Abstract

Minapolitan program policy implementation should be carried out effectively in accordance with predetermined rules because it determines the success of a program. This study aimed to analyze the effectiveness of the implementation of the development program Minapolitan seaweed farming in Pinrang in terms of output and outcome Program. This type of research is research survey using descriptive data analysis of qualitative and quantitative through the analysis of the Likert scale (the assessment criteria very effective = 4, effective = 3, less effective = 2, and Effective = 1) to measure the level of effectiveness by looking at the achievements of the program output minapolitan namely the addition of facilities, infrastructure additions, business improvement, increase in the fishing industry, the increased contribution of all stakeholders, improving the quality and quantity of human resources, and increase the number of skilled group. Outcome programs, namely the increase in production and marketing, income generation, capital raising and investment, and employment. Based on the results showed that the accumulation table computed values overall average variable rate of effectiveness of program implementation minapolitan is 2.33 Effective in the category. However, some indicator variables that are in the category of effective unless the variable addition of the fishing industry is in the category of less effective with 1.73 value it is necessary to increase the efficiency, effectiveness, and accountability of program performance minapolitan all levels based on the rules that apply. Keywords: Effectiveness, Implementation, Minapolitan Program, Seaweed

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji kualitas air Sungai Sambas dan Danau Kurapan terkait dengan potensi perikanan budidaya air tawar yang ada di wilayah ini. Sampel air yang diambil dipermukaan air. Yang berlokasi di sungai dan danau. Parameter kualitas air yang diamati dalam penelitan ini dalah pH, suhu,  DO, BOD, COD, Nitrat, Amonia, Fosfat, Cu, Pb, kecerahan dan TSS. Untuk parameter pH, suhu, DO dan kecerahan pengukurannya dapat dilakukan secara insitu. Dan untuk parameter lainnya dilakukan secara eksitu. Hasil menunjukan parameter pH, suhu, Cu, TSS, COD, Amonia, DO dan Nitrat memenuhi standar baku mutu pada semua titik lokasi. Sementara, parameter BOD, fosfat dan Pb pada tiap lokasi ada yang memenuhi baku mutu dan ada yang tidak. Sementara, jika ditinjau dari dari segi lokasi semua titik lokasi tersebut tidak ada yang memenuhi baku mutu yang ditentukan.

Abstract

Pembangunan potensi sumber daya alam di Danau Sebedang diperlukan upaya-upaya untuk mengembangkan sistem pengelolaan potensi dan pemanfaatan sumber daya alamnya secara lebih bijaksana. Namun seberapa besar nilai ekonomi pengembangan kawasan Danau Sebedang belum dapat diketahui secara detail. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui estimasi seberapa besar nilai ekonomi Danau Sebedang. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Danau Sebedang selama bulan Januari sampai Mei 2021 penentuan lokasi ditentukan secara purposive (sengaja). Jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik sampling menggunakan metode sampling accident insidental merupakan teknik penentuan sampel berdasarkan kebetulan. Teknik pengumpulan data secara observasi, dokumentasi, dan kuisioner. Analisis data menggunakan 1). Analisis deskriptif untuk mengidentifikasi potensi dan pemanfaatan sumber daya di Danau Sebedang; 2). Analisis valuasi ekonomi manfaat langsung dan manfaat tidak langsung dengan menggunakan metode ITCM (Individual Travel Cost Method) serta penentuan nilai ekonomi total dari penjumlahan nilai ekonomi pemanfaatan perikanan, pemanfaatan air baku, dan rekreasi danau. Hasil dari peneltian ini adalah potensi sumber daya alam Danau Sebedang dapat dimanfaatkan meliputi pemanfaatan kegiatan perikanan, pemanfaatan air baku, dan rekreasi danau. Nilai manfaat total Danau Sebedang sebesar Rp. 3.189.064.626,-  penjumlahan dari Nilai Ekonomi Perikanan (NEP) sebesar Rp. 235.480.626,-; Nilai Ekonomi Domestik (NED) sebesar Rp 756.864.000,-; dan Nilai Ekonomi Rekreasi Danau (NER) sebesar Rp.2.196.720.000,-.

Abstract

Bima district is a biggest salt producer in West Nusa Tenggara Province. In the salt  process production in this region, one of the method used is geoisolator technology. So that the purpose of this research is to analyze the amount of salt production that used geoisolator technology. The data were used are the data for 2016 – 2021. The result show that the centered of salt production using geoisolator technology located in sub district Bolo, Lambu, Woha and Palibelo. The highest production is in Sanolo sub district with the amount of production is 62526,37 Ton and the lowest production is in Pali Belo sub district with the amouth of production is 4698,4 Ton. Furthermore on the overall annual data, show that the production in 2016 is the lowest  and the highest production can be seen in 2020 with the amount of  36628,7 Ton.

Abstract

Feed is an important factor in fish farming, where approximately 60% of the production costs are concentrated for feed. Therefore, we need alternative ingredients that can be mixed with feed to reduce the cost of buying feed. Coconut dregs is an alternative source of vegetable protein derived from agricultural waste which can be used as a raw material for fish feed through the flouring process. This study aimed to determine the effect of fermented coconut dregs flour pellet feed as a source of raw feed material on catfish growth. The method used in this study was an experimental method consisting of 5 treatments Treatment A0 (0% fermented coconut dregs flour), treatment A1 (6% fermented coconut dregs flour), treatment A2 (12% fermented coconut dregs flour), A3 (18 % fermented coconut dregs flour), A4 (24% fermented coconut dregs flour). Data were analyzed using variance (ANOVA) with the SPSS application. The results showed that A3 (18% fermented coconut dregs flour) was the best treatment and affected the absolute growth of 9 g, whereas A0 treatment (0% fermented coconut dregs flour) showed the lowest absolute growth of 4 g. The local feed formulations obtained in this study can be used as alternatives to artificial feed.
