Abstract

This study explains the role of the survey section in determining the eligibility of consumers to get motorcycle financing (study at PT. Federal Internasional Finance Sidomulyo South Lampung Region). The survey section is an important important of the company's progress, because the survey section has the task of assessing potential customers who will apply for credit. The purpose of this study is to analyze how the role of the survey section in determining the eligibility of consumers to get a motorcycle financing, which has several indicators, including: Character (character), Capacity (capacity), Capital (capital), Collateral (collateral), and Condition (condition). This research method uses descriptive qualitative research methods and data collection through observation, documentation, and interviews. This research was conducted in the survey section at PT. Federal Internasional Finance Sidomulyo South Lampung Region. The research subjects were 6 (six) people, consisting of 1 (one) key informant and 5 (five) informants. The results of this study indicate that the role of the survey section in determining the eligibility of consumers to get motorcycle financing is in accordance with the 5C principles used to survey potential credit customers and the role of the survey section is also very important for the survival of the company. Abstract

The capital market is one of the ways chosen by the company in meeting the needs of additional company funds to develop the company's operations to survive in the global economy. Investors invest their capital in shares in a company with the main objective of obtaining a return on investment in the form of dividends and capital gains. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of Cash Ratio and Earnings Per Share on Dividend Payout Ratio in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data used are secondary data that is produced from other existing sources, for example research must go through others or search through documents, journals or books (name, year, page,). This research is a quantitative study with a descriptive approach. Samples of this study using panel data, were taken as many as 8 manufacturing companies that were in accordance with predetermined criteria with the research period 2016 - 2020. The study used the software of SPSS 2.0 and the results ere Cash Ratio effects the Dividend Payout Ratio based on the results of calculations and analysis can be calculated t-value = 6.255 with a sig. Value = 0.000., This significant value <0.05,. Earning Per Share has a significant effect on the Dividend Payout Ratio based on the results of calculations and analysis obtained calculated t-value = 3.837 with a sig. value. = 0.001, sig. value = 0.001 < 0.05, Cash ratio and Earning Per Share have a significant effect on the Dividend Payout Ratio based on the calculation and analysis results obtained value t-calculate = 69.818 the value of sig. = 0.000 because the value of sig. < 0.05 the result of the coefficient of being amended adjust R2 obtained 0.951, means that this study contributed 95.1% while 4.9% was determined by other factors outside this study, this hall showed that the available data had qualified for the use of the panel data regression model. From the results of the analysis, it shows that the Cash Ratio, and Earning Per Share effect to the Dividen Payout Ratio. Abstract

Catering is a business engaged in food services, this business serves food for weddings and other parties on a large and small scale, with the development of culinary business activities in Lampung, catering is one of the businesses thatbenefit for now, therefore this business requires Relationship marketing to build long-term relationships with customers. This study aims to determine the effect of Relationship marketing and product quality on customer satisfaction in South Lampung Kencana Catering, This type of research is quantitative research. The data collection instrument uses the distribution of questionnaires to Catering Kencana customers. The population in this study is all Kencana Catering customers in 2022, the research sample used in this study amounted to 44 people using the saturated sample technique. Testing is carried out by Multiple Regression by testing classical assumptions first, then testing the hypothesis partially with Test t and simultaneously with Test f. then looking for the coefficient of determination to see how much the percentage of variance of the independent variable affects the dependent variable. The results stated that partially and simultaneously the two independent variables studied, namely Relationship marketing and product quality, had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction with a fairly large coefficient of determination value of 74.5% and the rest was influenced by other variables that were not studied in this study. Abstract

Economic growth cannot be separated from the factors that support it, one of which is investment. Currently, investment has become a very strong instrument in encouraging regional economic growth, including Lampung Province. One source of investment is Domestic Investment. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of Domestic Investment on the economic growth of Lampung Province. The research method used is the analytical statistical method. This method is used to see the influence of Domestic Investment on the economic growth of Lampung Province. The analysis technique uses simple linear regression. The research results showed that Domestic Investment had no effect on the economic growth of Lampung Province. Keywords: domestic investment, economic growth

Abstract

Technological advances allow transactions to be carried out online even though the distance between buyers and sellers is very far, it can also be through used knowed e-commerce to avoid fraud. If the transaction is carried out outside knowed e-commerce will be prone to fraud such as the seller fleeing shortly after the buyer sends money or vice versa the buyer who runs away after the seller sends the goods. With the rise of such fraud cases comes an online service called joint account services. Joint account services are services that bring up third parties who are certainly neutral between buyers and sellers to help secure a transaction. The purpose of this study is to find out how joint account services can improve transaction security. The benefits of this research are expected to help prospective buyers and sellers avoid fraud and introducing joint account services more widely to the public. This research was conducted in one of the Facebook groups called Mobile Legends Ngab-Ngab where online transaction activities which are prone to fraud were frequent. Using qualitative descriptive research methods researchers conduct observations and interviews with informants to find out whether using joint account services can help secure transactions. After conducting observations and interviews with informants, researchers concluded that using joint account services when transactions can increase the security of an online transaction especially by doing Reff status which will be a kind of warranty for buyers. Abstract

Shopee officially entered Indonesia in 2015 and Shopee has become one of the most popular sites frequently visited. With Shopee, it makes it easier to shop online via gadgets anywhere and anytime as long as you have an internet connection. This research aims to determine the influence of trust and risk on Shopee online shopping interest among students at Tulang Bawang University, Lampung. The population of this research is students from Tulang Bawang University, Lampung with a sample of 100 respondents. The type of this research is quantitative with a causal associative approach using data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires. The data analysis methods used are multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test and F test. The results of this study show that Trust has a positive and significant effect on Shopee online shopping interest among Tulang Bawang University Students in Lampung with a greater t value. from ttable 11.053>1.988 with a significance value of 0.0011.988 with a significance value of 0.0013.09 Ftable with a significance level of 0.001 Keywords: trust, shopee online shopping interest, risk

Abstract

One of the applications of technology in improving the effectiveness of ASN performance and discipline in South Lampung Regency is to use an android-based online attendance system, and the recapitulation of absences is the basis for providing ASN performance allowances based on South Lampung Regent Regulation Number 10 of 2024. The purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation of the application of online attendance in determining the amount of performance allowance for employees of the Regional Secretariat of South Lampung Regency. The methode of this research is qualitative with data collection method using observation and interviews with informants. The results of the study were concluded based on the aspects of goals and objectives that most employees understand that policies to improve discipline and develop a fair and measurable benefit system. From the aspect of resources, the readiness in each work unit is still uneven. The attitude of the implementers towards this policy is generally positive. Many employees have accepted the online attendance system as an effort to improve discipline and as part of a more transparent assessment system. The effectiveness of information delivery is still uneven. Some employees feel that the information is clear enough, but others feel that the explanations received are still limited, especially related to technical aspects. The suggestion for this study is that it is necessary to add indicators other than attendance, such as work quality, productivity, individual performance achievements, and team contribution. Improving facilities and infrastructure so that technical obstacles can be overcome immediately and provide technical guidance in the form of videos/tutorials, digital questions and answers, and practical pocket books, which are easy to understand by all levels of Civil Servants. Abstract

The rapid development of science and technology in today's digital era has influenced human behavior patterns in accessing diverse information and various electronic service features. One technological development currently under study in Indonesia is Financial Technology (FinTech). The purpose of this study is to determine 1) the influence of fintech on Customer Relationship Management, 2) the influence of Customer Relationship Management on Customer Loyalty, and 3) the influence of Customer Relationship Management on Customer Loyalty. This research method is library research, which is conducted using literature in the form of research books, journals, and previous research findings. The results of the literature review concluded that fintech influences Customer Relationship Management, CRM influences Customer Loyalty, and fintech influences Customer Loyalty. Abstract

The livestock subsector in Lampung Province is the subsector with the largest economic growth compared to other subsectors. The average economic growth of the livestock subsector is 6.2%, and it is the largest compared to other subsectors. This indicates that this subsector plays a crucial role in Lampung's economy. The purpose of this research is to analyze the livestock subsector's role in the Economy of Lampung Province during the 2020–2023 period. This study employs a quantitative descriptive method using a secondary data analysis approach. The research location is focused on Lampung Province. The secondary data utilized are the value of the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) for all sectors and the GRDP of the livestock subsector in Lampung Province, presented at constant prices (ADHK/Constant Price Basis). The data were obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) and the Provincial Livestock and Animal Health Office of Lampung. Data analysis was performed using the Location Quotient (LQ) method. The research findings indicate that the livestock subsector constitutes a base and leading sector in the economic structure of Lampung Province.
