Abstract

The growth of digital technology and the adoption of e-commerce have provided new opportunities for MSMEs to expand their market reach and increase their competitiveness. However, despite their potential, there are still many MSMEs in Indonesia who experience difficulties in implementing e-commerce and making optimal use of digital innovation. This study aims to analyze the role of digital innovation in empowering Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia through the implementation of e-commerce. This research will use a qualitative approach by conducting case studies of a number of MSMEs in Indonesia that have successfully implemented digital innovation in their operations. The results of this study are expected to provide a better understanding of the role of digital innovation in empowering MSMEs in Indonesia through e-commerce. In addition, this research is also expected to be able to identify the challenges and obstacles faced by MSMEs in adopting digital innovation, as well as provide policy recommendations and strategies to increase the accessibility and success of e-commerce for MSMEs in Indonesia.

Abstract

Tourism villages are driving the tourism economy and the people's economy, especially in rural areas. But to become a tourist village, it takes the potential and readiness of the community to be able to develop it. This research focuses on community empowerment strategies through the Development of the Sumberjaya Tourism Village, Cihaurbeuti District, Ciamis Regency. The method used by the author is descriptive method with a qualitative approach, data collection techniques by means of observation, interviews, and literature review analysis. The results of the study show that Sumberjaya Village, Cihaurbeuti District, Ciamis Regency has great potential to be developed into a sustainable national tourism village. However, the role of the community through empowerment in the development of the Sumberjaya tourism village is still very minimal so that it has not been able to take advantage of opportunities optimally. The active participation of the whole community is needed in the overall development of a tourist village in Sumberjaya Village.

Abstract

The excessive use of inorganic compounds has negative effects on the land and vegetation. Alternative agricultural systems that can produce healthy quantities and quality of products in a sustainable manner must be developed. Organic farming is one of the agricultural systems that support this concept. Organic farming is a method of agriculture that excludes the use of environmentally damaging synthetic pesticides, chemical fertilizers, and cultivation techniques. This research employs a qualitative methodology based on descriptive analysis. The findings of the study indicate that organic farming is a promising strategy for attaining a sustainable food supply through agriculture. By prioritizing the use of renewable resources, reducing the use of non-renewable resources, and avoiding the use of synthetic chemicals, organic agriculture is able to maintain environmental balance, increase the quality and quantity of production, and provide safe and healthy food for consumers. The conclusion of this research will underline the importance of organic farming in providing healthy, safe and quality food for the community. In addition, this research will highlight the benefits of organic farming in maintaining environmental sustainability, such as increasing soil fertility, maintaining biodiversity, and reducing negative impacts on ecosystems.

Abstract

Malnutrition status in children is an important thing that must be known by every parent and malnutrition can affect children's brain development. Malnutrition status includes chronic nutritional problems caused by many factors such as socioeconomic conditions, maternal nutrition during pregnancy, illness in infants, and lack of nutritional intake in infants. To overcome this, the active role of the community is needed through a community empowerment plan. This study aims to investigate community empowerment plans in tackling malnutrition. This research will use qualitative methods with descriptive analysis. This research will also examine documents related to community empowerment programs in tackling malnutrition. The results of this study are expected to provide recommendations for related parties in the development of community empowerment programs that are more effective in tackling malnutrition.

Abstract

Research entitled Human Relations Activities of RW Managements in Building the Life of Harmony of Citizen, in carrying out this research, the authors focused on human relations activities carried out by RW 08 Managements, Antapani Wetan Village, Bandung City. The author's reason for choosing this place is because the writer lives in the housing complex so that it can facilitate the implementation of observations and interviews in collecting data. The purpose of this study was to determine the human relations activity program, the intensity of the human relations program, the credibility of the communicator in fostering community harmony, as well as the quality of human relations activities of RW Managements in fostering community harmony. Furthermore, in this study the authors used qualitative methods where the research was based on the case of the research object. The author used the research object, namely community members in RW 08, Antapani Wetan Village, while the sample used was purposive sampling where the sample was determined intentionally by the researcher on the basis of certain criteria/considerations. Furthermore, in data collection techniques used were interviews, observation, literature testing. and documentation study, after carrying out this research it can be interpreted that the role of the management of RW 08, Antapani Wetan Village, Bandung City in accordance with their position, main tasks and functions is able to carry out human relations properly so that harmony among citizens can be realized.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the use of technology in the field of social work through the implementation of e-counseling services in the context of assessment. The development of information and communication technology has provided new opportunities for providing counseling services online, which can expand the reach of social work services to people in need. This study adopts a qualitative approach using a descriptive study method. The results of this study reveal the positive potential of using e-counseling in social work assessment services. The main benefits include increased service accessibility, time flexibility, privacy for service participants, and automatic data processing. However, the research also identified several challenges, such as expanding technological capabilities for social workers, deep understanding of E-Counseling ethics, technical challenges in ensuring data security and confidentiality and effectiveness in providing assessments because they are not face to face. This research contributes to broadening insights about the use of technology in the field of social work, especially in assessment services. The practical implication of this research is the expansion of social work assessment services through the E-Counseling platform, taking into account the ethical, data security and training aspects of social workers.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how the implementation of the HOME Children Learning Center program owned by the HSO West Java Human Initiative can affect a child's self-concept. This study uses a qualitative research approach using descriptive methods. Data collection techniques used are in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation studies. The results of this study are how to implement the HOME Children Learning Center program in the West Java Human Initiative and know self-concept and factors that influence children's self-concept based on the implementation of the Uman Initiative West Java HOME Children Learning Center program.

Abstract

This research is entitled "Implementation of the Staple Food Program for Beneficiary Families (KPM) in Sawah Kulon Village, Pasawahan District, Purwakarta Regency". which have been determined and implementation itself refers to various program implementation actions that have been prepared to achieve the planned program objectives. The Indonesian government is conducting business through social assistance programs that aim to reduce the level of poverty that occurs in Indonesia, one of which is with the assistance of the Basic Food Program, the basic food program is food social assistance that is distributed in non-cash form from the government to KPM every month via electronic money which is used only for buy groceries. The research method used is a qualitative approach method with informant selection techniques using purposive sampling. Data collection techniques in this study used techniques, namely: (1) Interview (2) Observation (3) Documentation Study. The number of informants in this study was divided into three parts, namely the main informants who were beneficiaries of eight families, the key informants, namely the Pasawahan District Social Welfare Workers and additional informants, namely the Village Secretary. The results of the study showed that the implementation of the basic food program went well, no serious obstacles were found and had a positive impact on beneficiary families.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan investigasi potensi, peluang, dan tantangan dalam penerapan Green Social Work sebagai pendekatan pekerjaan sosial berbasis lingkungan di Indonesia. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif dengan kajian literatur untuk mencari referensi teori yang relevan dengan kasus atau permasalahan yang ditemukan. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis data sekunder yang diperoleh dari studi literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa partisipasi pekerja sosial telah berhasil mewujudkan keberlanjutan program di masyarakat. Keterlibatan pekerja sosial dalam berbagai kegiatan yang mendukung adaptasi dan mitigasi dampak perubahan lingkungan didasarkan pada pendekatan GSW. GWS merupakan pendekatan holistik untuk mengatasi krisis lingkungan dengan mendorong pekerja sosial untuk menginternalisasi prinsip, nilai, dan kepedulian terkait degradasi lingkungan dan bencana terkait di dalam komunitas. Pendekatan ini memungkinkan penggabungan kelestarian lingkungan dengan fungsi sosial demi kesejahteraan masyarakat di masa depan. Simpulan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa GSW dapat berkembang melalui penelitian, kebijakan, pendidikan, dan pengalaman praktis. Pengalaman lapangan menjadi dasar penting yang akan dijelajahi dalam investigasi lebih mendalam ke depannya. Kata Kunci: Green Social Work, Isu Lingkungan, Pekerja Sosial

Abstract

Case management is a crucial strategy within the field of social work that facilitates the resolution of social issues faced by both individuals and communities. The proficiency of social workers in formulating case management strategies is a crucial determinant of the efficacy of social interventions. The primary objective of this study is to examine and assess the proficiency of social workers in the development of case management strategies. This study employs a qualitative methodology, utilizing in-depth interviews and document analysis as data collection methods. The participants of this research are social workers who possess extensive expertise in several social settings. This study yields the conclusion that case management within the field of social work plays a significant role in delivering comprehensive assistance to individuals and families with intricate requirements. The case management process involves multiple stages that include outreach, needs assessment, service plan development, implementation, coordination, advocacy, reassessment, and case closure. Social workers must have strong competencies in communication, interpersonal skills, crisis intervention, and patient and family counseling to be successful in their work. Ethics and values are an important foundation in case management practice, and social workers must adhere to codes of ethics and professional guidelines. Additionally, they must be sensitive to cultural and linguistic differences and collaborate with various third parties involved in client care. With a deep understanding of a client's situation and appropriate skills, social workers can help individuals and families achieve greater well-being and overcome the challenges they face.
