-cultural values of the Indonesian nation itself, but rather one that utilizes the political culture of the Dutch colonial government. This has been the case from the time of Indonesia's independence until the nation's reformation. The existence of political parties in Indonesia is also impacted as a result of this. The purpose of this study is to investigate the roles that political parties have played in Indonesia's political system since the country's recent reforms. In this investigation, a qualitative strategy is combined with a descriptive research approach. The findings of the study indicate that after the reform in Indonesia, political parties are not able to properly function as pillars of democracy in the political system in Indonesia. Instead, political parties in Indonesia prefer to sacrifice their party ideology, which is the defining characteristic of the party, in order to simply receive the highest number of votes possible. Because of this, political parties in Indonesia exhibit the characteristics of floating parties.

Abstract

An organization's success is directly proportional to the quality of its leadership. When it comes to adapting to new circumstances and staying on top of advancements in an organization, particularly one that deals with the public or is run by the government, the position of leader is essential. Leaders in a company play an essential role in attempts to improve the quality of service, beginning with management, expanding the resources of the apparatus that delivers services, and utilizing technology. These are the three pillars of the improvement process. The purpose of this research is to investigate the role that leadership plays in the evolution of public organizations. This investigation takes a qualitative approach and makes use of descriptive research tools. According to the findings of the study, a leader is more likely to be successful in developing a public organization if he or she is able to motivate subordinates, is competent in both skills and emotions, and upholds the professional ethics that guide the leader's profession.
